    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola teknologi informasi (TI) dalam penerapan layanan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran kuantitatif dan kualitatif menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dan wawancara. Penelitian ini berfokus pada domain  COBIT 5 meliputi APO09, BAI04, BAI06, DSS01, DSS02, DSS03 dan DSS04. Sedangkan untuk sumber data didapatkan dari kepala BAAK STMIK Hang Tuah, beberapa kepala dibidang akademik dan Staf yang memegang peran dalam menggunakan sistem informasi akademik. Dari proses yang dipilih tersebut menghasilkan tingkat kapabilitas sistem informasi akademik berada pada level 1 sedangkan untuk target berada pada level 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kemampuan tata kelola IT pada layanan sistem informasi akademik berada pada tingkat satu (Performed  Process), hasil ini dibandingkan dengan nilai yang diharapkan yaitu pada tingkat tiga (Established  Process). Dari hasil perbandingan diperoleh nilai kesenjangan yang digunakan untuk merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan. Untuk perbaikan disarankan agar mempersiapkan SOP dan SDM yang berkopeten serta mendokumentasikan setiap kegiatan evaluasi, monitoring dalam pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD)

STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru lecturer credit calculation process is still done conventionally, where lecturers have to enter data related to the credit numbers manually to the personnel, as well as the calculation of the credit score is still calculated by the lecturer is also by manual means which are further computed with microsoft excel application. With this condition, the process will take a long time, and the possibility of error in input large enough because it is still done conventionally. to speed up the process of calculating the credit score as well as to minimize the occurrence of error input and calculation of credit numbers it is necessary to design a web-based applications that can help lecturers and staff so that expected to make the work more effective and efficient

    Abstract The application of E-Learning types that correspond to the characteristics of the E-Learning system can be determined by the user by filling out a questionnaire about the characteristics of the E-Learning System. Many types of E-Learning that have been used by the institution. To determine the type of E-Learning that is appropriate to the characteristics of the E-Learning system can be done by the user by filling out the assessment questionnaire about the characteristics of the E-Learning System. The data processing results of the questionnaire to the application of the Neural Network with the Perceptron method. Neural network is an information processing system that has characteristics similar to a network of nerve biology. Perceptron is a simple network that is usually used to classify a particular type of pattern that is often known as a linear separation. From the calculations that researchers do manually or testing of the training data and test data in accordance with the training measures Perceptron defined in equation f (net) = t (yi), and error = 0 to determine kesusksesannya, then from training data and test data produces the correct target and in accordance with the expected results, which means that the method Perceptron applied were able to predict the type of E-Learning in accordance with the characteristics of E-Learning system is correct and produce the same target with the data results of the questionnaire from the user. Abstrak E-Learning adalah merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yang didukung oleh perangkat elektronik serta jaringan internet. Banyak jenis E-Learning yang telah digunakan oleh lembaga pendidikan. Untuk menentukan jenis E-Learning yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sistem E-Learning bisa dilakukan penilaian oleh user dengan mengisi kuesioner tentang karakteristik sistem E-Learning. Pengolahan data hasil dari kuesioner tersebut bisa dengan penerapan Jaringan syaraf tiruan dengan metode Perceptron. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan  adalah  sistem  pemrosesan informasi  yang  memiliki karakteristik  mirip  dengan jaringan  syaraf  biologi. Perceptron merupakan jaringan sederhana yang biasanya digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan suatu pola tipe tertentu yang sering dikenal dengan pemisahan secara linear. Dari perhitungan yang peneliti lakukan secara manual atau pengujian terhadap data latih dan data uji yang sesuai dengan langkah-langkah pelatihan Perceptron yang sudah ditetapkan dalam persamaan f(net)= t(yi), dan error = 0 untuk menentukan kesusksesannya, maka dari data latih dan data uji menghasilkan target yang benar dan sesuai dengan hasil yang diharapkan, yang berarti bahwa metode Perceptron yang diterapkan mampu untuk memprediksi jenis E-Learning yang sesuai dengan karakteristik sistem E-Learning sudah benar dan menghasilkan target yang sama dengan data hasil kuesioner dari user.     This research aims to analyze the success of the website of Borobudur University using Delone & Mclean Model. Variables used in this research are the quality of information, system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The research population is a regular student at the University of Borobudur, with a population of 431 people. The number of samples used in this research was 82 people, with a significance level of 10%. Meanwhile, in determining the sample using non probability sampling approach by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection activities were conducted using questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, to describe the profile of respondents and to know the user perception of research variables. Based on the results of research, showed that students\u27 perceptions of the website of the University of Borobudur is high. While based on the results of hypothesis testing, also obtained result that all hypothesis in test accepted, where there is a positive and significant relationship between information quality to the user satisfaction of website, there is a positive and significant relationship between system quality to the user satisfaction of website, and there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality to user satisfaction of website

The current inventory system called The GL Program which is still desktop based and its performance is less efficient. The expenditure of goods from warehouses and bookkeeping using the manual journal (handwritten), which sometimes made a mismatch result between stock data and the actual stock of goods, in addition to stock checking takes a relatively long time. The report display of this program is incomplete because of unable to display per sub-item name, and there is no price info of goods displayed. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode field research yaitu dengan mengadakan penelitian langsung ke lapangan, dalam hal ini penulis langsung terjun ke Kantor Dinas Pertanian Pasaman Barat. Dari hasil data yang dikumpulkan, selanjutnya penulis menggunakan metode laboratorium research yaitu mengolah hasil data penelitian di labor komputer. Sistem baru yang penulis rancang ini dapat menghasilkan informasi pengolahan data yang tepat dan akurat serta menghindari kesalahan dalam membuat laporan penyaluran dan penerimaan benih di kantor Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pasaman Bara

    Algoritma Genetika adalah teknik pencarian dan optimasi yang terinspirasi oleh prinsip genetik dan seleksi alam (teori evolusi Darwin).Algoritma ini digunakan untuk mendapatkan solusi yang tepat untuk permasalahan optimasi dengan satu variabel atau multi variabel.                 Permasalahan Travelling Salesman Problem merupakan salah satu persoalan optimasi kombinatorial. TSP merupakan persoalan yang sulit bila dipandang dari sudut  komputasinya. Beberapa metode telah digunakan untuk memecahkan persoalan tersebut. Dan algoritma genetika merupakan solusi dalam menentukan perjalanan terpendek yang melalui kota lainnya hanya sekali dan kembali ke kota asal keberangkatan.                 Pada algoritma genetika, teknik pencarian dilakukan sekaligus atas sejumlah solusi yang dikenal dengan istilah populasi. Individu yang terdapat dalam satu populasi disebut dengan istilah kromosom. Algoritma genetika ini terdiri dari beberapa prosedur utama yaitu prosedur seleksi, crossover, mutasi dan elitisme.     Disease Information System is one of the important information in mentukan public health level in Indonesia. Masyaraka characteristics that occur are very diverse. There is caused by level of education, level of poverty, or the environment as a result of which were in the area more. Therefore, the information system disease is an early stage penencegahan increase in morbidity, to reduce and minimize morbidity then in need of medicines. One component of the system that can be used is a Geographic Information System (GIS). GIS can be used at any stage of the allocation of drugs. Designing disease area designed using the Waterfall model with the following steps: Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. This study aims to map the spread of the disease in the district of Pekanbaru so that it can be used to determine areas that require allocation of appropriate medicines in order to prevent more quickly. Keywords: Mapping Systems, GIS, Diseases   ABSTRAK   Sistem Informasi Penyakit Merupakan salah satu informasi yang penting dalam mentukan tingkat kesehatan di masyarakat Indonesia. Karakteristik masyaraka yang terjadi pun sangat beragam. Ada yang disebabkan oleh tingkat pendidikan, tingkat kemiskinan, ataupun akibat lingkungan yang berada di daerah lebih tersebut. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi penyakit merupakan tahap awal penencegahan peningkatan angka kesakitan, untuk mengurangi dan memperkecil angka kesakitan maka di butuh obat-obatan. Salah satu komponen sistem yang dapat digunakan adalah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG). SIG dapat dimanfaatkan pada setiap tahapan alokasi obat-obatan. Perancangan wilayah penyakit dirancang dengan menggunakan model Waterfall dengan langkah-langkah berikut: Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan daerah penyebaran penyakit di Kabupaten Pekanbaru sehingga dapat digunakan untuk menentukan daerah yang membutukan alokasi obat-obatan yang tepat agar dapat mencegah lebih cepat.   Kata Kunci : Sistem Pemetaan, GIS, Penyaki
