The Customer Satisfaction to Islamic Banking Service Quality in YogyakartaThe Objective Of The Present Study Was To Find Out Service Quality\u27s Factors that influences for customer satisfaction, the obtrusive criteria that affect customer satisfaction and analyze the level of customer satisfaction in each Islamic bank in Yogyakarta based adaptation CARTER models. CARTER is model based on SERVQUAL dimensions in addition with new dimension called “Compliance with Islamic law” which is suitable for the Islamic banking industry. Research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 200 customers consisting of four Islamic banking in Yogyakarta. The analysis method used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The conclusions from this study regarding customer satisfaction about service quality in islamic banks has been above the moderate (high enough). The Factors that give big effect for customer\u27s satisfaction in islamic banking are responsiveness, compliance , and empathy. The Influence of Market Orientation and Knowledge Management to Marketing PerformanceThe purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of market orientation and knowledge management performance of marketing in District of Ciomas and Dramaga Bogor. Analysis tools used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis was as follows: the value of market orientation variable towards innovation resulted p value which was greater than the lowest average value. The value of knowledge management variable towards competitive advantage resulted p value, which was greater than the lowest average value. The value of innovation variable towards competitive advantage resulted p value, which was smaller than the lowest average value. The value of innovation variable towards marketing performance resulted p value which was greater than the lowest average value. The value of competitive advantage variable towards marketing performance resulted p value which was smaller than the lowest average value.DOI: 10.15408/ess.v6i2.377

Organizational Analysis of Indonesian Waqf BoardThe emergence of the idea of cash waqf is surprising to many people, especially experts and practitioners of Islamic economics. The method used in this research is a normative legal research method (legal research). One of the objectives the need to establish Indonesian Waqf Board is to promote and develop waqf. Indonesian Waqf Board plays an active role as a regulator, motivator, mediator, and also can play a role as the administrator of waqf itself (nazhir). Therefore, it is in the case of appointment Indonesian Waqf Board membership management needs are called upon with some requirements such as having the vision and mission of commitment to develop waqf, has a working knowledge of and experience in managing waqf assets in a professional manner on a national scale.DOI: 10.15408/ess.v6i1.312

Effect of Growth Opportunities and Environmental Uncertainties To Profit ManagementThe purpose of this study is to investigate the determinant of firm’s earning management by food and beverage industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2010-2015. The impact growth opportunity and environmental uncertainty may induce greater manager’s use discretionary accruals as earning management. Furthermore, this study also examines the effect auditor quality on the relationship between growth opportunity and earning management. Using purposive sampling, the sample of this study consist 8 companies are listed on IDX (48 firms-year). The result indicated that firm’s situation under growth opportunity and environmental uncertainty had an impact on the earning management. However, auditor quality proven has an impact on the relationship between growth opportunity and eaning management.DOI: 10.15408/ess.v6i2.357
Determinan Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Penyewaan Lapangan Centro Futsal Cabang Daan Mogot
The Determinant of Customer\u27s Satisfaction to Centro Futsal Branch of Daan MogotThe aim of this research is to analyze the determinat of consumer satisfaction at Futsal Centro. This research is using multiple regression as tools of analysis. The independent variables of this research are service quality, promotion, and location. The result shows that the most influence in providing customer satisfaction is the location amounted to 0.364 and then followed by the variable of service quality amounted to 0.349 and followed by the promotion variable equal to 0.229. Then through the F test showed that the variables of service quality, well-deserved promotions and locations to test the dependent variable customer satisfaction on leasing futsal field. Through correlation R value is 0.811 or 81.1% and the determination coefficient value (R2) is 0.657, or 65.7.DOI: 10.15408/ess.v6i2.357

Determinants of Murabahah Financing in The Indonesian Islamic Banking IndustryThe purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the Third Party Funds (DPK), Non Performing Financing (NPF), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Asset (ROA), Operational Efficiency Ratio (BOPO), Inflation, Credit Interest Rate and Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to volume of Murabahah financing in sharia banking. The analysis method used is multiple linier regressions. The result of this study shows that: Third Party Funds (DPK), Return on Assets (ROA), Inflation and GDP are positively influence to Murabahah Financing. For Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Credit Interest Rate is partially significant negative influence to Murabahah Financing. Distinctive competence within an organization include labor skills and abilities of resources. The Impact of Macroeconomics Variables to Islamic Stock Index in IndonesiaThis research aim is to analyze the impact of macroeconomics variable to Islamic stock’s index in Indonesia. The macroeconomic variables are BI-rate, inflation, foreign exchange, sharia Bank of Indonesia certificate and oil world price. The methods that used in this research is error correction model to analyze the short-run and long-run impact of macroeconomics variables to Islamic stock’s index. The result shown that the foreign exchange rate and sharia Bank of Indonesia certificate influence the to Islamic stock’s index in short-run.
