Characteristics of community cafes that have been active for over three years
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究の目的は，活動が盛んで，地域の交流拠点として 3 年以上活動が継続しているコミュニティカフェの特 徴を明らかにすることだった。京都，福岡，東京にある 5 つのコミュニティカフェを対象とし，訪問や電話で収 益基盤，他機関との関わり，人が集まる工夫などについてスタッフへ聞き取り調査を行った。語られた内容を質 的に分析した結果，運営が継続しているコミュニティカフェには 14 個の特徴があり，それらは【設備】【資金】 【地域との連携】【スタッフの心がけ・意識】【プログラム・内容】の 5 つの項目にまとめられた。14 個の特徴を 先行研究と比較すると，「子育て中の母親や高齢者が利用しやすい設備が整っている」「誰でも気軽に集える憩い のベンチがある」「利用者が運営を手伝いやすい雰囲気を醸し出す」など新たに 5 つの特徴が判明した。先行研 究で記述されていなかったこれらの特徴は新たにコミュニティカフェを設立する際のヒントになると考える。The purpose of this research was to clarify the characteristics of several community cafes, which have been active for over three years as the base of regional exchange in the community. We interviewed the staff of fi ve community cafes in Kyoto, Fukuoka, and Tokyo about the revenue base, involvement with other organizations, and ways of gathering people via in-person visits and the telephone. As a result of a qualitative analysis, we identifi ed 14 characteristics in the community cafes which have been active for over three years. These characteristics were summarized in fi ve items: equipment, fi nance, cooperation with the area, awareness of staff, and program/content. Comparing the 14 characteristics with data from previous research, fi ve new characteristics were discovered: "facility that elderly and mothers raising children can use easily," "rest benches that anyone can easily gather," "atmosphere that makes user help to run a community café," "activities that user want to do or have interests," and "benefi ts of continuing to participate for users." We regard this research as signifi cant because we have discovered new characteristics which have never described in previous research.報告departmental bulletin pape
Analysis of students’ experiences of acquiring nursing skills during their basic nursing practicum
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究では基礎看護実習Ⅱにおける学生の看護技術の経験状況と課題を明らかにし，今後の学内および臨地 実習での看護技術の教育方法を検討するための資料を得ることを目的とした。A 大学保健福祉学部看護学科の 2018 年度 2 年次生で授業科目「基礎看護実習II」を履修し，同意の得られた学生 50 名を対象に，基礎看護実習 IIで使用した『技術経験表』の 92 項目から経験状況（実施の有無，見学の有無）のそれぞれについて単純集計 し実施率，見学率を算出した。その結果，全員が実施できた看護技術は 6 項目，実施率 50％以上の看護技術は 14 項目であった。今後『技術経験表』の項目を整理し，4 年間を通して着実に学修の積み上げができるような工 夫を検討していくこと，モデル人形などを用いたシミュレーション教育を充実させ，講義・演習・実習の連続性 を持たせた技術教育の検討が必要であることが示唆された。The purpose of this study was to examine the experiences and challenges experienced by students when implementing nursing skills acquired during Basic Nursing Practicum II, and to obtain material to re-examine methods of teaching nursing skills in the classroom and in clinical practice. The participants of the study were 50 students who were enrolled in Basic Nursing Practicum II at the Department of Nursing, Faculty of Health and Welfare, at University A in 2018, and who had given their informed consent. The experience status of each of the 92 items in the nursing skills experience table used in Basic Nursing Practicum II was tabulated, and the execution and observation rates were calculated. The results revealed that there were six nursing skills that all subjects were able to execute upon completion of the course. Furthermore, 14 nursing skills had an execution rate of above 50%. Moving forward, we will organize the items in the skills experience table and consider ways for students to gain knowledge and skills steadily during their four years of learning. The results of this study highlighted the necessity of enhancing simulations that use manikins and to consider skills training that connects lectures with seminars and practices.資料departmental bulletin pape

Resolution properties in digital mammography : Signal contrast transfer function ― Comparison of test devices ―
Get PDFapplication/pdfディジタルマンモグラフィの品質保証や品質管理における解像特性の指標としてsystem contrast transfer function (SCTF) が使われている。2 つのテストチャート，IEC チャートと DMQC チャートを使ってそれぞれの測 定手順に準じて SCTF を測定してテストチャートによる違いを検討した。画像処理のされていない画像タイプで は，IEC チャートによる SCTF は，DMQC チャートによるものより 2 cycles/mm で 4%，4 cycles/mm では 6% 高 い値となった。これは，IEC チャートは，DMQC チャートより胸壁端からバーパターンまでの距離が長いため， 実効焦点サイズは IEC チャートのほうが小さくなるためと思われる。加えて IEC チャートによる測定では圧迫 板を使用しないため散乱線が少ないことも要因と考えられる。また，IEC チャートによる SCTF の変動係数は， DMQCチャートによる変動係数と比べると2 cycles/mmで50%，4 cycles/mmでは70%の値となった。このように， IEC チャートは DMQC チャートよりバラツキが少ないため IEC チャートによる SCTF 測定が，品質管理での使 用には適していると思われる。System contrast transfer function (SCTF) has been used as an indicator of the image resolution properties in the quality assurance or quality control for digital mammography. We measured the SCTF using two test devices according to each procedure of test device, namely, the IEC and DMQC test devices. For unprocessed images, the SCTF values by the IEC test device were higher 4% at 2 cycles/mm and 6% at 4 cycles/mm than those by the DMQC test device. The causes are probably due to: the distance from chest wall side to bar pattern of the IEC test device is long, so the effective focal spot size for the IEC test device is smaller than that for the DMQC test device. In addition, as the compression paddle is removed in measurement using the IEC test device, scatter radiation from the paddle is little. The coeffi cient of variation (CV) of SCTF values by the IEC test device was smaller, 50% at 2 cycles/mm and 70% at 4 cycles/mm, compared to CV by the DMQC test device. Therefore, we concluded the IEC test device is more suitable than the DMQC test device for the SCTF measurement in the quality assurance or quality control because of its lower CV.報告departmental bulletin pape
