    Pengaruh latihan split squat jump, jump to box dan kelentukan terhadap kemampuan tendangan tengkong bailian wushu

    This research highlights the strategic role of sports in improving the quality of human resources, focusing on Wushu as a branch of achievement. There is a dominant attack technique, Tengkong Bailian, which requires strength, speed, and precision. Plyometric exercises, such as Split Squat Jump and Jump To Box, are recognized as methods to increase muscle power. Flexibility is also considered crucial in sports activities, and the technical development of Wushu athletes requires the integration of plyometric training with a focus on strength, speed, and flexibility. This study tried to reveal the difference in the influence between the two plyometric exercise methods on the ability of Tengkong Bailian, taking into account the degree of flexibility. Results showed that both methods were effective, with Split Squat Jump superior at high flex, and Jump To Box more effective at low flex. The implication is that the integration of both training methods can promote optimal results in coaching Wushu athletes, with emphasis on individual characteristics and degree of flexibility. These findings provide guidance for Wushu trainers to develop effective exercise program

    Enhancing vocational school counseling program supervision through data-driven feedback

    This study aims to explore the effectiveness of a data-driven structured feedback mechanism in the supervision of guidance and counseling (BK) programs in vocational high schools (SMK) in Central Java, Indonesia. Using a quasi-experimental design with pretest-posttest control group approach, the study involved 10 vocational high schools, with 5 schools each in the experimental and control groups. The experimental group comprised 5 supervisors and 10 counseling teachers, while the control group had the same number of participants. Results showed a significant improvement in supervisory effectiveness in the experimental group, with a mean difference of 1.25 (p < 0.001), compared to a minimal increase of 0.15 in the control group. The findings highlight the importance of integrating data in educational supervision and contribute to the development of more effective supervision models

    The relationship of parent-child attachment and religiosity to improving adolescent self-esteem

    Adolescence is risky and vulnerable; the emergence of risky behavior is often motivated by low self-esteem. This study aims to analyze the effect of parental attachment and religiosity on the adolescents' self-esteem in Bogor City and the differences in parental attachment, religiosity, and self-esteem between male and female adolescents. This study uses an explanatory research design and aims to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. This research has passed the ethical review of the Human Research Ethics Committee of the Bogor Agricultural University, with Number 1062/IT3.KEPMSM-IPB/SK/2023.The research was conducted in ten schools, namely four junior high schools and six senior high schools in Bogor City. The population of this study was adolescents in Bogor City. The sampling technique in this study was cluster random sampling based on class, involving ten schools with details of four junior high schools and six senior high schools, with 50 students from each school, so the total number of respondents was 500 respondents. The research was conducted in October 2023. Data analysis used Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 25.0 for inferential analysis (independent sample T-Test and Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) for influence analysis. This study shows that adolescent self-esteem is influenced by parent-child attachment and religiosity. The difference in test results showed that religiosity in female adolescents was higher. Meanwhile, male adolescents have higher self-esteem. The implications of this research are the government can expand access to family and adolescent counseling services in schools and the community. This counseling can help families build better attachments, help adolescents find their identity, and improve their self-esteem

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya pengguna media sosial saat ini terutama di kalangan remaja. Saat ini banyak permasalahan yang diakibatkan oleh penggunaan media sosial yang berlebihan dan bahkan sampai menganggu kesehatan mental penggunanya terutama pada remaja. Permasalahan penggunaan media sosial ini disebut juga problematic social media use.  Problematic social media use yaitu ketergantungan pada media sosial yang ditandai dengan tidak terkontrolnya individu dalam menggunakan media sosial sehingga dapat menganggu terlaksananya aktifitas sehari-hari individu tersebut. Untuk meminimalisir dan mengatasi permasalahan ini, maka diperlukan peran orangtua dalam mendampingi dan mengawasi penggunaan media sosial pada remaja. Namun kenyatannya banyak orangtua yang sibuk bekerja sehingga sulit melakukan pengawasan serta hanya sedikit waktu yang dihabiskan dengan remja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematic social media use pada anak yang orangtuanya bekerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh melalui analisis data dan informasi dari subjek penelitian melalui penyebaran instrumen penelitian berkaitan dengan problematic social media use yaitu Social Media Disorder (SMD) Scale. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu remaja yang orangtuanya bekerja pada tingkat SLTA di Sumatera Barat. Luaran pada penelitian ini yaitu 1 artikel pada jurnal nasional terindeks sinta 2 dengan URL https://www.jurnal.konselingindonesia.com/index.php/jkp. Penelitian ini mendukung program unggulan Universitas Negeri Padang yaitu RIP Penelitian UNP tahun 2020-2024 tentang media dan sumber belajar di era revolusi industri 4.0

    The effects of emotional eating and negative framing on healthy food choices: a quasi-experimental study on college student participants using virtual reality

    Cases of obesity have increased significantly in recent years, triggering the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, depression and cancer. One of the main factors is unhealthy food choices, so further research is needed to understand the factors that influence food preferences. This study aimed to evaluate the influence of emotional eating and negatively framed messages on healthy food choices, using a quasi-experiment method involving 135 participants. Data were analyzed using general linear models to identify significant patterns of relationships. The results showed that negatively framed messages had a significant influence on healthy food choices, although the effect was not very strong. In contrast, emotional eating showed no significant influence on healthy food choices. However, there was an interaction between negative framing and emotional eating that influenced healthy food choices, suggesting that individuals with emotional eating tendencies may respond differently to negatively framed messages compared to other individuals. This study highlights the importance of message-based approaches to promote healthier eating habits. The practical implications of the findings may provide guidance for designers of public health interventions to consider aspects of message framing as one of the strategies in health campaigns. Further research is recommended to explore additional factors, such as mood, body mass index, gender, emotion regulation, and individual food preferences during emotional eating. These results may contribute to the design of more effective health policies in reducing the prevalence of obesity and motivating people to make healthier food choices

    Counseling for Victims of Dating Violence with Emotional Freedom Technique: Single Case Research Design

    Dating violence is a phenomenon that can have serious consequences. Individuals who experience dating violence often face psychological challenges, including depression, anxiety, emotional trauma, and difficulties in forming healthy relationships in the future. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) counseling in improving psychological well-being among victims of dating violence. The research utilized a single-case design with an A-B-A format. The participant in this study was an individual with a moderate level of dating violence and low psychological well-being. The intervention consisted of four EFT counseling sessions. Data were collected before, during, and after the intervention. Visual analysis of the results indicated a significant improvement in the participant's psychological well-being and a reduction in symptoms related to dating violence. These findings suggest that Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) counseling has the potential to be an effective intervention approach for victims of dating violence

    Rational emotive behavioral education model to reduce aggressive behavior in adolescents

    Aggressive behavior is behavior that is manifested in the form of destroying objects or attacking other people verbally or non-verbally. This research tested the effectiveness of the Rational Emotive Behavior Education Model in reducing aggressive behavior in 36 class XI students at SMKN 2 Tasikmalaya. The selected students had high levels of aggressive behavior based on the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ) scale. The experimental study with Time Series Design was conducted for 5 weeks, with one REBE intervention session per week for 40-60 minutes. The results showed a significant decrease in overall aggressive behavior scores from pre-intervention (M = 104.35) to post-intervention (M = 84.94). A significant decrease was also observed in the scores of each dimension of aggressive behavior, namely physical (29.93 to 24.42), verbal (17.68 to 14.24), anger (25.94 to 21.25), and hostility (30.49 to 24.64). These results indicate that REBE is effective in reducing aggressive behavior in students, helping them to think rationally, reducing emotional disturbances, increasing self-understanding, developing more adaptive coping strategies, and improving self-concept and sense of responsibility

    Tujuan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan kepemimpinan distributif di lingkungan sekolah dan dampaknya terhadap berbagai aspek pendidikan. Pengumpulan dan analisis data menggunakan metode PRISMA dengan meninjau berbagai penelitian yang relevan dari database Scopus dan Semantic Sholar periode tahun 2019-2024, kriteria inklusif dan eksklusi juga disertakan. Kajian ini menegaskan pentingnya kepemimpinan distributif sebagai model yang dapat mendorong komitmen guru, kepuasan kerja, dan efektivitas sekolah, terutama dalam konteks negara-negara berkembang. Kajian ini juga menemukan bahwa efektivitas penerapan kepemimpinan distributif bergantung pada konteks budaya dan geografis. Dalam beberapa kasus, seperti di Indonesia, kepemimpinan instruksional dianggap lebih relevan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guru. Selain itu, keterbatasan dalam ukuran sampel dan cakupan wilayah membuat hasil penelitian sulit digeneralisasikan ke populasi yang lebih luas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penelitian tambahan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan cakupan yang lebih luas untuk mengeksplorasi nuansa kontekstual yang lebih mendalam. Dari perspektif kebijakan, kajian ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan pendidikan untuk mengembangkan pelatihan kepemimpinan yang inklusif dan kebijakan yang mendukung kepala sekolah. Dukungan institusi pendidikan, seperti pelatihan berkelanjutan, pendampingan, dan alokasi sumber daya yang memadai, sangat penting untuk memastikan keberhasilan implementasi model kepemimpinan ini. Kajian ini memperkaya literatur mengenai kepemimpinan distributif di berbagai konteks budaya dan geografis, tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi teoretis, tetapi juga panduan praktis untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui kepemimpinan yang lebih inklusif, kolaboratif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menjembatani kesenjangan dalam literatur dan memperkuat relevansi model ini di berbagai konteks global

    To offset the concerns that arise due to changes in human behavior caused by rapid and unstoppable technological advances, the field of education needs to provide various reinforcements, one of which is through the learning process. Research to see the improvement of elementary school students' moral decisions through the cognitive moral development model assisted by the "Dimo" application on an Android smartphone. This study uses a pre-experimental design One - Group Pretest-Posttest. The informants of this study were 31 6th grade students at SDN 4 Kenanga, Cirebon Regency. This study resulted in differences in pre and post tests tested on 31 students. The pre-test of the majority of students was in the pre-conventional stage 2 category with 95 choices with a percentage of 61.2%. After treatment and presentation of the "Dimo" application media as a learning medium, 75 students' answers were in the conventional stage 2 with a percentage of 48.3%. These results indicate that with the help of the "Dimo" moral dilemma application media, students' moral considerations and moral decision making can improve. This means that the use of application media for students can provide a complex understanding of the problems of moral dilemmas presented because they are more concrete in audio-visual form. This is also in accordance with the characteristics of the current generation of students who are closely related to technology. This study provides recommendations that with active and varied models, students can better understand the context of the learning presented

    Human Following Robot Berbasis IoT untuk Otomatisasi Troli: Meningkatkan Pembelajaran dalam Mata Kuliah Airport Automation

    Pengelolaan troli bandara menghadirkan tantangan seperti pencurian, kerusakan, perawatan, kebersihan, dan keterbatasan mobilitas bagi pengguna. Troli Pengikut Manusia menawarkan solusi otonom untuk transportasi barang penumpang. Dengan menggunakan model R&D Borg & Gall, troli ini beroperasi melalui gerakan tangan yang terdeteksi oleh sarung tangan dengan sensor gyroscope. Mikrokontroler ESP-32 mengaktifkan troli melalui internet, sementara Arduino Mega memproses data untuk mengontrol gerakan melalui motor DC. Troli ini dapat bergerak ke berbagai arah, mendukung beban hingga 7,9 kg, dengan jangkauan deteksi 20 cm dan jangkauan respons hingga 30 meter. Proyek ini terintegrasi ke dalam kurikulum Otomasi Bandara program Teknologi Rekayasa Bandar Udara (TRBU), yang memperkaya pembelajaran dalam bidang otomasi bandara, IoT, dan robotika. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan mengikuti 8 dari 10 tahap Borg & Gall, yang meningkatkan pembelajaran secara sistematis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa troli ini mampu mempertahankan stabilitas dengan menyesuaikan sudut kemiringan terhadap kecepatan: inklinasi pitch naik 5° untuk setiap peningkatan 0,8–1,0 m/s, mencapai 90° pada kecepatan 15,0 m/s, sementara roll meningkat 2,5° per 0,8–1,0 m/s, mencapai 45°. Troli ini telah diverifikasi di Bandara Sultan Mahmud Badarrudin II, memberikan pelatihan yang berharga bagi para taruna di Politeknik Penerbangan Palembang
