THE INFLUENCE OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ON COMPANY PERFORMANCE THROUGH COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE AS AN INTERVENING VARIABLE (Study at PT Berlian Gresik - INDONESIAN)
Given the Covid-19 pandemic, most companies are currently facingsupply chain risks in the future. This provides a common thread thatmaintaining the stability of industrial supply chain management duringthe Covid-19 pandemic is a very important matter, including for PTBerlian Gresik. Based on the objectives, this study used a designexplanatory research (hypothesis testing) with the causality approachwhich aims to explain causal relationships. The population in this studyconsisted of all employees at PT Berlian Gresik, totaling 96 employees.While the sampling technique in this study used a saturated samplingmethod, so that the sample used was also a number of existingpopulations. The analysis technique used is structural equationmodeling with the Smart PLS 3 program tools. The results of this studyare (1) Supply Chain Management positive and significant effect onCompany Performance; (2) Supplay Chain Management positive andsignificant effect on Competitive Advantage; and (3) CompetitiveAdvantage has a positive and significant effect to CompanyPerformance
DIGITAL FINANCIAL LITERACY, AND FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY: CASE STUDIES OF FACULTY OF ECONOMICS UNIVERSITY 17 AUGUST 1945 SAMARINDA
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much the level offinancial literacy in students of Economics, University of 17 August 1945Samarinda, and the authors wanted to know whether there was an influence of thelevel of financial literacy on interest in using Financial Technology products. Thistype of research is descriptive quantitative research using probability randomsampling techniques with student respondents majoring in managementaccounting study program. In this study, the data analysis used was descriptiveanalysis and multiple regression analysis using JASP. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ANALYSIS OF COMPANY PERFORMANCE THROUGH COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE STRATEGY
This study examines supply chain management analysis of companyperformance through a competitive advantage strategy. This study aimsto determine the effect of supply chain management on companyperformance by using (through) a competitive advantage strategy in thebead handicraft industry in the city of Samarinda. The researchmethodology is a quantitative method using PLS data analysistechniques. The population of the bead handicraft industry in the city ofSamarinda is 39 units. The obtained data samples using the censusmethod as a whole from the total population. The result showed thatsupply chain management has a significant positive effect oncompetitive advantage strategy. Compatitive advantage strategy hassignificant positive effect on company performance. The increase incompany performance is influenced by supply chain management byusing (through) a competitive advantage strategy. The benefit of thisresearch is to demonstrate the importance of a competitive advantagestrategy for the bead handicraft industry in the city of Samarindaconcerning improved performance, which in turn will increase sales andprofits
THE EFFECT OF LEADERSHIP, MOTIVATION AND THE WORK ENVIRONMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. TANJUNG SELATAN MAKMUR JAYA
This study aims to: (1) Test the leadership of a positive andsignificant effect on employees; (2) Testing motivation has a positive andsignificant effect on employees; (3) Testing the work environment has apositive and significant effect on employees; (4) Testing leadership,motivation and work environment has a positive and significant effect onemployees. This type of quantitative research with direct survey methoduses a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. Data analysis usingmultiple linear regression, hypothesis testing and determinationcoefficients were assisted with SPSS version 24. The results showed that:(1) Leadership had a positive and significant effect on employees at PT.Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya; (2) Motivation has a positive andsignificant effect on employees at PT. Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya; (3)The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employeesat PT. Tanjung Selatan Makmur Jaya, thus the third hypothesis isaccepted; (4) Leadership, motivation and work environment have apositive and significant effect on employees at PT. THE EFFECT OF REGIONAL TAX REVENUE AND REGIONAL RETRIBUTION ON INCREASING REGIONAL ORIGINAL INCOME (A Case Study at the Seruyan District Financial and Asset Management Revenue Service)
The purpose of this study is to find out how much the amount ofRegional Taxes, Regional Levies and Regional Original Revenue (PAD)of Seruyan Regency in 2015-2019, as well as knowing the effect ofRegional Taxes and Regional Levies on Regional Original Income (PAD)both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study is theSeruyan Regency APBD Realization Report for the 2015-2019 fiscal year.The sample technique used in this research is judgment sampling. Theanalysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysisand multiple regression. Based on the data analysis, information isobtained that the amount of Original Regional Revenue in 2015, 2016 and2019 has decreased, while in 2017 and 2018, Regional Original Incomehas increased, this indicates that the original Regional Revenue data isgrouped or does not vary.Keywords: Local Taxes, Regional Retributions, Local Revenu
ANALYSIS OF COMPENSATION, COMPETENCE, SELF EFFICACY AND JOB SATISFACTION ON NURSE PERFORMANCE
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation,competence and self-efficacy on job satisfaction and its impact on theperformance of inpatient nurses in the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital.Collecting data using the census method with a number of respondents63 nurses. Primary data collection was carried out by distributingquestionnaires which were prepared using a Likert scale and thenanalyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the PartialLeast Square (PLS) program. The results showed that the compensationvariable had a significant effect on job satisfaction and nurseperformance. The competency variable has no significant effect on jobsatisfaction, but has a significant effect on nurse performance. The selfefficacyvariable has no significant effect on job satisfaction. but has asignificant effect on nurse performance. Job satisfaction variable has asignificant effect on nurse performance. The conclusion of this study isthat the variables of compensation, competence, self- efficacy, and jobsatisfaction have a significant effect on the performance of inpatientnurses in the Patut Patuh Patju Hospital Gerung.Keywords: compensation; competence; job satisfaction; nurseperformance; self efficac

This research aims to prove and analyze the influence of competence,work characteristics, work environment, spiritual quotient, onorganizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)and employee performance in the Laboratory Installation of RSUD PatutPatuh Patju West Lombok. This study is a causal explanatory study. Asample of 38 respondents, data analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS).The results showed there was a significant positive influence on:competence to OCB and employee performance; rusteristic work towardsorganizational commitment; work environment to organizationalcommitment; organizational commitment to OCB and employeeperformance; OCB on employee performance. Gained insignificantinfluence on: competence to organizational commitment; rusteristic ofemployment against OCB and employee performance; work environmenttowards OCB and employee performance; Spiritual quotient toorganizational commitment, OCB and employee performance. Theconclusion of the results of the study is that there are seven hypothesesthat can be accepted and there are eight hypotheses that are rejected
ANALISIS TINGKAT KESEHATAN BANK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN RGEC (RISK PROFILE, GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, EARNINGS, CAPITAL)? Studi pada PT BPR SINAR KUTA Periode 2016-2018
The results of this study indicate that based on the analysis of the BPR Sinar Kuta NPL formula in 2018 increased every year 2016 = 2.55%, 2017 = 3.12%, and 2018 =3.75%. and Liquidity risk using two ratios, namely LDR and LAR, has increased anddecreased. This shows that BPR Sinar Kuta has good profitability towards third partyrefunds. GCG Bank Sinar Kuta also has very good management as evidenced from 2016 -2018 showing a good composite predicate by determining a healthy bank valuation matrixbased on Bank Indonesia Regulation No.13 and the predicate is that all the compositevalues are still in greater or equal rules with (?) 1.5. PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN TUNAI DENGAN LIKUIDITAS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI (Studi terhadap Perusahaan manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015 - 2018)
In financial policy where the dividend policy becomes an important consideration,not only in terms of company management, but also from shareholders. Shareholderswill propose dividend distribution if the company is in profit. Growth in manufacturingcompanies that tend to be good and generate (profits) will be easier to see profitabilityaffecting the dividend payout ratio and of course with a stable dividend distribution.The purpose of this study: 1) To find out whether profitability has a positive andsignificant effect on cash dividend policy on manufacturing companies and 2) To findout the effect of liquidity that is owned, can it strengthen the relationship betweenprofitability on dividend policy on manufacturing companies. The approach taken inthis research is a quantitative approach. The sample selection method in this study ispurposive sampling, which is the sample selection method using certain criteria so thatit can get 10 samples of manufacturing companies. The analytical method used isdescriptive statistics, simple regression analysis (simple regression analysis) andmoderation regression analysis (Moderate Regression analysis) with pure moderatortest, coefficient of determination, F test and t test. The test results prove thatprofitability has a positive and significant impact on cash dividend policy onmanufacturing companies. Liquidity as a moderating variable is able to strengthen therelationship between profitability and cash dividend policies in manufacturingcompanies.
