PROGRAM HOLISTIK E-LEARNING DI PERGURUAN TINGGI ISLAM
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi Critical SuccessFactors (CSF) Model terhadap implementasi e-learning di perguruantinggi Islam dan untuk mengusulkan strategi yang diperoleh dari perspektifholistik, konsultatif, dan emansipatori. Analisis organisasi menggunakanCSF berusaha menegakkan metode penelitian manajemen dengan maksuduntuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen esensial yang penting dalam mencapaiefektivitas proses perubahan. Data dianalisis dari hasil wawancara mendalam dan diskusi kelompok terarah dengan para pimpinan universitas, ketua puskom, dan unit penjaminan mutu (quality assurance), mengacupada sejumlah indikator CSF yang dibagi menjadi empat kelompok, yaitu:kepemimpinan, struktural dan budaya; rancangan, teknologi, danpenyampaian materi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap unsurinstitusi perguruan tinggi dipersiapkan untuk mampu melekatkan diri dengane-learning dalam mendukung pengembangan karir atau profesi, sehinggadiperlukan kemampuan universitas untuk mengelola proses perubahandengan mengusulkannya melalui diskusi perancangan tujuan (goal)
KESIAPAN PSIKOLOGIS MASYARAKAT PEDESAAN DAN PERKOTAAN MENGHADAPI DIVERSIFIKASI PANGAN POKOK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjajagi kesiapan masyarakat pedesaandan perkotaan terhadap program diversifikasi pangan pokok. Subjekpenelitian adalah masyarakat Kecamatan Gedang Sari KabupatenGunungkidul dan masyarakat Kecamatan Gedongtengen Kota Yogyakarta.Data diperoleh dari hasil pengisian angket, observasi dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan statistik deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) tingkat pengetahuan yang dimilikitentang diversifikasi pangan pokok pada masyarakat perkotaan lebih tinggidaripada masyarakat pedesaan; (2) masyarakat perkotaan dan pedesaansama-sama memiliki sikap positif terhadap diversifikasi pangan pokok;(3) masyarakat pedesaan sudah menerapkan diversifikasi pangan pokok,namun motivasinya masih bersifat ekstrinsik. (4) masyarakat perkotaanbelum siap menerapkan diversifikasi pangan pokok secara total; (5)terdapat perbedaan jenis pangan pokok non beras yang dipilih antaramasyarakat pedesaan dan masyarakat perkotaan; masyarakat pedesaanmemilih ketela (umbi-umbian) sedangkan masyarakat perkotaan memilihmakanan olahan berbasis gandum
EFEKTIVITAS MUSIK KLASIK DALAM MENURUNKAN KECEMASAN MATEMATIKA (MATH ANXIETY) PADA SISWA KELAS XI
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of classical music inreducing math anxiety. The participants in this study were 14 public highschool students from class XI at Department of Social Sciences (IPS)which has an average to above average IQ scores and high to very highlevels of anxiety. Data collection tool used Mathematics Anxiety Scaleand Evaluation Music Sheet. This study used a pretest-posttest experimentalwith control group design. Random used in this study was a matchingsystem. Data analysis in this study used Wilcoxon test. The results of dataanalysis showed significant decrease in scores between pretest and posttestin the experimental group (KE) with p = 0.014. This result indicated thatclassical music was effective in reducing math anxiety in students. Mathanxiety might decline as the students listen to classical music while learningmathematics

Pengaruh Pelatihan Harga diri terhadap penyesuaian diri pada remaja
The study intends to know the effect of self esteem training to self adaptation of adolescent. The subject are 22 students of MAN I Yogyakarta who have high self adaptation of problems. They didive into two groups: experiment group and control group.The data is analyzed by man witney. The result shows that before research the condition of experiment and control group is not different in self adjusment. After research, there is adjustment between experimental group and control group (u = 3.0,<0.001). Thus the research show there is affect of self esteem training to self adjusment of adolescent
Perbedaan kepuasan perkawinan antara wanita yang mengalami infertilitas primer dan infertilitas sekunder
The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of marital satisfaction between primary infertile female and secondary infertile female, with considering infertility stress. This research involved 50 infertile females, consist of 34 primary infertile females and 16 secondary infertile females. The subjects involved were patients at dr. Kasirun Kasim Putranto, Sp.OG’s Clinic (an obstetrician and gynecologist’s clinic).The data were obtained through Marital Satisfaction Scale, Infertility Stress Scale, and Infertility Questionnaire. Quantitative analytical test was done by application of SPSS version 12 software.The result of this research indicated that there was no significant differences of marital satisfaction between primary infertile female and secondary infertile female (F=0,341, p=0,562, p>0,05)
EFIKASI DIRI, DUKUNGAN SOSIAL KELUARGA DAN SELF REGULATED LEARNING PADA SISWA KELAS VIII
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui hubunganantara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan self regulatedlearning (2) Mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan self regulatedlearning (3) Mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial keluarga denganself regulated learning. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa KelasVIII SMP Muhammadiyah. Total sampel penelitian berjumlah 62 siswayang dipilih dengan tekhnik cluster random sampling. Data di dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan Skala Self Regulated Learning, Skala Efikasi Diri dan Skala Dukungan Sosial Keluarga. Datakemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi. Hasilanalisis data menunjukkan: (1) Ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikanantara efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial keluarga dengan self regulatedlearning (r=0,837, p=0,000) (2). Ada hubungan positif yang sangatsignifikan antara efikasi diri dengan self regulated learning (r = 0,836p=0,000). (3). Ada hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara dukungansocial keluarga dengan self regulated learning (r = 0,418 p=0,002)
BERPIKIR POSITIF DAN HARGA DIRI PADA WANITA YANG MENGALAMI MASA PREMENOPAUSE
The study aims to determine the relationship between positive thinkingwith self-esteem in women with premenopausal period. Subjects werepremenopausal women who ages between 40-50 years old. The studyused quantitative methods. This study used scale to get the data, namelyScale Positive Thinking and Self-Esteem Scale. The result showed asignificant coefficient correlation with r = 0.465. Positive thinking has about21.6% explaining effect on the dependent variables and 78.4% influencesby other factors. Majority participants in this study have medium level ofesteem and positive thinking. Based on the result study, it can be concludedthat there was a significant relationship between positive thinking with self-esteem in women who experienced a period of premenopausal. The higherpositive thinking conducted by participant the higher their self-esteem, andvice versa
PENYESUAIAN DIRI DI LINGKUNGAN SEKOLAH PADA SISWA KELAS XI SMA PASUNDAN 2 BANDUNG
The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical data about the pictureof adjustment at class XIÂ Pasundan high school 2. The methodology inthis research used descriptive study. The population of this study was 340students in grade XI and the samples were 181 students. The sampleswere taken used cluster random sampling technique by looking at theKrejcie table. Collecting data used adjustment scale developed byresearchers based on the theory of adjustment from Schneiders. Data wereobtained in the form of ordinal data and analyzed using the median andPercentage (%). The results showed that as many as 86 students (47.5%)could be well adjusted, and 95 students (52.5%) could not be well adjusted.In addition the result showed that students with authoritative parenting andwere not influenced by peers is the most well adjusted
ARE ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IMPORTANT IN ACHIEVING INDIVIDUAL READINESS FOR CHANGE?
AbstractGlobalization is everywhere, in this regard, every organization should change according to the needs and requirement of the environment. In addition, in today’s economy, it’s critical to have effective, and efficient organization. Failure to effectively engage employees can result in wasted resources, unboptimal organizational performance, and deteriorating employee morale. On the other hand, successfully engaging and committing employee can result in higher levels or organizational performance as well as higher levels of job satisfaction, both of which are much needed in today’s environment.The question arises whether organizational commitment, and employee engagement are related to individual readiness for change. The objective of this research is to identify the relationship andimpact between organizational commitments, employee engagement to individual readiness to change. This study done in four financial companies, that consist of three private owned banks and one government owned financial company (N= 502), with quantitative methods and correlation survey. The results showed that both organizational commitment and employee engagement are positively relatd and have contributed toindividual readiness to change. The results also show that the correlation of organizational commitment is stronger than employee engagement to individual readiness to change.Keywords: organizational commitment, employee engagement, individual readiness to change
