    The personal-centered counseling approach foster student- learning independence

    One of the characteristics of the independent learning curriculum is student-centered learning. Students become a reference in finding patterns of learning and mentoring. In this context, teachers are required to seek power and efforts to foster the capability of students (student agency) in leading themselves. One pattern of assistance used by teachers, especially Counseling Guidance teachers is person-centered counseling. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Person-Centered counseling approach pattern in fostering student learning independence. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review. The stages in this method are planning, conducting, and reporting. The locus of this research is the literature research results of several researchers, who examined several schools related to the person-centered counseling approach. The results of this research are an increase in student independence in learning when the teacher applies a person-centered counseling pattern. This has been proven in several studies. On that basis, the application of the person-centered counseling approach model is something that is definitely needed to improve the quality of student learning

    Association is very important to explore and find identity for teenagers, but socialization is also vulnerable to mental threats in the form of insecurity that disturbs the future of teenagers. With this research, it is hoped that it can overcome or at least minimize the impact of youth insecurity due to association, so that the prospective youth of the nation's golden generation can avoid prolonged mental illness. Based on the background of this writing, the formulation of the research problem is obtained, namely: 1) How much influence does the association have on adolescent insecurity? 2) What are the patterns of causes and what are the forms of adolescent insecurity in the association?. This study was designed with the aim of explaining and answering the questions in the focus of the research above with the emphasis on: 1) Knowing the magnitude of the influence of association on the emergence of a sense of insecurity in adolescents. 2) State and explain the pattern of causes of insecurity in the association. With this research, researchers can find out in depth about the correlation between association and insecurity in adolescents

    Produktifitas merupakan aktifitas yang dilakuakn seseorang untuk mendapatkan output dari proses yang sudah dilakukan Produktifitas amat sangat penting untuk dilakukan dengan baik dan maksimal agar hasil kerja yang didapat tercapai harapan perusahaan. Untuk meningkatkan produktifitas harus melibatkan berbagai macam elemen faktor mulai dari elemen faktor  yang paling kecil sampai pada elemen faktor yang paling besar. Salah satu elemen faktor yang dapat meningkatkan produktifitas karyawan adalah elemen faktor motivasi dan Disiplin, dengan elemen faktor ini diharapkan produktifitas karyawan dapat meningkat. Atas dasar  penjelasan ini, maka penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi dan disiplin kerja pada produktivitas, baik secara parsial maupun simultan.Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Adapun sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sempel jenuh, yang 74 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja memiliki peran yang  signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan memiliki peran yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Sehingga ketika karyawan memiliki motivasi dan disiplin kerja yang baik maka produktivitas karyawan juga akan semakin maksimal. Namun, ketika motivasi dan disiplin kerja kurang baik maka produktivitas juga akau kurang maksimal

    Investigation of online counseling with solution focused brief counseling-based implementation for students with severe academic stress conditions

    Students are susceptible to feeling pressure as a manifestation of the changes experienced during their educational process. These changes present themselves in a variety of different ways. This state is reasonably frequent among students, mainly when supporting causes of pressure are present. Some examples of these circumstances include living away from parents, shifting patterns of academic interactions from high school, differing academic expectations, and socio-cultural shifts. Moving beyond the theoretical foundation, empirical investigations, and phenomena in the area, there is a need for in-depth research and studies about attempts to identify models that alleviate the academic stress experienced by students. The Solution Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) technique combined with the internet, and online media is one of these approaches. The goal of this research was to determine whether or not the SFBC method combined with the model of distant counseling might successfully alleviate the academic stress experienced by first-year students. The number of participants in this research was cut down to five college students to meet the research requirements. The design and analysis of the research adhere to the premise of using a single-subject experimental design combined with visual analysis. The findings demonstrated an overall reduction in the amount of academic stress experienced by students after two sessions, as well as an improvement in their condition by the time the session was throug

    This study aims to improve the ability to manage the practice of group counseling in students through a Lesson Study with performance assessment. The subjects of this study were 42 students in the Guidance and Counseling department. This research was conducted with lesson study in three cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings of practical activities in schools in the stages of the plan, do and see. Lesson study activities were carried out in three secondary schools in Singaraja, Bali, involving school counselors as observers and supervisors. The data in this study in the form of student learning outcomes of group counseling practice were obtained through performance assessment with a guided observation method using the rubric of assessing skills in managing group counseling. The data in this study were analyzed descriptively quantitatively, then compared with the criteria for the success of the action using a reference on a scale of five. The results showed that the application of the lesson study method with performance assessments in group counseling practices has increased the ability of prospective counselor students in group counseling practices. The results of this study recommend the implementation of a lesson study with performance assessment as a model for improving the ability to manage group counseling for prospective counselor students

    Self-compassion as protective factor against emotion regulation difficulties, self-criticism and daily hassle among female college students

    Female college students face several daily hassles along with their responsibility as a student especially during learning from home policy. The purpose of this study was to explore the role of self-compassion as a protective factor against emotion regulation difficulties and self-criticism among female students with consideration of their daily hassles. The correlative investigation model was employed in this study. The study sample was 870 female university students aged 17 to 24 years old. The correlation analysis indicated that daily hassle was positively correlated with emotion regulation difficulties and self-criticism. On the hand, emotion regulation difficulties, self-criticism, and daily hassle are negatively correlated with self-compassion. The path analysis indicated that increased daily hassle was directly associated with lower self-compassion, which in turn was associated with higher emotion regulation difficulties and self-criticism. Self-compassion was found to have a direct link to emotion regulation difficulties and self-criticism. Cultivation of self-compassion may have benefits for female college students to cope with their daily hassles

    Penggunaan internet di dunia pendidikan dapat membantu meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa, namun penggunaannya yang tak terkontrol dan berlebihan dapat menjadikan siswa kecanduan internet. Kecanduan internet dapat menurunkan prestasi akademik, kemampuan psiko-sosial, dan masalah psiko-emosional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas pelatihan pengelolaan diri berbasis agama untuk mengurangi kecanduan internet melalui  eksperimental one group pre-test post-test design. Eksperimen dilakukan terhadap 16 siswa yang kecanduan internet dengan kategori tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Tingkat kecanduan internet diungkap melalui kuesioner yang diadaptasi dari IADQ (Internet Addiction Diagnostic Questionare) dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Paired T Test melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan kecanduan internet yang signifikan sebesar 0.458 pada siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan pengelolaan diri berbasis agama. Meskipun efektivitasnya masih tergolong rendah (N-Gain = 0.2) atau N-Gain < 0.3, namun pelatihan pengelolaan diri berbasis agama dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemauan untuk merubah perilaku dan dapat menurunkan kecanduan internet secara signifikan pada semua siswa peserta pelatihan

Consumptive behavior can be overcome by increasing self-management to control consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of self-management on consumptive behavior. The research method used is a quantitative method using a simple random sampling technique to 95 students. The instruments used were consumptive behavior instruments and self-management instruments. The number of instrument items used was 75 items that met the requirements for the validity and reliability of the instrument.     Multimedia development to improve character analysis thinking skills through value-based learning approaches

    This research aims to develop interactive multimedia that can improve the quality of education, especially in strengthening students' character and personality, both holistically and comprehensively, according to the expectations of Indonesia's applicable curriculum. Qualitative methods are used in this study to get a complete picture to determine the developed multimedia response. The subjects of this study were one principal, two teachers, and five students. The instruments used in this study were in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation of the learning process using the developed multimedia. The results showed that students, in general, can use this multimedia in the learning process. There needs to be elaboration with teachers in different disciplines to present the material's depth according to the lessons. This research is recommended to all related parties who contribute to the development of students' quality following graduate standards' demands. In turn, it will produce a generation that is ready to enter a new era of knowledge, a better understanding of resources and factors that can affect both directly or indirectly, and it should be the basis for all related components and policymakers

    Implementasi klasifikasi usia film televisi pada penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis partisipasi masyarakat

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi usia penonton pada tayangan film televisi. Klasifikasi dilakukan berdasarkan regulasi yang menetapkan klasifikasi usia pada kelompok semua umur, 13+, 17+, dan 21+. Penentuan klasifikasi didasarkan pada pengamatan dan penilaian tema, gambar, adegan, suara dan teks terjemahan pada film. Klasifikasi ini digunakan dalam menentukan kelayakan film yang akan ditayangkan dengan prinsip pemberian perlindungan pada masyarakat. Penelitian dilakukan selama enam bulan di Lembaga Sensor Film menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan analisis data sekunder. Data film yang diteliti berjumlah 18.772, terdiri dari film televisi nasional dan film televisi impor. Peneliti menarasikan jumlah film televisi yang ditentukan klasifikasi usianya setelah memperoleh sampel data dari observasi dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jumlah klasifikasi film televisi per usia penonton adalah (a) usia13+ sebanyak 11.226 (59,8%) film; (b) usia 17+ sebanyak 4.514 (24,05%) film; (c) semua umur sebanyak 2.752 (14,66%) film; dan (d) usia 20+ sebanyak 280 (14,9%) film. Kualifikasi usia selanjutnya digunakan untuk penjadwalan tayangan film televisi. Film klasifikasi usia semua umur ditayangkan pada pagi hari, klasifikasi usia 13 tahun tayang sampai sore; usia 17 tahun tayang pada malam hari dan klasifikasi usia 21 tahun tayang pada tengah malam
