Pengaruh Budaya Sekolah dan Motivasi Terhadap Interpersonal Citizenship Behaviour Proses Belajar Mengajar Biologi Peserta Didik di SMAN 16 Jakarta
Education is a solution to develop skills and personality as a solution to challenges according to the needs of current and future developments. Not only improve academic ability, but also personality skills. Based on this, it is necessary to address the problem of wise behavior among students in the teaching and learning process of biology in order to increase student motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of school culture and motivation on interpersonal citizenship behavior in the biology teaching and learning process of students at high school. This research was conducted on 70 students at SMAN 16 Jakarta in the odd semester of 2022/2023 using the causal study method and analyzed using path analysis. The results of the calculation of the reliability coefficient of the interpersonal citizenship behavior are 0,904, motivation is 0,917, and school culture is 0,935. The results of this study are the school culture has a direct effect on motivation, motivation has a direct effect on interpersonal citizenship behavior in the biology teaching and learning process, school culture has a direct effect on interpersonal citizenship behavior in the biology teaching and learning process, and school culture has an indirect effect on interpersonal citizenship behavior in the biology teaching and learning process through motivation
Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Guru (Teachers Leadership) dan Integritas (Integrity) terhadap Students Performance
Kinerja siswa yang terangkum dalam prestasi siswa mengalami penurunan sehingga guru memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, serta integritas peserta didik yang dapat membangun lingkungan positif dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan guru terhadap kinerja siswa melalui integritas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei studi kausal dan analisis jalur, dengan memilih 70 siswa secara acak. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 12 Jakarta. Hasil perhitungan koefisien reliabilitas instrumen kinerja siswa sebesar 0,91, kepemimpinan guru sebesar 0,94, dan integritas sebesar 0,923. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja siswa secara signifikan, kepemimpinan guru berpengaruh langsung terhadap integritas siswa secara signifikan, integritas berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja siswa secara signifikan, dan kepemimpinan guru tidak berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja siswa melalui integritas siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa integritas belum menjadi mediator yang baik antara kepemimpinan guru dengan kinerja siswa
College’s Internship Program as A Form of Experiential Learning and Its Effect towards Students’ Skill
The available future jobs have become one of the main concerns especially for fresh graduate. This may be the case at times that there is still high unemployment in Indonesia which has dynamic geography, variety labour force, and diverse economy. As a form of experiential learning in higher education, internship program is held to meet the needs of a developing world. This article will focus on how the internship program can be beneficial to help the students in preparing to be ready to compete in labour market. In order to answer research question, the researcher used descriptive qualitative approach with data collection technique in the form of literature review. The result shows that internship program can significantly affect students’ skill. An internship gives students with real-world experiences in a social learning setting. Considering the available future jobs have become one of the main concerns especially for fresh graduate, university should pay more attention on how their internship program can be more effective to help the intern to train their skill which cannot be learnt in classroom environment
Potensi Dan Prospek Pemanfaatan Rusa Timor Di Indonesia
Rusa deer or Cervus timorensis or Rusa timorensis is an Indonesian endemic tropical deer. This species is protected by Indonesian regulations. Rusa deer are protected because the population is already scarce. This article was a literature review about one of the efforts to increase the population by captivity. Deer captive breeding is a form of sustainable use of deer as well as conservation to prevent the extinction of deer animals. The success of deer captive breeding efforts is supported by mastery of knowledge about deer biology and captive management. The deer captive breeding program will be supported by many parties if it can provide meat to meet the food needs of the community
Hubungan Antara Knowledge About Environmental Issues dan Environmental Sensitivity dengan Responsible Environmental Behavior Peserta Didik SMA Negeri d
Environmental issues has increased continously over the last few years. The environmental issues are mostly brought about by human behavior in term of how they interact with the environment. The things that contribute to a person's behavior towards the environment are knowledge of environmental issues and environmental sensitivity. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about environmental issues and environmental sensitivity with responsible environmental behavior that student have. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 59 Jakarta on the 1st semester, in November, of 2022/2023 school year, involving as many as 70 student samples. The method used is a descriptive method with a correlational study approach using simple correlation regression and multiple analysis. The results of the study revealed that there was a positive and significant relationship between the knowledge about environmental issues with responsible environmental behavior; there was a positive and significant relationship between the environmental sensitivity with responsible environmental behavior; and there was a positive and significant relationship between knowledge about environmental issues and environmental sensitivity together with responsible environmental behavior. Therefore, in improving the responsible environmental behavior of students to be more positive, need to consider factors knowledge about environmental issues and environmental sensitivity of student that contribute significantly
Pengaruh Environmental Concern dan New Environmental Paradigm Terhadap Pro-Environmental Behavior Peserta Didik Sma Negeri di Jakarta
The increase in ecological crises occurs due to the lack of human awareness in protecting the environment. Efforts to overcome this by increasing pro-environmental behavior among students as the next generation. This study aimed to determine the effect of environmental concern and the new environmental paradigm toward students' pro-environmental behavior. The research was conducted at SMAN 54 Jakarta in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year with a sample of 100 students. The method used is a survey method through causal studies and analyzed by path analysis. The results of this research indicate that environmental concern has a direct effect on the new environmental paradigm significantly, the new environmental paradigm has a direct effect on pro-environmental behavior significantly, environmental concern has a direct effect on pro-environmental behavior significantly and environmental concern has an indirect effect on pro-environmental behavior through the new environmental paradigm significantly.

Pengaruh Locus of Control dan Intention to Act Terhadap Responsible Environmental Behavior Siswa SMA di Bekasi
Environmental problems have always been a hot topic discussed in the world. This is due to human behavior that tends to be bad. One effort to overcome this is to apply awareness and concern for the environment to students. Students as agents of change are expected to have responsible environmental behavior. Based on these problems, the purpose of this research was to determine the effect of locus of control and itention to act on responsible environmental behavior of high school students in Bekasi. This research was conducted at SMAN 18 Bekasi in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 with a research sample of 75 students. The method used is a survey method through casual studies and analyzed by path analysis. The results of calculation the reliability coefficient of responsible environmental behavior instrument is 0.898, intention to act is 0.933 and locus of control is 0.915. The results of this study are that locus of control has a direct effect on intention to act, intention to act has a direct effect on responsible environmental behavior, locus of control has a direct effect on responsible environmental behavior, locus of control has an indirect effect on responsible environmental behavior through intention to act
Pengaruh Student's Knowledge about Environmental Issues dan Locus of Control terhadap Citizenship Behavior toward Environment Peserta Didik di SMAN Jakarta
In the current era of globalization there has been an increase in criminality in the environmental sector that must be resolved by increasing citizenship behavior toward the environment. The aim of this research is to know the effect of students' knowledge about environmental issues and locus of control on citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at SMA X Jakarta with 100 students as a sample. The method used is survey method through causal studies with path analysis. The results of the path analysis show that (1) student's knowledge about environmental issues does not have a direct effect on citizenship behavior on 0.131; (2) locus of control has a direct effect on citizenship behavior on 0.242; (3) student's knowledge about environmental issues has a direct effect on citizenship behavior on 0.388; (4) student's knowledge about environmental issues doesn’t have an indirect effect on citizenship behavior through locus of control
School Culture dan Procedural Justice terhadap Counterproductive Behaviour Pada Preservasi Lingkungan Peserta Didik di SMAN Jakarta
Environmental problems are always increasing every day where one of the contributing factors is humans. Counterproductive behavior towards environmental preservation occurs due to someone's ignorance about the important role of the environment for life. This study aims to determine the effect of school culture and procedural justice on students' counterproductive behaviour. This research was conducted at SMAN 21 Jakarta in August - December 2022 with a research sample of 75 students. The research method used is a causal survey method and is analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) school culture has a direct effect on procedural justice significantly by 0.762, (2) procedural justice has a direct effect on counterproductive behaviour significantly by 0.152, (3) school culture has a direct effect on counterproductive behaviour not significantly by 0.035, and (4) there is no indirect effect of school culture on counterproductive behaviour through procedural justice
Analisis Kepekaan Lingkungan Dan Kebutuhan Bahan Ajar Perubahan Lingkungan Siswa Sman 5 Kota Depok
Environmental problems are a necessity that is difficult to separate from human life as a result of human behavior that pollutes the environment. As living beings, humans always try to make ends meet by utilizing natural resources provided by the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of environmental sensitivity of high school students in Depok City and the need for teaching materials currently used in schools in biology lessons. Research Methods with a survey approach to 90 high school students in Depok City. The results of this study are high school students in Depok's environmental sensitivity is still low and biology learning currently still uses conventional teaching materials and is still relevant to the applicable curriculum. However, what is currently being noted is that teachers are faced with the development of information technology which makes teachers have to adapt and need teaching materials that are adaptive to current technological developments so that learning outcomes can be effective and efficien
