No full textPředmětem této diplomové práce je důkladná analýza a prognóza finanční výkonnosti zvoleného podniku KT, s.r.o. s cílem stanovit jeho ocenění. Nejprve se práce zabývá odbornou rešerší teoretických předpokladů, obecně vymezuje pojmy jako podnik a hodnota, dále charakterizuje jednotlivé nástroje analýzy, specifikuje generátory hodnoty a objasňuje základní oceňovací metody. Následující část je věnována aplikaci definovaného postupu ocenění na zvolený podnik. Provedena je strategická analýza, následovaná finanční, poté je na základě prognózy generátorů hodnoty sestaven finanční plán. Navazuje kalkulace samotné hodnoty podniku pomocí výnosových metod. Poslední část práce zhodnocuje jednotlivá zjištění, provádí jejich komparaci a formuluje výsledné ocenění jmenovaného podniku, které co nejvěrněji odráží ekonomickou realitu.The subject of this thesis is a thorough analysis and forecast of the financial performance of the selected company KT, s.r.o. in order to determine its valuation. First, the thesis deals with expert research of theoretical assumptions, defines general terms such as enterprise and value, further characterizes the different analysis tools, specifies value generators and clarifies basic valuation methods. The following part is devoted to the application of the defined valuation procedure to the selected enterprise. A strategic analysis is performed, followed by a financial analysis, then a financial plan is drawn up based on the forecast of the value generators. The calculation of the enterprise value itself using income methods follows. The last part of the thesis evaluates the individual findings, compares them and formulates a final valuation of the nominated enterprise that reflects the economic reality as faithfully as possible

Get PDFPředložená diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem deformace na změnu tribologických vlastností hlubokotažných plechů s ochranným povlakem Zn-Mg. Teoretická část je zaměřena na technologii hlubokého tažení, principy tribologických procesů, typy protikorozních povlaků a metody analýzy povrchu. Cílem experimentální části bylo zjistit, jak deformace ovlivňuje třecí vlastnosti ochranného povlaku. Vzorky byly vystaveny řízené deformaci s cílem simulovat mechanické zatížení, kterému jsou plechy vystaveny během reálného lisovacího procesu v automobilovém průmyslu. Následně byly zkoumány dvěma tribologickými metodami. Změny stavu povrchové vrstvy a možné narušení ochranného povlaku byly dále analyzovány pomocí elektronové mikroskopie.The presented thesis deals with the effect of deformation on the change of tribological properties of deep-drawn metal sheet with Zn-Mg protective coating. The theoretical part is focused on deep drawing technology, principles of tribological processes, types of anti-corrosion coatings and methods of surface analysis. The aim of the experimental part was to find out how deformation affects the frictional properties of the protective coating. The specimens were subjected to controlled deformation in order to simulate the mechanical loads to which the sheets are subjected during a real pressing process in the automotive industry. Subsequently, they were examined by two tribological methods. Changes in the state of the surface layer and possible distortion of the protective coating were further analysed by electron microscopy

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení výroby a aplikaci principů štíhlé výroby ve vybraném výrobním podniku. Úvodní teoretická část stručně představuje základní pojmy spojené s výrobou a jejím řízením, včetně historického vývoje a moderních trendů v oblasti průmyslu. Hlavní důraz je kladen na koncept štíhlé výroby, která usiluje o eliminaci plýtvání a maximalizaci hodnoty pro zákazníka. Podrobně jsou rozebrány jednotlivé nástroje štíhlé výroby, jako jsou 5S, Kaizen, Kanban nebo Value Stream Mapping, a jejich přínos pro zefektivnění výrobních procesů. Praktická část je věnována společnosti Elmarco s. r. o., přednímu výrobci zařízení pro produkci nanovláken. Práce se soustředí na analýzu aktuálního stavu výroby, identifikaci úzkých míst a posouzení využití metod štíhlé výroby v konkrétním provozu. A na závěr jsou na základě zjištěných poznatků navržena řešení a doporučení pro zlepšení výrobní efektivity.This bachelor thesis focuses on production management and the application of lean manufacturing principles in a selected manufacturing company. The introductory theoretical part briefly presents the basic concepts related to production and it is management, including historical development and modern trends in the industry. The main emphasis is placed on the concept of lean manufacturing, which aims to eliminate waste and maximize customer value. Various lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Kanban and Value Stream Mapping are discussed in detail, along with their contribution to improving production efficiency. The practical part is dedicated to the company Elmarco s. r. o., a leading manufacturer of equipment for nanofiber production. The thesis focuses on analysing the current state of production, identifying bottlenecks, and evaluating the application of lean methods in a specific operation. Finally, based on the findings, solutions and recommendations are proposed to improve production efficiency

No full textTato bakalářská práce zkoumá proces vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců v sektoru služeb se zaměřením na finanční poradce společnosti ZFP Group. Cílem práce je identifikovat současné vzdělávací procesy ve vybraném podniku a navrhnout způsoby optimalizace. Teoretická část se primárně zaměřuje na teoretická východiska řízení lidských zdrojů a více do hloubky objasňuje teorii vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve službách včetně popisu procesů a metod. Empirická část se zaměřuje na školicí aktivity společnosti, které byly zkoumány pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů, které autor vedl se zástupci firmy. Aby bylo možné porovnávat různé pohledy, respondenty byli zvoleni 3 řadoví obchodní zástupci a jeden strukturní ředitel. Na základě získaných kvalitativních dat byla navržena opatření, která by měla pomoct společnosti ZFP Group optimalizovat a zefektivnit proces vzdělávání svých obchodních zástupců.This bachelor thesis focuses on the training and development of employees in the service area, with a particular emphasis on financial advisors in ZFP Group. The aim of the thesis is to examine the current learning processes, identify gaps, and propose ways to optimise them. The theoretical part primarily addresses the theoretical foundations of human resource management, explaining the theory of employee learning and development in the service sector, and includes a description of the current processes and methods. The empirical part focuses on the company's training activities, which were investigated through semi-structured interviews conducted by the author with company representatives. To compare different perspectives, the interviewees included three sales representatives and one structural director. Based on the data obtained, measures were proposed that, if properly implemented, should support ZFP Group optimise and streamline its sales force learning and development process

Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu a interpretaci vybraných ukazatelů podniku Škoda Auto a.s. v časovém období 2020-2024. Následně se tyto ukazatele porovnají s konkurenčním podnikem v období 2020-2023.This bachelor thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of a selected company according to selected indicators. The aim is to effectively evaluate the performance of Škoda Auto a.s. and compare these calculated values with a competitor, Kia Slovakia s.r.o. The first part of the thesis is theoretical and describes financial analysis, its methods, and individual indicators, along with calculation procedures, which are then applied in the practical part. The practical part is focused on analysing and interpreting selected indicators of Škoda Auto a.s. in the period 2020-2024. These indicators are then compared with those of a competing company for 2020-2023

No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá možností využití plstěných vlněných tkanin jako přírodního filtračního materiálu pro kapalinovou filtraci, zejména pro filtraci přepáleného kuchyňského oleje a čištění odpadních vod. Aktuální environmentální výzvy spojené s problematickým olejovým znečištěním odpadních vod a nízké využitelnosti ovčí vlny vyústily do inovativního a udržitelného řešení studovaného v této závěrečné práci. V teoretické části je popsán způsob výroby plstěného filtračního materiálu firmou Mitop a uveden přehled současných technologií filtrace zaměřených na odstraňování nerozpustných látek z odpadních vod. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakterizaci plstěných materiálů, jejich tepelnou stabilitu a experimentální ověření účinnosti vlněného materiálu při filtraci modelové odpadní vody a následně i reálného přepáleného oleje. Cílem práce je posoudit vhodnost tohoto materiálu pro praktické použití ve filtračních systémech a přispět k rozvoji ekologicky šetrných filtračních technologií.This thesis explores the potential use of felted wool fabrics as a natural filtration material for liquid filtration, specifically for filtering used cooking oil from wastewater. Current environmental challenges related to problematic oil pollution in wastewater and the low utilization of sheep wool have led to the development of an innovative and sustainable solution studied in this final thesis.
The theoretical part describes the production process of the felted filtration material by the company Mitop and provides an overview of current filtration technologies focused on removing insoluble substances from wastewater. The practical part focuses on the characterization of felted materials, their thermal stability, and the experimental verification of the effectiveness of wool-based material in filtering both model wastewater and real used cooking oil. The aim of the thesis is to assess the suitability of this material for practical use in filtration systems and to contribute to the development of environmentally friendly filtration technologies
Comparison of a tennis player's tactics on clay and grass surfaces
No full textBakalářská práce porovnává herní taktiku tenisty na antukovém a travnatém povrchu, s cílem zjistit, zda sledovaný tenista používá rozdílnou taktiku hry na těchto dvou površích. Syntéza poznatků shrnuje základní teoretické pojmy, které jsou následně využívané v části výzkumné. Výzkumná část využívá metodu nepřímého pozorování hry, vytipovaných tenisových utkání u dvou tenistů Carlose Alcaraze a Novaka Djokovice, pomocí videozáznamů. Pozorování je zaznamenáváno do předem vypracovaného systému taktických variant hry a získaná data jsou statisticky analyzována a následně vyhodnocena v diskuzi. Výsledky diskuse u dvou sledovaných hráčů C. Alcaraze a N. Djokovice potvrzují rozdílný přístup v uplatňované taktice na rozdílných površích, pouze u jednoho ze dvou sledovaných hráčů. Zatímco C. Alcaraz přizpůsobuje svoji taktiku hry podle povrchu, N. Djokovic svůj taktický přístup v závislosti na povrchu spíše nemění.The bachelor thesis compares the playing tactics of a tennis player on clay and grass surfaces in order to find out whether the observed tennis player uses different playing tactics on these two surfaces. The synthesis of the findings summarises the basic theoretical concepts which are then used in the research part. The research part uses the method of indirect observation of the game, of selected tennis matches of two tennis players, Carlos Alcaraz and Novak Djokovic, using video recordings. The observations are recorded in a pre-developed system of tactical variations of the game and the data obtained are statistically analysed and then evaluated in the discussion. The results of the discussion for the two observed players C. Alcaraze and N. Djokovic confirm a different approach in the applied tactics on different surfaces, only for one of the two players studied. While C. Alcaraz adapts his tactics according to the surface, N. Djokovic rather does not change his tactical approach depending on the surface

dekubitů, znalostmi ohledně prevence a výběru materiálu. Teoretická část této práce
se podrobně věnuje problematice dekubitů. Nejprve je zde představena anatomie
a fyziologie kůže jako základ pro pochopení vzniku a vývoje dekubitálních lézí. Následně je definována samotná problematika dekubitů, včetně jejich klasifikace, příčin vzniku a faktorů, které ovlivňují jejich vznik a rozvoj. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na prevenci a terapeutické možnosti léčby dekubitů. Podrobně je rozebráno polohování pacienta, využívání antidekubitních pomůcek a zásady správné péče. Následně jsou rozebrány terapeutické přístupy k léčbě již vzniklých dekubitů. Výzkumná část byla realizována pomocí kvantitativní metody formou dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl určen pro všeobecné sestry v nemocničním, sociálním zařízení a hospicové péči. Cílem bylo zmapování znalostí v oblasti prevence vzniku dekubitů a výběru materiálu pro ošetření dekubitů.In this bachelor thesis we look at the knowledge of general nurses about the
problem of decubitus ulcers, knowledge about prevention and choice of material.
The theoretical part of this thesis deals in detail with the issue of decubitus. First, the anatomy and physiology of the skin is presented as a basis for understanding the origin and development of decubital lesions. Subsequently, the issue of decubitus itself is defined, including its classification, causes of its occurrence and factors that influence its origin and development. Next, the theoretical part focuses on prevention and therapeutic options for the treatment of decubitus. Patient positioning, the use of antidisability aids and the principles of proper care are discussed in detail. Subsequently, therapeutic approaches to the treatment of existing decubitus ulcers are discussed. The research part was carried out using a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was designed for general nurses in hospital, social care and hospice care. The aim was to map the knowledge in the prevention of decubitus and the selection of material for the treatment of decubitus
Measurement of the Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) of Optical Systems
No full textTato práce se věnuje popisu modulační přenosové funkce (MTF) a jejímu významu při hodnocení kvality optických systémů. Jsou porovnány různé metody měření MTF, přičemž v praktické části je využita metoda slanted edge. Je navrženo a realizováno pět měřicích konfigurací, jejichž cílem je ověřit vliv jednotlivých komponent na výslednou MTF systému a zároveň reflektovat běžně používané přístupy, jako je přezobrazování mikroskopem nebo měření v kolimovaném svazku. Měření jsou optimalizována pro dosažení maximální přesnosti a výsledky jsou porovnány s výstupy z vlastního algoritmu, založeném na obdobném principu. Dále je zkoumána závislost MTF na poloze obrazu v zorném poli a získané křivky jsou porovnány s daty od výrobce objektivu.This thesis focuses on the description of the Modulation Transfer Function (MTF) and its significance in evaluating the quality of optical systems. Various MTF measurement methods are compared, with the slanted edge method being employed in the experimental part. Five measurement configurations are proposed and implemented to verify the influence of individual components on the resulting system MTF, while also reflecting commonly used practical approaches, such as microscope relay imaging or measurement in a collimated beam. The measurements are optimized to achieve maximum accuracy, and the results are compared with outputs from a custom-developed algorithm based on a similar principle. Furthermore, the dependence of MTF on image position within the field of view is examined, and the obtained curves are compared with the manufacturer's data for the lens

Teoretická část popisuje klíčové koncepty spojené s mentálním postižením, včetně jeho klasifikace dle Mezinárodní klasifikace nemocí (MKN-11), dále zkoumá dopad postižení na dynamiku rodinných vztahů, psychickou zátěž rodičů a dostupné formy podpory (např. pedagogicko-psychologické poradny a speciálně pedagogická centra).
Cílem práce je porovnat každodenní režim a životní situaci rodin s dítětem s mentálním postižením a rodin s dítětem bez zdravotního postižení.
Průzkumná část je založena na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s rodiči, které poskytují hlubší vhled do jejich prožívání, výzev i strategií zvládání běžného dne. Výsledky práce poukazují na specifika péče o dítě s mentálním postižením, proměny rodinné dynamiky a důležitost sociální podpory.This bachelor's thesis focuses on families life and care for a child with an intellectual disability.
theoretical part describes key concepts associated with intellectual disability, including its classification according to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11). It examines the influence of the child´s disability on the dynamics of family relationships, psychological burden of parents and available forms of support (e.g. pedagogical-psychological counseling and special education centers) and many others. The aim of the thesis is to compare the daily routine and life situation of the families with a child with an intellectual disability and families taking care of a child without a disability.
The research part is based on semi-structured interviews with parents, providing deeper insight into their experiences, challenges and strategies for coping with the situation in everyday life. The results of the thesis focuses on the specifics of taking care of a child with an intellectual disability, changes in family dynamics and the importance of social support
