No full textOn the modern level of History development its local and social fields are increasingly getting popular since they meet the requirements of innovation and actuality of scientific work. These fields allow to lead in the research new, often alternative, sources revealing new facets of traditional issues of precise historical period. In this work the author on the base of advertising texts in newspapers using quantity and content analysis researches the changes of business climate, main forms of companies organization, and their development in Yeniseyskaya guberniya in the 1920s. Moreover, taking newspaper advertisements the author highlights the periods of business activity having got it as a result of market and political conjuncture. The length of each period is 2 years and caused by the economic crisis in 1923, 1925, 1927 and 1929. Thus, materials of advertisements prove sinusoidal development of business through the periods of ups and downs and give the opportunity for researching market behavior of local entrepreneurs. На современном этапе развития исторической науки большую популярность приобретают направления локальной и социальной истории, как наиболее отвечающие требованиям новизны и актуальности. Данные направления позволяют вводить в научный оборот новые, часто нетрадиционные, источники, открывающие новые стороны традиционных вопросов изучаемого периода. В данной работе на основе рекламных текстов, размещенных в газетах, на основе количественного и контент-анализа исследуется изменение предпринимательского климата, основные формы и способы организации частной инициативы, и их развитие в Енисейской губернии на протяжении 1920-х гг. Кроме того, на материале рекламных объявлений автор выделяет этапы предпринимательской активности, складывающиеся как результат рыночной и политической конъюнктуры. Продолжительность каждого этапа составляет 2 года и определяется экономическими кризисами 1923, 1925, 1927 и 1929 гг. Таким образом, материалы рекламных объявлений подтверждают синусоидальное развитие деловой активности через периоды роста и спада и дают возможность для изучения поведенческих особенностей частных предпринимателей на рынке.

Every modern higher educational establishment aims to create optimal terms assisting students` will as activity of ОSS is internal reserve of university development and assists his reformation and modernisation. Active participation of student parliaments in organization and development of international connections assists introduction of innovative technologies into organization of educational process and scientific activity that in the end-point provides upgrading of higher education and competitiveness of the national higher school in the world market of educational services.The aim of the article is an analysis of OSS activity of the higher educational establishments of Ukraine in realization of Ukrainian universities integration into the world educational community. The ОSS actively cooperate with administration of the higher educational establishments concerning of agreements signing, academic mobility development, upgrading of educational services, employment, realization of international level mutuals.At preparation of the article we followed the scientific methods of cognition, and also historical methods. No full textA small number of audience hours (6 hours of lectures and 10 hours of practical training), provided for the study of the discipline «Natural scientific basics of physical culture and sports: Physics» student-athletes who are forced not to attend classes because of their participation in sports events and competitions, is not always enough for a complete mastery of their respective standard competencies.The way out of this situation may be the use of new methodological approaches, remote technologies, innovative teaching tools such as, for example, «Physics in sport» - designed by us as teaching methodical aid. The formulation of this allowance based on the idea of modular integration, the activity, the competency, concentrated, historical, personal and multi-dimensional approaches. As a result, the precise structure of the textbook, each topic which includes specific components (problem, unit upgrades, historical block, the theoretical block, generalization and systematization, block expansion and deepening, block of individual works, literature), allows student-athletes to study the laws physics in relation to the sport that allows you to use and transform the physical culture of the laws of natural science disciplines.The teaching methodical aid can be used with success for students of other directions, for example, «Adaptive physical education».Небольшое количество аудиторных часов (6 часов лекций и 10 часов практических занятий), предусмотренных для изучения дисциплины «Естественнонаучные основы физической культуры и спорта: Физика» студентами-спортсменами, вынужденных часть занятий пропускать в связи со спортивными сборами и соревнованиями, не всегда достаточно для полного овладения ими соответствующих стандарту компетенций.Выходом из данной ситуации могут служить использование новейших методологических подходов, дистанционных технологий, оригинальных дидактических средств, таких как, например, «Физика в спорте» -разработанного нами учебно-методического пособия. В основу разработки этого пособия легла идея интеграции модульного, деятельностного, компетентностного, концентрированного, исторического, личностного и многомерного подходов. В результате, четкая структура учебного пособия, каждая тема которого включает определенные блоки (постановка проблемы, блок актуализации, исторический блок, теоретический блок, блок обобщения и систематизации, блок расширения и углубления, блок самостоятельных работ, литература), позволяет студентам-спортсменам изучать законы физики применительно к спорту, что позволит применять и трансформировать в области физической культуры законов естественнонаучных дисциплин.Пособие может быть с успехом использовано для студентов других направлений, например, «Адаптивная физическая культура»

DYNAMICS OF PERCEPTION OF VALUES OF KRASNOYARSK YOUTH (2008-2013)
No full textIn this article, basing on the results of monitoring researches (2008-2013) of life aspirations of Krasnoyarsk young people, the factors which help achieve these purposes and expectancy of future location of residence after graduation from institutions are analyzed. It is established that young men mainly wish to become businessmen, directors and top-managers, and young women want to be their wives or work as the actresses or models. And the youngsters are hardly interested in professions of engineers, managers, teachers, doctors, scientists. Achievement of their purposes in life pupils of high schools generally connect to good education and high personal qualities. Upon transition to higher educational institutions, they start hoping generally in touch and acquaintances.It is revealed that less than a half of seniors students of high schools of the city, given the choice, would like to live after their graduation in Krasnoyarsk. Growing up young peoples’ desire to leave the city grows. The students who are studying as engineers, agricultural workers and artists are more inclined to these moods.Purpose: to receive indirect information on readiness of Krasnoyarsk youths to participate in innovative development of the region.Methods: questionnaire. In April-May, 2008 579 students of day form of education of four higher education institutions of the city, 782 students of 19 high schools of the city are interrogated [1, page 61-66]. In December, 2013 903 students of day form of education of seven higher education institutions are interrogated. During the forming and realization of the selection of students their presence at different courses and profiles of education they were getting were taken into account.Results. The data obtained during monitoring researches doesn't give a definite answer to the question about readiness of young people to participate in innovative development of the region. В статье автор характеризует особенности кооперативного движения исходя из производственной специализации исследуемых губерний по производству товарного зерна, сахара и хмеля. Показано формирование и деятельность трех главных видов крестьянской кооперации: потребительской, кредитной и сельскохозяйственной. В статье предлагаются результаты сравнительного сопоставления структур интегральной индивидуальности мальчиков и девочек с высоким и низким уровнем воображения. Выявлено, что воображение играет системообразующую роль в развитии структур интегральной индивидуальносьти мальчиков и девочек.Воображение так же маркирует развитие как отдельных разноуровневых свойств индивидуальности мальчиков и девочек дошкольников с высоким и низким уровнем воображения, так и структуры интегральной индивидуальности в целом. у мальчиков и девочек с низким уровне воображения наиболее ярко проявлются пологендерные различия.
