Analisis Kondisi Sarana Prasarana Pendidikan (Studi Kasus SDN 03 Sadahayu, Majenang Cilacap)
The educational facilities and infrastructure at SDN 03 Sadahayu, Majenang, face serious challenges due to building damage and a lack of supporting facilities, exacerbated by its location in a mountainous area with difficult road access. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of limited facilities and infrastructure on the teaching and learning process and to understand the experiences of teachers and students in this situation. A phenomenological approach was used as the primary method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of teachers, students, and the school\u27s physical facilities. The sample included all teaching staff and active students during the study. The results showed that limited classroom space, laboratories, sports facilities, and sanitation and religious facilities significantly affected teachers\u27 learning motivation and students\u27 learning experiences. Extreme geographic conditions slowed access and exacerbated these obstacles. Discussions led to the need for infrastructure improvements and community empowerment as key strategies to ensure educational sustainability. The conclusions affirmed the urgency of improving facilities to support optimal learning processes and improve the well-being of students in isolated areas
Pengaruh Media Promosi Perbankan Syariah Terhadap Minat Menabung Masyarakat Gang Pos Di Bank Syariah
This study aims to determine the promotion media of sharia banking that influence the public interest to save in sharia banks, Promotion media used by sharia banking in this research are divided into 3, namely newspaper media, television media and internet media. The method used in this research was quantitative descriptive method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The data used in this research is the primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to the public. Based on the data analysis that has been done, the television and internet variables have a greater contribution than the newspaper variable in increasing public interest in saving at the Islamic banks
Peningkatan Kinerja Tenaga Medis Berbasis Kepuasan Kerja pada Rumah Sakit Khusus Bedah Columbia Asia Semarang
This study aims to analyze work discipline and workload factors that influence employee performance at the Columbia Asia Special Surgical Hospital, Semarang, through job satisfaction. This research uses a quantitative research method with a purposive sampling technique, namely by distributing questionnaires with respondents who have certain criteria, namely employees of the Columbia Asia Semarang Special Surgical Hospital who are still actively working and these employees have worked for at least 2 years at the Columbia Asia Semarang Special Surgical Hospital. 145 respondents. This data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, with the SPSS statistical test tool, this analysis is used to measure the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with intervening variables.The results of this study indicate a significant positive influence between work discipline, workload, employee performance and job satisfaction. This study also proves that the job satisfaction variable plays a role in mediating the relationship between work discipline and workload variables on employee performance variables
Efektivitas Pembelajaran Qira’ah Berbasis Konstruktivisme Melalui Classpoint (Studi Eksperimen pada Siswa SMA As-Syafi’iyah 01 Jakarta)
This study aims to examine the effectiveness of qira’ah learning based on constructivist theory using the ClassPoint platform in improving students’ reading comprehension skills. The research problem is rooted in students\u27 weaknesses in understanding Arabic texts and their low learning motivation, with an initial average score of 56. This study employed a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design involving 25 students in the experimental group using ClassPoint and 25 students in the control group with conventional methods. Data were collected through pre-tests and post-tests. The results show that the average pre-test score in the experimental group increased from 56 to 82.12 in the post-test. Statistical analysis confirmed that this improvement was significant, with a t-count of 5.15, which is higher than the t-table values at the 5% and 1% significance levels. Additionally, this learning model enhanced student engagement through discussions, presentations, and interactive quizzes. These findings demonstrate that the application of constructivist theory combined with interactive technology such as ClassPoint offers an innovative solution to overcome the limitations of conventional methods in teaching qira’ah
Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Islam Moderat dalam Pembentukan Karakter Moderat Siswa
This article aims to describe and analyze the implementation of moderate Islamic values in the formation of moderate character of students at SMP Negeri 2 Gresik. This research is qualitative in nature with the type of case study research and uses the single case study method. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The implementation of moderate Islamic values in the formation of moderate character of students at SMP Negeri 2 Gresik are: 1) Moderate Islamic values are applied in various school activities, such as the habituation of praying before and after learning and the routine of Dzuhur prayer in congregation. In addition, the concept of religious moderation is also realized through the Religious Moderation School program, which includes commemoration of religious holidays, introduction to religious diversity, religious literacy, and anti-bullying campaigns. All of these activities aim to shape students\u27 characters to have a tolerant attitude towards others and avoid all forms of discrimination. 2) SMP Negeri 2 Gresik prioritizes moderate Islamic values, especially Tasamuh (tolerance) and I\u27tidal (justice), which are reflected in the education process and school activities. These two values become the main principles in every school activity and learning process. The application of these values can be seen in the character of students who show tolerance, justice, balance, love for peace, responsibility, democracy, free speech, and uphold a sense of brotherhood
Pengembangan Media Wordpress Dalam Pengajaran Kosakata Pada Siswa Tunanetra Di Yayasan Raudlatul Makfufin Serpong
This study aims to develop a WordPress-based learning media, namely HayyaNabda.my.id, designed to support vocabulary learning for visually impaired students. The media leverages screen reader features that are user-friendly for individuals with visual impairments. At the foundation, visually impaired students learn the rules of sharf and nahwu through singing methods to memorize tashrif and practice simple conversations. However, the lack of learning resources, such as limited Braille textbooks and only 60 minutes of weekly study time, forces teachers to rely more on lecture and conversational methods. While this approach facilitates material delivery, students still face difficulties in understanding vocabulary due to limited direct interaction and access to learning materials. Therefore, inclusive, comprehensive, and accessible learning media are needed to enhance students’ understanding of Arabic vocabulary. This research adopts the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE approach (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the study show that the use of WordPress-based media is effective in improving students\u27 understanding of Arabic vocabulary. Media validation by material and media experts yielded excellent results, each scoring 88%. Meanwhile, pre-test and post-test results indicated an increase in the average student comprehension score from 86.75 to 95.14, with an N-Gain value of 0.633, categorized as "moderate." Based on these findings, WordPress is considered an inclusive, effective, and relevant learning medium to support Arabic vocabulary learning for visually impaired students, while also opening opportunities for further development in other special education institutions
Al-Qur’an dan Penyimpangan Religiusitas: Studi Analisis Pemikiran Charles Kimball
This research aims to examine the concept of religious deviance from the Qur’anic perspective and analyze its relevance to Charles Kimball’s ideas on the dangers of religion. The main focus of this study is to explore how the Qur’an views the phenomenon of religious deviation that arises in religious practices, and to what extent this concept aligns or contrasts with Kimball’s five indicators of religious danger, namely absolute truth claims, blind obedience, the pursuit of an ideal age, justification of any means, and calls for holy war. This research employs a qualitative approach using thematic interpretation (tafsir maudhu‘i), content analysis, and a comparative analysis of Kimball’s thought. The primary sources of the study include the Qur’an, both classical and contemporary tafsir particularly Tafsir al-Munir by Wahbah al-Zuhaili and Kimball’s work When Religion Becomes Evil. The findings reveal that the Qur’an firmly condemns all forms of religious deviation characterized by the misuse of religious authority, excessive fanaticism, intolerance, and the manipulation of sacred teachings for worldly or political purposes. The Qur’an emphasizes the importance of maintaining a balance between faith, reason, and morality as the foundation of true religiosity, warning that distortion in these three aspects may lead to polytheism, hypocrisy, and disbelief. Kimball’s ideas share common ground with the Qur’anic perspective in criticizing fanaticism and violence in the name of religion; however, the Qur’an provides a more comprehensive normative foundation through the principles of tawhid (divine unity) and rahmatan lil ‘alamin (mercy to all creation). Therefore, this study concludes that preventing religious deviance can only be achieved through a holistic understanding of the Qur’an that harmonizes theological, ethical, and social dimensions in religious life.
Membangun Branding Sekolah Islam: Studi Komunikasi Strategis dalam Manajemen Pendidikan Islam
The purpose of this study was to understand how the branding management strategy of Insan Cendekia Islamic School was being implemented, including its socialization management and institutional management, through the use of an international curriculum. The school was changing the public mindset about Islamic schools. The management of Insan Cendekia Islamic School was developing a strategic branding communication approach to build a positive reputation and attract prospective students and their parents. In facing the increasingly tight competition in the education sector, Islamic schools were needing to establish a strong identity in order to remain relevant and become a top choice within society. The success in building a brand was not only relying on visual elements such as logos and slogans, but was also reflecting Islamic values that were being integrated into the school’s culture, curriculum, and the quality of its educational services. The results of the study showed that schools with strong branding were tending to gain higher trust from the community and were able to maintain the loyalty of students and alumni. Moreover, the optimal use of digital communication and active involvement in the community were becoming important factors in strengthening the image of Islamic schools. Therefore, branding was not merely being seen as a marketing strategy, but as an essential part of Islamic education management that was focusing on sustainability and institutional development for the future. This study revealed that Insan Cendekia Islamic School, which was succeeding in building strong branding, was applying various communication strategies, including: the use of digital media and social media, where the school was actively using digital platforms to promote its programs and activities in order to increase visibility and appeal to the wider public; the application of storytelling in marketing, which was proving effective in building an engaging brand, even though it was not yet fully optimized by many Islamic schools; the development of strategic partnerships, which was involving collaboration with pesantren, Islamic universities, and other educational institutions to enhance the school’s credibility and reputation; and the improvement of education quality and services, which was focusing on strengthening the quality of learning and school services to build a positive image in the eyes of the public
Strategi Ketahanan Keluarga di Era Digital Menurut Alquran
Digital progress is so rapid, it has a good impact on humans, so they can communicate between countries and continents, easy access to information and digitalization. However, there are negative impacts on human life, for example cyber crime, pornography, LGBT and others, which pose a threat to families in Indonesia. So in this study, attempts to explain the concept of family resilience in the Koran and how the strategy of family resilience from the perspective of QS Tahrim: 6. The conclusion of this study is that what is meant by family resilience is a form of protection, mitigation, or prevention and self-defense in the face of various threats and danger to the family. There are at least four strategies in family resilience in QS At-Tahrim verse 6 from the perspective of Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, religious education, improving the quality of communication between families, collective family protection based on maqashid sharia, state protection for families
Motivasi Mahasiswa dalam Berorganisasi di Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (PMII)
This research discusses the motivation of students in organizing in PMII Commissariat Kebayoran Lama. Motivation gives encouragement and hope to students to achieve their goals. This study aims to explore and describe student motivation in organizing at PMII Commissariat Kebayoran Lama for Mapaba members in 2022. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach, using Abraham Maslow\u27s motivation theory or familiarly called the hierarchical theory of basic human needs. The data collection techniques used were online written interviews via Google Form, literature study and non-participant observation. The results showed that the motives that form student motivation in organizing in PMII Commissariat Kebayoran Lama are because Mapaba is an effective cadre forum, PMII Commissariat Kebayoran Lama as a forum for self-actualization to support future careers, having an extensive network of relationships, PMII as an organization born from the womb of Nahdlatul Ulama, and following the advice of the closest people. In Abraham Maslow\u27s theory of motivation, it is found that the motivation of students is to meet the need for security to want to organize comfortably and safely according to the advice of those closest to them. Social needs to have different friends in order to build extensive relationships. Appreciation needs, students want to get the appreciation of being someone who succeeds in society. Finally, self-actualization needs, students want to develop their interests talents and passions to improve their quality of life in achieving their future careers
