    KONSEPSI AL-QUR’AN TENTANG HAKIKAT EVALUASI DALAM PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

    Abstract The term “evalution“ on Qur’an is not found the synonyms certainly, but there are spesific words that points to the meaning of evalution such as al-bala,al-hisab, al-hukum, and al-qada. The principles of evalution on Qur’an refer to the continuity, totality, and objectivity purpose. The meaning of evalution must be done systematic, continous, and planned. Evalution is one of important parts on the system of islamic eduaction because it is used as the tool to assess and measure the success of the educational prosess. The success of education can be sees from evaluton model of the result of learning which has been determined in accordance with the applicable standart curriculum. Thus, the accuracy of selecting an evalution model of the result of learning influenced the improvement of education quality itself. Prinsip-prinsip evaluasi dalam al-Qur’an mengacu pada tujuan, kontinuitas, totalitas, dan objektifitas. Artinya, evaluasi harus dilakukan secara sistematis, berkesinambungan, dan terencana. Evaluasi merupakan salah satu bagian penting dalam sebuah sistem pendidikan Islam. Sebab, ia dijadikan sebagai alat untuk menilai serta mengukur keberhasilan proses pendidikan tersebut. Kesuksesan suatu pendidikan dapat dilihat dari model evaluasi hasil belajar yang telah ditentukan sesuai standar kurikulum yang berlaku.     Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif: Teknik Kancing Gemerincing pada Materi Ekosistem Kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo

The distributed chances to participate in group is one of classroom problem, that should be solved by the teacher. Thus, ringing button technique required to be applied the aims of the research were to describe student learning outcomes, student activity, and classroom management. The object of the research is class X-6 in SMAN 4 Sidoarjo in second semester of academic year 2015-2016. The number of selected student is 36, while the data analyzed descriptively. The result showed that learning outcomes after the implementation of cooperative learning model ringing button technique in the material of ecosystem is 91,67% complete. Student categorized as active by the average percentage 58,2%. The classroom management that was done by the teacher is well categorized. Proses belajar mengajar di kelas yang mengharuskan siswa untuk bekerja secara berkelompok sering menimbulkan satu masalah yaitu kurang meratanya kesempatan diantara siswa untuk berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran. Pemerataan kesempatan berpartisipasi dalam kelompok merupakan salah satu masalah yang harus diperhatikan guru. Mengatasi hal tersebut, salah satu teknik dapat diambil guru adalah teknik kancing gemerincing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mendiskripsikan hasil belajar siswa, keaktifan siswa, dan pengelolaan pembelajaran kelas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian one shot case study. Sasaran penelitian adalah siswa kelas X-6 SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo semester genap tahun ajaran 2015-2016. Jumlah siswa yang dipilih sebanyak 36 siswa dan data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X-6 SMA Negeri 4 Sidoarjo terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik kancing gemerincing pada materi ekosistem dapat dikatakan siswa tuntas belajar dengan persentase ketuntasan 91,67%. Aktivitas siswa tergolong aktif, dimana persentase aktivitas pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif teknik kancing gemerincing dapat melebihi rata-rata yaitu 58,2%. Pengelolaan pembelajaran kelas yang telah dilakukan oleh guru secara keseluruhan termasuk ke dalam kriteria baik. Kata Kunci: Model pembelajaran kooperatif, Teknik kancing gemerincing, Ekosistem

    Pengaruh Asal Sekolah dan Jurusan Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pengantar Dasar Matematika Mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah UIN Mataram

    One of the courses at the faculty of Tarbiyah of the UIN Mataram that requires analytical skills of critical and creative is the Introduction to Basic Mathematics (PDM). This is because this course is the basic subject that requires prior knowledge that is qualified. Therefore, it needs to be studied on how the influences of the high school backgrounds and the majors of the study in the university on the learning outcomes of the PDM. The data of the research are 80 students majoring in Education of Mathematics and Education of Science who are from Islamic high school (MA) andhighschool(SMA). Thedataareobtainedbytheclusterrandom sampling technique and analyzed with a 2x2 factorial design. The ANAVA test results show that the high school backgrounds have real impact on learning outcomes of the PDM, while the majors have no significant effect on the learning outcomes of the PDM. What is more, the research also shows that the learning outcomes of the PDM of the students from the SMA are better than those of the students from theMA. At first, the education service for children with special needs is in the form of educational segregation. Educational segregation is an education service for children with special needs where those who have the same barriers are in one school, for example, children with visual barriers are in the Special School (SLB) of A and children with auditory barriers are in the Special School (SLB) of B, and so on. Education service for children with special needs has been widely grown in the presence of integrated education service and inclusion in education. Pendidikan segregasi merupakan layanan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus dimana anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan hambatan yang sama berada dalam satu sekolah, misalnya anak dengan hambatan penglihatan berada di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) A, anak dengan hambatan pendengaran berada di Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB)B, dan seterusnya. Layananpendidikanbagianakberkebutuhankhusustelahbanyak berkembang dengan adanya layanan pendidikan integrasi dan pendidikan inklusi.     Problems related to the quality of education have long become a concern of all educational stakeholders. The stakeholders of the quality of education have thought about how to improve the quality of education in various ways. One of the efforts is by using educational technology. The educational technology can help to solve learning problems. Systemic process can be understood in twosenses:irregularorregularthatreferstoasystem.Asaregular system, the educational technology is the process that is preceded by studying the needs, formulating the objectives, identifying the possible achievement of goals, determining the possibility of selection criteria, selecting the best possibility, developing and testing the chosen possibility, carrying out developmentresults, and evaluating the overall activities and results. As a product, the educationaltechnologycanbeunderstoodastheprocesses,which arecomplexandintegratedthatinvolvepeople,procedures,ideas, tools, and organizations to analyze problems, find ways to solve problems,implement, assess, andmanagethesolutionsthat cover all aspects of human learning. The educational technology was born from the problems in education. It not only helps to solve the problems of learning in the school, but in the whole contexts of people’s lives by developing and/or using a variety of sources. In the context of school, the technology of education evolves from what was originally known as didactic and methodical. However, because learning is not only in the context of school, but in the whole contexts of the community, the educational technology operates in which learning is required, either by individuals, groups or organizations. Seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap mutu pendidikan memikirkan mengenai bagaimana meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dengan berbagai cara. Salah satu upaya yang ditempuh adalahdengan menggunakan teknologi pendidikan. Teknologi pendidikan dapat membantu memecahkan masalahmasalah pembelajaran. Proses sistemik dapat dipahami dalam dua pengertian; beraturan atau mengacu pada suatu sistem. Sebagai sistem yang beraturan, teknologi pendidikan adalah proses yang didahului dengan telaah kebutuhan, perumusan tujuan, identifikasi kemungkinan pencapaian tujuan, penentuan kriteria pemilihan kemungkinan, memilih kemungkinan terbaik, mengembangkan dan mengujicoba kemungkinan yang dipilih, melaksanakan hasil pengembangan, dan mengevaluasi keseluruhan kegiatan maupun hasilnya. Sebagai produk, teknologi pendidikan bisa dipahami sebagai perangkat proses, yang bersifat kompleks dan terpadu melibatkan orang, prosedur, ide, peralatan, dan organisasi untuk menganalisis masalah, mencari jalan untuk mengatasi permasalahan, melaksanakan, menilai, dan mengelola pemecahan masalah tersebut yang mencakup semua aspek belajar manusia. Teknologi pendidikan lahir dari adanya permasalahan dalam pendidikan. Teknologi pendidikan tidak hanya membantu memecahkan masalah belajar dalam konteks sekolah, namun dalam seluruh konteks kehidupan masyarakat, dengan mengembangkan dan/atau menggunakan beraneka sumber. Dalam konteks sekolah teknologi pendidikan berkembang dari apa yang semula dikenal dengan istilah didaktik dan metodik. Namun karena belajar tidak hanya dalam konteks sekolah, tetapi dalam seluruh konteks masyarakat, maka teknologi pendidikan beroperasi di mana belajar itu diperlukan, baik oleh perorangan, kelompok maupun organisasi.     Pengaruh Penggunaan Metode Pembelajaran Terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Ditinjau dari Sikap Siswa Pada Pelajaran Matematika

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of learning methods on students’ mathematics learning outcomes, find out the influence of students’ attitudes toward students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Moreover, to know the influence of learning methods and students’ attitudes together with the students’ mathematics learning outcomes. Sample used from the affordable population were taken by 20 people as samples of instrument test and 64 people as research samples using proportional random samplingtechniquefromall VIIgradeinstate SMP 7 andstate SMP 8 Depok West Java. Data collection is carried out by the technique of giving learning test result and by questionnaire dispersion. The data analysis consists of testing the research instrument through validity, reliability, difficulty index, and distinguishing strength. Then test the requirement analysis using normality test and homogeneity test. Hypothesis testing with 2 lane ANOVA test and Tukey test. Based on the result of hypotheses and data analisis, summed up some things as follows. 1) The students’ mathematics learning outcomes that were taught using group work methods werehigher than using conventional methods. 2) There is influence of interaction between learning method and student attitude on students’ mathematics learning outcomes. 3) There is difference on the result of mathematics learning by group work method which is better than mathematics learning outcomes with conventional methods, on the group of students with positif attitudes. There is not difference on mathematics learning outcomes by group work methods or conventional methods on the group of students with negative attitudes. Keywords: Learning methods, Student attitudes, Learning outcomes Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa, mengetahui pengaruh sikap siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran dan sikap siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Sampel yang digunakan dari populasi terjangkau diambil 20 orang sebagai sampel ujicoba instrumen dan 64 orang sebagai sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling dari seluruh kelas VII di SMPNegeri 7 dan SMPNegeri 8 Depok Jawa Barat. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik pemberian tes hasil belajar dan dengan penyebaran angket. Analisis data terdiri dari pengujian instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, indeks kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji ANOVA 2 Jalur dan Uji Tukey. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis dan analisis data, disimpulkan beberapa hal sebagai berikut: 1) Hasil belajar matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode kerja kelompok lebih tinggi dari pada dengan menggunakan metode konvensional. 2) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan sikap siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. 3) Ada perbedaan hasil belajar matematika dengan metode kerja kelompok lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar matematika dengan metode konvensional pada kelompok siswa yang bersikap positif.     Pengaruh Kemampuan dan Motivasi Dosen Terhadap Kualitas Layanan kepada Mahasiswa STAI Darul Ulum Bayuwangi

    One of the efforts to make our higher education institutions to be in the same level with those of other nations is by improving the quality of the lecturers and their service to students. The research was conducted at the STAI Darul Ulum Banyuwangi, with a population of 132 people and 64 people of sample. The method of data collection is by using questionnaires and the method of data analysis is by using the analysis of double regression predictors. The results of this research show that: firstly, the lecturers’ abilities significantly influence the quality of services to students. Secondly, the lecturers’ teaching motivation also significantly influence the quality of services tostudents. Thirdly, the lecturers’ abilities are related to their teaching motivations. Finally the lecturers’ abilities and the teaching motivation simultaneously influence the quality of service to students. Keywords: quantitative design, ability, motivation, and service. Salah satu usaha untuk menjadikan pendidikan tinggi kita sejajar dengan bangsa lain, diperlukan perbaikan terutama pada perbaikan mutu dosen dan kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di STAI Darul Ulum Banyuwangi, dengan populasi 132 orang dan sampel 64 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode angket dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi ganda dua predictor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa; pertama, kemampuan dosen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan kepadamahasiswa;kedua,motivasimengajardosenberpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa; ketiga, kemampuan dosen berhubungan dengan motivasi mengajar; dan keempat, kemampuan dan motivasi mengajar dosen secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan kepada mahasiswa. Islamic education is built on the humanitarian mission with a goal to humanize humans (humanization). In other words, Islamic education is very close to human values. The thought about education that humanizes humans brings to the concept of humanistic education. The concept of humanistic education is strongly influenced by three philosophical thoughts namely pragmatism, progressivism, and existentialism. Each of them contributes a lot to the thoughts of humanistic education. Humanistic is interpreted more asone approach of education that uses humanism approach. The development in the field of religion cannot be separated from the development of education, especially religious education and education in Islamicschool(madrasah)andotherreligiouspubliceducational institutions. The development of the nation’s character is directed to be part of efforts to achieve the vision of the national development as it is stated in the Long Term Development Plan of 2005-2025 namely to make Indonesia as a developed, independent, and fair nation as the foundation for the next stage of development toward fair and prosperous society in the NKRI (a unitary state of Indonesia) based on the Pancasila and the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia 1945.     TAFSIR SAINTIFIK THANTHAWI JAUHARI ATAS SURAH AL-FATIHAH

    Abstract Understanding to al-Fatihah surah-as an overview of Qur’an (Qur’anniyah verses) will find the whole of meaning when combined with reading about phenomena of the universe (kauniyyah verses). Because, the truth of Qur’an is stronger when confronted with the signs of Allah that spread in universe, similarly the affirmation of God in (Fusilat Surah: 53). Among the mufassir who are pretty good figure combines between Qur’anniyah Verses and kauniyyah verses are Thanthawi Jauhari on his interpretation book titled al-Jawahir fi Tafsir al-Qur’an al-Karim. This reason is the main reason to writer to do research deeply to Thanthawi Jauhari’s interpretation about al-Fatihah Surah on his interpretation book titled al-Jawahir fi tafsir al- Quran al-Karim. To focus on the research above, there are some essential problems which need to be found the answer on this research, namely; how interpretation of Thanthawi Jauhari about al-Fatihah Surah on his interpretation book titled al-jawahir fi Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim? and how the methodology of Thanthawi Jauhari on interpreting al-fatihah Surah. To answer that 2 questions, the writer uses descriptive- analytical approach, that try to give information and description clearly, systematically, objectively, and analytically about the interpretation of Thanthawi Jauhari of al-Fatihah surah on his interpretation book al-jawahir fi Tafsir al-Quran al-Karim included the methodology used. Kata Kunci: Tafsir, scientific, Surah al-fatihah Abstrak Pemahaman terhadap surat al-Fatihah – sebagai sebuah ikhtisar al-Qur’an (ayat-ayat Qur’āniyyah) – akan menemukan keutuhan maknanya apabila dipadukan dengan pembacaan terhadap fenomena alam semesta (ayat-ayat kauniyyah). Sebab, kebenaran al-Qur’an semakin terkukuhkan ketika dihadapkan kepada tanda-tanda kebesaran Allah yang terhampar di alam semesta. Demikian penegasan Allah dalam Q.S. Fuṣṣilat: 53. Diantarasosokmufasiryangcukupbagusmemadukanantaraayat- ayat Qur’āniyyah dengan ayat-ayat kauniyyah adalah Thanthawi Jauhari dalam kitab tafsirnya yang berjudul al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīr al-Qur’ān al-Karīm. Alasan inilah yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk melakukan kajian lebih mendalam terhadap penafsiran Thanthawi Jauhari tentang surat al-Fatihah dalam kitab tafsirnya yang berjudul al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīr al-Qur’ān al-Karīm. Untuk menfokuskan kajian di atas, maka ada beberapa masalah pokok yang perlu ditemukan jawabannya dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: Bagaimanapenafsiran Thanthawi Jauhari tentang surat al- Fatihah dalam kitab tafsirnya yang berjudul al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīr al-Qur’ān al-Karīm ? Dan bagaimana metodologi Thanthawi Jauhari dalam menafsirkan surat al-Fatihah? Untuk menjawab dua pertanyaan tersebut, penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, yaitu berupaya memberikan keterangandangambaranyangsejelas-jelasnyasecarasistematis, obyektif, dan analitis tentang penafsiran Thanthawi Jauhari terhadap surat al-Fatihah dalam kitabnya al-Jawāhir fī Tafsīr al- Qur’ān al-Karīm beserta metodologi yang digunakannya.
