Rozvržení bakalářské práce není členěno na teoretickou a praktickou část, jako
je tomu dáno v mnoha pracích. Tato práce je propojení teoretické části, která je přímo
prokládána výpovědí respondentů. Toto propojení nám umožní lépe uchopit
problematiku nepečujícího rodiče, kde se teorie propojuje s praxí.The bachelor's thesis aims to describe the phenomenon of a non-custodial parent
from the perspective of the workers of a selected SPOD workplace, in which the author
performed professional practice. In the thesis, the author describes the procedure that
SPOD workers use during work with a non-custodial parent, on the basis of which
a methodology for working with a non-custodial parent is created.
The layout of the bachelor's thesis is not divided into a theoretical and practical part,
as is the case in many works. This work is a connection of the theoretical part, which
is directly interspersed with the statements of the respondents. This connection will
allow us to better grasp the issue of a non-custodial parent, where theory is
interconnected with practice

No full textTato práce se zabývá hodnocením strategie hotelu Port Máchovo jezero s cílem navrhnout opatření pro zvýšení výkonnosti a konkurenceschopnosti podniku. Toto opatření autor navrhuje na konci práce. Zároveň bude zkoumáno, jakým způsobem hotel Port ovlivňuje lokální ekonomiku. Do návrhu opatření se promítá i dílčí cíl této práce v podobě komparace hotelu Port a německého hotelu Helvetia. Zkoumání obou subjektů je podloženo osobní zkušeností s prací v těchto podnicích. Bakalářská práce zkoumá problematiku strategie, managementu služeb a lokální ekonomiky.This thesis focuses on evaluating the strategy of the Port Máchovo Jezero Hotel with the aim of proposing measures to improve its performance and competitiveness. The author presents these proposals at the end of the thesis. At the same time, it will be examined how the Port Hotel impacts the local economy. The proposed measures also reflect a partial objective of this work, which is to compare the Port Hotel with the German Helvetia Hotel. No full textTato práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu metodických listů s důrazem na terénní výuku v rámci hodin zeměpisu v konkrétním regionu, a to v okolí Čelákovic. Cílem je vyvinou strukturovaný nástroj pro učitele zeměpisu, který podpoří aktivní zapojení studentů víceletého gymnázia a propojí teoretické poznatky se skutečným terénem v okolí obce. Metodické listy budou vytvářeny s ohledem na mezipředmětové vazby a pedagogické přístupy vhodné pro terénní výuku. Cílem je nejenom posílit zeměpisné znalosti, ale také rozvíjet dovednosti pozorování, sběru dat a propojení s místním prostředím. Výsledné metodické listy budou testovány v praxi a vyhodnoceny. Práce přináší přínos pro učitele zeměpisu hledající inovativní přístup k výuce a pro studenty, kteří budou mít příležitost prozkoumat a lépe porozumět svému okolí.This thesis focuses on the creation of methodological sheets with emphasis on field teaching within geography lessons in a specific region, namely in the surroundings of Čelákovice. The aim is to develop a structured tool for geography teachers, which will support the active involvement of students of a multi-year high school and link theoretical knowledge with the actual terrain around the village. The methodological sheets will be developed with regard to cross-curricular links and pedagogical approaches suitable for field teaching. The aim is not only to reinforce geographical knowledge but also to develop skills of observation, data collection and connection with the local environment. The resulting method sheets will be tested in practice and evaluated. The work will benefit geography teachers looking for an innovative approach to teaching and students who will have the opportunity to explore and better understand their surroundings
Composite materials with aluminosilicate matrix
No full textDisertační práce je zaměřena na výzkum pojiv na bázi alkalicky aktivovaných aluminosilikátů vhodných pro přípravu teplotně odolných kompozitních materiálů s uhlíkovou výztuží použitelných pro výrobu prepregů. Alkalicky aktivované aluminosilikáty jsou díky svému složení, způsobu tuhnutí a odolnosti vysokým teplotám vhodnou alternativou organické matrice běžně používané pro výrobu kompozitních materiálů s uhlíkovou výztuží, jejichž aplikace jsou omezeny nízkou teplotní odolností organických pryskyřic pohybující se kolem 300-400 °C. V teoretické části bylo studováno složení současných kompozitních materiálů s organickou i anorganickou matricí, jejich výroba a výhody a nevýhody pro vysokoteplotní aplikace. Experimentální část se věnuje charakterizaci použitých i vyvinutých materiálů a vývoji anorganických matric se systematickou změnou chemického složení na bázi alkalicky aktivovaných aluminosilikátů odolných vysokým teplotám a vhodných pro impregnaci prepregů. Následně byl zkoumán vliv chemického složení matric, technologie výroby kompozitů a tepelného působení na vlastnosti vyvinutých kompozitních materiálů.The dissertation is focused on the research of binders based on alkali-activated aluminosilicates suitable for the preparation of temperature resistant composite materials with carbon reinforcement usable for the production of prepregs. Due to their composition, hardening mechanism and resistance to high temperatures, alkali-activated aluminosilicates are a suitable alternative to the organic matrix commonly used for the production of composite materials with carbon reinforcement, the applications of which are limited by the low temperature resistance of organic resins ranging around 300-400 °C. The theoretical part studied the composition of current composite materials with organic and inorganic matrices, their production and advantages and disadvantages for high-temperature applications. The experimental part is devoted to the characterization of raw and developed materials and the development of inorganic matrices with a systematic change in chemical composition based on alkali-activated aluminosilicates resistant to high temperatures and suitable for the impregnation of prepregs. Subsequently, the influence of the chemical composition of the matrices, the technology of composite production and thermal treatment on the properties of the developed composite materials was investigated

Cílem práce je ukázat, jak lze pomocí Fabric efektivně získávat, transformovat a analyzovat data a prezentovat výsledky prostřednictvím reportů v Power BI. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní principy data-driven organizací, popisuje moderní přístupy ke správě a zpracování dat a představuje koncept datových platforem. Praktická část demonstruje celý proces na fiktivním scénáři společnosti Contoso, od integrace dat a jejich čištění až po tvorbu datového modelu a vizualizace. Výsledkem je plně funkční řešení, které reflektuje reálné obchodní potřeby a ukazuje potenciál Microsoft Fabric pro firemní analýzu dat. Zároveň poukazuje na přínosy automatizace a centralizace datových toků, které vedou k vyšší efektivitě a přesnějšímu rozhodování.This bachelor thesis deals with the practical use of the Microsoft Fabric platform as a modern

No full textBakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prožitky a útrapy vojáků v prusko-rakouské válce v roce 1866. Snaží se přiblížit čtenářovi to, co zaznamenali účastníci/svědci bojů. Práce čerpá informace hlavně z vydaných pamětí a zápisů v kronikách, zjištěné informace jsou dále rozebírány a doplněny o zjištění vycházející z odborné literatury. Důraz je kladen i na osobní postoj autora práce k probírané problematice. Cílem práce je přiblížit veřejnosti události roku 1866 se zaměřením na všude přítomné utrpení, jak vojáků, tak ale i civilního obyvatelstva, jako byla péče o zraněné, epidemie cholery, nebo totální neúroda.The bachelor's thesis focuses on the experiences and hardships of soldiers in the Prussian-Austrian war in 1866. It tries to bring the reader closer to what the participants/witnesses of the battles recorded. The text draws information mainly from published memoirs and entries in chronicles, the information found is further analyzed and supplemented with findings based on professional literature. Emphasis is also placed on the personal attitude of the author of the thesis to the discussed issue. The aim of the work is to bring the events of 1866 closer to the public, focusing on the everywhere present suffering, both of the soldiers and the civilian population, such as the care of the wounded, the cholera epidemic, or the total crop failure

No full textTato práce se zabývá porovnáním vybraných parametrických a neparametrických dvouvýběrových testů pro srovnání polohy dvou souborů dat. Po teoretickém představení jednotlivých metod následuje praktická část, ve které jsou tyto testy aplikovány na ilustračním příkladu a porovnány pomocí simulační studie. Simulace probíhá v prostředí R a zkoumá chování testů při různých typech rozdělení (normální, Laplaceovo, Cauchyho), při různých velikostech vzorků, posunech v poloze a rozdílech v měřítku. Výsledky jsou přehledně zpracovány do tabulek a doplněny grafy. Na základě simulace jsou testy vyhodnoceny z hlediska síly, robustnosti a vhodnosti použití v různých situacích.This thesis focuses on the comparison of selected parametric and nonparametric two-sample tests for comparing the location of two data sets. After a theoretical introduction of the individual methods, the practical part involves the application of these tests and simulation study that compares their performance. The simulation is conducted in the R environment and examines the behavior of the tests under various distributions (normal, Laplace, Cauchy), different sample sizes, location shifts and differences in scale. The results are clearly presented in tables and supplemented with graphs. Based on the simulation, the tests are evaluated in terms of their power, robustness, and suitability for different situations

Práce je zaměřená na různé druhy činností a dovedností, jako běh, silový trénink, technika překážek, motivace aj. Tato práce má přispět k lepšímu porozumění problematiky závodů a jeho přípravě, jak mohou amatérští sportovci účinně a bezpečně zvládnout extrémní překážkový závod a zlepšit tak svůj fyzický sportovní výkon, psychickou odolnost a nasbírání zážitků z tohoto sportu bez zdravotních rizik a s dobrým pocitem.The thesis is a proposal of a system of preparation for an amateur athlete for an extreme obstacle race, which will be adapted to the specific needs of amateurs.
The system includes fitness, technical, mental, tactical preparation, recovery, diet, etc. The work focuses on different types of activities and skills such as running, strength training, obstacle technique, motivation, etc. This work is intended to contribute to a better understanding of the race and its preparation, how amateur athletes can effectively and safely handle extreme obstacle race and improve their physical sports performance, psychological resilience and collect the experience of this sport without health risks and with a good feeling
