Dinamika Kualitas Audit Di Perbankan Syariah Di Indonesia
This study discusses and understands the competence and independence of auditors on audit quality in sharia banking in Indonesia. While in the discussion the authors analyze the things that are deemed related to the competence and independent audit of auditor tenure or rotation seen through two post-KMK regime and post Act No. 5, Audit firm reputation by looking at audit firm size, audit fees, and auditor competencies determined through background education, certification, experience of work, and frequency of training that followed. The result of the research shows that the limitation of audit tenure does not decrease the quality of audit in sharia banking, the dynamics of audit quality is formed from independent relationship and auditor competence depends on the maximum level of audi
Analisis Pengukuran Sharia Compliance dalam Pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance Bank Syariah di Indonesia
This research is an exploratory study aimed to measure and assess sharia compliance inthe framework of implementation of Good Corporate Governance in Sharia BankingIndonesia based an indicators used. That the results of this study can be compared byresearch of other similar, used indicators is an indicator that has been adapted from twoearlier studies i.e Thea Vinnicombe (2010) with title “ AAOIFI Reporting Standards :Measuring Compliance” and Sepky Mardian (2011) “ Study Exploration of DisclosureApplication of Sharia Compliance in Islamic Banks”. This research using 4 (four) indicators are : (i) Sharia Supervisory Board, which is a key player in Sharia Banking, (ii) Murabaha, is one contract that dominates Sharia Banking assets, (iii) zakah, an appraiser social function of Sharia Banks, and (iv) Mudharaba, which is a profit loss sharing contract with the identity of Sharia Banks. This research uses content analysis methodology, namely to make the sets specific text as the unit of analysis to figure out the purpose of the disclosure to be assessed in accordance with sharia compliance. Theannual reports are used GCG Implementation report and Financial Statement period2011. The results of this research indicate that level of Sharia Compliance Sharia Banking in Indonesia has been quite adequate with a percentage exceeding 50%, and in general, the tenth of Sharia Banking has been disclosed sharia compliance in the implementation of GCG
Indikator Kualitas Audit: Persepsi Auditor Muslim
This research aims to examine indicators that affect audit quality according to Muslim auditors. The object of this research is the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) in Jakarta and Depok. The data collection technique used questionnaire model with random sampling technique of auditors from 11 KAP. The research method is quantitative research and the data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach to Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that integrity has a significant effect on audit quality, while the caliph sincerity, piety fear of Allah SWT, truth and working perfectly and responsibly to Allah SWT does not affect audit quality
Perekayasaan Akuntansi Istishna’ Pada Produk Pembiayaan Apartemen
Adoption of PSAK 104 on Accounting Istishna, creating an obstacle for Islamic banks.Plus the difficulty of implementing the contract istishna itself in the banking business.PSAK related more appropriately applied to the real sector companies engaged insteadof banking services. This study aims to determine the constraints and associated engineering analysis accounting istishna ‘apartment on financial products in Islamic banks.The research method used is descriptive qualitative field research. Analysis was used tocompare the conditions obtained in the field by the recognition of regulated accountingunder PSAK 104 and the legislation in force. Based on the analysis, there are severalobstacles that arise in the application of financing istishna, which is related to information technology, human resources and the prevalence of apartment construction businessin Indonesia in the implementation of accounting standards. Consequently, in practice,Islamic banks have not fully adopted PSAK 104, especially in terms of disbursement offunds to the developer, the recognition of revenue on accrual basis and cash basis, andmargin recognition in installments during construction by the customer
Corporate Governance Dan Pengungkapan Manajemen Risiko Bank Syariah Di Indonesia
Based on Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/23/PBI/2011, Indonesian Islamic bank has faced Rate of Return Risk and Equity Investment Risk that has been not faced by conventional bank. Moreover, Islamic bank also has had more reputation risk and compliance risk than conventional bank. The objective of this research is to provide empirical evidence of the influence of corporate governance on the risk management disclosure for Indonesian Islamic banking. Good Corporate Governance is proxied by total of Commissioners Board, total of Independent Commissioners Board, total of Audit Committee, total of Independent Audit Committee, and Sharia Supervisory Board. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression panel data. Using 35 unbalanced panel data from 11 Indonesia Islamic Bank for 2012 -2015, the result shows that only total audit committees that influence the risk management disclosures of Indonesian Islamic Ban
Implementasi Zakat Sebagai Pengurang Penghasilan Kena Pajak
Zakat and tax synergies is a great need for a nation to support the growth of developmentand poverty alleviation. Some countries have done so by making a tax credit. Although indifferent way, the implementation of zakat as a deduction from taxable income is astrategic first step to be applied in Indonesia. Unfortunately, this regulation has not beenwidely known by the public, so not many are taking the benefits. However, this paperattempt to socialize its regulation, so people can understand how to implement and getthe benefit from it
Apakah Inflasi Dan Suku Bunga Memengaruhi Profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia?
This study was conducted to examine indicators as a measured by inflation and interest rates to the Return On Asset (ROA) of Shariah Banking in Indonesia. Data analysis techniques used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Whereas the data used is secondary data, thus to determine the accuracy of model it is important to test some classical assumption underlined the regression model. The classical assumption testing used in this research contain of experiment, normality, multicolinearity, heteroskedatisitas and autocorrelation. The results showed that the rate of inflation and interest rate variables simultaneously affect significantly to Return On Asset (ROA). According to the t test result, it can conclude that inflation variables partially have effect to Return On Asset (ROA), whereas interest rates variables don’t have effect partially. Pengukuran Efisiensi Organisasi Pengelola Zakat Dengan Metode Data Envelopment Analysis
This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of Zakat Management Organization period 2012-2014 using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method with the production approach. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a non-parametric method used to measure the efficiency level of Decision Making Units (DMU). This method measures the ratio between output and input which are compared between the studied Zakat Management Organization. Output variables used are fund collected and channeled fund. While input variables used are personnel costs, socialization costs, and other operational costs. The results of this study show that the efficiency of Zakat Management Organization in the year 2013 is still better than in 2012 and 2014, both technically (93,50%), scale (73,28%), and overall (70,54%). Calculation of 7 Zakat Management Organization in 2013 with the assumption of Constant Return to Scale (CRS), shows only 3 Zakat Management Organization efficient, that is YBM BRI, BSM Ummat, and BAMUIS BNI. The main cause of inefficiency from the output oriented measures is channeled fund and fund collected, which is equal 49,23% and 48,13%. While the input oriented measures states that the source of inefficiency is the personnel costs (33,42%), the socialization costs (33,72%), and the cost of other operational (32,29%)
Sharia Compliance, Islamic Corporate Governance Dan Fraud Pada Bank Syariah
This study aims to examine the influence of sharia compliance and Islamic Corporate Governance against fraud in Islamic banks. Independent variables used are sharia compliance with the Islamic Income Ratio, Profit Sharing Ratio and Islamic Investment Ratio as a proxy and Islamic Corporate Governance. The dependent variable used is fraud in Islamic banks. The population in this study are all Islamic Banks (BUS) which is registered in Bank Indonesia in the period 2010 to 2014. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. Total samples used in this study were 8 Islamic Banks with 5-year study period. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression were processed using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the sharia compliance with the Profit Sharing Ratio as a proxy, is significant negative effect on Islamic bank’sfraud while Islamic Income Ratio, Islamic Investment Ratio and Islamic Corporate Governance had no effect on fraud in Islamic banks
Kinerja Keuangan Dan Tingkat Bagi Hasil Deposito Mudharabah Pada Bank Umum Syariah Di Indonesia
This research aims to analyze the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and BOPO to the level of profit sharing mudharaba deposits Islamic Banks in Indonesia's period January 2011 – June 2015. The data used in this study are monthly data from January 2011 to June 2015. Technical sampling used in this research is purposive sampling, with a sample of 12 Islamic Banks recorded in data from Bank Indonesia. This study uses a computer program SPSS version 20.0 and Microsoft Excel 2007. The result in this research showed that Return On Asset (ROA) and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) partially have significant effect on the level of profit sharing mudharaba deposits While the partial BOPO haven’t significant effect of the level of profit sharing mudharaba deposits Simultaneously, Return On Asset (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and BOPO had significant effect on the level of profit sharing mudharaba deposits The results also show that variable Return On Asset (ROA) the most dominant on the level of profit sharing mudharaba deposits with the value β of -0,273, and a significance value smaller than 0,05 (0,000 0, 05)
