    Landslide is one of the most types of slope movements of soil\rock often occur in Indonesia and resulting in damages such as in agriculture land, highways, structures and even casualties. From the researches landslides often take place on the rainy season,as well as when the rain is falling or after the rain stopped. This research will be done in two phases. First phase is a numerical modeling to simulate and predict slope hidrological behavior in respon to rainfall. The rainfalls applied for modeling are high and low intensity that are £ 70  mm/hour and 20 mm/day respectively some hours until days. The rainfall modeling results is used  as the data for next phase that is slope stability analysis. Slope stability will be analiyzed at the initial condition, when raining and after the rain stopped. This research results the decreased of slope stability caused by the rain depends on the intensity and duration of the rain. The research obtains that the rain  intensity of 70 mm/hour is the most potential cause to trigg the landslide than goes of 20 mm/day, 30 mm/hour and 50 mm/hou

    Perceived service quality and satisfaction by users is important aspects on service decision making of travel mode choice. Ojek motorcycle (MC) is an informal public transport recently tends to increase used for short distance in Indonesia cities. This study aim to investigate effect and the relationships of service quality, satisfaction and loyalty of usage of ojek’s MC. the study employs a questionnaire survey and home interviews for ojek’s MC users in Bandung City. The analysis is conducted by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The study’s results are as follows: from second order confirmatory factor analysis, it’s found that time reliability and accessibility factors are significant reflection of service quality, but environment factor is not significant. From analysis the structural relationships between latent variables, it is found that service quality influence directly and significantly to satisfaction and then affect loyalty.     Perception data of assessment of contractors’ competency is necessary to be collected from any parties who involve in construction projects in order to improve contractor selection system, not only in the stage of prequalification phase, but also in the stage of tender phase or in the stage of a selection of the winning contractor. To obtain the answer of contractors’ perception in terms of the most to the least important factors of the assessment of contractors competency, a structure questionnaire survey was conducted in Palu, where the sample came from a part of small contractors in Palu.     Optimization problem is the demanding problem for optimum solutions. The optimum (best) solution is asolution with minimum values, or maximum among a set of possible alternative solutions. In electricaldistribution network, problem of demanding achievement of optimum condition of system operationalperformance is essential. One of the factors necessary to consider in the designing of the primary electricaldistribution network is cost. Cost is closely related to length of cable used. It highlights the importance ofcalculating the minimum length of cable required in a network. The cable should be not only with as minimalas possible in length, but also regulated for better arrangement.Actually, in regulating the cable installation, longer path is more frequently selected. One of the ways ofachieving optimization condition is to use algorithm to determine a minimum spanning tree of the primaryelectrical distribution network system. In this study, the algorithm used is Prim’s algorithm.The research was conducted by designing a graph model of primary electrical distribution network inappropriate with the data obtained. The relation of compressive strength, water absorption and weight density of mortar caused of water cement ratio, and the summed of cement and sand in mortar mixed. Objective of this research was to know the fit of propert high strength mortar for concrete strengthening, where mortar had well workability and more supplied in Indonesia. Compressive strength test used cilindric specimen for concrete and mortar measured 300 mm in hight with 150 mm diameter. Pull out test for concrete used specimen like to the compressive strength test, pull out test for mortar made from cubicus specimen measured 150 mm x 150 mm x 150 mm. All specimen was tested to produce the compressive strenght and pull-out of steel in mortar and concrete. The result show that mortar as well as used for concrete strengthening. Where the compressive strength of mortar was 56,125 MPa highly from concrete as 196,83%.     Spearman rho correlation and chi square cross tabulation techniques were employed to analyse secondary data with regards to a case study of direct cost for building constructions in 7 (seven) regencies/city in the Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD). The first technique was used to test statistically the rank differences of variables influencing direct costs among the seven regencies/city, while the second was employed to know the differences of frequencies of contractors’ perception regarding such direct cost from 7 (seven) regencies/city. The result shows that the ranks of direct cost variables from the highest to the lowest (i.e. material cost, transportation cost of materials, equipment rental cost, equipment operational cost, worker skills related costs, basic wages, wages related to location, wages related to work types) are significantly correlated between 7 (seven) regencies/city in NAD including significant correlation to the sum of 7 (seven) regencies/city. In spite of that, there are four variables influencing direct cost showing the differences of frequencies from 7 (seven) regencies/city in NAD, namely, transportation cost of materials, equipment rental cost, wages related to work types and wages related to location condition. While material cost, equipment operational cost, basic wages, worker skills related costs show no differences
