Penerapan Model UTAUT (The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) Terhadap Minat dan Perilaku Penggunaan Mobile Banking
Full text linkBRI mobile banking is a form of banking service that provides a strategic role in facilitating customer transaction processes. The development of m-banking BRI service needs to be done by analyzing the factors that motivate of acceptance and use of mobile banking. This reseacrh aims to determine the behavioral intention and use behavior of m-banking BRI in Malang City by applying the UTAUT model. The research approach used by the researcher is quantitative. Then, data collection was obtained through a questionnaire instrument in google form which was distributed to 130 user of m-banking BRI. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method with data analysis by using of multiple linear regression test through Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique. The results of the research on regression 1 prove that the constructs of the UTAUT model in the form of performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence have a positive and significant influence on their relationship with behavioral intention in using m-banking BRI. Meanwhile, the results of the research in regression 2 namely facilitating conditions and behavioral intention are also positive and significant in their influence on the use behavior of using m-banking BRI.

Determinan yang Mempengaruhi Pembelian Online di Kalangan Mahasiswa
Full text linkThis study takes the topic effect of commitment, empathy, and trust on online purchasing decisions in the study of Mayjend Sungkono University Mojokerto Students. The sample in this study was 170 people. The research sample method is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Data were collected using the questionnaire method, namely by providing a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondents. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that all variables of commitment to empathy and trust together have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on online products among Mayjend Sungkono University Mojokerto students.

Strategi Pengembangan Tabungan Qurban Pada Lembaga Amil Zakat Infaq dan Shadaqah Muhammadiyah (Lazismu) Jember
Full text linkThis research aims to find out the Tabungan Qurban development strategy at LAZISMU Jember. Development strategies are needed to formulate the right alternative strategies to be applied to Tabungan Qurban LAZISMU Jember. This research uses descriptive analytical research methods. Data collection methods are interviews with questionnaires, observations and documentation. The data analysis method used is to use SWOT analysis through three stages, identification of internal factors and external factors, input stage and matching stage. The results of the analysis showed that the development of Tabungan Qurban LAZISMU Jember by using SWOT analysis include: strengths-opportunities (maintaining the image of the institution in the eyes of donors and building a positive image in the community and increasing loyalty to donors, while maintaining the quality of qurban meat by maximizing the empowerment of qurban breeders, maximizing cooperation with Islamic banking, determining brand positioning statements), weaknesses-opportunities (forming a special deviation to handle and manage savings programs, promote on social media in an orderly manner), strengths-threaths (increasing the competitiveness of more institutions than other institutions), weaknesses-threaths (utilizing LAZISMU human resources to improve the quality of Tabungan Qurban).

Atribut Dewan dan Corporate Social Responsibility: Kinerja Keuangan sebagai Variabel Moderasi
Full text linkCorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure has been an important aspect of assessing companies these days. Indonesian listed companies have begun to disclose CSR through sustainability reports because they understand the importance of CSR in improving company efficiency and reputation. CSR certainly cannot be separated from corporate governance, namely the attributes of the board. Therefore, the study was implemented with the aim of discovering the impact of board attributes on CSR with financial performance as a moderation variable. CSR in the study was measured using GRI standards. Researchers used associative causal research aimed at examining the relationship of the studied variables. Secondary data that formed in the quantitative approach were obtained from the annual and sustainability report of listed companies contained on the IDX website. Samples from the study were sorted out using the purposive sampling method which amounted to 52 companies. The study has managed to show that board independence had a significant influence on CSR. Financial performance as the moderating variable weakened the board size-CSR and CEO duality-CSR relationships. Study results can be utilized by readers and subsequent researchers in enriching the existing literature on CSR topics.

Motivasi Kerja, Tingkat Pendidikan, Kepemimpinan, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT BPR Bank Boyolali
Full text linkThe aim of this study was to determine the impact of work motivation, level of education, leadership and work environment on the performance of employees at PT BPR Bank Boyolali (PERSERODA). The subject of the study were employees of PT BPR Bank Boyolali. In this example, the saturation technique was used on a sample of 88 people. The independent variables in this study are work motivation (X1), educational level (X2), leadership (X3) and work environment (X4), while the related variable (Y) is employee productivity. The type of research used was quantitative research with the use of survey methods. The data analysis used included data tool testing, classical acceptance tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing, and deterministic analysis. Looking at the results of the analysis processed with the use of IBM SPSS 26, it can be seen that the level of education, leadership and work environment have a significant impact on employee performance, motivation to work has no significant impact on employee performance, companies must pay attention to motivation to work, level of education , leadership and performance. The work environment at PT BPR BANK BOYOLALI (PERSERODA) is conducive to employee productivity.

Pengaruh Pengalaman Pelanggan, Kesadaran Merek dan Kepuasaan Pelanggan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Ella Skin Care di Cabang Gentan
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to determine and analyze customer experience, brand awareness and customer satisfaction with ella skin care loyalty at the gentan branch. The population in this study is customer ella skin care. The sample in this study was 100 people with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis then the data is processed with SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that customer experience does not have a significant effect on loyalty. Brand awareness and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty.

Pengaruh Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah Terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi di ASEAN 4: Indonesia, Malaysia, Filipina, dan Thailand
Full text linkASEAN is an organization in the Southeast Asian region which has ten member countries. Among the ten ASEAN member countries, there are four countries that have the same characteristics, namely Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand. The four countries are developing countries with low to medium income, where the economy is supported by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to see the effect of the number of workers, the value of exports and the value of MSME capital loans on economic growth in ASEAN 4. The MSMEs studied are MSMEs in four ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Thailand) since 2009-2018. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using panel data by performing statistical tests (F test, t test and R2 test) and classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation). Data analysis shows that the number of workers and the value of MSME capital loans have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in ASEAN 4. Meanwhile, the export value of MSMEs has a positive but not significant effect on economic growth in ASEAN 4.

The Effect of Managerial Skills, Education Level, and the Role of Village Consultative Body toward the Performance of Village Head: An Indonesian Case
Full text linkResearchers choose to research in Kabupaten Bojonegoro, because there were cases of misappropriation of village funds by the village head and there were cases of villages budget reporting to the head of local government. This study aims to look at the factors that can improve the performance of village heads in village finances. There are three independent variables tested, namely managerial ability, level of education, and the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), while the dependent variable in this study is the performance of village financial management. This study took a setting in Kabupaten Bojonegoro by taking a sample of village heads in 6 (six) sub-districts that received the largest village funds. The type of data used in this study is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out by meet the village head directly at the village head’s office, attend the village head forum, and send the questionnaire link via Whatsapp media. They are 150 samples collected through the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS 23 application program. The test results showed that the managerial ability and the role of the BPD had a significant effect on the village head's performance, while the level of education did not affect the performance of the village head.

Early Warning System: Solusi Klaim Negatif Rumah Sakit Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional
Full text linkHospital bills that are greater than the INA CBGs rate results in losses being charged to the hospital so that it hinders thefulfillment of hospital operational needs. The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the SIMRS development process by implementing the concept of an early warning system in mitigating BPJS negative claims experienced by RSUD X. The study was conducted at the X Regional General Hospital (RSUD) in Probolinggo. The case study approach was adopted using the data analysis model Framework for the application of systems thinking (FAST). Analysis of the data obtained shows that the existence of BPJS claim information for each patient that can be known in real-time will help mitigate negative claims so as to reduce the risk of loss to the hospital. Referring to this, the resulting output in the form of an early warning system concept was developed using a direct warning model to users with the output of patient billing information. This development can support hospital operations to be effective and efficient.

This descriptive research aims to depict sharia investement especially sukuk able to contribute in national economy development. This research method is qualitative with library research. Sukuk able to cover deficit Indonesia APBN to support infrastructure developing, built labor insentive, and developing region potency. But Indonesia still needs some regulations and policies to optimize role of sukuk in national economy development itself.
