Pengaruh Investasi Portofolio Asing dan Variabel Makro Ekonomi Terhadap Perkembangan Pasar Saham Indonesia
Abstract Purpose – The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of Foreign Portfolio Investment and some of macroeconomic variables included gross domestic product, exchange rate, interest rate and inflation rate on stock market growth in Indonesia in the long run. Design/Methodology/Approach - This study used descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach. The data used in this study were secondary data with a time series period 2009 – 2016. To analize the data, several econometric techniques were applied in this study i.e. the unit root test, co integration test and Error Correction Model (ECM).Findings - Results of this study indicate that all variables are significantly effect on stock market growth in Indonesia in the short run and long run, except interest rate. Interest rate only has significant effect in the short run. This result can be reference or consideration for the government in formulating policies to improve the development of Indonesian stock market. Abstrak Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Investasi Portofolio Asing dan beberapa variabel makroekonomi terpilih yaitu produk domestik bruto, nilai tukar rupiah, suku bunga dan tingkat inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan pasar saham di Indonesia dalam jangka panjang.Desain/Metodologi/ Pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan deret waktu kuartalan periode period 2009.1 – 2016.4. Untuk mengolah data, beberapa teknik ekonometrik digunakan dalam penelitian ini, antara lain, unit root test (uji akar unit), uji kointegrasi dan Error Correction Model (ECM).Temuan – Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa semua variabel penelitian mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan pasar saham di Indonesia dalam jangka panjang, kecuali tingkat suku bunga. Tingkat suku bunga hanya mempunyai efek yang signifikan dalam kangka pendek. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan atau pertimbangan bagi pemerintah dalam merumuskan kebijakan dalam rangka mengembangkan pasar saham Indonesia.
PENGARUH SISTEM PENYAMPAIAN JASA TERHADAP CITRA RUMAH SAKIT SWASTA TIPE C DI MAKASSAR
The objective of research is to analyze about the influence of service delivery system to type C hospital image in Makassar. This analysis data used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to observe about interrelatedness between some variables.The population in this study is 225 persons of hospital medical patient in type C hospital in Makassar and spread to 75 hospital patients in Stella Maris hospital, 75 hospital patients in Akademis Jaury Yusuf Putra hospital, and 75 hospital patients in Grestelina hospital. The research result show that service delivery system composed of physical support and contact personal are significant and positif influence to type C hospital image in Makassar

ANTESEDEN LOYALITAS KONSUMEN PADA BIRO PERJALANAN WISATA DI JAKARTA
This study aims to assess the effect of antecedent of relational quality such as satisfaction, trust, and commitment in consumers\u27 loyalty Travel Bureau in Jakarta. This study used 252 consumer respondents Travel Bureau in Jakarta. Research variables have good reliability and validity, the concept model and hypotheses were tested with LISREL 8.80. The results showed satisfaction has a positive influence on confidence; Satisfaction has a positive influence on commitment; Trust had a positive effect on commitment, and confidence positive effect on loyalty; Loyalty consumers will be well established by the quality of the relational ties are good also (Satisfaction, Trust and Commitment). Theoretical implications of research that can be obtained that consumer loyalty are well formed if guided by satisfaction, trust, and commitment to the travel bureau. Travel Bureau constantly has to develop the ability to enhance the relational ties to consumers in order to create sustainable loyalty
PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PEMBINAAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN USAHA KECIL PADA PROGRAM KEMITRAAN BINA LINGKUNGAN
One company has been paying attention to small business development is PT. Telkom Pekanbaru Branch through its Community Development Centre (CDC) to run the Partnership Program and Community Development (CSR) by providing financial assistance as well as nonfinancial assistance such as training and coaching for small business. However, performance of partners in making repayment of loans granted by the CDC PT. Telkom Pekanbaru Branch is still high. This study aims to determine the effect of training and coaching to small business development in the Community Development Partnership Program (CSR) by the Community Development Centre PT Telkom Pekanbaru Branch. The study population is all of which amounts to 277 people with a sample of 73 people Data from this study are primary data using questionnaires as research instruments. Data analysis techniques that used in this research is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS. The result show that training and coaching jointly or individually have a significant influence on the development of small business. Coaching is a variable that has the highest donation or the value of job satisfaction in small business.Keywords: Training, Coaching, Small business development, Community development centre (CDC

Small scale industries are characterized by "one-man-one-management", therefore a success of a small industry depends on how the owner manage his/her enterprise. Their entrepreneurial behaviour that can build competitive advantage known as strategic behaviours of the entrepreneur. This research is aimed to model strategic behaviours of the most successful Batik Enterprise\u27s owner manager in Tasikmalaya\u27s Batik Cluster. The research uses soft system methodology (SSM) approach to build the model. PERAN PENTING SERVICE MARKETING MIX PADA EDUCATION SERVICE
This paper aims to examine the role of service marketing mix in education service business. A questionnaire was developed with item measurements that captures the constructs in the conceptual model. A survey of English language education business student was undertaken. The data are analyzed with multiple regression. ANALISIS PENGARUH VARIABEL MAKRO TERHADAP PERMINTAAN REKSA DANA SAHAM DI INDONESIA PERIODE 2001 - 2011
The purpose of this study is to analyze how macroeconomics variables, such as interest rate (BI rate), inflation, exchange rate rupiah, GDP per capita and the money supply, influence the demands of equity funds in Indonesia. This study use time series data from 2001 through 2011quarter by using multiple linear regression model and Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The result of this study indicates that Net Asset Value of equity funds in Indonesia has increased in 2002 — 2004 in the period of the study. It is influenced by 4 strong macroeconomics indicators in Indonesia along with the improving economic of the country. Downward trends of interest rate happened in early 2002 until 2005 has encouraged investors to search another alternative investment instrument, so that the demands of equity funds increased
PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA
Research is intended to test influence Motivation against Job Satisfaction work lecturer at Economics Faculty, "T" University in Jakarta. The sample used purposive sampling technique, where samples selected totaled 100 respondents who works as a lecturer at the Economics Faculty, "T" University during at least 24 months. Instrument analysis of data used is multiple regression analysis by the aid SPSS program. Based on the results of the study found that there is a positive relationship but tends to be weak between satisfaction job satisfaction variables namely only capable of amounting to 22.1% described by the motivational variable while another 77,9% is explained by the variation of variables outside motivation.Keywords : Motivation, Job satisfaction, Universit
PENGARUH KESEMPATAN PERTUMBUHAN DAN INVESTASI JANGKA PANJANG TERHADAP LEVERAGE DAN FUTURE EARNINGS RESPONSE COEFFICIENT
The objectives of this research are to analyze direct effects of growth opportunity and long term investment towards future earnings response coefficient, as well as their indirect effects towards future earnings response coefficient through leverage as intervening variable. This research used secondary data from manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2002-2011. Number of samplesused in this research are 111 companies. Method used in this researchis Structure Equation Model (SEM) processed using AMOS 6. Results from this research demonstrated that growth opportunityhas positive and significant effect whilst longterm investment andleverage have negative and significanteffects towardsfuture earnings response coefficient. On the other hand, growth opportunity and long term investment have positive significant towards leverage. Further testing proved that indirect effect is very weak. Control variableswhich have positive significant effect are fixed assets and institutional possession towards leverage and future earnings response coefficient.
