Influence of recyclate on the material and functional properties of automotive air conditioning fans
No full textDiplomová práce je věnována vlivu opakované mechanické recyklace na materiálové a funkční vlastnosti ventilátorů klimatizačních jednotek automobilů vyráběných ve firmě Denso Manufacturing Czech, s. r. o. a vstřikovaných z polypropylenu plněného 20 hm. % krátkými skelnými vlákny. V rámci experimentální části diplomové práce byl připraven recyklát v pěti recyklačních cyklech, který byl v množství 5 hm. %, 10 hm. % a 15 hm. % přidán k primárnímu materiálu pro výrobu normalizovaných zkušebních těles a reálných dílů. U materiálu byly hodnoceny užitné vlastnosti (hustota, tekutost, tahová, ohybová a rázová pevnost, tuhost, tvarová stálost i hořlavost) a u ventilátorů rozměrová přesnost, nevývaha a vnitřní struktura. Dále byly posuzovány funkční vlastnosti sestavy ventilátoru nalisovaného s přesahem na hřídel motoru. Bylo prokázáno, že podíl recyklátu do 15 hm. % neovlivňuje materiálové a funkční vlastnosti ventilátorů klimatizačních jednotek automobilů.The diploma thesis is devoted to the influence of repeated mechanical recycling on the material and functional properties of car air conditioning unit fans manufactured by Denso Manufacturing Czech, Ltd. and injected from polypropylene filled with 20 wt. % short glass fibers. As part of the experimental part of the diploma thesis, a recyclate was prepared in five recycling cycles, which was added to the primary material in amounts of 5 wt. %, 10 wt. % and 15 wt. % for the production of standardized test specimens and real parts. The material's utility properties (density, fluidity, tensile, bending and impact strength, stiffness, dimensional stability and flammability) were evaluated, and the fans' dimensional accuracy, unbalance and internal structure were evaluated. Furthermore, the functional properties of the fan assembly pressed onto the engine shaft with an overlap were assessed. It was proven that the share of recycled up to 15 wt. % does not affect the material and functional properties of fans of air conditioning units of cars

No full textTato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na měření a analýzu výkonových parametrů spalovacího motoru závodního monopostu týmu FS TUL Racing. V teoretické části je nejprve uveden přehled současných koncepcí pohonných jednotek se zaměřením na pístové spalovací motory a jejich využití v motorsportu. Následuje popis soutěže Formula Student, jejích pravidel a disciplín, s důrazem na výběr a omezení pohonných jednotek. Dále jsou popsány klíčové provozní a výkonové parametry motoru a metody jejich měření v laboratorních podmínkách. Praktická část se věnuje ustavení motoru na motorové zkušebně, realizaci měření pomocí asynchronního dynamometru a vyhodnocení získaných dat. Na základě výsledků jsou navrženy možnosti optimalizace chodu motoru pro další vývoj týmu i využití na Katedře vozidel a motorů.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the measurement and analysis of the performance parameters of the internal combustion engine used in the racing monopost of the FS TUL Racing team. The theoretical part first provides an overview of current powertrain concepts with a focus on piston combustion engines and their application in motorsport. It then describes the Formula Student competition, its rules and disciplines, with particular emphasis on the selection and restrictions regarding power units. Furthermore, the key operational and performance parameters of the engine are explained, along with methods for their measurement in laboratory conditions. The practical part deals with the setup of the engine on a test bench, the execution of measurements using an asynchronous dynamometer, and the evaluation of the collected data. Based on the results, possible optimization approaches are proposed to improve engine operation for further development within the team and for use by the Department of Vehicles and Engines

V praktické části této práce popisuji navržené a realizované výtvarné činnosti aplikované v neformálním i formálním vzdělávání, kde jsou integrovány děti s popsanou poruchou. Vliv způsobu zatěžování na křivku zpevnění při zkoušce hydrostatickým vypínáním
Get PDFCílem této diplomové práce bylo analyzovat vliv postupu zatěžování při zkoušce hydrostatickým vypínáním (HBT) na křivky přetvoření u dvou vybraných materiálů - slitiny hliníku AA6061 a pevnostní mikrolegované oceli HSLA. Byly porovnány výsledky kontinuálního zatěžování v souladu s normou ISO 16808, s režimem zatěžování zahrnujícím časové prodlevy (tzv. ramp test), a to za použití bezkontaktního optického systému GOM Correlate Pro. Experimenty ukázaly, že vliv postupu zatěžování na deformační chování testovaných materiálů byl minimální. Křivky přetvoření získané z kontinuálního testu a ramp testu se téměř shodovaly, přičemž rozdíly v modulu monotónního zpevnění a exponentu deformačního zpevnění byly zanedbatelné. Tyto závěry byly také potvrzeny vyhodnocením mikrostruktury pomocí rastrovacího elektronového mikroskopu. Výsledky této práce přispívají k lepšímu pochopení vlivu technologických parametrů na deformační chování materiálů při tvářecích procesech a mohou podpořit rozvoj přesnějších výpočetních modelů např. pro numerické simulace.The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyse the influence of loading modes during the Hydraulic Bulge Test (HBT) on the stress-strain curves of two chosen materials - the aluminum alloy AA6061 and high-strength low-alloyed (HSLA) steel. The results of continuous loading, mode performed in accordance with ISO 16808, were compared with a loading mode that included dwell periods (so-called ramp test), using the contact-less optical system GOM Correlate Pro. The experiments showed that the influence of the loading mode on the deformation behaviour of the tested materials was minimal. The stress-strain curves determined from the continuous and ramp tests were almost identical, with negligible differences in the strength coefficient and strain hardening exponent. These findings were also confirmed by microstructural evaluation using a scanning electron microscope. The results of this work contribute to a better understanding of the technological parameters influence on the material deformation behaviour in forming processes and may support the development of more accurate computational models e.g. for numerical simulations
Images as a tool for developing geographical thinking in geography lessons
No full textTato diplomová práce se zabývá potenciálem obrázku jako didaktického prostředku pro rozvoj geografického myšlení na druhém stupni základní školy. Teorie se opírá o vymezení geografického myšlení především v propojení obsahové a procesuální roviny geografického myšlení. Následně je analyzována role obrázku ve vzdělávání s důrazem na kognitivní a didaktické teorie (například duální kódování, kognitivní zátěž, teorie obrazu). Praxe zahrnuje návrh, realizaci a evaluaci výukových aktivit s využitím obrázků, které byly pilotně vyzkoušeny v reálné výuce na základní škole. Hodnocení vychází z dotazníkového šetření vyplněného žáky, z reflexe provedené po hodině se žáky a z kritického hodnocení aktivity. Výsledky ukazují, že vhodně zvolený a didakticky zpracovaný obrázek může být kvalitním nástrojem k rozvoji geografického myšlení.This thesis explores the potential of the picture as a didactic tool for the development of geographical thinking in the lower secondary school. The theory is based on the definition of geographic thinking, primarily in the connection between the content and process levels of geographic thinking. Subsequently, the role of the image in education is analysed with emphasis on cognitive and didactic theories (e.g., dual coding, cognitive load, image theory). The practice involves the design, implementation, and evaluation of learning activities using images that have been piloted in a real lower secondary school classroom. Evaluation is based on a questionnaire survey completed by pupils, a postlesson reflection with pupils, and a critical evaluation of the activity. The results show that an appropriately selected and didactically processed picture can be a good tool for the development of pupils' geographical thinking

Cílem je analyzovat nástroje interního personálního marketingu a jejich vliv na pracovní spokojenost zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmů jako je personální marketing, jeho členění na interní a externí část a marketingový mix v personálním pojetí. Praktická část je zpracována na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci a přináší vyhodnocení jejich vnímání jednotlivých nástrojů interního marketingu. Výsledky šetření poukazují na silné a slabé stránky uplatňování interního personálního marketingu ve společnosti a navrhuje konkrétní opatření pro zlepšení. Práce může sloužit jako podklad pro rozvoj personální strategie firmy a posílení spokojenosti zaměstnanců.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of personnel marketing with an emphasis on internal personnel marketing in the manufacturing company HOLS, a. s. The aim is to analyze the tools of internal personnel marketing and their impact on employee job satisfaction. The theoretical part defines concepts such as personnel marketing, its division into internal and external parts, and the marketing mix in the context of human resource management. The practical part is based on questionnaire survey among employees and evaluates their perception of the individual tools of internal marketing. The results highlight the strengths and weaknesses of the internal personnel marketing approach in the company and propose specific measures for improvement. The thesis may serve as a basis for developing the company´s personnel strategy and enhancing employee satisfaction

Cílem práce je zjistit, jak vybraní asistenti pedagoga vnímají svou roli ve vzdělávání žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením inkluzivního vzdělávání, pozicí asistenta pedagoga a charakteristikou žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Empirická část se opírá o výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi asistenty pedagoga působícími na 1. stupni základních škol. Průzkum se zaměřil na oblasti, ve kterých asistenti vnímají svůj největší přínos, a na faktory, které jejich práci ovlivňují. Na základě zjištěných dat jsou v závěru práce formulována doporučení, která mohou přispět ke zlepšení pracovních podmínek asistentů pedagoga a podpořit kvalitu jejich působení ve škole.The bachelor Thesis focuses on the role of a teaching assistant in inclusive education at the primary school level. The aim of the thesis is to determine how selected teaching assistants perceive their role to the education of students with special educational needs. The thesis is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part deals with the definition of inclusive education, the position of a teaching assistant, and the characteristics of students with special educational needs. The empirical part is based on the results of a survey among teaching assistants working at primary schools. The survey focused on areas where assistants perceive their greatest contribution and the factors that influence their work. Based on the collected data, recommendations are formulated in the conclusion of the thesis. This can help improve the working conditions of teaching assistants and support the quality of their work in schools
