Politainment News Framing of DPR RI Members Mulan Jameela on The Online Media
No full textThe success of Mulan Jameela to become members of the Indonesian Parliement 2019-2024 drew the attention of online media. However. Some online media deliberately package this event in the form of politainment news. This research aims to find out the news framing of Mulan politainment news when officially appointed as a member of the Indonesian Parliament 2019-2024. The research method used is the Framing Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. Pan Kosicki's framing device is divided into four large structures : syntactic structure, script structure, thematic structure, and rhetorical structure. The object of the research was the news texts Mulan as members of the Indonesian Parliament in Tribunnews.com and Detik.com in the October 2019 period. The results showed that the cognitive tools used by Tribunnews.com and Detik.com in coding information and interpreting events about Mulan as members of the Indonesian Parliament are constructed differently. Okezone.com framing tends to benefit Mulan. While framing Tribunnews.com, Detik.com, Liputan6.com, dan Kompas.com tend to corner Mulan. Where the most highlighted side is the clothing choices used by Mulan, the legal cases faced and the endorsement that received the KPK response. While Mulan success in holding seats in the Indonesian Parliament 2019-2024 period is not so highlighted.

Menjadi Korban yang Disalahkan dalam Novel Permata dalam Lumpur Karya Satria Nova dan Nur Huda
No full textSurabaya is the second largest city after Jakarta, as the second largest city, Surabaya is a densely populated area, can be found various kinds of informal economic activities that have existed since colonial times, ranging from street vendors to prostitution. Dolly is an exclusive area located in Surabaya. This region is tehe largest prostitution in Indonesia, even beating in Southeast Asia. Research on the Permata In the Mud novel by Satria Nova and Nur Huda focuses on the representation of the meaning of violence on prostitutes, to lead us to a thought that criticizes every form of violence against women. This research method is a qualitative analysis, using Ferdinand de Saussure's semiotic analysis, which looks at markers and markers. The data used in the form of texts that describe violence against prostitutes in the novel Permata Dalam Lumpur, which is read repeatedly. The results found several meanings of violence on prostitutes obtained from several chapters. The results showed that the Permata novel in the mud contained the meaning of violence on prostitutes. In this study also found that one commercial sex worker is a victim of a pimp.

Komunikasi Kelompok dalam Virtual Community
No full textThis study aims to analyze communication in virtual communities that are reviewed from a business, health and career-linkedIn perspective. This research uses the literature review method through literature search both books and international and national journals. The results showed that the virtual community was established and developed through Computer Mediated Communication (CMC) on various platforms. Virtual communities develop because individuals have the same goal. They bind themselves to join and exchange ideas, information in a virtual community because there are common motives and goals to be achieved. There are several similarities and differences that bind individuals to join virtual communities from a business, health and career-linked perspective. Trust and security are the main keys of individuals joined in virtual communication in various fields. In addition, in the business perspective, two reasons individuals join online trade are the use of a conducive community and virtual social environment. While in the context of health, the reason the community joins is the ease of accessing health information, trust and security of user data. Finally, in the context of career-linked development, individuals tie themselves into the community because this platform has advantages in forming social network capital, knowledge capital to form friendships. Virtual communities on various platforms (business, health and careers) continue to grow and are increasingly being asked by users.

Jihad Sufi
No full textThis paper explores what the meaning of jihad and Sufi is and how a Sufi jihad. The aim of this research is to correct the wrong understanding of Sufism and Sufi teachings and explain that Sufism in Sufism never lags in jihad with its various aspects. Jihad is all forms of maximum effort for the application of Islamic teachings and eradication of tyranny, both for oneself, society and the universe by not knowing despair, surrender, and strings attached, both through physical struggle, emotions, possessions, energy, and science in order reach the pleasure of Allah Almighty. Being Sufi is a person who tries to purify and decorate himself with commendable qualities to draw closer to Allah. Sufis not only adorn themselves with praiseworthy qualities and mahdhah worship rites only to God Almighty, but a Sufi person is still required to draw closer to Allah swt with jihad efforts such as spiritual jihad, ethical jihad, intellectual jihad and politics.

Estetika Struktural Sastra Dakwah Dalam Bidadari Untuk Dewa Karya Asma Nadia
No full textThis study discusses Nadia's Asma da'wah messages in the Bidadari Untuk Dewa novel and how the delivery of da'wah messages in the story. This research is a study that uses a qualitative approach and discourse analysis of the Van Dijk model. The source of this research is in the form of library literature. The results of this study state that the preaching message contained in this novel covers aspects of aqeedah, sharia, and morality. Aspects of aqeedah include tawakkal, piety and istiqomah values. Sharia aspects include sholat, mu'amalah, and prayer. Then the moral aspects include patience, sincerity, grateful gratitude, humility and honesty. From the thematic side, it was found that the title of Bidadari untuk Dewa was taken from a true story. This story illustrates the story of the journey of a young man who decides to do business and get married at a relatively young age and has to face various life problems ranging from financial, debt, business studies, female exams, friendship, and even almost losing his life at the age of 5 years. In the storyline, this novel is the longest novel Asma Nadia that she has written during her career in the world of writing. That is all due to the "complexity" of the life journey of a young businessman who is adopted.

Dengan metode analisis wacana kritis model Teun A. Van Dijk Alasan penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Yaitu, bertujuan menganalisa secara mendalam dimanakah kalimat atau kata-kata yang terkandung unsur dakwah. Sumber penelitian ini berupa literatur kepustakaan. Sumber yang digunakan pun berasal dari buku, jurnal, majalah yang berkaitan erat dengan penelitian ini Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan, bahwa pesan dakwah yang ada dalam novel ini mencangkup aspek Aqidah, Syariah dan Akhlak. Dalam penyampaian pesan dakwahnya, ketika menggunakan model analisis wacana Van Dijk. Ditemukan bahwa Bidadari Untuk Dewa diangkat dari True story. Menggambarkan kisah tentang perjalanan seorang pemuda yang memutuskan untuk berbisnis dan menikah di usia yang relatif sangat muda dan harus menghadapi berbagai problema kehidupan. Mulai dari masalah keuangan, hutang, pelajaran bisnis, ujian wanita, persahabatan, bahkan nyaris kehilangan nyawa di usia 5 tahun awal pernikahannya. Secara Alur cerita novel ini merupakan novel Asma Nadia yang terpanjang, yang pernah dia tulis selama karirnya di dunia kepenulisan. Itu semua disebabkan “rumit”nya perjalanan kehidupan dari pebisnis muda yang di angkat.

Hubungan Antara Self-Talk Positif dan Communication Apprehension Pada Mahasiswa BKI IAIN Parepare
No full textThis study aimed to see the relationship between the frequency of positive self-talk and the level of communication apprehension experienced by colege students.This study used a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The researchsample consisted of 75 students of the BKI IAIN Parepare Study Program, consisting of15 male and 70 female. The data collection technique by providing a scale in the formof the Self-talk Scale from Brinhaupt, Hein, and Kramer (2009) for measuring thefrequency of positive self-talk and the Personal Report of Communicationapprehension (PRCA) scale from McCroskey (1994) for measure communicationapprehension. The product moment analysis test is used to test the hypothesis byanalyzing the relationship between the frequency of doing positive self-talk and thelevel of communication apprehension. The results showed that there was a relationshipbetween the frequency of doing positive self-talk with the level of communicationapprehension among students with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05) and acorrelation coefficient value of -0.452. The more often students do positive self-talk, thelower level of communication apprehension they feel. The effective contribution givenby the positive self-talk variable to the communication apprehension variable was45.2%. The implication of this study shows that positive self-talk techniques can beused in improving students' personal competence in communication and can be appliedto various communication situations, including the guidance and counseling process.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara frekuensi penggunaan self-talk positif dengan tingkat communication apprehension yang dialami mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 75 mahasiwa Program Studi BKI IAIN Parepare yang terdiri dari 15 laki-laki dan 70 sampel perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan skala yang disebar secara online berupa Self-talk Scale dari Brinhaupt, Hein, dan Kramer (2009) untuk pengukuran frekuensi melakukan self-talk positif dan skala Personal Report of Communication apprehension dari McCroskey (1994) untuk mengukur tingkat communication apprehension. Uji analisis product moment digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara frekuensi melakukan self-talk positif dengan tingkat communication apprehension. Hasil penelitian menjunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara frekuensi melakukan self-talk positif dengan tingkat kecemasan berkomunikasi pada mahasiswa dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p<0.05) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar -0.452. Semakin sering mahasisa melakukan self-talk positif maka semakin rendah tingkat coomunication apprehension yang dirasakan. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh variabel self-talk positif terhadap variabel communication apprehension sebesar 45,2%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik self-talk positif dapat digunakan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi personal mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi dan dapat diterapkan pada berbagai situasi komunikasi, termasuk proses bimbingan dan konseling

No full textVarious supporting features of interpersonal communication and interaction such as chatrooms, walls, messanger, etc. make Facebook as one of the models of interpersonal mediated communication (interpersonal mediated communication). The purpose of this study is to describe the use of Facebook as a facility that facilitates friendship and personal relationships. The subject of this research is Facebook active users who utilize various Facebook features to meet new people. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that various Facebook features were able to facilitate its users in communicating both socially just friends to personal communication that led to institutional (marriage).

No full textThis study examines the effects of television in adolescents, where television involves teens in their daily lives. The purpose of this study is to describe the effect of television and explain what influences television's influence on adolescents in Vocational High Schools. This type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative, where the research method used in this study uses numerical based data and determines the population and sample. which is done by giving questions or an online questionnaire (questionnaire) to teenagers at SMK Ghama Caraka. Population criteria studied were adolescents aged 15-17 years. Respondents were asked as many as 30 people and taken using purposive sampling, namely the determination of sample techniques with certain considerations or with certain characteristics used with the questionnaire. Analysis of the data used in this research is to use descriptive statistics. This research data management uses SPSS 24 for windows to help analyze statistical data. And the results of this study prove that there is an influence of television on adolescents in SMK Ghama Caraka in social interaction, learning and politics in adolescents.

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of “ForumKomunitas Hijau” (FKH) Environmental Campaign in Nature Conservation inBanjarmasin City. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collectiontechniques using semi-structured interviews, documentation, library research, with dataanalysis techniques such as CAQDAS. The results showed that the FKH environmentalcampaign took the form of problem analysis, audience analysis, assigning media,selecting media, developing messages, producing media, implementing programs,monitoring, and evaluating. They use banners, shirts, and facebook groups, usingIndonesian and Banjar languages.Pengelolaan sampah dan penghijauan merupakan masalah yang patutdiperhatikan di kota sungai Banjarmasin. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahuiimplementasi Kampanye Lingkungan Hidup Forum Komunitas Hijau (FKH) dalampelestarian alam di Kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptifkualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur,dokumentasi, studi pustaka, dengan teknik analisis data berupa CAQDAS. Konstruksi Nilai Nasionalisme dalam Bait Sya’ir Tanpo Waton (Analisis Semiotik Model Ferdinand De Saussure)

Semiotic analysis used in this research is Ferdinand De Saussure'ssemiotic which focuses on how a sign is seen from the linguistic or language side. Theresults of this study indicate that how a poem constructs the value of nationalism, in thiscase is shi'ir tanpo waton by KH Moh Nizam As Shofa. In his poetry there is a deepnationalism value including; it takes a clean heart and clear mind to form a pure natureof nationalism, promoting honesty and trustworthiness, understanding comprehensivelynationalism not half measures, helping each other in working, istiqomah and alwayscarrying out the commands of Allah SWT and the guidance of Rasulullah SAW.Setiap lagu memiliki pesan tersendiri, baik pesan duniawi maupun ukhrawi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana konstruksi nilai nasionalismedalam bait “syi’ir tanpo waton”. Analisis Semiotik yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah semiotik milik Ferdinand De Saussure yang berfokus pada bagaimana suatutanda dilihat dari sisi linguistic atau bahasanya.
