THE BLUE ECONOMY CONTRIBUTES TO SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Wealth of natural resources needs to be utilized optimally because it can support economic growth, welfare, livelihoods to sustainable development. Efforts to utilize this can be implemented including the blue economy. This study aims to determine the implementation of the blue economy to contribute to sustainable development. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach, while the data collection technique was carried out by means of a literature study through exploration of journals, books, and other information relevant to the study studies obtained through the official websites of Google Scholar and Scopus with Quartile 1 to 2 qualifications. Research results shows that the Blue Economy reduces the number of unemployed. In addition, the Blue Economy has the power to get better marine ecosystem governance, lower emissions, fairer health standards and become a player in fighting climate change where all of these things can support the creation of sustainable development.

The Effect Of Foreign Debt, Inflation And Government Spending To Product Domestic Gross Indonesia Year 2000 – 2020
Development national is effort enhancement quality man and Public Indonesia which is carried out in a sustainable manner based on national capabilities, growth economy is wrong one indicator which very urgent in evaluate performance something economy, especially for do analysis about results development economy the approach used in this study is an associative research approach quantitative. This study aims to determine the effect of foreign debt, inflation and government spending on Indonesia's gross domestic product in 2000 - 2020. Research This method uses multiple regression with the Error Correction Model (ECM). Results of the ECM model variables foreign debt, inflation, and government spending have an influence to product domestic gross. Results regression data time series showing that in a manner simultaneous variables of foreign debt, inflation, and government spending have the influence and significant to gross domestic product. The results of the partial test analysis show that debt outside country no influential to product domestic gross. Inflation no influential on gross domestic product and government spending has a positive and significant effect to gross domestic product
Analysis of The Implementation of Performance-Based Budgeting For Village Funds (Case Study In Berau District)
This study aims to examine the relationship between several variables, namely: the implementation of performance-based budgeting, budget absorption, accountability, and the use of performance information in formulating plans and budgets. The research was conducted at the Village Government in Berau Regency which achieved the status of an Independent Village by using all Village Officials as research objects. The research respondents were village apparatus who were directly involved in planning and budgeting formulation practices, as well as village performance accountability reporting. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed, and only 97 were completely filled out and testable. Hypothesis testing was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach. The results of the study show that performance-based budgeting is positively related to budget absorption and accountability of village officials. In addition, good accountability also makes relevant village government officials use accountability reports as a reference in planning and budgeting for the next period in village governments with independent village status.
 
THE INFLUENCE OF RISK TOLERANCE, FAMILY ENVIRONMENT, AND FREEDOM TO WORK ON STUDENT ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTEREST
This study aims to determine the effect of Risk Tolerance, Family Environment, and Freedom of Work on the entrepreneurial interests of students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UNTAG Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study used purposive random sampling and data collection was carried out using the questionnaire method which was distributed directly to the respondents. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business who had taken entrepreneurship courses and the sample in this study was 96 respondents. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the PLS program. The observation results show that the validity test of all variables is said to be valid, this can be seen from the AVE value > 0.05 and the reliability test is said to be reliable, this can be seen from the Cronbach alpha value > 0.7. From the hypothesis test it was found that: 1) The Risk Tolerance Variable has a significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, this can be seen from the P Value 0.030 <0.050. 2) The family environment variable has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, this can be seen from the P value of 0.032 <0.050. 3) Freedom of Work variable has no significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, this can be seen from the P Value 0.161 > 0.05
ANALYSIS OF CONSUMER ATTITUDES TOWARDS TELEVISION MEDIA ADVERTISING
As consumers, everyone becomes the target of advertising, even all parts of the human body are targeted by advertisements. Producer use various advertising media hoping to influence consumer behavior. One of the advertising media is television. This study focuses on the problem of consumer attitudes towards consumers towards television advertising. This research was conducted in the city of Surabaya. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires with data analysis using Fishbein's attitude model.
The results of the study indicate that consumer attitudes towards television media advertising are based on advertising attributes: 1) Product information; 2) Social roles and image; 3) Entertainment; 4) Good for the economy; 5) Falsehood; 6) Corruption of values; 7) Materialism, is positive. Two things that need to be considered in advertising from the results of this study are: 1) Analysis of consumer attitudes towards advertising is important as a basis for preparing promotional strategies and programs, especially in the field of advertising; 2) Determination of advertising material needs to pay attention to the values that exist in the community
ASSESSMENT OF LOAN TO DEPOSIT RATIO SOE BANK (PERSERO) BASED ON FINANCIAL RATIO
This study was conducted to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM) on Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR). The research object of the State-Owned Enterprise Bank and the research data variables are sourced from financial reports that have been published and accessed through their respective web addresses. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with least squares equation and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test the partial regression coefficients and F-statistics to test the significance of the effect together with a significance level of 5%. In addition, the classical assumption test was also carried out which included normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results showed that the NIM variable showed a significant effect on LDR. The NPL variable has a significant negative effect on LDR. The CAR variable has a positive but not significant effect on LDR. The predictive ability of these three variables on the LDR in this study was 51.1%, while the remaining 48.9% was influenced by other factors that were not included in the research model.

Business Development Strategy For Improving Sales In Start Up Retail Building Material (Case Study: Hero Castle)
Hero Castle is a retail company that started its business on February 1, 2015, located in Raya Pemda street Singaparna Tasikmalaya. Hero Castle sells building finishing materials such as ceramic/granite for the floors and walls, sanitary and kitchen tools, paint, glue, and building accessories for doors and windows. As a new company that has been in operation for eight months, Hero Castle needs to maintain its growth with the right business strategies. This thesis will discuss about the implementation of business strategies in Hero Castle to improve sales. Based on the sales data per month from Hero Castle, a decrease in sales is evident in the second to fourth months. In this study has applied a hybrid strategy to improve sales in Hero Castle. This study is divided into two periods, namely the first period from February to May. The second period is from June to September. The first period is the period before the implementation of a hybrid strategy, while the second period is the period after treatment or after the application of a hybrid strategy. The result in the second period ( June – September ) shows the average sales increased to 71.38% from the previous period ( February – May ). The main weaknesses and threats found based on the results of the SWOT analysis are a lack of capital and technology. Thus the implementation plan will be focused to fix these two problems. To maintain and improve business performance Hero Castle has a strategic implementation plan which is divided into three steps, namely improving the quality of human resources, improving management distribution, and utilizing system technology
ANALYSIS OF INTEREST RATE INFLUENCE ON MONETARY POLICY IN INDONESIA
The monetary policy of a country is influenced by the economic policies of other countries. therefore many factors influence monetary policy in a country. one factor is the value of interest rates in the country. Interest rates also affect the inflation that will occur. This certainly affects the state of the country's economy, especially Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of interest rate factors on monetary policy in Indonesia. The method used in this research is to conduct a meta-analysis of three journals regarding monetary policy in Indonesia. From the analysis, it is found that the interest rate has an effect on inflation and will affect monetary policy in Indonesia. In the formation of bank interest rates, the element of inflation expectations is still considered small. Meanwhile, other factors are still bigger, such as: condition of banking liquidity, less efficient banking management, bank segmentation. The use of interest rates as an indicator of inflation expectations is in line with the need for an instrument that can effectively explain the phenomenon of inflationary movements as the ultimate target for monetary policy.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF RESTRUCTURING POLICY IN BUMN BANKS DURING THE PANDEMIC
The pandemic condition has made many sectors affected, one of which is banking. Bank Indonesia is one of the central banks that provide regulatory stimulus to maintain the stability of the banking system in the form of financing relaxation policies or waivers in customer financing installments. It is hoped that the level of health of the national banking can be well conditioned. This research aims to find out whether the restructuring policy that has been programmed by the government has been effective. This research was conducted at a state-owned bank in the Madiun Residency. The method used in this study was a simple regression analysis using the help of SPSS Version 26. The results of this study show that the restructuring policy programmed by the government has been effective. It is proven by the improvement of problematic NPLs after the restructuring, where previous debtors had difficulty in paying their obligations. Restructuring of state-owned banks can be carried out in several aspects, namely reducing interest rates, unemployment of credit interest arrears, reducing principal arrears, extending the term, taking over debtor assets, and converting loans into temporary capital
