ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN WEBSITE E-COMMERCE TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0
No full textAlong with the increasing development of e-commerce in Indonesia, the increase number of complaints to Indonesian Consumers Organization (YLKI) received 1192 cases in 2014 and 1030 cases in 2015. Online shop category becomes one of the major problem faced by the consumers considering online shop belongs to top 10 complaints received by YLKI. This study examines the extent to which the user satisfaction in using e-commerce website. The websites which were examined in this study are Bukalapak, Tokopedia and Lazada. The study conducted by using WebQual 4.0 method with 347 respondents. The analysis shows that Bukalapak websites is considered as the better website on all categories. Based on respondents’ assessments, the value of WQI on Bukalapak website is on the category of Usability (0.70), Information Quality (0.70) and Service Interaction (0.65). The most important factor toward user satisfaction is the usability to user satisfaction

No full textAnimal Husbandry in Depok City is generally found in every small village in Depok. Good coverage of small, medium and large farms. Many obstacles faced by the farmers in Depok region. And lack of information about livestock diseases. Another obstacle arises when one of the breeders needs supplies or livestock germs for his farm. Department of Agriculture and Fisheries (DISTANKAN) is a legal entity engaged in the area of Depok city in supervising and controlling the pace of development of farms, so that it can record and monitor the development of livestock in the city of Depok, it is necessary an information system that can integrate nonspatial data and spatial data distribution of existing livestock locations in Depok City capable of processing administrative data so that the office can inform the general public about livestock. Spatial analysis function in Geographic Information System (GIS) can be applied to Depok\u27s DISTANCE system. By providing coordinate point on a data with a certain scale to represent a criterion. Therefore, researchers conduct research and make spatial information system based on web distribution of farms to record and provide spatial information location of farms scattered. The development of the system used is a model RAD (Rapid Application Development) with Unified Modeling Language (UML) design tool. Spatial tools used areArcView 3.3 and Mapguide. The stages of RAD system development starts from the requirement planning phase, the workshop design phase and the immunization phase (implementation) until the system testing. The results of this study is a system that can provide information distribution of livestock data for the general public and related institutions, especially spatial based in WebGis view

PERSEPSI NASABAH AKAN LAYANAN ATM DAN E-BANKING DENGAN METODE TAM
No full textATM and e-banking is one of the technologies banking. E-banking is composed of Internet banking and SMS Banking. The general objective of this study was to determine the public perception of various people, especially banking customers will service ATM and e-banking. Methodology in this research using TAM as a tool to measure customer perception with data collection. Testing hypotheses using validity and reliability, the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test. On the validity of all valid variable-value is above 0.1 the value of tolerance and reliability are worth reliable only. On normality test, graph plots obtained following the diagonal lines except the hypothesis interest income earned by the patterned plot graph and follow diagonal line. In multicolinearity test all variables does not occur multikolinearitas in getting out of tolerance values >0.1 and VIF <10. In the test heterokedastisitas on the graph plots the points obtained spreading pattern is not clear above and below the number 0 on the X axis and Y, except the hypothesis interest income earned by thepatterned plot graph below and above the Y. On Multiple Linear Regression Testing using R2 test, t test and F test results obtained independent variable significant effect on the dependent variable. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is known that the perception of the Customer will be ATM and e-banking methods TAM consisting of utilities/public works, Ease/PEU, Attitude/ATU, Interests/Biu, Technology/ATEU much influenced by variables of age and occupation. No full textThe behavior of a bank customer to determine your decision in choosing a bank products such as funding, lending, and of this service can be affected by several factors such as consumer confidence in the banks concerned, customer satisfaction with banking services, and confidence in the experience of the previous experience of bank customers. This research aims to analyze and find out how big the influence of factors that are tested to students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This research method used is descriptive analytic method with cross sectional study design and for sampling by purposive and snowball sampling method. The results of this study can be concluded that the factor of consumer knowledge about banking products, service factor, and the location factor is affecting decision makers students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in selecting a banking product with the percentage of >75%. Psychological factors only slightly influence the decision makers students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in select banking products because it has a percentage of <75%. While the service factors are actors that most influence the decision makers students of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta in selecting banking products. It can be seen from the resulting percentage value of 81.7%

No full textThe purpose of this study is to download yelidiki-variable relationship between the variables that influence the success of E-CGC system at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah an d also provide solutions and recommendations to the institution users to be taken into consideration for the development of the next system. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive technique of non-random sampling for sample collection to be determined in advance as much as 66 respondents in the sample. The data obtained from these respondents further processed using statistical accounts PLS (Partial Least Square) with menggunkaan SmartPLS application. M odel to the success of the system that is used as a benchmark in this study is a model successive system proposed by DeLone and McLean (2003). The results of studies in which seven of the nine hypotheses received indicating that the application E-CGC implemented on employee and leader in UIN Syarif Hidayatullah runs almost in line with the depiction of the theory of information system success McL ean and DeLone. The existence of two relationships that are not confirmed in the study can be a space improvements for application development E-CGC. Researchers also recommend their attention on p there is an increase in customer satisfaction, because according to the model simplifications concluded from the study it appears that customer satisfaction is the most dominating factor in determining the success of the system in case of application of E-CGC at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah

No full textPada penelitian ini terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi pada Fakultas Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta (FKK UMJ) yaitu dengan adanya dosen yang sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai dokter mengakibatkan sulitnya menentukan jadwal kuliah yang tepat sesuai dengan kesiapan waktu dosen mengajar yang sering berubah dan lokal yang tersedia terbatas, selain itu proses pembuatan penjadwalan kuliah yang masih manual mengakibatkan sulitnya mengelola data penjadwalan kuliah. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Perkuliahan Berbasis Web dengan Metode Algoritma Genetika yang merupakan sarana terkait proses penentuan jadwal perkuliahan. Sistem ini digunakan untuk FKK UMJ bidang akademik dalam membuat jadwal perkuliahan, serta memudahkan staf akademik, dosen dan mahasiswa mengakses data penjadwalan kuliah. Metode penjadwalan menggunakan Algoritma Genetika, metode pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka dan studi lapangan (wawancara dan observasi) dan studi literatur sejenis, dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan pemodelan menggunakan UML, serta menggunakan PHP dengan framework Laravel, MySql, Codelobster sebagai tools dan software dalam pengembangan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola penjadwalan kuliah yang tepat sesuai kesiapan waktu dosen mengajar dan lokal yang tersedia sehingga membantu proses pembuatan jadwal perkuliahan menjadi lebih baik lagi
