    Get PDF
Every Muslim in the world believes that the Quran is a miracle and the words of God (Kalamullah) revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW to be conveyed to humans. The Quran is used by humans as a guide in dealing with all problems in every aspect of life. To study the Quran, it is necessary to know what topic is being discussed in every single verse. With the help of technology, the verses of the Quran can be given topics automatically. This task is called multilabel classification where input data can be classified into one or more categories. This research aims to apply the multilabel classification to classify the topics of the Quranic verses in English translation into 10 topics using the Word Centrality measurement as the word weighting value. Then a comparison is made to the 4 classification methods, namely SVM, Naïve Bayes, KNN, and Decision Tree. The result of the centrality measurement shows that the word ‘Allah’ is the most important or the most central word of the whole document of the Quran with the scenario using stopword removal. Furthermore, the use of word centrality value as term weighting in feature extraction can improve the performance of the classification system.Every Muslim in the world believes that the Quran is a miracle and the words of God (Kalamullah) revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW to be conveyed to humans. This study aims to determine the effect of covid 19 on the movement of the JCI Stock Price by testing various combinations of the input variables of closed price stock data on the JCI. The analysis is carried out to find the best RMSE value from the combination of these input variables using the neural network method. The best RMSE results are compared using the optimization of grid search and evolutionary parameters. The data used in this study was taken from the Yahoo.finance.com page on the JCI Historical Data, during the covid pandemic, from 12/11/2019 to 12/30/2021. The data obtained are 509 records. The input variable used is the closing price data (closed price) as a target. The preprocessing data used are data cleansing, filtering, and windowing until seven days before. The results obtained an RMSE value of 0.104 five days before Close t (P=5), training cycle 9000. Momentum 0.9 and learning rate 0.2 is then optimized using the grid search parameter to produce RMSE 0.101, training cycle 100. Learning rate 1 and momentum 0.1 are then compared with evolutionary parameters, which make RMSE 0.103 at learning rate 0.029, momentum 0.68, and training cycle 86. Based on this research, optimizing grid search parameters produces better RMSE than evolutionary parameter optimization. This small RMSE result shows that investors are still safe to invest.  This study aims to determine the effect of covid 19 on the movement of the JCI Stock Price by testing various combinations of the input variables of closed price stock data on the JCI. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic illness that can affect anyone, while the medicine that can entirely cure diabetes has not been discovered yet. Dipeptidyl Peptidase IV (DPP IV) inhibitor is one of the agents with potency as an anti-diabetic treatment. In this work, we utilized the machine learning method to predict the activity of DPP IV as an anti-diabetic agent. We combined Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method for features selection and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) for the prediction model. Three SVM kernels, i.e., radial basis function (RBF), polynomial, and linear, were utilized, and their performance was compared. A Hyperparameter tuning procedure was conducted to improve the performance of models. According to the results, we found that the best model obtained from SVM with RBF kernel with the value R2 of train and test set are 0.79 and 0.85, respectively.  Diabetes mellitus is a chronic illness that can affect anyone, while the medicine that can entirely cure diabetes has not been discovered yet. Get PDF
Diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) can use a fuzzy inference system. The use of fuzzy logic method to obtain ASD diagnosis results according to experts based on the limits of factors/symptoms of the disease and all the rules obtained from experts. Recommendations for therapy and preventive actions can be given by experts after knowing the results of the diagnosis of ASD using the fuzzy logic method. This study serves to diagnose ASD by optimizing each degree of membership in the fuzzy logic method with the Mamdani method approach which is involved in the autism detection process involving 96 patient data. The Mamdani method itself can process an uncertain value from the user/patient into a definite value whose membership degree can be determined and adjusted to the conditions of the problem. Optimization was carried out on the degree of membership for all variables involved in the process of diagnosing ASD, namely social interaction, social communication and imagination and behavior patterns. The results of this study indicate a relatively small level of fuzzy calculation error with a precision value of 94.4%, a recall precision value of 65.4% and an error rate value of 3.05%. Calculation of accuracy shows a result of 90.59%

Gaussian Distributed Noise Generator Design Using MCU-STM32

    Get PDF
The random noise signal is widely used as a test signal to identify a physical or biological system. In particular, the Gaussian distributed white noise signal (Gaussian White Noise) is popularly used to simulate environmental noise in telecommunications system testing, input noise in testing ADC (Analog to Digital Converter) devices, and testing other digital systems. Random noise signal generation can be done using resistors or diodes. The weakness of the noise generator system using physical components is the statistical distribution. An alternative solution is to use a Pseudo-Random System that can be adjusted for distribution and other statistical parameters. In this study, the implementation of the Gaussian distributed pseudo noise generation algorithm based on the Enhanced Box-Muller method is described. Prototype of noise generation system using a minimum system board based on Cortex Microcontroller or MCU-STM32F4. The test results found that the Enhanced Box-Muller (E Box-Muller) method can be applied to the MCU-STM32F4 efficiently, producing signal noise with Gaussian distribution. The resulting noise signal has an amplitude of ±1Volt, is Gaussian distributed, and has a relatively broad frequency spectrum. The noise signal can be used as a jamming device in a particular frequency band using an Analog modulator. &nbsp

Pneumonia Image Classification Using CNN with Max Pooling and Average Pooling

    Get PDF
Pneumonia is still a frequent cause of death in hundreds of thousands of children in most developing countries and is generally detected clinically through chest radiographs. This method is still difficult to detect the disease and requires a long time to produce a diagnosis. To simplify and shorten the detection process, we need a faster method and more precise diagnosis of pneumonia. This study aims to classify chest x-ray images using the CNN method to diagnose pneumonia. The proposed CNN model will be tested using max & average pooling. The proposed model is developed in previous studies by adding batch normalization, dropout layer, and the number of epochs used. The dataset used will be optimized with oversampling & data augmentation techniques to maximize model performance. The dataset used in this study is "Chest X-Ray Images (Pneumonia)," with 5,856 data divided into two classes, namely Normal and Pneumonia. The proposed model gets 98% results using average pooling, where the results increase by 9-13% better than the previous study. This is because the overall pixel value of the image is highly considered to classify normal lungs and pneumonia. &nbsp
