a.s. Rozdělena je na teoretickou a praktickou část a jejím cílem je charakterizovat
současnou marketingovou komunikaci společnosti a navrhnout možné změny
a doporučení, které by mohly vést k jejímu zlepšení. Úvodní teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních východisek, které jsou důležité pro pochopení oblasti
marketingové komunikace. Počínaje definicí pojmu marketing a marketingového mixu
až po marketingovou komunikaci a její nástroje typické pro sektor služeb. Následující praktická část se věnuje vybrané společnosti Vaše pekárna, která je zde představena a následně je charakterizována její marketingová strategie včetně cílů a cílových skupin. Analýza nástrojů marketingové komunikace je vypracována na základě
interních dokumentů, osobních poznatků a rozhovorů s představiteli firmy. V závěru
práce autor na základě získaných poznatků vypracoval šest doporučení na změny
v marketingové komunikaci společnosti.The bachelor thesis focuses on the marketing communication of the company Vaše pekárna a.s. It is divided into theoretical and practical parts, with the goal of characterizing the current marketing communication of the company and proposing possible changes and recommendations that could lead to its improvement. The introductory theoretical part outlines the fundamental principles essential for understanding the field of marketing communication. It begins with the definition of marketing and the marketing mix, followed by marketing communication and its tools, particularly those typical for the service sector. The subsequent practical part concentrates on the selected company, Vaše pekárna, which is introduced and characterized in terms of its marketing strategy, including its objectives and target groups. The analysis of marketing tools is based on internal documentation, personal observations, and interviews with company representatives. In the final section, the author developed six recommendations for changes to the company's marketing communication based on the findings obtained

No full textTato zpráva je závěrem mé bakalářské práce, jejímž hlavním cílem
bylo navrhnout, implementovat a vyzkoušet nový způsob komuni-
kace mezi mikrokontroléry STM32 a desktopovou aplikací vytvo-
řenou v prostředí MATLAB. Návrh se zaměřil na podporu dvou
komunikačních rozhraní. Tradičního rozhraní UART a modernější-
ho vysokorychlostního rozhraní USB OTG FS.
Řešení bylo implementováno jako univerzální knihovna, která
umožňuje obousměrný přenos dat mezi zařízeními nezávisle na zvo-
leném komunikačním rozhraní. Důraz byl kladen na modularitu,
přehlednost a jednoduchost použití výsledného řešení, aby bylo
možné knihovnu snadno použít ve výuce nebo jiných studentských
projektech. Návrh zahrnoval určení formátu datových paketů, způ-
sob jejich zpracování a minimalizaci vzniku chyb a jejich ztrát.
Řešení bylo testováno na úlohách a ověřeno v prostředí dvou ope-
račních systémů. Výsledky testování potvrdily, že navržený komu-
nikační model je dostatečně rychlý, spolehlivý a vhodný pro použití
jak v rámci výuky, tak i v dalších embedded projektech.This report represents the summary of my bachelor's thesis, the
main goal of which was to design, implement, and evaluate a new
method of communication between STM32 microcontrollers and
a desktop application developed in MATLAB. The design fo-
cused on supporting two communication interfaces. The traditional
UART interface and the more modern, high-speed USB OTG FS.
The solution was implemented as a universal library that enables
bidirectional data transfer between devices, regardless of the cho-
sen communication interface. Emphasis was placed on modularity,
clarity, and ease of use, so that the library can be readily used in
education or other student projects. The design included defining
the format of data packets, methods for their processing, and stra-
tegies to minimize errors and packet loss.
The solution was tested using practical tasks and verified in envi-
ronments running two different operating systems. The test results
confirmed that the proposed communication model is sufficiently
fast, reliable, and suitable for use both in education and in other
embedded projects

No full textCílem této bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodná řešení pro zlepšení současného stavu řízení vztahů se zákazníky ve společnosti Auto Koutek s. r. o., se zaměřením na využívání CRM nástroje, aplikace DMS, a její vliv na efektivitu práce se zákazníky, konkrétně v oblasti servisu vozů značek Renault a Dacia. První kapitola se věnuje teoretickým základům CRM, jeho definici, základním prvkům, implementaci a strategiím. Ve druhé kapitole je podrobně popsán zákazník, s důrazem na jeho spokojenost, loajalitu a zpětnou vazbu. Třetí kapitola charakterizuje společnost Auto Koutek s. r. o. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje, jak ve společnosti CRM funguje, včetně provedení dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci podniku. V páté kapitole jsou na základě získaných informací navržena doporučení pro zlepšení CRM nástrojů a optimalizaci vztahů se zákazníky ve společnosti.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to propose suitable solutions to improve the current state of customer relationship management in the company Auto Koutek s. r. o., focusing on the use of CRM tool, DMS application, and its impact on the efficiency of work with customers, specifically in the area of servicing Renault and Dacia cars. The first chapter deals with the theoretical background of CRM, its definition, basic elements, implementation and strategies. The second chapter describes the customer in detail, with emphasis on customer satisfaction, loyalty and feedback. The third chapter characterizes Auto Koutek s. r. o. The fourth chapter describes how CRM works in the company, including conducting a questionnaire survey among the company's employees. Based on the information obtained, the fifth chapter proposes recommendations for improving CRM tools and optimizing customer relations in the company
Tutorial for AD and DA converters
No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou analogově-digitálního (AD) a digitálně-analogového (DA) převodu. V teoretické části jsou popsány principy a charakteristiky vybraných typů AD a DA převodníků.
Praktická část zahrnuje návrh a realizaci výukového přípravku, který umožní studentům lépe pochopit principy činnosti a vzájemně porovnat vlastnosti vybraných typů AD převodníků v rámci laboratorních cvičení. Navržený přípravek slouží k provedení rekonstrukčního testu, kde analogový signál přiveden na vstup AD převodníků je následně rekonstruován pomocí DA převodníků. Díky paralelní struktuře je možné sledovat průběhy signálů v reálném čase na vícekanálovém osciloskopu.
Práce se zaměřuje hlavně na tři typy AD převodníků: Pipeline, SAR (aproximační) a Sigma-Delta. Výsledný přípravek poskytuje přehledné a názorné demonstrace rozdílů v rychlosti a přesnosti převodníků.The bachelor thesis deals with analog-to-digital (AD) and digital-to-analog (DA) conversion. The theoretical part describes the principles and characteristics of selected types of AD and DA converters.
The practical part includes the design and implementation of a tutorial to enable students to better understand the principles of operation and to compare the characteristics of selected types of AD converters in laboratory exercises. The proposed tutorial is used to perform a reconstruction test where an analog signal fed to the input of ADCs is subsequently reconstructed using DA converters. Due to the parallel structure, it is possible to observe the waveforms in real time on a multi-channel oscilloscope.
The thesis mainly focuses on three types of ADCs: Pipeline, SAR and Sigma-Delta. The proposed tutorial provides clear and illustrative demonstrations of the differences in speed and accuracy of the converters

No full textBakalářská práce se zabývá překážkami a výzvami při vyjednávání dohod o volném obchodu mezi Evropskou unií a třetími zeměmi. Zaměřuje se na složitosti vyjednávacích procesů a ratifikace, s cílem identifikovat hlavní bariéry. Teoretická část práce se věnuje vývoji obchodní politiky EU, vysvětluje význam dohod o volném obchodu pro evropskou ekonomiku a objasňuje roli klíčových institucí ve vyjednávání. Praktická část analyzuje tři dohody, a to EU-Jižní Korea, CETA s Kanadou a TTIP s USA, přičemž pozornost je věnována regulačním rozdílům, citlivým zemědělským sektorům a veřejnému odporu. Závěr práce shrnuje opakující se bariéry a zdůrazňuje faktory, které přispívají k úspěšnému vyjednání těchto dohod.The bachelor thesis deals with the obstacles and challenges in negotiating free trade agreements between the European Union and third countries. It focuses on the complexities of negotiation processes and ratification, with the aim of identifying the main barriers. The theoretical part of the thesis examines the evolution of EU trade policy, explains the importance of FTAs for the European economy and clarifies the role of key institutions in the negotiations. The practical part analyses three agreements, namely EU-South Korea, CETA with Canada and TTIP with the US, with attention to regulatory differences, sensitive agricultural sectors and public opposition. The paper concludes by summarising recurring barriers and highlighting factors that contribute to the successful negotiation of these agreements

pochopení souvislostí, jež formovaly nejen podobu velkoměsta samého, ale
samozřejmě i jeho společnost. Následuje k analýza dvou vybraných románů: Berlín
Alexandrovo náměstí ? Příběh o Franci Bieberkopfovi od Alfreda Döblina a Fabian:
Příběh Moralisty. Pomocí konkrétních příkladů a vybraných textových pasáží práce
demonstruje, jak se fenomény představené v teoretické části odrážejí v daných dvou
románech. Těžištěm práce tak spočívá komparativní analýze obou románů s důrazem
na vzájemnou provázanost literárního obrazu města s jeho historicko-sociálním a
ideovým ukotvením.This bachelor thesis, titled The Rendering of the City in the German Literature,
aims to analyse the image of the metropolis of Weimar Republic ? Berlin - in
German Literature. The introductory part offers a brief historical, sociological,
ideological, and economic overview, providing a foundation for understanding the
circumstances that shaped not only the city?s appearance itself but also its society.
This is followed by an analysis of two selected novels: Berlin Alexanderplatz ? The
Story of Franz Bieberkopf by Alfred Döblin and Fabian: The Story of a Moralist by
Erich Kästner. Through concrete examples and selected textual passages, the thesis
demonstrates how the phenomena presented in the theoretical part are reflected in the
two novels. The core of the bachelor thesis lies in a comparative analysis of both
works, with a focus on the interplay between the literary representation of the city
and its historical, social, and ideological context

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením výskytu a dynamiky poškození listů jírovce ma-ďalu (Aesculus hippocastanum) způsobeného invazním škůdcem klíněnkou jírovcovou (Ca-meraria ohridella) ve třech lokalitách regionu Dokeska - v Bělé pod Bezdězem, České Lípě a Kamenickém Šenově. Cílem práce bylo zjistit rozdíly v míře napadení mezi lokalitami, iden-tifikovat abiotické a biotické faktory ovlivňující rozsah poškození. Výzkum probíhal metodou opakovaného fotografování listů a jejich následné analýzy. Výsledky ukázaly výrazné rozdíly v napadení mezi jednotlivými lokalitami i v rámci stromových korun, přičemž se potvrdil vliv stanovištních podmínek a věku porostu na intenzitu poškození. Práce zároveň přináší doporu-čení pro praxi a možnosti dalšího výzkumu.This bachelor's thesis focuses on assessing the occurrence and dynamics of leaf damage on horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) caused by the invasive pest horse chestnut leaf mi-ner (Cameraria ohridella) in three locations within the Dokesko region - Bělá pod Bezdězem, Česká Lípa, and Kamenický Šenov. The aim of the study was to determine differences in in-festation levels between the sites and to identify abiotic and biotic factors influencing the ex-tent of damage. The research was conducted using repeated photography of leaves followed by their analysis. The results revealed significant differences in infestation levels between in-dividual locations as well as within tree crowns, confirming the influence of site conditions and stand age on the intensity of damage. The thesis also provides practical recommendations and suggestions for further research

netkaných textilií. V teoretické části se nacházejí informace o polyesterových vláknech z hlediska jejich výroby a vlastností, technologii výroby vpichovaných netkaných textilií, způsobech interakcí kapalin s netkanými textiliemi a hydroponickém způsobu pěstování, který je úzce spjatý s problematikou zelených střech a fasád. Experimentální část se zaměřuje na proces výroby testovaných netkaných textilií, metodiku testování a samotné testování jejich schopnosti transportovat a zadržovat vodu. V závěru této části se nacházejí výsledky testování a jejich vyhodnocení.This bachelor's thesis deals with the retention properties of polyester needle-punched nonwovens. The theoretical part contains information about polyester fibers in terms of their production and properties, the production technology of needle-punched nonwovens, the methods of interaction of liquids with nonwovens and the hydroponic method of cultivation, which is closely related to the issue of green roofs and facades. The experimental part focuses on the production process of the tested nonwovens, the testing methodology and the actual testing of their ability to transport and retain water. At the end of this part, the results of the testing and their evaluation are presented

Z metodického hlediska bude závěrečná práce založena na korpusové analýze, konkrétně bude využit korpus německého jazyka COSMAS II Leibnizova institutu pro německý jazyk (IDS) v Mannheimu.The bachelor thesis will focus on the possibilities of word formation of the noun in German. In the theoretical part will be described the basic ways of noun formation (composition, derivation, conversion and abbreviation). The practical part will demonstrate the principles described with concrete examples. From a methodological point of view, the thesis will be based on corpus analysis, specifically using the German language corpus COSMAS II of the Leibniz Institute for the German Language (IDS) in Mannheim

Tyto technologie jsou následně podrobněji rozebrány, práce analyzuje jejich výhody a omezení, aktuální trendy a zkoumá budoucí vývoj těchto nástrojů v hotelovém sektoru. Praktická část se věnuje hotelům, které nástroje umělé inteligence aktivně využívají, nebo se nacházejí v prvotní fázi zavádění. Součástí jsou i hloubkové rozhovory s představiteli hotelů, jako je OREA Hotels a Mandarin Oriental Prague. Závěrečná část obsahuje návrh implementace chatbota do prostředí hotelu Mandarin Oriental Prague a hodnotí aktuální využití chatbotů v hotelnictví. Cílem práce je analyzovat množnosti implementace chatbota do hotelového prostředí, zhodnotit jejich benefity a omezení a navrhnou vhodné doporučení do vybraného hotelového prostředí.This thesis examines the use of artificial intelligence forms in the hotel industry, with a focus on chatbot technology. The theoretical section explores the dynamic tourism industry, emphasizing the hotel sector. It also discusses innovations and digital technologies that significantly contribute to the development of the hotel industry. These technologies are analyzed in more detail, evaluating their advantages and limitations, current trends, and the future development of these tools in the hotel sector. The practical section is dedicated to hotels that actively utilize artificial intelligence tools or are in the early stages of implementation. It includes in-depth interviews with hotel representatives, such as OREA Hotels and Mandarin Oriental Prague. The final section presents a proposal for implementing a chatbot into the Mandarin Oriental Prague hotel environment and assesses the current use of chatbots in the hotel industry. The aim of the thesis is to analyze various chatbot implementations in the hotel industry
