en todas las zonas frutícolas, tanto en el hemisferio norte como en el sur y, desde
la costa hasta altitudes superiores a los 1000 msnm.En España, este cultivo ha tenido un crecimiento importante en los últimos años. La
principal zona de cultivo se sitúa en la provincia de Huelva y constituye la zona de producción
de frambuesa más importante de Europa para el mercado en fresco, suministrando
fruta de otoño a primavera. Otras regiones productoras como el Valle del Jerte, la zona del
Maresme en Cataluña, las sierras de Granada y Málaga, Segovia o Asturias tienen menos

a tosylhydrazone from the ketone, base induced decomposition of the hydrazone, and intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of the diazo compound generated, gives rise to the bicyclic systems with total diastereoselectivity and high preservation of the enantiomeric purity. radical (TEMPO) catalytic systems enable efficient aerobic
oxidations of primary alcohols but they generally show a
reduced reactivity in aqueous medium. Herein, we report an
oxidative catalytic system composed of Trametes
versicolor laccase and TEMPO, which is able to work in
buffer solutions at room temperature using ambient air.
Although this catalytic system displays great efficiency in
aqueous systems, the addition of methyl tert-butyl ether
allows the reduction of TEMPO loading, also enhancing
the solubility of hydrophobic compounds. This practical
methodology promotes the chemoselective aerobic
oxidation of hydroxy or amino groups, leading to
interesting organic derivatives such as aldehydes, lactones,
hemiaminals or lactams.BIONEXGEN European Project.

Conceptual process design of a CaO/Ca(OH)2 thermochemical energy storage system using fluidized bed reactors
Get PDFThis paper analyses a thermochemical energy storage process using a CaO/Ca(OH)2 chemical loop. A
single circulating fluidized bed reactor is proposed to carry out the hydration-dehydration alternating
reactions. During the energy discharge step, steam is fed to the reactor and used as a fluidizing gas and as
a reactant with the CaO coming from a silo, enabling heat to be recovered at a sufficiently high temperature
(around 743 K) from the hydration reaction taking place in the fluidized bed. During the
dehydration of Ca(OH)2 (energy charging step), heat (i.e. from a concentrated solar field) is stored in
thermochemical form as CaO by using steam as a fluidizing gas. A basic process integration scheme for a
reference case with a power output of 100 MWt is analysed in this work, by solving the mass and energy
balances during charging and discharging steps and by calculating the volume of the silos and characteristic
dimensions of the fluidized bed reactor. The effective energy storage densities of the CaO silo is
shown to be over 260 kWh/m3 with reasonable activities of the solids when storing CaO solids in the silo
at around 813 K
