Economic agents preffered to invest in foreign exchange in recent year. Where circu- lation of money and capital are faster than transaction on goods & services one of the common type of then is arbitrage The high return from one transaction facility will give the high risk, as a result the decision making for such investment in foreign exchange is becoming important The purpose of this study is to do the simulation by using Arbitrage facilities for such investment on foreign exchange. This study will find the best foreign exchange between US Dollar, Deutsche Mark, Poundsterling and Yen, with the bestinterest rate and the best inflation rate for such transaction by using Arbitrage transaction mechanism. in foreign exchange transaction, the speculation risk is very high but this is becoming a reason why this kind of transaction being attractive and obviously more economic agents done this business. When the exchange rates become high, economic agents have a chance to get the high profit because of such differences occurred on exchange rates. The problem is how to manage this situation as well as possible mainly for managers. The role of estimation on foreign exchange for example by knowing the variables that determined foreign exchange rates, is important for trading on foreign exchange. Beside that, Arbitrage can give an additional profit from such investment in a foreign exchange and windfall profit from spread of the foreign exchange

It seems that the informal training may have a better result than does on training program. Formal training is a well plan program. The paper argues that informal program is ideally a compliment informal of a formal training. Besides formal training, there should be an informal program which will acquaint them with a more specific jab or assignment and which undertakes their quality of expertise of individuals
ANALISIS KUALITAS TEKNIS DAN KUALITAS FUNGSIONAL PADA PERUSAHAAN SOLUTION PROVIDER DI JAKARTA
This research is designed to examine the dimenslon of service quality, speciically applied technical and functional quality insolution provider companies in Jakarta. This research also alms to detemine the dimensions of service quality by com- paring the SERVQUAL of Parasuraman, Zeitharml and Berry (1985), Gronroos (1990), and Lapierre (1996). The degrees of service quality based on technical and functional quality were measured by using the Likert scale, and a data analysis method by employing confimatory factor analysis. The research findings disclosed that there are significant dimensions in service quality based on technical and functional quality. For the technical quality dimen- sion, reliability and trust are more significant than other dimensions. However, conceming the different findings functional quality dimension based on sales, and the whole variable (reliability and trust, attitude and behavior, accessibility and flex- ibility, and consumer participation) were significant, except the recovery variable. Finally, the functional quality dimension, based on maintenance and the whole variable (reliability and trust, attitude and behavior, recovery, accessibility and flex- ibility, and consumer participation) was significant
HUBUNGAN ANTARA JOB SATISFAC- TION DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT PADA DANA PENSIUN LEMBAGA KEUANGAN YANG DIKELOLA OLEH PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI DI JAKARTA
The general objective of this research is to analyze the relation between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment and to analyze the relation comparison among reward, job char- acteristics and work-environment with organizational commitment in Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan which organized by Insurance Company in Jakarta. Data collecion is done through sensus instead of sample taking. The number of elementin population only 90 organic employees. Description analysis is used to know employees satisfaction and their commitment to organization. ARank Spearman Correlation Analysis was employed to determine whether significantrelationship existed between job satisfaction factors and organizational commitment Data were obtained through use of questionnaires and personal interviews. The following findings were revealed (1). Employees satisfy enough and has a moderate commitment to their organization, (2). There is moderate relationship between Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment, (3). From the job satisfaction factors, that obtained from the research really shows that work-environment has positive relationship with organizational commitment This research suggesst that the insurance company which has pension program should not attach to the parent company and the company should recruited employees that really has a good understanding company\u27s a program itself

Inline with the development of new states and their economy, the Muslimowned companies are emerging. Sum of the companies are listed in the Emerging Market 200 of Business Week. This new phenomenon are discussed and the composition and characteristics of those companies are analyzed. These companies are not necessary being operated in syariah rudes. The grouping is only based on what country are the companies originated. The companies may not belong to Muslim investors or its operating may not comply with sharia rules. KEPERCAYAAN PEMBELI TERHADAP PERUSAHAAN PEMASOK DALAM HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN ANTISIPASI PEMBELIAN DIWAKTU YANG AKAN DATANG
The appropriate strategy of buying raw malerials is the key success of business operation in every company, because the suppliers are responsible in delermining and delivering a high quality product which can satisfy the customer\u27s needs and wants. The purpose of this re- search is to investigate the relationship between reputation and supplier\u27s or seller\u27s size to the buyer trust, and relationship between buyer\u27s trust and anticipated future interaction. For analyzing data, the study uses Structural Equation Model, statistical technique which enables testing of buitd between one or several dependent variables and one or several independent variables. The research gives several implications to the suppliers policy. First, it is important for the supplers to manage customer\u27s perception in order to maintain its reputation. Second, the size of suppliers becomes important because it can present good perception that the companies have positive value (honest, responsible, punctual, etc). Third, trustof the buyers is the key for building long-term relationship. Suggestion for next research is to add characler- isics of suppller\u27s sales person to build full trustof the buyers, and to bring significant cultural role in creating tnrust
KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DAN PRICE ACCEPTANCE : STUDI PADA PENUMPANG PENERBANGAN NASIONAL
This research focused on customer satisfaction and price acceptance where participated by 457 respondents of domestic air fight passengers. By using causality research method, where customer satisfaction was measured by 5 scale attitudes and price acceptance was measured by customer readiness to pay based on services perceived. The result of this research demonstrated that overall customersatisfaction toward price accep- tance 37.5% is influenced. Others excluded variables in the research model have influenced for 62.5%. Each classification of customer satisfaction come up with two differentresult. The austomer satisfaction which falls into middie range is insignificant toward prince acceptance, different form the one that fals into lower range and higher range which influenced significantly. The mean of low customer satisfaction that it will significantly contribute toward decreasing price acceptance
