PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN, HARGA DAN CITRA MEREK TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN POS EKSPRES DI KANTOR POS BONDOWOSO DAN SITUBONDO
The objectives of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image on Post Express customer satisfaction and loyalty in Bondowoso and Situbondo Post Office, using analytical methods Sructural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the of Amos program version 5.0. The population in this research is all customer who sent document or parcel with the Post Express service. The respondent are chosen by purposive sampling. This study uses primary data by taking a sample of customers Post Ekspres at the Bondowoso and Situbondo Post Office,  as many as 133 samples. The results of this study are: (1) service quality has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction; (2)  price has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction; (3) brand image has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, (4) customer service has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty; (5)  price has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty; brand image  has positive but not significant impact on customer loyalty; (7) satisfaction has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. PENGARUH CITRA, KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP LOYALITAS PASIEN DI POLIKLINIK EKSEKUTIF RUMAH SAKIT DAERAH dr. SOEBANDI KABUPATEN JEMBER
The studyaimedto examine the effect of brand image of dr Soebandi executive polyclinic, service quality and satisfaction to patient loyalty. There were six hypotheses were tested with path analysis using partial least squares instrument. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that first, second, third, and five hypotheses were received. Brand image influenced service quality and patient satisfaction. Analysis of direct and indirect effects indicated that the quality of service and patient satisfaction were intervening variables in the relationship with the brand image of an executive polyclinic to patient loyalty. Another hypothesis were rejected.
Service quality andsatisfaction were an important mediator in the relationship between brand image and loyalty. These findings implied that the quality and satisfaction wereintervening variables to patient loyalty. Brand image played an important role in changing service quality and patient satisfaction. It would lead to better patient loyalty are higher as well.

PERANAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY SEBAGAI UPAYA PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT UNTUK MENGURANGI KEMISKINAN
Penyebab kemiskinan yang terjadi di Indonesia diantaranya karena tingkat pendidikan yang rendah, tingginya pengangguran dan masalah sosial lain. Perusahaan sebagai sebuah organisasi yang berada di lingkungan masyarakat mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam membantu mengurangi masalah kemiskinan ini. Salah satu program yang pada saat ini dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan dan sangat gencar dilakukan adalah program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ini merupakan usaha yang harus dilakukan oleh perusahaan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab perusahaan untuk memberdayakan dan meningkatkan lingkungan sosialnya. Lingkungan sosial disini merupakan lingkungan makro dan mikro baik dari sisi internal maupun eksternal. Program ini bukan hanya bermanfaat bagi masyarakat di sekitar lingkungan sosial perusahaan saja tetapi pihak perusahaan sebagai penyelenggara CSR sendiri dalam jangka panjang akan mendapatkan persepsi (citra) yang baik dari lingkungan sosialnya sehingga pelanggan akan berusaha untuk turut mempromosikan perusahaan (termasuk di dalamnya adalah produk yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan) yang pada akhirnya akan mewujudkan konsep pemasaran holistik pada perusahaan.

ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL EMITEN TERHADAP BAGI HASIL INVESTOR PADA OBLIGASI SYARIAH MUDHARABAH DI INDONESIA
This study aims to analyze the influence of internal factors of emitens that affect the investors profit-sharing to the mudharabah islamic bond in Indonesia. This study used an independent variable in the form of internal factors (debt ratio, current ratio, ROA and ROE) and the dependent variable in the form of profit-sharing mudharabah islamic bond investors. This research is using multiple linear regression analysis and using purposive sampling as the sampling method. The results showed that significantly affect the variable debt ratio (X1), current ratio (X2), ROA (X3) and ROE (X4) simultaneously to the profit-sharing mudharabah islamic bond investors. Partially, variable followed by current ratio, ROA, and ROE which significantly affect the results of profit-sharing mudharabah islamic bond investors in Indonesia.

Pengungkapan AkuntansiPertanggungjawaban Sosial(CorporateSocial Responsibility Disclosure) sebagaiPengungkapan Sukarela Kebutuhan InformasiStakeholderpada Official Website Perusahaan (Studi Pada Pt. Indosat Tbk)
The purpose of this research is to see whether the company has taken advantage of the official website to disclose CSR programs conducted. Research conducted at the official site of PT. Indosat Tbk. http://www.indosat.com address in this research focus includes the corporate governance (Government Organization), environmental accounting as a social responsibility. There are two categories that will be used to investigate the reported disclosure of CSR. The first category is the disclosure of information relating to internal stakeholders and the second related information external stakeholders. To measure the quantity of information presented is used as an indicator of Publicity Index. This index indicates the amount of information disclosed by the company as much as 86 questions that there are 2 categories of management and shareholders of the category of internal stakeholders and information to customers, suppliers, environment, society and the distributors of the categories of external stakeholders. The results showed that the index Publicity PT. Indosat Tbk. has revealed 81 of the 86 information relevant to the CSR to the public through the official website. Index derived from the disclosure of information relating to the stakeholders including the reporting of information for 31 categories of internal stakeholders consist of 14 reported that the disclosure of information relating to employee / labor, and 17 reported that the disclosure of information relating to the shareholders and board of directors, as well as stakeholder category for external reporting as many as 50 information that consists of 14 reporting of customer information, supplier information reporting 8 (suppliers), 10 reporting of environmental policies, 12 reported the information society, and 6 reporting the information to distributors.

PENGARUH DANA PIHAK KETIGA, CAPITAL ADEQUECY RATIO, FINANCING TO DEPOSIT RATIO, DAN NON PERFORMING FINANCING TERHADAP PENYALURAN PEMBIAYAAN PADA PT BPRS LANTABUR JOMBANG
PT. BPRS Lantabur merupakan satu-satunya BPRS yang ada di kota Jombang yang memfokuskan usaha pada micro banking yang berlandaskan prinsip syariah. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan BPRS Lantabur, kondisi outstanding pembiayaan dan asset semakin berkembang pesat dari waktu ke waktu. Khususnya dalam hal perkembangan outstanding pembiayaan, terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyaluran pembiayaan tersebut. dalam hal ini adalah faktor-faktor internal yang juga merupakan rasio untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan suatu bank. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan pengujian apakah faktor-faktor internal yang meliputi DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga), CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio) dan NPF (Non Performing Financing) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan PT. BPRS Lantabur sebagai obyek penelitian dengan periode penelitian dari bulan Januari 2011 hingga bulan Desember 2012. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan untuk uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t (menguji pengaruh variable secara parsial) dan uji-F (menguji pengaruh variable secara simultan) dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil bahwa DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga) dan FDR (Financing to Deposit Ratio) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan pada BPRS Lantabur, sedangakan CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) dan NPF (Non Performing Financing) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan pada PT. BPRS Lantabur. Sehingga untuk meningkatkan penyaluran pembiayaan, PT. BPRS Lantabur wajib melakukan penghimpunan dana secara optimal, sedangkan CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) dan NPF (Non Performing Financing) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penyaluran pembiayaan dikarenakan permodalan PT BPRS Lantabur cukup kuat dan memiliki kemampuan manajemen yang baik dalam mengelola portofolio pembiayaan. Meskipun demikian BPRS Lantabur tetap wajib menjaga posisi CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio) tidak kurang pada angka 8% dan menjaga posisi NPF (Non Performing Financing) pada angka kurang dari 10% sesuai ketentuan dari Bank Indonesi
PENGARUH LABA BERSIH, ARUS KAS OPERASI, DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia)
This study aimed to analyze the effect of Net Income, Cash Flow from Operations, and The Size Of The Company To Dividend Policy of manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX ). Data used in this study is a secondary data from annual financial reports of thirtyseven companies during the four years from 2006-2009. The independent variables are Net Income , Operating Cash Flow, and The Size Of The Company, while the dependent variable is Dividend Policy proxied by the dividend yield. Samples of this research determined using purposive sampling method. To analyze the effect of independent variables to dependent variable, the reseachers use regretion analysis. The test results shows that The Net Income, Operating Cash Flow, And The Size Of The Company Partially Influence The Dividend Policy

PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN IKLAN ENDORSER PRODUK SABUN LUXMEDIATELEVISI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DAN LOYALITAS MEREK PADA KONSUMEN PRODUK SABUN LUX DI KABUPATENJEMBER

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh (1) Endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) Endorser terhadap loyalitas merek, (3) isi pesan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) isi pesan terhadap loyalitas merek, (5) struktur pesan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (6) struktur pesan terhadap loyalitas merek, (7) format pesan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (8) format pesan terhadap loyalitas merek, (9) sumber pesan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (10) sumber pesan terhadap loyalitas merek, dan (11) keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas merek. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan program AMOS 20. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dan confirmatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive samplingdengan jumlah responden sebanyak 140 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Endorser berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) Endorser berpengaruh signifikan loyalitas merek, (3) isi pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) isi pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, (3) struktur pesan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) struktur pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, (5) format pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (6) format pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, (7) sumber pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (8) sumber pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, dan (9) keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini antara lain untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko pembelian, harga atas kualitas produk, kontrol perilaku, norma subjektif dan integritas terhadap sikap dan minat pembelian CD musik bajakan. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dimana bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan – hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya dan juga termasuk dalam penelitian konfirmatori (confirmatory research). Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen CD musik bajakan di Kota Jember. jumlah indikator variabel laten seluruhnya adalah 120. Metode analisis data mengunakan analisis SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko pembelian, kontrol perilaku, norma subjektif dan integritas terhadap sikap dan minat pembelian CD musik bajakan berpengaruh secara signifikan. Sedangkan harga atas kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan sikap pembelian CD musik bajakan.
Kata Kunci : Risiko pembelian, harga atas kualitas produk, kontrol perilaku, norma subjektif , integritas terhadap sikap dan minat pembelian CD musik bajakan.

This studyaimed to examine the effect of product innovation on consumer satisfaction with a competitive advantage as an intervening variable in sugar products (Gupalas) at Sugar Factory Semboro PTP Nusantara XI (Persero). In this study there are three hypotheses, namely product innovation affect customer satisfaction, product innovation affect the competitive advantage and competitive advantage effect on customer satisfaction. This journal aims to determine the impact of organizational culture in multinational companies. In addition, this study makes it possible to understand the aspects of labor productivity is influenced by the culture of the organization.
