Relationships between anti-fan attitudes and anti-fan behaviors
Get PDFapplication/pdfソーシャルメディアにおける有名人に対する悪質なコメントなど，アンチファンによる過激な行動が社会問題となっている。本研究は，「アンチファン態度尺度」，および，「アンチファン行動尺度」を作成し，アンチファン態度による類型化とその特徴を検討することにより，一般的に存在するアンチファン心理を明らかにすることを目的とした。探索的因子分析を行った結果，アンチファン態度尺度は，「傲慢な言動への嫌悪」，「作品の質と能力の低さへの嫌悪」，「非常識さへの嫌悪」，「嫌悪共有の喜びとシャーデンフロイデ」，「自分との相違への嫌悪」，「外見への嫌悪」，「信頼性欠如への嫌悪」の 7 因子構造となった。また，アンチファン行動尺度は，「攻撃的アンチファン行動」，「拒否的アンチファン行動」，「オンライン批評」，「オフライン批評」の 4 因子構造となった。重回帰分析の結果，特に社会問題になる可能性が高い「攻撃的アンチファン行動」や「オンライン批評」は，「嫌悪共有の喜びとシャーデンフロイデ」の影響を強く受け，そして，「非常識さへの嫌悪」もまたそれらに少なからず影響することがわかった。さらに，クラスタ分析を用いて調査協力者をアンチファン態度によって類型化することで，アンチファン対象のジャンルやアンチファン行動のとの関連が検討された。Extreme behavior by anti-fans, such as malicious comments on public figures in socialmedia, has become a social probrem. In the present study, an anti-fan attitude scale and an anti-fan behavior scale were developed, and relationships between anti-fan attitude and behavior were investigated, as were subtypes of anti-fan attitudes and their anti-fan psychological features, in order to understand the anti-fan psychology which is assumed to be generally present in everyone’s mind. Exploratory factor analyses revealed that the anti-fan attitude scales had 7-factor structure, which is composed of“ dislike for arrogant behavior”,“ dislike for poor quality and ability of works”,“ dislike for lack of common sense”, “joy of sharing dislike and Schadenfreude”,“ dislike for differences with oneself”,“ dislike for appearance” and“ dislike for lack of trustworthiness”, and the anti-fan behavior scales had 4-factor structure, which is composed of“aggressive anti-fan behavior”,“ on-line criticism”,“rejective anti-fan behavior”, and“ off-line criticism”. Multiple regression analyses revealed that“ joy of sharing dislike and Schadenfreude” intensely affect“ aggressive anti-fan behavior” and“ on-line criticism”, which are especially likely to become social problems. It is also found that“ dislike for lack of common sense” has an effect on these anti-fan behaviors. Cluster analysis indicated that there are 5 types of anti-fan attitude subgroup, and their features in anti-fan behavior and genres of disliked public figures are explored.departmental bulletin pape
