PENJADWALAN TRUK SAMPAH KOTA PONTIANAK DENGAN MODEL ROLL ON ROLL OFF VEHICLE ROUTING PROBLEM
Increased consumption and need for goods that generate waste has an impact on environmental hygiene Pontianak city. Production of waste generated by the resident according to the Office of Sanitation and Park of Pontianak City in 2015 reached 1339.98 tons per day over 64 locations with a fleet of only 35 units available. This makes the process of transporting waste needs to be done effective and efisienct. The aims of this study are to analyze the exizting condition of the transport arm roll garbage truk in Pontianak City and use the model of Roll on Roll off Vehicle Routing Problem to generate better waste transportation schedule in Pontianak city.The steps in solving scheduling problem of Pontianak City garbage trucks using the model of Roll On Roll Off Vehicle Routing Problem are by mapping the locations of waste in Pontianak city, calculating the distance using the road map, describing the problem of scheduling garbage trucks, determining the types of trip used for Pontianak city garbage truck and calculating the service time of each garbage truck.Based on the research on Pontianak city garbage truck scheduling with model of Roll On Roll Off Vehicle Routing Problem, the following conclusions can be drawn: Amr roll truck fleet consisting of 22 units of vhicle, there are 8 vehicles that exceed the time limit of service, so do balancing the workload between vehicles has been conducted. This proves that amr roll waste transportation trucks in Pontianak are not optimal. The Model of Roll On Roll Off Vehicle Routing Problem has not been able to obtain the optimal schedule for a solution model using the heuristic method. However, the proposed heuristic method has been able to offer a solutions for better waste transpotation fares in the sense that it reduced the schedule of vehicles that exceed the time limit. The waste transportation services schedule originally had 8 vehicles that exceed the time limit of 80.1398 service hours to 4 vehicles that exceed the time limit of 39.0832 hour service so that there is a difference of total service time of 41.0566 hours. PROFIL DAN PERMASALAHAN SISTEM LOGISTIK SUNGAI DI KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT
West Kalimantan is one area that is often dubbed as the "Thousand Rivers Region" because of West Kalimantan are fed by hundreds of rivers and small which are still frequent and are navigable. Most of the major rivers is still often used as a means of transport path, both people and goods. One of the areas / districts in the province of West Kalimantan still take the river route to transport activity (people / goods) is Kubu Raya. In essence the river path through every district in Kubu Raya has a very important role in the activity of logistics activities, both the distribution as well as loading and unloading activities. Given the importance of the activity of the logistics activities through the river, but the resources that explain the logistics system of the river in Kubu Raya which is currently still in existence. In addition, research conducted on the logistics system of the river is still very rare. This research aims to obtain data and information on the profile and problems of logistics river system. This research is a case study (case study) that is descriptive qualitative survey method and observation. In addition, the literature that comes from a book published by BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) and data BAPPEDA (Regional Development Planning Board) is also a method used to complete the data and information required in this study. Limitation of the study area in this study include the District of Kuala Mandor B, Kubu, Terentang, Teluk Pakedai, Batu Ampar and Rasau Jaya. The results of this study explain that in general transport activity in Kubu Raya is done through access to the river path. Transport activity performed using several types of transport stream that has its own functions and mechanisms. When present, the activity of the transport through the river has experienced a shift that tends to land transportation. Logistics system problems affecting the river due to road infrastructure became available, the start of the siltation of rivers, less terawatnya existing river channels, insufficient logistics facilities and construction of the bridge (bullying) is not well organized. Although the transport activity through the river has undergone a shift, but still there is one district that most of the activity was carried out through the river, namely the Kubu district. Based on the analysis using the logistic mechanism SocNetV- 2.1 applications to determine the logistics center of the six districts under study on the city of Pontianak, found that the exact location serve as the central logisitk located in Kubu district, precisely in the village of Kubu.Keywords : geographical conditons, inland waterway, logistics syste
PENGUKURAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN HOTEL XYZ MENGGUNAKAN METODE SERVQUAL DAN IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA)
Hotel XYZ explain that reporting customer complaints related to facilities such as facilities and services that are less good. Based on observations of a complaint with every departemen then, to the holding of the study to measure how much the level of interest and satisfaction level of service to customer satisfaction at the Hotel XYZ. The purpose of this research is knowing the level of satisfaction and a customer, determine what attribute the service that needs to be prioritized, the analysis of gaps (gap) between the level of satisfaction and a customer, and made a proposal to improve the quality of service at the Hotel XYZ.The SERVQUAL, which is used in this study to measure the gap between consumer perceptions of service and the expectation, while the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) be used to analyze the appropriateness of and the performance of services, as well as the proposed improvements to do.Based on the results of research has been done by the average satisfaction level of the Hotel Merpati Pontianak to 20 atributes the quality of service is 3.860. But there are some attributes that must be improved as about the condition of the building when he’s doing the spread of the questionnaire and other attributes that has a value of the level of satisfaction is low and a high number of attributes that indicated on the service employees to visitors.proposed improvments that can be done to improve the quality of the attributes of the building condition by performing the checks, maintenance and improvement of the condition of the room and hotel facilities on a regular basis and can make a regular schedule or route area that should be prioritized for checking, maintenance and repair. To determine the conditions that need to be repaired, it can be done by specialized employees who are able to perform such work. Whereas the proposed improvement in employee services namely, with the addition of employees there are parts that need immediate attention but existing employees can not cope. A system of reward, punishment, training and briefing also can be done to improve the performance and morale of employees in order to know and understand the responsibilities of work, know the condition of the working environment, to improve the performance and knowledge customer service.Keyword ; The quality of service, SERVQUAL, Importance-Performance Analysi
