The Chronicon is written in Latin by Francesco Pipino, a Dominican monk from Bologna, who lived between the second half of the XIII and the first part of the XIV century. The chronicle is composed of XXXI books and the story covers a range of time which goes from 754 to 1317, but with the addition of information that goes as far as 1322. The chronicle is preserved with the only manuscript α.X.1.5 in the Biblioteca Estense at Modena. This paper aims to analyse the reconstrution of Henry VI’s history, by focusing on Pipino’s method in writing his chronicle and on the complex interlacement of various sources
the aim of this review is to know the most useful interventions to prevent teen dating violence, known and applied until now.
Method: database search in Pubmed, Cinahl and Cochrane of articles published between 2010 and 2016.
Conclusions: 21 potentially relevant articles were found according to the search protocol, of which 12 were analyzed following the established inclusion and exclusion criteria. All of them were developed in urban areas of the USA. In them, we identified interventions through performing arts, in the school, with family collaboration and miscellaneous, based on the identification of insane relationships and personal development.
There were interventions related to the development of skills for effective communication, conflict resolution, the handling of emotional responses and the promotion of gender equity. It was observed that multidisciplinary work is the most effective form of prevention.
However, despite being a current issue, there are few results of effective interventions applicable to all types of young people.

Improved Cross-Polarization Performance in Reflectarray Antennas by Direct Optimization of the XPD and XPI Parameters
Current satellite missions for communications demand a high polarization purity, with figures of merit such as the crosspolar discrimination (XPD) better than 33 dB. In order to accomplish these values, some kind of optimization must be carried out to improve cross-polarization performance. The most common approach is to minimize the crosspolar component of the radiation pattern in the region of interest. Nevertheless, this strategy produces suboptimal results since the figure of merit for cross-polarization performance is optimized indirectly. Thus, it is proposed to directly optimize the XPD to improve the polarization purity of reflectarrays for satellite missions. For that purpose, the generalized Intersection Approach algorithm is employed to optimize a very large shaped-beam reflectarray for a direct broadcast satellite application with a European coverage. It is shown that directly optimizing the cross-polarization figure of merit provides better results than the usual approach of minimizing the crosspolar pattern. This work was supported in part by the Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades under project TEC2017-86619-R (ARTEINE); by the Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Competitividad under project TEC2016-75103-C2-1-R (MYRADA); by the Gobierno del Principado de Asturias/FEDER under Project GRUPIN-IDI/2018/000191; by the Gobierno del Principado de Asturias through Programa "Clarín" de Ayudas Postdoctorales / Marie Curie-Cofund under project ACA17-09; by Ministerio de Educación, Cultura y Deporte / Programa de Movilidad "Salvador de Madariaga" (Ref. The Differential Impact of SRC Expression on the Prognosis of Patients with Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma
Aberrant SRC expression and activation is frequently detected in multiple cancers, and hence, targeting SRC has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy. Different SRC inhibitors have demonstrated potent anti-tumor activity in preclinical models, although they largely lack clinical efficacy as monotherapy in late-stage solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinomas (HNSCC). Adequate selection and stratification of patients who may respond to and benefit from anti-SRC therapies is therefore needed to guide clinical trials and treatment efficacy. This study investigates the prognostic significance of active SRC expression in a homogeneous cohort of 122 human papillomavirus (HPV)-negative, surgically treated HNSCC patients. Immunohistochemical evaluation of the active form of SRC by means of anti-SRC Clone 28 monoclonal antibody was specifically performed and subsequently correlated with clinical data. The expression of p-SRC (Tyr419), total SRC, and downstream SRC effectors was also analyzed. Our results uncovered striking differences in the prognostic relevance of SRC expression in HNSCC patients depending on the tumor site. Active SRC expression was found to significantly associate with advanced disease stages, presence of lymph node metastasis, and tumor recurrences in patients with laryngeal tumors, but not in the pharyngeal subgroup. Multivariate Cox analysis further revealed active SRC expression as an independent predictor of cancer-specific mortality in patients with laryngeal carcinomas. Concordantly, expression of p-SRC (Tyr419) and the SRC substrates focal adhesion kinase (FAK) and the Arf GTPase-activating protein ASAP1 also showed specific associations with poor prognosis in the larynx. These findings could have important implications in ongoing Src family kinase (SFK)-based clinical trials, as these new criteria could help to improve patient selection and develop biomarker-stratified trials

viles intereses sociales y familiares.
Strain-tunable Single Photon Sources in WSe2 Monolayers
The appearance of single photon sources in atomically thin semiconductors holds great promises for the development of a flexible and ultra-compact quantum technology, in which elastic strain engineering can
be used to tailor their emission properties. Here, we show a compact and hybrid 2D-semiconductorpiezoelectric device that allows for controlling the energy of single photons emitted by quantum emitters
localized in wrinkled WSe2 monolayers. We demonstrate that strain fields exerted by the piezoelectric device can be used to tune the energy of localized excitons in WSe2 up to 18 meV in a reversible manner,
while leaving the single photon purity unaffected over a wide range. Interestingly, we find that the magnitude and in particular the sign of the energy shift as a function of stress is emitter dependent. With the help of finite element simulations we suggest a simple model that explains our experimental observations and, furthermore, discloses that the type of strain (tensile or compressive) experienced by the quantum emitters strongly depends on their localization across the wrinkles. Our findings are of strong relevance for the practical implementation of single photon devices based on two-dimensional materials as well as for understanding the effects of strain on their emission properties
Comparison of the microbial composition of African fermented foods using amplicon sequencing
Fermented foods play a major role in the diet of people in Africa, where a wide variety of raw materials are fermented. Understanding the microbial populations of these products would help in the design of specific starter cultures to produce standardized and safer foods. In this study, the bacterial diversity of African fermented foods produced from several raw materials (cereals, milk, cassava, honey, palm sap, and locust beans) under different conditions (household, small commercial producers or laboratory) in 8 African countries was analysed by 16S rRNA gene amplicon sequencing during the Workshop “Analysis of the Microbiomes of Naturally Fermented Foods Training Course”. Results show that lactobacilli were less abundant in fermentations performed under laboratory conditions compared to artisanal or commercial fermentations. Excluding the samples produced under laboratory conditions, lactobacilli is one of the dominant groups in all the remaining samples. Genera within the order Lactobacillales dominated dairy, cereal and cassava fermentations. Genera within the order Lactobacillales, and genera Zymomonas and Bacillus were predominant in alcoholic beverages, whereas Bacillus and Lactobacillus were the dominant genera in the locust bean sample. The genus Zymomonas was reported for the first time in dairy, cereal, cassava and locust bean fermentations
