EFFICACY OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY INCREASING DAILY ACTIVITIES TOWARD PATIENT WITH NEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS
Introduction : Eighty percent of dominant disease found in developing countries in non-communicable diseases and chronic diseases. People with chronic diseases include arthritis, heart, lung, neurological disorders, limitation of motion from self-care through their daily activities in the community. Evidence based on occupational therapy for Parkinson's disease and other neurological disorders is still lacking. The scientific evidence on the effectiveness of specific intervention methods should guide occupational therapy interventions for this patient. Currently, the problem of disability to perform activities of daily living (ADL) that occur in patient with neurological disorders can be solved through a comprehensive intervention in rehabilitation medic. It becomes an important issue that needs to be known by the public and health workers that occupational therapy is one part of rehabilitation medic is capable of improving the independence of people with neurological disorders.Method: Source article used obtained from a search through Google Scholar, Ebscho, and ProQuest began in 2000 to 2015. In process of sorting, there are 34 articles which suit the topic Then the articles sorted more by inclusion criteria definite by the reviewer. The inclusion criteria: occupational therapy is performed in patients with neurological disorders that affect the improvement of ADL.Result: This review resulted that effectiveness of occupational therapy show increasing in quality of performance of ADL in patients with neurological disorders.Conclusion: Occupational therapy has an effect in patients with neurological disorders in terms of increasing functional performance and involvement of ADL.

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN LEVEL OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE FAMILIES WITH COPING MECHANISMS OF HIV POSITIVE MOTHERS FAMILY IN TULUNGAGUNG
Introduction: Incidence of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) among housewife in Tulungagung reached 200 cases in 2014. Stress experienced by sufferers will be increase with family members maladaptive behaviors, there for could affect the healing process and increased mortality. This study aims to determine the factors associated with coping mechanisms of HIV-positive mothers family in Tulungagung. Methods: The design of study used was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach. The populations were 15 families of PLHA (People Living with HIV/AIDS). Sample of 7 people were taken by purposive sampling technique. The independent variable was the level of education and family experience. The dependent variable was the coping mechanisms of HIV-positive mothers family. Data collection was done at home companion PLHA and CESMiD foundations using questionnaires. Data analysis was performed with Spearman Rho test with significance level p < 0.05. Results: The results showed that the level of education has no relation with the coping mechanisms of HIV-positive mothers family. It was evidenced by the results of correlation test showed p= 0.576 and r= 0.256, while experience families a significant result with a coping mechanisms of HIV-positive mothers family. It was evidenced by the results of correlation test showed p= 0.046 and r= 0.764. Discussion: It have been can concluded that it has no relation between level of education and coping mechanisms of HIV-positive mothers family, and it was a correlation between the family's experience with family coping mechanisms of HIV-positive mothers. Further research should provide intervention to families of PLHA in managing effective coping to reduce stressor as a result of caring for HIV-positive mothers.

EFFECTIVENESS OF COLOSTRUM AND DRY GAUZE AS TOPICAL TREATMENT TO ACCELERATE SEPARATION TIME OF UMBILICAL CORD
Introduction At this time, dry gauze technique used as one of methods for umbilical cord treatment in newborn babies. However, it affects in prolongation separation time of umbilical cord and increasing incident infection as well. The purpose of this study was to identify separation time of umbilical cord using colostrum as topical treatment compare with dry gauze. Method Quasy Experimental design was used. The purposive sampling was performed and the sample size was 30 newborn babies. The data were collected by observation. T-tes independent was used in analyzing the data. Result The result of this study showed that umbilical cord separation time using colostrum as topical treatment was 109.75 hours and using dry gauze was 167.98 hours (p 0.03). In sum, topical treatment using colostrum was more effective in umbilical cord release time. Discussion Therefore, a socialization and education about umbilical cord care using colostrum as topical treatment is needed.

THE EFFECT OF DATE PALM FOR THE SMOOTHNESS OF BREAST MILK ON POST PARTUM MATERNAL
Introduction: breast milk is a gift of God and a tremendous boon to every baby born into the earth. Qur’an mention many times about the importance of breastfeeding. Meanwhile in the Qur'an also mentions the material which contributes to enhance the quality of breast milk. This material is called date palm. The nutritional content of these dates are needed for breastfeeding mother. In addition, one of the chemical elements contained in dates is oxytocin is able to tighten the smooth muscle around the alveoli to squeeze the milk to the milk ducts. Oxytocin plays a role in the process of breast milk which is often called a let-down reflex. Methods: This study aimed to analyze the effect of palm dates for the smooth of breast milk. This study used an experimental method which was called experiment quasy. It used also control time series design approach. The sample in this research was the post partum mothers who breastfeed their babies in BPM Umi Salamah, AMd Keb. Result: Results of statistical test Mann-Whitney U test with SPSS is obtained with Asymp.Sig 67,500. (2-tailed) 0.061 more than 0.05 which means there is an influence of date in the smooth effect of breastfeeding on post partum mothers. Discussion: There is the influence of consuming date palm on the smooth of breast milk on post partum mothers at Umi Salamah AMd Keb. peterongan Jombang.

THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THE KNOWLEDGE AND ANXIETY LEVEL OF LABOR PROCESS AT THE THIRD TRIMESTER OF PREGNANT WOMEN
Introduction : A labor is a complicated and interplay of relationship between psychology, physiology and the influence of a labor encouragement in a maternal. The study aim to determine of the correlation between the knowledge and anxiety level of labor process at the third trimester of pregnant women. Method: This study was a non-experimental using cross sectional approach. The population were 56 primigravida at BPS Ny. Siti Rofi’atun Amd. Keb.Sambirejo. Jogoroto Jombang. The subject were 48 respondents. The sampling techniques were staratified random sampling. The were analyze using Spearman rank test. Result: The results showed of pregnant women who have a good knowledge of labor process was 60,4%. While for them who feel anxiety are 72,9 % or 35 respondents with significance value α < 0,05. The correlation score of statistic test was p = 0,013 < 0,05 HI accepted. It meant that there is correlation.The result of spearman rank showed that there is correlation between the knowledge of labor process and anxiety level at pregnant women which is explained by significance level p=0,013.
Conclusion: There is correlation between the knowledge of labor process and anxiety level at primigravida (third trimester of pregnant women).

POST DATE PREGNANCY IN COLERATION WITH ASPHYXIA CASE IN NEWBORN BABY
Introduction:Post date Pregnancy is when the period of babies gestation more than 42 weeks or more without attantion to their birth weight so that the placenta is not able to provide nutrients and CO2 / O2transportation which can cause the fetus at risk of asphyxia andfeotal death. The purpose of this study to determine the relation of post date pregnancy with asphyxia case in newborn baby in Obstetric room of RSUD Jombang 2008 and the study was conducted in June 2009.Methods: This study used a descriptive analytic cross sectional approach. The population is all labor mothers with post date pregnancy. Sampling was done by Random Sampling technique. The independent variable is post date pregnancy, and dependent variable is newborn baby with asphyxia. Data were analyzed using cross tabulation test using Chi Squarewith significance level of 5%.Results: There was a relation between post date pregnancy with asphyxia case in newborns in hospitals Jombang with ≥ X2 X2 count value table (4.29 ≥ 3.84). Conclusion:Thus as professional health workers tend to be active by encouraging at every pregnant woman checkups early and regularly so that the risk of pregnancy problems can be detected early.

THE EFFECT OF SPIRITUAL DEEPBREATHING EXERCISETHERAPY TOWARD PAIN AND ANXIETYAMONG NON PATHOLOGIC FRACTURE ORTHOPEDICS POST-OPERATION PATIENTS
Severe pain and unmanageable anxiety in non pathologic fracture orthopedic post operation has caused high demand of analgesic among patients which also causing high risk of side effect such as pruritus, nauseous and vomiting, headache, dry mouth, limp, vision disorder and others. These would lengthen the recovery time, hampering early ambulation and discharge planning. Objective of this study was to explain combination effect of spiritual deep breathing exercisetherapytoward pain and anxiety felt by non pathologic fracture orthopedic post operation patients.Study design was quasi experiment with pre-post test control group design. Population of this study was 28 non pathologic orthopedic post operation patients as respondents. Sample collection technique was using purposive sampling. Variable in this study was spiritualdeep breathing exercisetherapy toward pain and anxiety. Instrument used was questionnaire. Study result was analyzed using Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney test.Result showed that 1) there was combination effect of spiritualdeep breathing exercisetherapytoward pain among non pathologic fracture orthopedic post operation patients, 2) there was combination effect of spiritualdeep breathing exercisetherapytoward anxiety among non pathologic fracture orthopedic post operation patients. Spiritualdeep breathing exercise therapywas proven effective to decrease the pain and anxiety among orthopedic post operation patients, thus it is recommended as one of complementary therapy option in post-operation pain management which is inexpensive, easy and safe. Recommendation: 1) Hospital could facilitate every in-patient room with indication acute pain by audio to broadcast Murrotal QS Ar-Rahman with manual on how to conduct spiritual deep breathing exercise, 2) Subsequent study might be done with larger respondent and longer study duration and longer intervention frequency.

DEVELOPMENT OF PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL INSTRUMENT FOR NURSES BASED ON WEB IN PATIENT UNIT
Performance appraisal instruments would, problematic when it does not representative describing the competency, using the less obvious indicators and incompatibility along with the task of nursing performance standards. The purpose of this study was to develop nurses multisource feedback performance appraisal instrument based on web in patient unit at Samarinda Medika Citra Hospital. This study was done in two phase. First phase was survey explanatory overview of the performance appraisal system using questionnaires completed by 53 respondents of nurses were selected by purposive sampling. The data were analyzed descriptively. Development of instruments based on focus group discussion (FGD) with six participants of decision makers in hospital. Validity test of the instrument’s content used Pearson Product Moment Correlation and reliability tests used Cronbach alpha. The second phase was the socialization and test instruments for assessing the quality of the instrument using a questionnaire by a total of 47 respondents and made recommendations by eight participants FGD. Samples were selected using purposive sampling technique. The data of instrument’s quality were analized descriptively. Performance assessment system rated category fairly by 58.49% of the samples. All questions to measure the performance of nurses proven valid and reliable. Quality of nurse performance appraisal instruments based on web in good categories for all indicators functionality: 81.60; reliability: 78.16; efficiency: 80.85; usability: 81.70 and portability: 81.70. The findings in the study was a web-based assessment format, scoring more clearly with Likert scale, resource assessment by direct supervisor with input from multisource evaluator, the development of performance graph and confidentiality of data on the database server. Recommendations for hospital is to formulate policies based on the final value of the performance appraisal by direct supervisor with input from multisource feedback and there needs a global writing on a form of performance appraisal results.

THE EFFECTS OF HOME BASED EXERCISE TRAINING TO PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE, FATIGUE AND QUALITY OF LIFE ON BREAST CANCER PATIENT RECEIVING CHEMOTHERAPY IN RUMKITAL DR RAMELAN SURABAYA
Cancer and its treatment produce a myriad of burdensome side effects and may significantly impair quality of life. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Home Based Exercise Training (HBET) to physical performance, fatigue and quality of life on breast cancer patient receiving chemotherapy. This study used quasy experimental with one group pre-post test design
approach. Data were collected from breast cancer patient in Bedah I Rumkital Dr. Ramelan Surabaya. Patients were recruited by using consequtive sampling technique, consisted of 26 patients who met inclusion criterias. Patients who were assigned to HBET group performed 3 weeks of walking program. Test Timed Up and Go (TUG) was used to assess physical performance, while Brief Fatigue Inventory (BFI) was used to measure fatigue and The European Organization for
Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 (EORTC QLQ-C30) to assess quality of life. Paired t-test showed a significant result with p<0.0001 for physical performance, cancer related fatigue and quality of life. Breast cancer patients who received HBET saw improvements in physical performance and quality of life, also reduction in fatigue. The results showed that HBET is effective in promoting and maintaning both physical performance and quality of life, as well as reducing fatigue by increasing emotional and physical wellbeing on breast cancer patient receiving chemotherapy. Further research needs to consider homogenity of intensity of
HBET and regimen of chemotherapy.

Lived experience of Indonesian nurses in Japan: A phenomenological study
Aim: The movement of Indonesian nurses via a bilateral agreement with Japan has led to a substantial number of migrants to work as nurses in that nation’s healthcare system. The purpose of this research was to develop a deeper understanding of the meaningful experiences of Indonesian nurses while working in Japanese hospitals. Methods: In this phenomenological study, sampling was purposive and was based on information shared by five Indonesian nurses. The data were collected in interviews; the analysis was thematic.
Results: Six key themes were identified: (i) seeking better than before; (ii) communication challenges; (iii) the
nursing examination as a culmination; (iv) differences in nursing practice; (v) cultural differences; and (vi)
the benefits of living in developed country. Among these challenges, communication as the basis of shared
meaning and understanding was viewed as a complex issue, by both patients and coworkers. Conclusion: The results of this study call for further intervention in supporting Indonesian nurses living in Japan in their struggle with the issue of communication. The emphasis on language acquisition for personal and professional objectives, and the bridging of cultural differences as well, should be considered in an
international context
