    KEPUASAN PENGGUNA LULUSAN PADA MAHASISWA D3 MICE UNIVERSITAS TRISAKTI

    This study aims to analyze the satisfaction level of users of graduates from the Event Management (MICE & Event Management) Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Trisakti, which includes an evaluation of the graduates\u27 soft skills and hard skills. The evaluated aspects include integrity, professionalism, English proficiency, information technology skills, communication, teamwork, and self-development for soft skills, as well as tax management, auditing, corporate reporting, and strategic management for hard skills. The results of the study show that the satisfaction level of users of graduates from the MICE & Event Management Program in the Odd Semester 2021/2022 period is Excellent, with the majority of respondents expressing high satisfaction with the graduates\u27 performance. Although the evaluation results show excellent performance, this study also identifies the need for further evaluation to maintain and enhance the quality of graduates in the future.     Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh servant leadershi dan high performance work system terhadap service quality, dengan job satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi, pada karyawan generasi Z di industri perhotelan bintang tiga Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif melalui survei kuisioner terhadap 238 responden yang dipilih secara purposive. Analisis diilakukan dengan SEM berbasis PLS. Hasil menunjukkan high performance work system berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction dan service quality Job satisfaction juga memediasi hubungan tersebut, sementara pengaruh servant leadership tidak signifikan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan empiris mengenai strategi manajemen SDM yang relevan dengan preferensi Generasi Z guna meningkatkan service quality di industri perhotelan bintang tiga Jakarta Pusa

    Perceived service quality and information quality are considered fundamental elements that play a crucial role in fostering close relationships between institutions and their consumers, particularly in the context of online transactions. This study aims to analyze how perceived service quality and information quality influence purchase intention using trust as a mediating variable. This study employs a quantitative approach with the applied analytical method being Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that trust significantly mediates the relationship between perceived service quality and information quality on purchase intention among Shopee app users. The analysis reveals that perceived service quality and information quality directly and significantly influence purchase intention in a positive manner. Trust plays a mediating role. These findings reinforce the concept that trust plays a crucial role as a link between consumers\u27 perceptions of service quality and information quality and their online purchase intentions. The study\u27s results have strategic implications for e-commerce practitioners, particularly Shopee administrators, to consistently maintain service quality, improve product information accuracy, and build trust through transaction security.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peranan literasi keuangan, locus of control dan gaya hidup pada perilaku menabung kaum milenial dan generasi Z. Data penelitian ini adalah data primer, dimana pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner ditujukan kepada kaum milenial dan generasi Z di Kota Semarang. Analisis data menggunakan SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan tidak berpengaruh pada kebiasaan menabung generasi cashless di Kota Semarang. Namun, Locus of control dan gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kebiasaan menabung cashless society di Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan hasil nilai R square menunjukkan pengaruh dari variabel literasi keuangan (X1), locus of control (X2) dan gaya hidup (X3)) terhadap saving behavior (Y) adalah sebesar 33,9%

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness, congruence terhadap credibility dan menguji pengaruh credibility terhadap purchase intention, premium price. Penelitian ini menguji riset secara simultan. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis ini adalah Multivariat Structural Equation Model [SEM]. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh positif trustworthiness, expertise, attractiveness, congruence terhadap credibility dan pengaruh credibility terhadap purchase intention, premium price. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah lebih meningkatkan keyakinan konsumen dengan informasi/rekomendasi yang diberikan oleh selebriti mengenai skincare dengan cara mengidentifikasi dan mencari selebriti yang memiliki hubungan baik dengan para pengikutnya dan dapat menginformasikan nilai - nilai dari brand secara efektif dan efisien, membuat selebriti yang akan merekomendasikan produk skincare, memiliki kesan selebriti ahli di bidang tersebut dengan cara melakukan pembekalan materi untuk selebriti tersebut agar lebih memahami bidang dan spesifik produk yang akan dia tawarkan kepada para konsumen

    This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational learning and green human resource management practices on environmental performance, with green competitive advantage as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to employees at a palm oil company in South Jakarta. Purposive sampling was applied to select relevant respondents, and data were analyzed using inferential statistical methods. The findings indicate that organizational learning and green human resource management practices positively influence green competitive advantage and environmental performance. Green competitive advantage also mediates the relationship between the independent variables and environmental performance. This study provides practical insights for management in developing sustainability strategies based on learning and human resource development, particularly within the palm oil industry context.

    Assessing Service Quality Using SERVQUAL, CSI, and IPA: A Study in the Smartphone Retail Sector

    The decline in smartphone sales observed at yudhaombox_store in Samarinda during May 2024 indicates potential challenges in maintaining service quality amidst a rapidly growing and competitive market. Where sales decreased from 170 units in April to 87 units in May. This study aimed to evaluate and analyze using three analytical methods: the Service Quality (SERVQUAL), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results revealed negative gaps across 20 service attributes, indicating that service delivery did not fully meet customer expectations. The CSI score of 72.85% placed overall satisfaction in the “satisfied” category, while seven attributes were positioned in Quadrant I of the IPA matrix, highlighting key areas that require immediate improvement. These findings provide strategic insights for smartphone retailers to improve service quality and maintain customer satisfaction in a competitive market.

CV Astoetik merupakan salah satu produsen peralatan seni budaya. Salah satunya adalah alat batik tradisional yaitu alat membatik seperti canting, kompor listrik, wajan, pembidang, panci besar, lilin malam, zat pewarna. Perusahan tersebut juga harus bersaing dengan produsen alat membatik yang modern, seperti cap, sablon, dan printing, sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis proses bisnis untuk meningkatkan daya saing dengan produsen alat membatik yang modern. Analisis proses bisnis tersebut menggunakan pendekatan value chain untuk mengetahui kelemahan dari proses bisnis CV Astoetik.     The rapid development of digital technology has made the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) essential for running Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially for mompreneurs in the fashion sector. This study aims to analyze the impact of social influence on ICT use behavior in mompreneurs who run MSMEs in the fashion sector in Bandung City. The research method used is a quantitative non-experimental approach involving 102 respondents who met the research criteria. The results of the data analysis show that social influence has a significant and positive effect on ICT use behavior. Furthermore, the comparison analysis shows that there is a significant difference in social influence based on the respondent’s level of education. This finding explains that social influences significantly affect use behavior, especially in using ICT for entrepreneurship among mompreneurs
