Pengaruh Variasi Konsentrasi Larutan Serbuk Daun Jeruk Purut (Citrus hystrix. DC) Terhadap Parameter Angka Kuman pada Peralatan Makan
Abstract: The effect of variation concentration of solution powder kaffir lime leaves (Citrus hystrix. dc) against the parameter of figure germ at eating utensils. The recommended disinfection process such as the use of heat and chemicals in a society generally not done because it takes a long time and expensive cost, as well as the excessive use of chemicals, can cause environmental pollution. Therefore, the necessary natural ingredients as a substitute as kaffir lime leaves. Based on the research results Sulistiyani, et al (2004) showed a rinsing by using kaffir lime leaves can decrease the number of microbes on eating utensils. This study aims to determine the effect of variation concentration of solution powder kaffir lime leaves (Citrus hystrix. DC) against the parameter of figure germ at eating utensils. This type of research is experimental, pretest-posttest design with the control group. The samples used were 42 swab samples plate tools. Methods of data collection based on the check out results from the number of figure germ (TPC) in the laboratory. Analysis of data using statistical test Paired t-test and correlation test. The results showed that the average total number of figure germs before treatment ranged from 44-73 colonies/cm2, and the average total number of figure germs after disinfection treatment with a solution of powdered kaffir lime leaves ranging between 6-50 colonies/cm2. Based Paired t-test is known that there are differences the average number of figure germ before and after treatment, where the average total number of figure germs after treatment is lower than the average number of figure germs before treatment with the percentage decrease ranging between 23-89%. Statistical analysis of the correlation test showed there is a relationship between variations in concentration of powder kaffir lime leaves with the number of figure germ on the plate. Kaffir lime leaves contain chemical compounds polyphenols, flavonoids, essential oils, tannins and alkaloids that have a pharmacological effect as an antiseptic, so it can be used as a disinfectant to wash eating utensils.

Penurunan Kadar BOD, COD dan TSS pada Limbah Tahu Menggunakan Effective Microorganism-4 (EM4) Secara Aerob
Abstract : Decreased Levels BOD, COD and TSS Waste Of Tahu Using Effective Microorganism-4 (EM4) In Aerobic. Wastewater was generated from industry tahu still contains levels of polluters such as BOD, COD and TSS are still high that can pollute waterways, Therefore it must be lowered levels before discharge into waterways. One way to do is wastewater treatment with EM4. This type of research was a quasi experiments aimed to determine the reduced levels of BOD, COD and TSS waste of tahu with wastewater treatment using the activator Effective Microorganism-4 (EM4) in aerobic with variation concentrations of 0%, 3%, 5%, 7% and retention time of 72 hours, 144 hours, 216 hours. The results showed the highest decrease levels wastewater concentration treatment of 7% EM4 with retention time of 216 hours with a BOD value 399,9 mg/L (88,8%), COD 1355,2 mg/L (85,3%) and TSS 287 mg/L (72,7%). Data analysis used two-way anova in the treatment group EM4 concentration and retention time obtained p value = 0.000 and α = 0.05 the results showed that there were significant differences due to variations in the concentration of EM4, due to the retention time and due to the effects of interactions EM4 concentration with retention time. The treatment results still exceeded the quality standard so before doing aerobic treatment, the first can do anaerobic treatment, so that wastewater treatment is getting better effluent.

Hubungan Sanitasi Kapal Dengan Tanda-Tanda Keberadaan Tikus Pada Kapal Yang Berlabuh Di Pelabuhan Trisakti Banjarmasin
Abstract: The Correlation Between Ships Sanitation And The Signs Of The Rats Presence On The Ships That Rest In Trisakti Port Banjarmasin 2017. In accordance with the International Health Regulation (IHR) 2005 and the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 356 of 2008, the Port Health Office is responsible for the port area be rat-free infestation. Ports and ships must be free from the rats presence but data in the ships are find the presence of rats, so it must be fumigation. This study aimed to know the correlation between ships sanitation and the rats presence on ships that rest in Trisakti Port Banjarmasin 2017. This study type was observation in analytic form with cross sectional approach. This samples size were motor boats, tug boat ships, motor vessels and motor tankers, so their total were 20 ships. The instrument used ship sanitation inspection form and rats inspection form. Data analysis used the Fisher Exact Test. Risiko Pajanan Logam Berat Pada Air Sungai
Abstract: Exposure risk of heavy metals on river water. River water is still used by the society as the primary source of drinking water although some rivers have been polluted by industry activities. The purpose of this research is to assess exposure risk of heavy metals which is contained in river water. In achieving the purpose, it conducted the measurement of insitu parameter as temperature, DO, turbidity and pH, mercury rate, manganese, cadmium, and chromium of 6 valence in 2 sample collecting points in Tabatan river, in headwaters and downstream of Desa Buas Buas and Sawaja Kecamatan Candi Laras Utara Kabupaten Tapin. The result of measurement is analyzed to predict exposure risk of heavy metals in river water consumed by people around the river. Exposure risk counts the intake (I). Penurunan Bakteri Coli pada Air Sungai Martapura Menggunakan Saringan Arang Sekam Padi
Abstract: The Decrease in the Number of Coli Bacteria in Water of Martapura River Using The Husk Charcoal Filter. The habits of the people along the Martapura river, defecates into the river, causing the river water polluted by Coli bacteria that be able to cause disease. Water treatment is required to improve the water quality of the Martapura river, one of them is using "the husk charcoal filter " to obtain clean water that meets health requirements. This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of the husk charcoal filter, and determine the thickness of the filter were most effective to decrease the number of coli bacteria in water of Martapura river. In this design, was performed the initial measurements (pretest), performed the treatment and performed the second measurement (posttest), so it could be seen the effectiveness of the treatment. The "husk charcoal filter" was effective to Decrease the Number of Coli Bacteria in the water of Martapura river as much as 69,2% - 99,3%. However, a decrease in the number of coli bacteria still above the standards required by the Water Quality Standard class B, after filtration. Because it still found much bacteria after filtering, it is advisable to boil water to boiling before consumption, because heating is the most effective way to kill microbial pathogens that be able to cause disease.

Abstract: Knowledge, Attitude with Merchants Participation In The Management of Market Waste. In Banjarbaru city waste volume transported by TPS officers per day about 90 tons / day to TPA. One of the source of waste is the market which is a big problem because most of the market waste is wet garbage. So these waste piles become flies nest, rats, insects.Waste management is also influenced by the participation of merchants that were still lacking awareness to play an active role in the implementation. The purpose of this study is to determine the relations of knowledge, attitude with the participation of merchants in waste management in the Bauntung market Banjarbaru. The type of this research is analytical survey research with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study is all merchants in the Bauntung market Banjarbaru. The sample is 85 respondents, obtained by proportional sampling method. The research variables consist of independent variables, namely knowledge and attitude while the dependent variable is the participation of merchants in waste management. Data analysis used is univariat and bivariate (using Chi Square with α = 0,05). The result of the research stated that there is no correlation between knowledge level and participation (p-value 0,747> 0,05). Pemanasan Sebagai Katalisator Bahan Koagulan Tawas dan Kapur dalam Pengolahan Air Sungai di Desa Penjaratan Kecamatan Pelaihari Kabupaten Tanah Laut Tahun 2016
Abstract: Heating As The Catalyst Of Alum And Lime Coagulant Materials In The River Water Processing In Penjaratan Village Pelaihari District Tanah Laut Regency In 2016. Water is a basic need in the human’s life. Therefore, water must be available in adequate quantity and quality such physical quality especially the turbidity at river water in. This study aims to find out the heat value as the catalyst of alum and lime coagulant materials in reducing the river water turbidity. The research method used is jar test, quasi- eksperiment designs in nature. Dependent variables in this study are turbidity and pH, independent variables are alum and lime doses and heating solution temperature. Data analysis is using Two-Way Anova statistical test.The study result in April 2016 shows there is a difference between catalyst without heating with early turbidity heating is 65.7 NTU and turbidity with processing without heating at settling time variation 5 minutes 20.7 NTU, 10 minutes 18.32 NTU and 15 minutes 17.45 NTU while with heating at settling time variation 5 minutes 14.27 NTU, 10 minutes 13.6 NTU and 15 minutes 13.1 NTU. The statistical test result shows the p-value in the catalyst is 0.05 (there is no significant difference).

Efektivitas Sterilisasi Metode Panas Kering pada Alat Medis Ruang Perawatan Luka Rumah Sakit dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas
Abstract: Effectiveness Of Sterilization Method Of Dry Heat At The Wound Care Medical Devices Hospital Room Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo Kuala Kapuas. Hospital Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo is a Type C hospitals that provide 24-hour medical services.Bed capacity of 145 with the number BOR (Bed Occupancy Rate) 51.36%.Efforts to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections from medical devices one of which is the process of sterilization with dry heat heating process.The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of dry heat sterilization methods on medical devices in the Hospital Dr. H. Soemarno Sosroatmodjo. This type of research is quasi-experimental.Type variables used are the independent variables (temperature variation with the dry heat oven), the dependent variable (number of bacteria).Samples taken medication is a tool set consisting of a pair of tweezers and tub instruments. Analysis of data use Oneway Anova test. Based on the results of the examination, in the highest number of bacteria known medical tool tweezers is the average number of bacteria colonies 1.33 / cm at 125oC, and the highest number of bacteria of medical tools like instrument that is the average number of bacteria colonies 0.66 / cm at the temperature of 125oC. Statistical data analysis for medical devices tweezers with Oneway Anova test, after sterilized generate significant value of 0.09, which sig> 0.05 so that Ho is accepted, meaning there is no significant difference and statistical analysis for medical devices like instrument with Oneway Anova test produces the significant value of 0.40, which sig> 0.05 means that there is no significant difference.

Korelasi Iklim Kerja Dengan Kecelakaan Kerja Di PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia TBK Bati-Bati Kalimantan Selatan
Abstract: Correlation of Work Climate With Occupational Accidents At PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Bati-Bati South Kalimantan. One of the working conditions that can cause health problems for workers is exposure to heat. Climate improper work may cause health problems and lead to impaired concentration of labor that resulted in accidents. This study aim to determine the relationship work climate with occupational accidents in animal feed production process unit in PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Bati-bati on Jl. A. Yani Km 35,5 Desa Nusa Indah Bati-Bati, Tanah Laut, South Kalimantan. Cross sectional study design with a total population of 30 labors and samples selected by total sampling were analyzed using Chi-Square test. The results showed that the working environment at the 1st floor 28,69oC , on the 2nd floor 28,90oC and 3rd floor 30,50oC which means that the working climate on the 3rd floor exceeds NAB. Occupational accidents occurred on the 1st floor of 25% , the 2nd floor of 14,3 % and 3rd floor of to 63,6 %. From the results of the bivariate analysis using Chi-square test proved to be statistically significant relationship between work climate with the accident in unit production PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Bati-Bati. Efforts should be made to address the working environment exceeds the NAB is with improved ventilation and the provision of drinking water that meets the needs of labor and provision of clothes that absorb sweat like cotton. Faktor Manusia Dengan Terjadinya Kecelakaan Kerja Di Sentra Industri Meubel Aluminium Di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara
Abstract : Human Factors With The Occurrence Of Work Accidents In Industry Center Of Aluminium Furniture Regency Hulu Sungai Utara . Work accident do not happen by accident but there is. The first group is categorized the 80-85% of the human factor and 20-25% because to mechanical/environmental factors. Human factors that can lead to the occurrence of accidents is worker characteristics (age, education level, work period, and job training), less concentration workers, work discipline (APD) and psychological factors (marital status). The purpose of this analytic research is to know the relation of human factors with the occurrence of accidents. This type of research analytic with cross sectional design. Population of research to 43 people. Data analysis used X2 (Chi Square). The results showed that once a work accident. Many accident as 40 people. The type of accident is slipped (11.6%), punctured (48.8%), cut throat (32.6%). Location of the wound (69.8%). The results showed that there is a relationship of age and educational level (p <0.05) with the occurrence of accidents.
