PENGEMBANGAN MODEL E-CAREER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEPUTUSAN KARIR SISWA SMA NEGERI 3 MAKASSAR
Full text linkThis study aims: (1) To develop career information service model based on electronic media (e-career) which acceptable in improving students’ career decision at SMAN 3 Makassar. (2) To know the effectivity of career information service model based on electronic media (e-career) in improving students’ career decision at SMAN 3 Makassar. The study was a research and development which referred to the research stages by Borg and Gall. The research data were collected by employing interviews, questionnaires, and scales of measurement, as well as the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques. The results of the study revealed that (1) the development of the acceptable electronic-based media (e-career) of career information services model in improving students’ career decisions obtained high rating scale from the experts and a very good response from the counseling teachers and students, where it was acceptable and feasible to be used in SMAN 3 Makassar; (2) The application of electronic-based media (e-career) of career information services model was effective in improving students career decision at SMAN 3 Makassar
KETERGANTUNGAN ONLINE GAME DAN PENANGANANNYA
Full text linkPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui perilaku yang ditimbulkan dari kecanduan bermaian online game pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Palu yang meliputi faktor-faktor penyebab kecanduan, keadaan psikologis yang ditimbulkan dari kecanduan bermain online game dan dampak-dampak yang ditimbulkan dari kecanduan bermain online game.Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan berdasarkan responden dan informan sebagai bahan sumber data. Dalam proses pengumpulan data digunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara, dimana setelah data diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, bahwa subyek (RZ) dan (MT), kedua subyek penelitian menjadi ketergantungan atau kecanduan untuk bermain online game yang dikarenakan tersedianya beberapa fasilitas pendukung untuk bermain game di rumah, adanya faktor sosial dari pertemanan dengan teman bermain dan keingintahuan yang sangat besar terhadap suatu jenis game. Penanganan ketergantungan game online dengan bantuan dari berbagai pihak terutama pihak sekolah memberikan kepercayaan kepada konselor sekolah atau guru BK untuk mengadakan seminar kepada orang tua siswa tentang game online dan masalah yang akan ditimbulkan, mengatur waktu belajar dan bermain anak, memasukkan materi tentang game online dan dampaknya kepada siswa serta memberikan penyaluran yang baik dalam memilih game yang edukatif serta Menjalin komunikasi interpersonal agar anak dapat terbuka dengan orang tua
EVALUASI PROGRAM KONSELING DI SMP KOTA MALANG: DISCREPANCY MODEL
Full text linkThis study aims to determine the discrepancy between the performance of counseling program of Junior High School in Malang with the determined standards. This study uses a standard of Guidelines for Performance Based Professional School Counselor Evaluation. In the standard it was found that, “the professional school counselor counsels individual students and small groups of students with identified needs/concerns”. This study is an evaluation research. Evaluations were performed in this study using a discrepancy model. The approach used is a system approach that is focused on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of counseling programs. Based on the analysis of the results of the evaluation, counseling programs in Junior Hight School in Malang is still far from standard. The results of this study recommend to counselors to improve the quality of the counseling program, so that it will give a positive impact on students
PENERAPAN KONSELING KELOMPOK REALITAS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA SMK NEGERI 3 MAKASSAR
Full text linkPre-Experimental research was conducted in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar with a total of 10 people of class XI electricity as the subjects research. Problem in this study was students in class XI Electricity experiencing a low independence of learning.This study aims to: (1) Determine the description of the independence of student learning before the Implementation of Reality Group Counseling in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar (2) Be able to know illustration of students’ learning independence after Application of Reality Group Counseling in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar (3) Find out if there is a positive impact on Reality Group Counselling application to increase the independence of student learning in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar. Experimental subjects were given a pretest to determine the atmosphere of students’ learning independence before given reality counseling. At the end of the study, students were given a posttest to determine the effect of applying the reality group counseling in improving learning independence. Collecting data using questionnaires and observation. Analyzed using percentages and inferential statistical analysis, the t-test. The results showed that: (1) Independence learnt students at SMK Negeri 3 Makassar before the given technique Reality Group Counseling were in middle category, while the degree of independence for students at SMK Negeri 3 Makassar after given Reality Group Counseling technique has increased or at high category, (2) There were differences in the level of independent learning in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar before and after given the reality of group counseling techniques
EFEKTIFITAS BIMBINGAN KARIER UNTUK PENINGKATAN CORE WORK SKILLS MAHASISWA
Full text linkAbstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan program bimbingan karier untuk peningkatan core work skills mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode eksperimen kuasi dengan desain pretest dan posttes. Alat instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata (uji-t) tingkat core work skills sebelum dan setelah mengikuti program bimbingan karier. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukkan tingkat core work skills sebagian mahasiswa semester akhir berada pada kategori sedang dan setengahnya lagi berada pada kategori tinggi. Ditinjau dari 20 indikator core work skills, 10 cenderung berada pada kategori Tinggi dan 10 pada kategori Sedang atau belum dikuasai secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan program bimbingan karier efektif untuk peningkatan core work skills mahasiswa. Peningkatan dapat dilihat dari 20 indikator core work skills, 18 indikator efektif meningkat dan 2 indikator tidak efektif meningkat setelah pemberian perlakuan. Kata Kunci: Program, Bimbingan Karier dan Core Work Skill
