Personalization of multimedia content
No full textV této bakalářské práci byl analyzován způsob, jakým je realizována personalizace multimediálního
obsahu na platformě YouTube. Byly popsány technické principy fungování doporučovacích
algoritmů a definovány vstupní datové signály využívané k přizpůsobení obsahu individuálním
uživatelům. Experimentální část byla zaměřena na testování vlivu aktivních i pasivních zásahů
uživatele na podobu domovské stránky. Kromě toho bylo provedeno porovnání mezi přihlášeným
a nepřihlášeným uživatelem, aby byl posouzen dopad identifikace uživatele na kvalitu
personalizace. Součástí práce bylo také hodnocení efektivity jednotlivých zásahů a jejich vlivu
na doporučovaný obsah. Bylo rovněž zohledněno, jak mohou tvůrci obsahu optimalizovat videa
pro zvýšení relevance. Důraz byl kladen i na etické aspekty jako ochrana soukromí a rizika spojená
s informačními bublinami.This bachelor's thesis analyzes how multimedia content personalization is implemented
on the YouTube platform. The technical principles of recommendation algorithms and the input
data signals used for content customization are described. The experimental section focuses on
testing the impact of both active and passive user actions on the homepage recommendations.
A comparison between logged-in and anonymous users was also conducted to evaluate the effect
of user identification on personalization quality. The thesis includes an assessment
of the effectiveness of different user interactions and their influence on the recommended content.
Additionally, it explores how content creators can optimize videos to improve relevance. Ethical
aspects such as privacy protection and risks of filter bubbles were also considered

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá well-beingem učitelů druhého stupně základních škol. Cílem práce je identifikovat faktory, které ovlivňují celkovou životní pohodu učitelů a navrhnout možnosti podpory. V teoretické části je popsán pojem well-being, specifika učitelské profese a faktory, které přispívají k pracovní spokojenosti. Empirická část se opírá o kvalitativní výzkum formou rozhovorů v ČR a formou otevřeného dotazníku v USA. Výsledky ukazují, že učitelé oceňují smysluplnost práce a předcházení syndromu vyhoření. Za největší stresory považují administrativu a přetížení. Práce navrhuje konkrétní opatření ke zlepšení jejich well-beingu.This bachelor thesis focuses on the well-being of lower secondary school teachers. The aim of the thesis is to identify factors that influence teachers' overall life satisfaction and to propose possible support measures. The theoretical part describes the concept of well-being, the specifics of the teaching profession, and factors contributing to job satisfaction. The empirical part is based on qualitative research conducted through interviews in the Czech Republic and an open-ended questionnaire in the USA. The results show that teachers value the meaningfulness of their work and the prevention of burnout. The main stressors identified are administrative tasks and work overload. The thesis proposes specific measures to improve teachers' well-being

No full textTato diplomová práce se věnuje elektromagnetické kompatibilitě (EMC) v oblasti kabelových rozvodů a návrhu plošných spojů. Zaměřuje se na vznik přeslechů (NEXT a FEXT) a možnosti jejich omezení vhodným návrhem tras a stíněním. Na základě teoretických poznatků byly navrženy a realizovány tři varianty testovacích DPS, které následně sloužily k experimentálnímu ověření chování vedení z hlediska EMC. Výsledky měření byly porovnány se simulacemi v prostředí ANSYS a dále zpracovány v MATLABu. Výstupem práce jsou také laboratorní úlohy určené pro výuku, zaměřené
na vliv návrhu vedení na úroveň rušení.This thesis focuses on electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) in cable systems and printed circuit board (PCB) design. It deals with the occurrence of crosstalk (NEXT and FEXT) and its reduction through appropriate routing and shielding. Based on theoretical analysis, three PCB variants were designed and fabricated to experimentally verify the behavior of signal paths in terms of EMC. The measurement results were compared with simulations in the ANSYS environment and further processed in MATLAB. The outcome also includes educational laboratory exercises illustrating how layout design affects electromagnetic interference

Cestovní kanceláře představují jeden ze základních článků infrastruktury cestovního ruchu v rámci zaměstnanosti a národního hospodářství. Teoretická část vymezuje právní rámec, podnikatelské podmínky a legislativní požadavky vztahující se k činnosti cestovní kanceláře v České republice. Praktická část se věnuje rešerši trhu a konkurenčních subjektů a průzkumu, který se zaměřuje na analýzu aktuálních trendů a zákaznických preferencí, přičemž identifikuje příležitosti a hrozby, jejichž výstupem je formulace závěrů a doporučení pro nově vznikající cestovní kanceláře.The bachelor thesis deals with the establishment and basic activities of a travel agency. The aim is to map the establishment process and describe its activities in the context of the current business environment. Travel agencies represent one of the basic links of the tourism infrastructure within the employment and national economy. The theoretical part defines the legal framework, business conditions and legislative requirements related to the activities of travel agencies in the Czech Republic. The practical part is devoted to a market and competitor research and survey, which focuses on the analysis of current trends and customer preferences, identifying opportunities and threats, the output of which is the formulation of conclusions and recommendations for emerging travel agencies
Comparison of Amphibian Fauna in Ponds of Different Ages in Jablonné v Podještědí and Evaluation of the Site's Potential for Field Education
No full textV krajině v okolí Jablonného v Podještědí se nachází tůně různého stáří, které byly vytvořeny za účelem podpory biodiverzity a poskytování vhodných podmínek pro živočichy vázané na vodní prostředí. Přesto dosud chybí studie, které by zhodnotily jejich význam pro obojživelníky. Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat výskyt obojživelníků v těchto tůních a posoudit vliv vybraných faktorů prostředí na jejich přítomnost. Terénní průzkumy probíhaly během jara a léta roku 2024 na několika lokalitách s tůněmi různé velikosti a charakteristik.
Na studovaných lokalitách byly zaznamenány čtyři druhy žab, čolci nebyli nalezeni. Rozmnožování bylo pozorováno ve většině tůní, mezi významné faktory prostředí ovlivňující výskyt obojživelníků patří pH vody, zakalenost, přítomnost ryb a vegetační pokryv tůní. Tůně s vyšší přítomností ryb a intenzivnější lidskou aktivitou v okolí vykazovaly nižší početnost i druhovou pestrost obojživelníků.
Tato práce přináší nové poznatky o vlivu různých environmentálních faktorů na přítomnost obojživelníků v tůních v Jablonném v Podještědí. Výsledky mohou být využity při plánování a správě těchto biotopů a při jejich zapojení do vzdělávacích aktivit v terénu.In the surrounding landscape of Jablonné v Podještědí, there are pools of different age, which were created to promote biodiversity and provide suitable conditions for water-bound animals. However, there is still a lack of studies assessing their importance for amphibians. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the occurrence of amphibians in these pools and to assess the influence of selected environmental factors on their presence. Field surveys were conducted during spring and summer 2024 at two locations with pools of different age, size and characteristics.
Four species of frogs were recorded at the study locations - agile frog, marsh frog, edible frog and european fire-bellied toad; no newts were found. Reproduction was observed in most of the pools, and important environmental factors affecting amphibian occurrence include water pH, turbidity, presence of fish, and vegetation cover in the pools. pools with higher fish presence and more intense human activity in the vicinity indicated lower amphibian abundance and species diversity.
This thesis provides new insights into the influence of different environmental factors on the presence of amphibians in pools in Jablonné v Podještědí. The results can be used in the planning and management of these habitats and in their involvement in educational activities in the field

using a CO laser. Based on a review of alternative glass heating methods, the thesis thoroughly
describes the possibility of utilizing laser technology. The experimental part includes testing
the melting of silica sand with various grain sizes and analyzing the quality of the resulting
glass. A structural design of a manipulation device for precise positioning of the sample is also
part of the thesis. Results confirm the potential of laser melting for laboratory applications

Praktická část začíná představením start-upu a jeho marketingové komunikace. Tato práce rozdělená na dvě části, teoretickou a analytickou. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou popsány metody a nástroje řízení měnových rizik, jejich promítnutí do účetních záznamů. V analytické části práce je popsáno, jak vybrané nástroje mohou zajišťovat měnová rizika, způsoby zaznamenání a zveřejnění v účetních výkazech. Hlavní podstatou analytické části je zkoumání rozdílů zveřejnění a zachycení zajišťovacích strategií, analýza podniku Nestlé S.A. a předložení strategií na tříleté období.The topic of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of accounting strategies for currency risk management in an international trade company. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate short-term and long-term currency risk management strategies applied in an international business environment, with a specific focus on their theoretical aspects and practical implementation, and then to relate these findings to the Nestlé S.A. case study in order to answer the research questions. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the methods and tools of currency risk management, their translation into accounting records. The analytical part of the thesis describes how the selected instruments can hedge currency risks, the methods of recording and disclosure in the financial statements. The main thrust of the analytical part is to examine the differences in disclosure and capture of hedging strategies, to analyse the Nestlé business and to present the strategies for a three-year period
