The student organization provides a lot of knowledge, and experience is certainly very useful, and has many annual work program plans to implement, not all of its information is known to all students or the public. However, the current system can not be maximized by the student organization, so that the dissemination of information on student activities is less open. The purpose of this research is to design and produce information dissemination system of student activity in order to spread openly and to document knowledge related to certain student organization activity through knowledge management system as information sharing of student activity
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN KENAIKAN JABATAN PEGAWAI DENGAN METODE PROFILE MATCHING (Studi Kasus: Kementerian Agama Kantor Wilayah DKI Jakarta)
Ministry of Religious Affairs Jakarta Regional Office does not have a decision support system that can help the process of echelon structural rise. The structural position of echelon at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of DKI Jakarta amounted to 41 people with details of 1 person occupying Echelon II, 10 people occupying the Echelon III, and 30 people occupying the Echelon IV. Basically the process undertaken for promotions begins with the announcement of vacancies, the selection of administrative and competence selection, until the results of the selection will be reported to the Chairman of the Baperjakat for trial. This raises the constraints in terms of time, the vacancy announced 2 weeks before the last limit of file collection is not enough considering not all employees read the information board. In addition to time, paper-based paperwork will cost 25 sheets of paper for each candidate that will eventually become a pile of paper by the end of the year and data searching becomes more difficult. The design of this decision support system uses the steps in SPK modeling which consists of feasibility study, designing, selecting, and making SPK. From this research, the result of the design of decision support system of employee promotion by using profile matching method at the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Jakarta Regional Office is expected to facilitate the provision of vacant vacancy information to be viewed by employees at any time through the website and minimize the amount of paper usage. After the SPK, no files have to be collected because the files can already be uploaded in the system. And the time required for reduction approximately 20 minutes before the system can occur approximately 2 days, so the efficiency level to 50%
STUDI BANDING EMAIL FORENSIC TOOLS
Over the last few decades, email has become a carrier source for transporting spam and malicious content. The Email Network is also a major source of criminal activity on the Internet. Computer Forensics is a systematic process for storing and analyzing email stored on a computer for the purpose of proof in legal proceedings and other civil matters. Email analysis is challenging because it is not only used in various fields that can be done by hackers or malicious users, but also the flexibility of composing, editing, deleting email using offline (eg, MS Outlook) or online email (eg Webmail) applications. To anticipate this, an approach is taken using email forensic tools to understand the extent to which these tools will be useful for detecting and performing appropriate forensic analysis. In this paper, we conducted a comparative study of a set of common features to compare and compare five popular opensource tools forensic email. The study found that all forensic email tools are not similar, offering all types of facilities. Combining these tools allows analysis to get detailed information in the field of forensic email
PENGARUH TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI TERHADAP KECERDASAN (INTELEKTUAL, SPIRITUAL, EMOSIONAL DAN SOSIAL) STUDI KASUS: ANAK-ANAK
The use of information technology (IT) has a positive impact and negative depending on the user\u27s ability to use it, not to mention children. Discretion in the use of IT has considerable influence for the formation of a child\u27s brain ability and will affect the level of intelligence of children. Parents have a role to be aware of changes that occur during the growth of the child. This study will show how far the changes that occur in children after they use information technology and what impact information technology that has a positive effect or a negative for the level of intelligence of children consisting of intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and social terms of parents. This research uses descriptive quantitative method by using questionnaire data collection, data processing, data analysis and interpretation of data. The results showed that information technology has a considerable impact both on four areas of intelligence of children who have been mentioned by values obtained from the calculation of the questionnaires. The results of the questionnaires calculation for intellectual acumen have an adverse impact, influence of IT on emotional intelligence has a pretty good impact, influence IT has an influence on spiritual intelligence is quite good, and the influence of IT for social intelligence has a good impact on the level of social intelligence of children child
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI MENGGUNAKAN METODE PSYCOLOGICAL APPRAISAL (StudiKasus :Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama DKI Jakarta)
Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of DKI Jakarta is the Ministry in the government of Indonesia in charge of religious affairs. To realize the implementation of government and development duties required Civil Servants professional, responsible, honest, and fair through coaching conducted under the system of work performance. However, the appraiser officials have difficulty in making a decision to be able to find the right person for the right position. From those problems, the existing assessment, there is no personality assessment method that can be used as a tool in decision making. The system design is made by Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, and with UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling. The data analysis model is used to analyze and assess which employees can be assigned tasks or authority in accordance with their personality using the Psycological Appraisal Method and focused on the MBTI assessment indicator. The results of this study is an employee performance appraisal information system that can perform, process and see the results of personality tests quickly and in accordance with the provisions set previously also in accordance with the method of psychology
PERENCANAAN ARSITEKTUR ENTERPRISE MENGGUNAKAN TOGAF ADM VERSI 9 (Studi Kasus: Bimbel Salemba Group)
Salemba Group Guidance Group (SG) is an institution engaged in the field of education consultants and tutoring. investment of Bimbel SG on SI / TI body has not been effective, this can be seen from the failure of eCors system implementation caused by lack of careful planning of the system, the system development is still adhoc, and not done by experts. This leads to a kuangnya planning on the development of SI / IT, resulting in unconformity between the strategy of SI / IT with its business strategy. In developing SI / IT, a mature architectural plan is required to plan and manage SI / IT, in order to avoid recurrence of failures in system management. Based on existing facts, an enterprise architecture planning for data management, application, and technology was established, with the aim of assisting Bimbel SG in achieving its objectives. In this research, enterprise architecture planning is made using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with ADM (Architecture Develoment Method) method. This enterprise architecture planning will result in blueprint business architecture, application architecture, data architecture, technology architecture, gap analysis on each architecture, and roadmap of application implementation for Bimbel SG
SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi Kasus : PT. PLN (Persero Distribusi Jakarta Raya Area Pondok Gede))
PT PLN (Persero) Pondok Gede Area is a service area and network that serves to manage company assets such as substations, cables, etc. Since 2005 until now the company is still doing employee recruitment because in the next few years many employees will retire, this will make it difficult for managers in promoting employees because the available employees have a working age and service not too far away. Not yet integrated system between Manager, Asman, and SDM so that the presentation of data for the needs of the promotion of employees who are still considered ineffective and efficient manual. Therefore the purpose of this research is to assist managers in determining the right employees to be promoted. The method of data collection using observation, interview, and literature study, system development method using RAD by using UML tools. The programming stage is done by using the programming language framework CI, MySQL, and Dreamweaver as supporting software in system development. The result of this research is a decision support system that can assist managers in making decisions to select the appropriate employees to be promoted in a certain position by using MFEP and MPE method
RANCANG BANGUN i-CRM (INTERACTIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT) UNTUK JASA AGEN PERJALANAN WISATA (Studi Kasus: PT Persada Duta Beliton)
PT Persada Duta Beliton was established in 1989 in Tanjung Pandan city. The company made the first attempt to sell the airline ticket business, sailing vessel and hotel voucher. The services available at the company are currently less personally focused on customers. This resulted in the company not getting a more optimal valueand less on target. Therefore a business strategy is needed to optimize marketing, sales and service. Based on the research, the company currently does not have a media campaign that directly targeted to its customers and the absence of information storage media in the form of reviews from customers who have booked a tour package to assess the company\u27s performance in order to improve the service is expected also able to provide more services in facilitating customers in interacting with company. The purpose of this research is to design an i-CRM information system at PT Persada Duta Beliton based website that can be used to maintain the company\u27s relationship with the customer. The results to be achieved so that the system can have the function of booking tour packages, chat feature for customers to interact directly to the company in the system, the tour package reviews from customers and the existence of direct promotional media leads to customers as well as personalization to customers such as anniversary remarks include special discounts to customers. Model for system development is Rapid Application System (RAD). In system design is done by using tools Unified Model Language (UML)
DEVELOPING OF WEB-BASED GRAVE SOFTWARE PROTOTYPE
Jakarta has 65.000 hectares ofland area, homes to 9.9 million Jakarta populations, 98 hectares of grave land, and mortality rate of 0.64%. Those facts make the availability of graveyard becoming critical. To overcome the problem of high mortality rate and limited grave area, it is ideal to use Joint Corpse System, that is a grave filled with more than one corpse. Currently, registering a grave tomb in Jakarta is still using manual system, that is when a family member dies, the remaining family must come to the Public Cemetary office to fill out the registration form and choose the available tomb. However, the traffic jam in Jakarta makes it difficult for people to register the grave, for the Cemetery officer to inform the people regarding with the cemetery, and for the heirs whose leases have expired. Therefore, it is important to develop a web-based grave management information system in order to make people easier to reserve the tomb. The web gives people a complete information about grave location and how to register the grave which can be accessed using internet. The study aims to build a web-based information management system for grave registration with Tanah Kusir Public Cemetary as the object of the research. The study uses Prototyping Method, which analyzes the need system to see all components used by the running system and the developing one. The analysis also includes documenting the information system activity such as Input, Processing, Output, Storage, Controlling, Inteface design, Menu Program, and Database. Coding, is the stage of translating the results of analysis and design into the PHP programming language in order to develop a software. The result of the study is people can access the cemetary information, register and confirm via the internet. The cemetary official can also display available tombs in realtime
PERENCANAAN ARSITEKTUR ENTERPRISE DENGAN METODE TOGAF VERSI 9 (STUDI KASUS: RUMAH SAKIT UMUM KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN)
General Hospital (RSU) South Tangerang City is a health service under the Health Office of Tangerang Selatan City Government that organizes individual health services and provides various health services such as outpatient, inpatient, and emergency room (IGD). In carrying out health service activities, South Tangerang City Public Hospital has not used SI/IT in its entirety to support its operational activities, so the cause of health services to patients becomes obstructed. Some other problems that have not existed between the system, the information is not complete and the previous development is done only based on the time that the system is built overlap. Hospitals need labor. Enterprise architecture planning in this research using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) version 9 with ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. This enterprise architecture design generates blueprint targets for business architecture, archival data, architectural applications, technology architectures, gap analyzes, and application implementation roadmaps. From this research, it is expected that South Tangerang City Public Hospital can be built with blueprint architectural concept which has been prepared in accordance with mission and organizational purpose to improve the qualityof health service for the community
