S nárůstem incidence výjezdů zdravotnické služby stoupá také množství pacientů s bolestmi na hrudi. Cílem práce bylo zjistit znalosti studentů 2. a 3. ročníku zdravotnického záchranářství a vyhodnotit jejich dosavadní znalosti, limity a poskytnout jim strukturované algoritmy pro správnou diagnostiku.The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of differential diagnosis of chest pain in pre-hospital emergency care. As the incidence of medical service visits increases, so does the number of patients with chest pain. The goal of the work was to test the knowledge of students of the 2nd and 3rd year of emergency medical services and evaluate their current knowledge, limits and provide them with structured algorithms for correct diagnosis

No full textSpolupráce ZZS a ostatních složek IZS hraje ve většině případů a mimořádných událostí klíčovou roli. Jedná se o proces, při kterém jednotlivé složky navzájem kooperují a vykonávají společné činnosti u jednotlivých událostí. V teoretické práci popíši legislativu upravující zákon o integrovaném záchranném systému, základní a ostatní složky tohoto systému dále popíšu mimořádnou událost, druhy mimořádných událostí a stupně poplachu dle závažnosti. Na závěr pak zmíním komunikaci složek IZS mezi sebou, ale také i s dalšími záchrannými složkami na místě události při společném zásahu.
Ve výzkumné části se zaměřím na samotnou spolupráci složek IZS v rámci taktického cvičení, na kterém budu v roli pozorovatele hodnotit a zkoumat kvalitu samotné spolupráce a komunikace zúčastněných složek. Na konci tohoto cvičení provedu rozhovory s veliteli zúčastněných složek, abych se dozvěděl, jak sami vnímají a hodnotí spolupráci s ostatními složkami a zda je něco, co by případně chtěli zlepšit do budoucí praxe.The cooperation of the ZZS and other components of the IZS plays a key role in most cases and emergencies. It is a process in which individual components cooperate with each other and perform joint activities for individual events. In the theoretical work, I will describe the legislation governing the law on the integrated rescue system, the basic and other components of this system, I will also describe the emergency, the types of emergency and the degree of alarm according to severity. Finally, I will mention the communication of the IZS units, with each other, but also with other rescue units at the scene of the incident during a joint intervention.
In the research part, I will focus on the cooperation of the IZS components within the framework of a tactical exercise, in which I will evaluate and examine the quality of the cooperation and communication of the participating components in the role of an observer. At the end of this exercise, I will conduct interviews with the commanders of the participating units to find out how they themselves perceive and evaluate cooperation with other units and whether there is anything they would like to improve for future practice

Dále se zabývá druhy používané protipovodňové ochrany. Druhá část je zaměřena na rozbor poznatků z první části a návrhů nových konstrukčních řešení. Třetí část se zabývá povrchní analýzou vybraného konstrukčního řešení. K práci jsou připojeny výkresy sestav a vybraných dílu dané konstrukce.The thesis deals with the design of new structural solutions for passive flood barriers. It contains three main parts. The first, describing the issue of floods, their origin and types. It also deals with the types of flood protection used. The second part is focused on the analysis of the findings from the first part and the design of new structural solutions. The third part deals with the superficial analysis of the chosen design solution. The work is accompanied by drawings of assemblies and selected parts of the given structure
"Tabooization" of sex education at school
No full textVzhledem k nedostatečné informovanosti žáků v oblasti sexuální výchovy se tato bakalářská práce zabývá touto problematikou. Práce je zaměřena na žáky ve věku 13-15 let. Jejím hlavním cílem je zmapovat aktuální přístup k sexuální výchově na školách v České republice, jaké hlavní přístupy se v této oblasti vyskytují a které nedostatky jsou aktuálně považovány za klíčové. Součástí práce je také intimita, a to jak emocionální, tak vztahová. V praktické části je provedena analýza Doporučení Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy k realizaci sexuální výchovy v základních školách. Dále dochází k porovnání s názory odborníků.Due to the lack of awareness of pupils in the field of sex education, this bachelor thesis deals with this issue. The thesis focuses on pupils aged 13-15 years. Its main aim is to map the current approach to sex education in schools in the Czech Republic, what the main approaches are in this area and which gaps are currently considered key. Intimacy, both emotional and relational, is also part of the thesis. In the practical part, an analysis of the Recommendations of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports on the implementation of sex education in primary schools is carried out. System for heating the polymer solution of the mobile spinning device

zvlákňování. Diplomová práce řeší systém zahřívání roztoku polymeru v zařízení. Pro řešení systému je v diplomové práci provedena rešerše současného stavu zařízení společně s rešerší možných principů řešení. Další část diplomové práce se věnuje návrhům řešení systému zahřívání roztoku polymeru. Vybrané řešení je následně implementováno do stávající konstrukce. Zařízení s implementovaným systémem zahřívání roztoku polymeru je naměřeno sestaveným měřícím řetězcem. Na základě měření je dále proveden zásah do konstrukce systému. Další kapitola týkající se úprav konstrukce systému se skládá ze softwarové teplotní analýzy, uskutečnění úprav konstrukce na základě výsledků z analýzy a kontrolního měření. Poslední část diplomové práce řeší novou konstrukci zařízení. Výsledkem diplomové práce je
zvlákňovací zařízení s možností zahřátí zvlákňovaného polymerního roztoku.The diploma thesis is focused on the device for production of nanofibers by forcespinning. The thesis solves the system of heating the polymer solution in the device. To solve the system, the thesis includes an investigation of the current state of the device together with a survey of possible solution principles. The next part of the thesis is dedicated to the proposed solutions for the polymer heating system. The selected solution is then implemented in the existing design. The device with the implemented heating system of the polymer solution is measured by a measuring set-up. Based on the results of the measuring, further changes are made to the design of the system. The next chapter related to changes to the design of the
system includes a software temperature analysis, implementation of the design changes based on the results from the analysis, and verification measuring. The last part of the thesis covers the new design of the device. The result of the thesis is a device for production of nanofibers with the possibility of heating the polymer solution
Natural resources and the underground economy: A cross-country study in ASEAN using Bayesian approach
Get PDFThe development of the underground economy can significantly affect a country’s economic indicators. Although there have been different studies on this phenomenon, many aspects of underground activities remain incompletely defined. Therefore, the current research aims to supplement the existing literature by analyzing the link between abundant natural resources and the scope of the underground economy. To accomplish this objective, we collected panel data from ten Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries during the period 1991–2018. We then employed the Bayesian regression estimator to look into the influence of natural resources wealth on the scope of the underground sector. We found that the former can negatively and strongly affect the latter in ASEAN countries. That is, natural resources might be a blessing rather than a curse for economic growth and development in these countries. Other variables were found to have a strong positive relationship with the underground economy, like trade openness, tax burden, size of government, corruption, and the global financial crisis. Meanwhile, GDP growth, urbanization, and political stability had a strong negative effect on the size of the underground economy. These findings provide some implications for the governments of ASEAN countries to perform appropriate measures to control the underground economy

Tento příspěvek může sloužit k orientaci mezi různými výsledky, které poskytují kalkulačky, Excel a statistické programy.The paper deals with measures of statistical data, especially with medians, and quartiles. There exist many ways how to introduce lower and upper quartiles. The text introduces the reader to four of them – method including, excluding and methods using quantiles. This contribution can serve to orientation among various results which are supplied by calculators, Excel and statistical programmes. References
Regional COVID-19 cases and Bitcoin volatility: Assessment through the Markov switching prism
Get PDFThe 21st century has become the century of technology, which has spread to the currency market, presenting the international economic system with a new challenge – the challenge created by digital currency, which has determined a change in the rules of operation in the market. The main property of cryptocurrencies in general, and Bitcoin in particular, is constant volatility and mutual sensitivity to each other. This article aims to analyze the cryptocurrency market landscape from both short-term and long-term perspectives. Additionally, the article seeks to quantitatively assess the contradictions, trends, and patterns of price volatility in Bitcoin by employing the framework of Markov switching during the period spanning from 2020 to 2022. The Markov switching model was used in the study. In this study, the factors influencing volatility on different modes of the Markov switch are the COVID-19 pandemic and the Pearson correlation statistical method. The Chisquared test was estimated to identify the connection between Bitcoin volatility switching modes and the COVID-19 pandemic spread. This analysis enables international investors to diversify with maximum efficiency and returns using available hedging tools. However, several open questions remain for future research. Future studies can analyze different cryptocurrencies’ volatility. This research helps to assess the nature of the relationship of cryptocurrencies in statistics (the correlation of cryptocurrencies as of December 1, 2021, when no significant events in the financial market and political upheavals were recorded) and dynamics (the Markov switching models for the postpandemic period of 2020–2022). The article contributes to understanding the interdependence and sensitivity of different cryptocurrencies in relation to each other
