No full textPráce na téma "Tvorba animovaných cvičení pro výuku fotbalu na 2. stupni základních škol" se zaměřuje na vytvoření animovaných materiálů jako nástroje pro efektivní výuku fotbalu u žáků druhého stupně základních škol. Cílem je obohatit učební proces, vytvořit podporu pro učitele a trenéry, zlepšit pochopení fotbalových dovedností a zvýšit motivaci žáků k aktivní účasti. Práce obsahuje zásobník 20 cvičení pro výuku fotbalu. Každé cvičení obsahuje cíl, organizaci, výchozí pozici, popis, zaměření a varianty. Animace byly vytvořeny v programu TacticalPad. Mezi dílčí cíle diplomové práce patří historie a pravidla fotbalu, herní činnosti jednotlivce, metodicko-organizační formy, charakteristika staršího školního věku, postavení fotbalu v rámci RVP ZV a zařazení fotbalu v ŠVP ve vybraných školách.The thesis titled "Creation of Animated Exercises for Teaching Football at Lower Secondary Schools" focuses on developing animated materials as a tool for effective football education for lower primary school students. The aim is to enrich the learning process, provide support for teachers and coaches, improve the understanding of football skills, and increase students' motivation for active participation. The thesis includes a set of 20 exercises for teaching football. Each exercise contains an objective, organization, starting position, description, focus, and variations. The animations were created using the TacticalPad software. The specific objectives of the thesis include the history and rules of football, individual player activities, methodical-organizational forms, characteristics of older school-age students, the role of football within the Framework Educational Program for Basic Education (RVP ZV), and the incorporation of football into the School Educational Programs (ŠVP) of selected schools

No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a implementací webové aplikace pro řízení vytápění v budově A na Technické univerzitě v Liberci. Využívá stávající infrastrukturu KNX a PLC Tecomat Foxtrot, které zajišťují fyzickou a řídicí vrstvu systému. Cílem bylo vytvořit moderní, přehledné a intuitivní uživatelské rozhraní pro regulaci teploty zaměstnanci univerzity v jednotlivých místnostech. Aplikace je postavena na platformě .NET, pro nasazení využívá Docker a pro autentizaci Shibboleth. Výsledný systém umožňuje nejen sledování a nastavení teplot v reálném čase, ale také správu uživatelů včetně jejich oprávnění. Systém je nasazen na univerzitním serveru a je aktivně využíván zaměstnanci fakulty.This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a web application for heating control in Building A of the Technical University of Liberec. The solution builds on the existing KNX infrastructure and Tecomat Foxtrot PLC, providing the hardware and control layer. The goal was to develop a modern, secure, and user-friendly interface for user managing room temperatures. The application is built on the .NET platform, deployed using Docker containers, and uses Shibboleth for authentication. The resulting system enables real-time temperature monitoring and control, user permission management, and is currently deployed on a university server and used by faculty staff

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením finančního zdraví podniku Drylock Technologies s.r.o. v mezinárodním obchodním prostředí. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové pojmy spojené s finančním zdravím podniku a představeny metody finanční analýzy, jako jsou horizontální a vertikální analýza, rozdílové a poměrové ukazatele. Praktická část zahrnuje finanční analýzu podniku Drylock Technologies s.r.o. Je provedena horizontální i vertikální analýza účetních výkazů za období 2020 až 2023. Pomocí vybraných poměrových ukazatelů, které jsou vypočteny a interpretovány, je analyzován vývoj hospodaření podniku v čase, včetně komparace s konkurenčním podnikem Ontex CZ s.r.o. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky podniku a navržena opatření pro zlepšení jeho finanční situace. Výsledky práce poukazují na pozitivní vývoj kapitálové struktury podniku i optimalizaci krátkodobého financování.The bachelor 's thesis focuses on the evaluation of the finan cial health of the company Drylock Technologies s.r.o. in the context of international trade. The theoretical part defines key concepts related to financial health and describes methods of financial analysis, including horizontal and vertical analysis, as well as differential and ratio indicators. The practical part includes a financial analysis of the company Drylock Technologies s.r.o. A horizontal and vertical analysis of the financial statements for the period from 2020 to 2023 is carried out. Selected financial ratios are calculated and interpreted and used to analyze the company's performance over time, along with a comparison to the competitor Ontex CZ s.r.o. The analysis identifies the company's strengths and weaknesses and proposes measures to improve its financial situation. The results point to a positive development in the company's capital structure and highlight the need to optimize short-term financing

Teoretická část se zabývá verbální komunikací ve výuce a popisuje principy Montessori metody, přičemž se zaměřuje na aktivní zapojení studentů.
Praktická část je provedena pomocí observací na Montessori školách, kde sleduje výukovou komunikaci, a to konkrétně její charakter, počet a rozsah interakcí v jednotlivých hodinách. Pozorování jsou podpořena rozhovory s učiteli, kteří popisují svůj přístup a zkušenosti s touto pedagogikou. Cílem rozhovorů je zjistit postoje pedagogů k zapojení studentů do verbální komunikace.

Get PDFTato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou diverzity a jejího dopadu na výkonnost mezinárodní organizace, konkrétně společnosti AŽD Praha s.r.o. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat stávající přístupy k diverzitě ve firmě a navrhnout konkrétní opatření pro systematické zavedení diverzitního managementu s ohledem na mezinárodní standardy. V rámci výzkumu byly využity jak kvantitativní metody (analýza demografických dat o zaměstnancích), tak kvalitativní přístup (polostruktutovaný rozhovor se zástupci společnosti). Výsledky poukázaly na existenci dílčích forem diverzity, avšak zároveň na absenci ucelené strategie, politiky a nástrojů pro její řízení. Na základě těchto zjištění byl vytvořen Diversity Management Handbook - metodický dokument poskytující konkrétní kroky, nástroje a doporučení pro zavádění diverzitních principů do firemního prostředí. Dokument je zpracován v anglickém jazyce, reflektuje hodnoty společnosti, její organizační strukturu i technické zaměření. Práce přináší praktický a udržitelný model diverzitního řízení, který má potenciál stát se základem dlouhodobé firemní strategie a zároveň příspěvkem k odborné diskuzi o diverzitě v technickém sektoru.This thesis deals with the issue of diversity and its impact on the performance of an international organization, specifically AŽD Praha s.r.o. The aim of the thesis was to analyze existing approaches to diversity in the company and propose specific measures for the systematic implementation of diversity management with regard to international standards. Both quantitative methods (analysis of demographic data on employees) and qualitative approaches (semi-structured interviews with company representatives) were used in the research. The results pointed to the existence of partial forms of diversity, but also to the absence of a comprehensive strategy, policy, and tools for its management. Based on these findings, a Diversity Management Handbook was createda methodological document providing specific steps, tools, and recommendations for implementing diversity principles in the corporate environment. The document is written in English and reflects the company's values, organizational structure, and technical focus. The work provides a practical and sustainable model of diversity management that has the potential to become the basis for a long-term corporate strategy and contribute to the professional discussion on diversity in the technical sector

No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením možného přesunu výrobní linky z mateřského závodu společnosti DGS Druckguss Systeme s.r.o. ve Švýcarsku do výrobního závodu v Liberci. Cílem práce je zhodnotit prostorové, technologické a logistické možnosti nové lokace, provést návrh uspořádání pracovišť a následně porovnat tři varianty výrobního řešení: plně automatizované, polo automatizované a ruční. Pro každou variantu je sestaven samostatný harmonogram přesunu v softwaru MS Project a provedena simulace výrobního procesu v prostředí Plant Simulation 2302. Návrhy jsou dále analyzovány pomocí klíčových průmyslových ukazatelů. Součástí práce je také vyhodnocení nákladů na transport, analýza rizik a zohlednění omezujících podmínek, které mohou ovlivnit realizaci projektu. Výstupem práce je více kriteriální hodnocení navržených variant a doporučení optimálního řešení s ohledem na výrobní kapacitu, nákladovou efektivitu a prostorové možnosti závodu.This thesis deals with the design and evaluation of a possible relocation of a production line from the parent plant of DGS Druckguss Systeme AG in Switzerland to the manufacturing facility in Liberec. The aim of the thesis is to assess the spatial, technological, and logistical capabilities of the new location, propose a layout of the workstations, and subsequently compare three production scenarios: fully automated, semi-automated, and manual. For each variant, an individual relocation schedule is created using MS Project and a production process simulation is conducted in Plant Simulation 2302. The proposed solutions are further analyzed using key industrial performance indicators. The thesis also includes an evaluation of transportation costs, a risk analysis, and consideration of limiting conditions that may affect project implementation. The outcome of the thesis is a multi-criteria evaluation of the proposed variants and a recommendation of the optimal solution with respect to production capacity, cost-effectiveness, and the spatial constraints of the facility

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem tepelného zpracování na strukturu aluminidů železa na bázi Fe-Al-Si legovaných žáruvzdornými prvky, molybdenem a bórem. Teoretická část shrnuje vlastnosti, chování a možnosti praktického využití aluminidů železa. Pro experiment byly vzorky žíhány ve vysokoteplotní peci při teplotě 800 °C po dobu 24, 48 a 72 hodin. V rámci strukturní analýzy byly vzorky zkoumány pomocí optické a elektronové mikroskopie. Pro stanovení chemického složení fází byla využita EDX analýza. U všech vzorků byla měřena celková tvrdost i mikrotvrdost matrice.The bachelor thesis investigates the effect of heat treatment on the structure of Fe-Al-Si based iron aluminides alloyed with refractory elements, molybdenum and boron. The theoretical part summarises the properties, behaviour and practical applications of iron aluminides. For the experiment, the samples were annealed in a high-temperature furnace at 800 °C for 24, 48 and 72 hours. For the structure analysis, the samples were examined by optical and electron microscopy. EDX analysis was used to determine the chemical composition of the phases. The overall hardness and microhardness of the matrix were measured for all samples

No full textBakalářské práce se zaměřuje na problémové chování a vybrané poruchy chování dětí v mladším školním věku a pozorováním dětí s poruchami chování nebo s problémovým chováním ve školní družině vybrané základní školy. V teoretické části je popsáno příslušné vývojové stádium z hlediska ontogenetické psychologie. Dále jsou zde rozebrány prvky problémového chování a poruch chování, jejich klasifikace, diagnostika, projevy a možnosti prevence a intervence. Součástí teoretické části je také vymezení pojmu školní družina. V empirické části se nachází deskripce pozorování v devíti odděleních konkrétní školní družiny. Cílem bylo popsat chování dětí s projevy problémového chování nebo poruchami chování a navrhnout řešení rizikových situací z hlediska primární a sekundární prevence.This bachelor's thesis focuses on problem behaviour and selected behavioural disorders in younger school-age children and observes children with behavioural disorders or problem behaviour in the after-school club of a selected primary school. In the theoretical part, the relevant developmental stage is described in terms of ontogenetic psychology. It also discusses the elements of problem behaviour and behavioural disorders, their classification, diagnosis, manifestations and possibilities of prevention and intervention. The theoretical part also includes a definition of the concept of a school club. In the empirical part there is a description of observations in nine departments of a specific school day care centre. The aim was to describe the behaviour of children with manifestations of problem behaviour or behavioural disorders and to propose solutions to risky situations in terms of primary and secondary prevention

Výzkum je realizován kvantitativní metodou, a to prostřednictvím nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření. Získaná data jsou následně vyhodnocena pomocí tabulek a grafů. Práce přináší vhled do aktuální úrovně znalostí v této oblasti a může posloužit jako podklad pro další vzdělávání zdravotnického personálu.This bachelor thesis focuses on assessing the knowledge of paramedics

V praktické části se věnujeme zpracování dat z výzkumného dotazníku, který byl předložen zdravotnické záchranné službě Královehradeckého kraje a jejím odpovědím z dotazníkového šetření, které se zaměřuje na vliv zátěže v rámci péče a komunikace zdravotnického záchranáře s geriatrickým pacientem.The bachelor thesis deals with the course of the rescue process in a geriatric patient and its phases that affect the psychological burden of paramedics.
