Analisa Semiotika Kekerasan Pada Acara Musik Dahsyat dan Inbox di Televisi
The proliferation of television stations, tightened competition to deliver a more attractive event, which aired treats contain many elements of violence and consequently a lot of television shows that negative impersonation. The purpose of this study is to prove that there is an element of violence in the show music show on television, as well as knowing the forms of symbolic violence contained in the event. The object of this study is event Strikes and Inbox. This study uses a semiotic analysis of Roland Bartes to show the meaning of denotation, connotation to the myth of the display to see the event. The results obtained are in the Inbox event Strikes and violence are both verbal and non-verbal in every episode. It is proved that the event is not eligible to be broadcast as it can lead to impersonation or imitation of Indonesian society. If there is no control from the government or agency concerned it will impact the loss of a sense of empathy and culture of politeness that characterizes the Indonesian nation

This article tries to describe the use of twitter buzzer as one way to increase the participation of young voters in the general election in Indonesia. The theoretical basis of this paper is the theory of diffusion - innovation that illustrates the power of mass media messages in influencing attitudes and behavior as well as spread the new discovery. Through the use of descriptive qualitative methods can be drawn that social media twitter with all its advantages and supported by the buzzer as an opinion leader, then the use of twitter buzzer become one of the solutions to increase the participation of young voters in the general election in Indonesia. KEPEDULIAN PERS TERHADAP PENDIDIKAN (Studi Analisis Isi Berita Pendidikan Anak di Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Pasca-Bencana Tsunami Pada Harian Kompas dan Harian Media Indonesia)
This research is conducted to describe caring extent of Kompas and Media Indonesia towards child education in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam province after tsunami disaster, using content analysis approach. Data was analyzed using intercoder reliability to measure degree of reliability between coders and media. Agenda Setting and Social Responsibility theories are used to depict media roles on instructing what should be considered by daily readers, in order to portray media social responsibilities, indicating media regard ness. Research final gains, showing that Kompas and Media Indonesia, as printed mass media representations, possessing poor average of caring extent towards child education in post-apocalyptic region, by the amount of 42, 86 %. Amongst seven indicators of research, there are only three indicators that refer to significant degree of caring extent foreshortening medias social responsibility, i.e; news title readability applying substantive method, using comprehendable words; informant selection congruent with news theme; news angle emphasizing certain indicator taken from 5W+1H concept

To develop and trigger the development of musical art in the city of Ambon, Ambon city government felt the need to form a brand that became a brand differentiator and became icons of tourism in Ambon. Brand "Ambon City of Music" was initiated in hopes of becoming a starting point for the development of city Ambon become more competitive through an integrated marketing communications activities in brand communication. Research to describe and analyze the concept of the three pillars of IMC in the steps taken by the Government of Ambon in communicating the brand "Ambon City of Music". other research method used is descriptive qualitative case study approach. R esearchers found that the government has made strategic moves in IMC pillar concept is to approach audiences (government, private sector / stakeholder, elements of the community) and the media (elements of the marketing communication mix)

We are required to be able to use social media as a medium that can simplify our lives, as we can find a lot of information or news through the media. On the other hand, social media can also facilitate the work of someone. In this research, the researcher want to see that social media twitter belonging to Ridwan Kamil and Ganjar Pranowo which they use as a medium to get closer to the citizens, in accordance with the essential function of the mass media. This research using qualitative research method with observation the timeline twitter of @ridwankamil and @ganjarpranowo. Then, from the observation, It is indicate that the twitter account has complied with all the essential functions of a mass media
