    Concrete steps that need to be taken by the Government of Pamekasan Regencyand its staff to further optimize the acquisition of local taxes and local user fees, namelyby conducting an Intensification and Extensification Strategy. The purpose of this research is to conduct analysis of Strengths, Weakness,Opportunities, Threats (SWOT) on issues related to efforts to increase the RegionalOriginal Revenue (PAD) of Pamekasan Regency, and to find out the Strategic Plan forthe Intensification and Extensification of the Pamekasan Regency Government inincreasing the District Revenue Pamekasan. While this study uses a descriptivequalitative approach, which is research that requires a deep and comprehensiveunderstanding related to the object under study to answer the problem by getting data tothen be analyzed and concluded. The Intensification Strategy is carried out in the following ways: Managing theTax and Retribution Administration Management System, Optimizing the collection ofTaxes and Levies through the application of the discipline of tax and retributionpayments to avoid the "Gap of tax and retribution receivable", Supervising andcontrolling systematic and sustainable by forming a Task Force Team (Satgas), Providingincentives to the Regional Apparatus Organizations that in the collection of taxes andretribution meet the targets set.     This study aims to determine the practice of accountability-based quality assurance in theperspective of Islamic financial management at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kapasan-Surabaya.This research data is the result of observations in the field through interviews with 3informants, namely the principal, vice principal and treasurer. The theory used is Sharia'Enterprise Enterprise Theory (SET), the concept of accountability based on justice and honesty.The research approach used is a case study. This study uses the Yin analysis method to analyzequalitative data. The results showed that in the accountability of school financial managementthere are values of spirituality such as monotheism and caliph that influence the existence ofvertical accountability practices and horizontal accountability in schools both financialmanagement.     Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a concept that organizations, especially companies have a responsibility to employees, shareholders, the community and theenvironment, especially consumers, in all aspects of the company's operations, especiallyfor problems that affect the environment such as pollution, waste, product safety andlabor.     Organizational commitment, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) are directly related to employee’s performance. Organizational commitment and job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) experienced by employee could reduce or increase employee’s performance.The purposes of this research are to analyze the influence of organizational commit-ment and job satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior and its influence to the employee’s performance.The samples of this research consisted of one hundred and twelve employees’s Bhayangkara Trijata Hospital, Denpasar. Stuctural Equation Model (SEM)  was run by an AMOS software for data analysis.The result of the analysis showed that the that organizational commitment, job satisfac-tion have positive influence and  significant to Organizational Citizenship behavior and employee’s performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior have positive influence and significant to employee’s performance. This research also found out that organizational commitment, job satisfaction have positive influence and significant towards Organizatio-nal Citizenship behavior which later also influence the employee’s performance.Key words: organizational commitment, job satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Beha-vior, employee’s performance

    Effect Of Leadership Style On The Behavior Employees With The Organization A Political Variable As Mediation (Studies On The Banks BRI In Madiun)

    The aim this study is to analyze the effect of leadership style (transformational and transactional) on employee behavior (in-role and extra-role), which mediated a political organization. The sample is 120 employees of Bank BRI in Madiun, a random sampling technique based on stem number of employees. Data analysis using SEM with LISREL program. The results of this study indicate that 1) Transformational leadership style has positive influence on behavior in the role of employees, 2) Transformational leadership style has no effect on extra-role behavior (Organizational citizenship behavior, OCB), 3) Transactional leadership style did not affect employees' behavior in role , 4) Transactional leadership style has positive influence on OCB behaviors (extra-role) of employees, 5) Transformational leadership style has positive influence on employees 'political organization, 6) Transactional leadership style has positive influence on employees' political organization, 7) Political organization negatively affect the behavior in the role of employees, 8) Political organization negatively affect the behavior of OCB (extra-role) of employees, 9) Political organization to mediate the influence of transformational leadership behaviors in the role of employees, 10 Political organizations mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB behavior (extra-role) employees, 11) Political organization to mediate the effect of transactional leadership role behavior in employees, and 12) Political organization to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on OCB behaviors (extra-role) of employees at Bank BRI in Madiun.Keywords: Transformational leadership style, Transactional Leadership Style, Political Organization, in-role behavior, extra-role behavior, and OC

    Relationship learnings is the main essential requirement to create company’s innovation power to enhance its competitive advantage. The relationship learning of furniture compa-nies in Indonesia has been considered in low level compared to China and other Asian countries. This also has a significant effect toward marketing performance in term of bilateral trade relationship between Indonesia and China. The link phenomenon of market orientation with the awareness about relationship behavior of furnitures companies in China has much more dominant role to win the competition. The connection or network (Guan Xi - 关系) has been used to maintain business relation amongst furniture companies in China for information sharing from academicians, suppliers and even competitors. Apparently, furnitures companies Indonesia haven’t got used to it. Companies here are less paying atten-tion on this remarkable source to generate a new innovation or design, even making market surveys to support innovation capability.  The purpose of this research is to analize the followings, (1). The effect of market orientation toward relationship learnings, (2). The effect of market orientation toward competitive advantage, (3). The effect of relationship learning toward competitive advantage, (4). The effect of market orientation toward marke-ting performance, (5). The effect of relationship learning toward marketing performance, (6). The effect of competitive advantage toward marketing performance of furnitures com-panies in Java island region.The research objects are all furniture companies in Java island region which consists of Surabaya, Semarang, Bandung and Jabodetabek with total number about 830 companies, with furniture company as analysis unit. 90 companies were being taken for the samples. This research has using SEM (Structural Equation Model) as the analysis tool to estimate the reciprocal effect by involving interverning variable.     Di era globalisasi saat ini semua bidang usaha mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, apalagi ditunjang pula dengan kemajuan tehnologinya. Persaingan menjadi semakin ketat dan kompetitif Untuk memenangkan persaingan tersebut perusahaan-perusahaan saat ini semakin selektif didalam perekrutan tenaga kerja. Perusahaan-perusahaan membu-tuhkan tenaga kerja dengan berlatar belakang kemampuan dan pendidikan yang ber-kompeten. Untuk dapat menghasilkan produk yang berqualitas, perusahaan harus memper-hatikan pola Quality Control atau pemeriksaan atas mutu hasil produksinya yang dilaku-kan mulai dan awal sampai sampai akhir proses. Seperti pemeriksaan mulai dari bahan baku, peralatan yang dipakai produksi sampai akhir proses produksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan pemeriksaan mutu / quality Control yang efektif dapat menekan kerusaakan atas produk yang dihasilkan oleh PT. Sumi Plast Sidoarjo.Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Data Primer adalah data yang diperoleh secara langsung melalui wawancara, observasi, serta tatap muka dengan pihak yang berkepentingan, serta data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari laporan, arsip dokumen /catatan dan publikasi perusahaan. Data yang diperoleh dikumpulkan, disusun dan dianalisa secara kuantitatif untuk mengkaji hipotesis.Dari hasil perhitungan korelasi di peroleh nilai sebesar -0,9439, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa antara jumlah kerusakan produk terdapat hubungan ketergantungan yang negatif, yang dapat diartikan bahwa jumlah kerusakan yang teriadi atas hasil produksi dapat ditekan, bila pengawasan lebih ditingkatkan. Hasil perhitungan regresi linier diketahui bahwa supaya kerusakan atas produk akhir tidak melampui batas maksimum kerusakan, maka pengawasan harus dilakukan minimum 5 kali dalam seminggu.Keyword : jumlah kerusakan dan pengawasa

    Potential of each region in Indonesia from region to region and different. Indonesia has many islands and is surrounded by sea certainly has the potential of natural resources are not unlimited. One of the areas in Indonesia that fish is also a producer of Sidoarjo regency. Sidoarjo regency in East Java is located between two major rivers namely River Porong and Surabaya River so famous as the city of Delta. Which of the three investment potential of the aquaculture of milkfish, shrimp and Tilapia vaname who earn higher incomes?, Does investment analysis with feasibility studies to improve financial intelligence on aquaculture farmers. Whether or not a project implemented successfully in this case could provide economic benefits or provide financial benefits to the company the necessary analysis or assessment of the situation and the prospects of a project taking into account several criteria such as objectives, benefits and aspects related to the project in research project feasibility analysis. To find out more about the three types of resources are then conducted a field study. From the data collected by the theory of feasible study capital budgeting and financial analysis, data is processed to find out from the three farms that produce high profits. While the capital budgeting analysis that is used is the net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), payback period (PP), average rate of return (ARR) and Profitability Index (PI). From the calculation results can be seen that when viewed from the side of the capital vaname shrimp cultivation requires a smaller capital. in terms of earnings before interest and tax of tilapia aquaculture generate greater revenues. Pay back period of milkfish cultivation period of more rapid return of investment when compared with the cultivation of other woods. Internal rate of return calculations show that the cultivation of fish internal rate of returnnya higher than other cultivation. If you look at the results of the study fish ponds can be used as an investment option, because the investments are in need of smaller and faster payback periodnya.
