No full textAbstract: Study with the title "Verses of ‘Waris’ in the Review of Maudhu\u27i\u27s Tafsirand Deviations in Indonesia", aims to analyze the understanding and meaning ofwaris verses. A review of maudhu\u27i\u27s interpretation highlights how the applicationof misconceptions, especially perversions that occur in Indonesia. Using a librarystudy approach (library reaserch), this study uses and compares the thoughts ofmufassir and then collides with the deviation of their implementation in Indonesia.The findings of this study are that the practice and application of inheritance isnot entirely based on what is requested by the Shari\u27a. Not a few deviations thatoccur in the community. These deviations sometimes not only apply to people whoare unfamiliar with the law of inheritance, but can also apply even among thosewho should know and understand the problem of the distribution of inheritance inIslamic law.Keywords: The verses of waris, tafsir Maudhu’i
Abstrak: Kajian dengan judul “Ayat-Ayat Waris Dalam Tinjauan TafsirMaudhu’i dan Penyimpangannya di Indonesia” ini, bertujuan untuk menganalisispemahaman dan makna dati ayat-ayat waris. Tinjauan tafsir maudhu’i menyorotibagaimana aplikasi dari pemahaman yang salah khususnya penyimpangan yangbanyak terjadi di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka(library reaserch), kajian ini menggunakan dan membandingkan pemikiran paramufassir dan kemudian membenturkan dengan penyimpangan pelaksanaannya diIndonesia. Temuan dari kajian ini adalah pengamalan dan penerapan pembagianwaris belum sepenuhnya berdasarkan apa yang dipinta oleh syariat. Tak sedikitpenyimpangan-penyimpangan yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat. Penyimpangantersebut kadangkala tidak hanya berlaku pada masyarakat yang awam terhadapsyariat waris, tapi juga dapat berlaku bahkan dikalangan yang semestinya tahu danpaham masalah pembagian waris dalam syariat Islam.Kata kunci: Ayat-ayat waris, tafsir maudhu’

This study entitled "The Effects of Communication Climate on Increasing Student Critical Thinking Skills". It is a research that focuses on the state of communication in an organization, in this case, education. Communication climate is a variable which is often researched, yet in educational organizations is still very rare. With the aim to find out how the communication climate effects on increasing critical thinking skills of students, this research will be carried out using qualitative descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation and documentation. While the main informants were teachers at Sekolah Alam Palembang and supporting informants were students at the SM level. After analyzing the data collected, it was found that a conducive communication climate at Sekolah Alam Palembang (SAPA) was reflected through the dimensions of trust, honesty, joint decision makers, openness in communication downwards, listening to communication upwards, and attention to high performance goals have an impact on increasing critical thinking skills of students which can be seen in the ability to explore information, process information and solve problems creatively based on the information that has been obtained. The communication climate at Sekolah Alam Palembang (SAPA) was also supported by the environment and facilities that support the formation of the creative mindset of teachers to continue to provide stimulants to students become even more critical.

No full textAbstract: Background research is an Arabic language environment to realize Arabic language skills especially for da\u27wah management study program students. The language environment is said to be very important because it has a very large function and role, especially for students to compete in the world applying for jobs. Therefore, through the research the author wants to look deeper and find out how the role of the Arabic language environment exists in the da\u27wah management study program and the extent of its role in improving students\u27 Arabic language skills. The method in this study uses quantitative research with a sample of 52 students. The results of research conducted on 52 da\u27wah management study program students at the Da\u27wah and Communication Faculty of Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang showed that 78.53% of students were able to improve their Arabic speaking skills with the existing language environment on campus.

No full textAbstract: Standardization of the preacher has two dimensions that lead to the agree and contradiction of the ulama, the muballigh and da\u27i. As an effort to realize good competencies and qualifications for the preacher is a very positive thing so that the stake holders become enlightened. If this is desired from standardization, it will be a hope and necessity for all Muslims. Through gathering forums activities can be improved on preacher capacity. However, if standardization is used as an effort to select, assessing credibility regarding the grade of study taken, or limiting the material of the sermon, then this is contrary to the existence of the preacher and the existence of mosques in Indonesia. Because, mosques that stand in this country are self-help communities and those who choose people to become preacher are selection based on their moral size and religiosity qualifications. Therefore, based on this research, the standardization of preacher is not needed at this time, and Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program is deemed not necessary to involve itself in the issue of preacher standardization. No full textAbstract: This research entitled "The Role of Citizen Journalism in Palu Disaster Reporting on CNN Indonesia". Natural disasters that took place in Palu, Central Sulawesi, became a sorrow for Indonesia. This disaster has completed the settlement and eliminated the lives of our brothers. Documentation that spreads in online media results from spontaneous recording of victims. The emergence of the phenomenon of citizen journalism in disaster news has become commonplace in Indonesia. The rapid development of citizen journalism took place in 2004 a tsunami compilation in Aceh which was covered by the victims themselves. Direct news from victims can beat the news made by professional journalists. In fact, videos made by residents when the event was aired by all television stations. The video was recorded by Cut Putri, regarding the seconds of the December 26, 2004 Tsunami compilation, and is considered an important milestone in the development of citizen journalism in Indonesia. Citizen Journalism in Palu, Central Sulawesi. By using a qualitative descriptive method, namely by analyzing the contents of the news contained on the CNN Indonesia Youtube channel where ordinary citizens participate in it. Using Holsti\u27s analysis theory which analyzes data to answer the statement "what, for whom, and how and draw conclusions." The results of the study show that citizen journalism contributes to the value of the news presented in the news. By discussing and discussing what happened during the disaster. However, the quality of recordings from amateurs is not very good, in this case online news media still uses amateur citizen recordings to be published to viewers as supporting data from data approved by professionals. No full textAbstract: Since Malaysia got its independence around 60 years, it has known as a country which had a plural society not even the variety of language but also the variety of religiousity and ethnic. This has shown that the plurality in Malaysia has been a long time. Unfortunately, in facing this plural society seems difficult for some Muslims in Malaysia because of lacking knowledge in terms of approaching dan communicating with this group. Hence, the objective of an article is to review the Islamic responses regarding on the functions of comparative religion in confronting the plural society in Malaysia. The methodology of this article is basically qualitative which focusing on the literatures. The findings showed that comparative religion is important for Malay Muslim to learn and understand more about other people in Malaysia.

No full textAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) the influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence together on the learning motivation of students in Da\u27wah and Communication Management of the Islamic State University of Raden Fatah Palembang, and (2) the influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence partially towards the learning motivation of students of Da\u27wah and Communication Management of Da\u27wah Fatah Islamic University in Palembang. In this study the sample was 138 people. The research design used was multiple regression models. The variables used are three variables, namely the independent variable in the form of Spiritual Intelligence (X1), and Emotional Intelligence (X2), and the dependent variable, namely Learning Motivation (Y). The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence together on the learning motivation of students of Da\u27wah and Communication Management of the Islamic State University of Raden Fatah Palembang, and (2) there was influence positive and significant spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence partially towards the learning motivation of students in Da\u27wah and Communication Management of the Faculty of Da\u27wah and Raden Fatah\u27s Islamic University Palembang. One of Ulama Nusantara\u27s works, Sheikh Abdussomad al-Palimbani, which until now continues to receive attention from academics, is a book called Sairussalikin Ila Ibadah Robbal ‘Alamin. This monumental work describes aspects of the creed, fiqh and Sufism, and the study of Sufism seems to be more dominant than other aspects. Interestingly in the second volume the Author also explained about the concept of amar ma\u27ruf nahi munkar. This paper will explain Sheikh Abdussomad al-Palimbani\u27s thoughts about amar ma\u27ruf nahi munkar: Its relevance to the implementation of da\u27wah. Abdussomad al-Palimbani believes that in amar ma\u27ruf nahi munkar there must be al-muhtasib, al-muhtasib alayhi, al-muhtasib fihi, and nafs ihtisab. Abdussomad al-Palimbani\u27s thoughts can be applied in the implementation of da\u27wah at this time, especially on the issue of preaching targets which must also be oriented to the authorities or officials.

This study aims to (1) obtain an overview of the implementation of counseling for sakinah families, (2) obtain a description of the level of drug abuse trends in first-degree students, (3) produce a model of counseling for sakinah families to prevent drug abuse in adolescents, (4) know the effectiveness of the model . This study uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. Research and Development steps: (1) preparation of model development, (2) formulating a hypothetical model, (3) hypothetical model feasibility test, (4) improvement of hypothetical models, (5) testing of the effectiveness of limited models, methods of collecting data through interviews , observation and dissemination of the scale of drug abuse trends. The research population was counseling experts in Palembang and the first level students of the Islamic Counseling Guidance Study Program at the Raden Fatah UIN Faculty of Palembang. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results showed that the level of tendency of first-year narcotics abuse in high criteria was 4 students or 4.48%, the medium criteria were 20 students or 17.39%, criteria were less than 30 students or 26.09%, low criteria 61 students or 53.04%. There was a significant difference in the trend of non-drug abuse in first-year students after their parents attended a sakinah family counseling of 0.005 <0.5.
