No full textThe author analyzes the formation of the publishing industry of Ukraine under the conditions of scientific and technological revolution, which coincided with the period of the country’s transition from a planned economy to a market one. Is made a historical analysis of technological, organizational and economic changes. Considered the privatization process, other sources of creating Ukrainian printing industry, the main factors of influence on the formation and development of the printing business. Research is based on statistics and narrative sources, uses both primary and secondary data. The conclusions are: the development of the industry occurs, in general, is not a consequence of privatization, but at the expense of new business structures; technical revolution led not only to a change in technology, but also changed the meaning of editorial work; the latest computer technology with new ways of printing, began a new phase of history book publishing.These materials can be used in writing of different sum-marized works, textbooks and teaching materials on the history of the development of the publishing industry, in the practice of legislative work on these issues.Purchase on Elibrary.ru > Buy nowВ статье автор анализирует становление издательской отрасли Украины в условиях научно-технической революции, совпавшей с периодом перехода страны от плановой экономики к рыночной. Делается исторический анализ технологических, организационных и экономических изменений. Рассмотрены приватизационные процессы, другие источники создания украинской полиграфии, основные факторы влияния на процессы образования и развития полиграфического предпринимательства. Исследование опирается на статистическую информацию и нарративные источники, используются как первичные, так и вторичные данные. The article considers the implication of these technologies in educational and preventive activities program in Municipal Institution «Social help Centre for children and families in Magnitogorsk». The program includes the following: -broadening of information recourses base - introducing the process of data exchange via e-mail service- web-site moderation- social network activities-cooperation with Internet- Media.Here we should mention that first results of their implementation will reveal perspectives of this kind of work.Внедрение интернет-технологий в деятельность учреждений социального обслуживания идет прогрессирующими темпами. Данные технологии позволяют выполнять уставные цели учреждений с увеличенным охватом целевой аудитории, открывают для сотрудников учреждений доступ к информации по основной деятельности, представляющей как теоретический так и практический интерес, способствуют ускорению обмена информацией при общении с контрагентами. Статья описывает применение этих технологий на примере программы просветительско-профилактической деятельности МУ «Центр социальной помощи семье и детям г. CONCEPTION OF ONTOLOGY-BASED SECTOR EDUCATIONAL SPACE
No full textPurposeThe aim of the research is to demonstrate the need for the Conception of Ontology-based Sector Educational Space. This Conception could become the basis for the integration of transport sector university information resources into the open virtual network information resource and global educational space. Its content will be presented by standardized ontology-based knowledge packages for educational programs in Russian and English languages.MethodologyComplex-based, ontological, content-based approaches and scientific principles of interdisciplinarity and standardization of knowledge are suggested as the methodological basis of the research. ResultsThe Conception of Ontology-based Sector Educational Space (railway transport), the method of the development of knowledge packages as ontologies in Russian and English languages, the Russian-English Transport Glossary as a separate ontology are among the expected results of the project implementation.Practical implicationsThe Conception could become the basis for the open project to establish the common resource center for transport universities (railway transport). The Conception of ontology-based sector educational space (railway transport) could be adapted to the activity of universities of other economic sectors

No full textЦелью исследования является разработка практических предложений относительно эффективного использования ресурсного потенциала сельских территорий для активизации процесса формирования самодостаточности территориальных общин.Для ее достижения использовался системный подход и монографический, обобщение, сравнение, абстрактно-логическое моделирование и другие методы. В статье рассмотрен природно-ресурсный потенциал сельских территорий Украины и России.Сделан вывод, что при его уникальности сельские общины остаются дотационными, а сельское население за чертой бедности. Предложены развитие таких направлений использования природных ресурсов: для удовлетворения нужд общины; переработка и дальнейшая реализация местным жителям или за пределами общины; экспорт за пределы общины. No full textThe relationship between RSFSR and USSR social organizations in the sphere of liquidation of illiteracy is studied on the basis of archive and published sources. The author of the article characterizes the main stages of collaboration, gives examples of joint events, describes the specific features of all-union campaigns against illiteracy and determines the main forms and methods of collaboration. The author also emphasizes on the key reasons that lead to problems in the process of liquidation of illiteracy within the determined term: the methodological helplessness in the campaign against illiteracy among adults, critical lack of books and periodical editions necessary for effective conduction of the campaign. The relationship between Ukrainian and Russian Federation social organizations that specialized in anti-illiteracy campaigns are investigated by the example of social competitions. The conduction of patron work of ‘Out Illiteracy Organization’ in the Chechen Autonomous Republic is also described in the article. The author analyzed the role of social organizations in the work connected with enhancing cultural and educational level of population. В статье автор характеризует основные этапы сотрудничества организаций, приведены примеры совместных мероприятий, описана специфика общесоюзных кампаний по ликвидации неграмотности, а также определены основные формы и методы сотрудничества. Подчеркнуты основные причины, которые привели к проблемам в ликвидации неграмотности в установленные сроки, а именно методическая беспомощность в ликбезе среди взрослого населения, острый дефицит книг и периодических изданий, необходимых для эффективного проведения кампании. Исследованы взаимоотношения общественных организаций Украины и РСФСР, которые специализировались на ликбезе, в соцсоревнованиях. Описано проведение шефской работы общества «Геть неписьменність» в Чеченской автономной области. No full textPurpose: The paper examines conceptual and institutional aspects ofRussia’s soft power strategy over the last decade.Methodology: research is made on the basis of the institutional approach which requires the analysis of both configuration and internal structure of the object. The study of an institution’s behavior and its interaction with the external environment is an integral part of this approach as well.Results: The sources of Moscow's interest in the soft power strategy are explained. Various methods, techniques and institutional mechanisms that are used by Moscow to exercise its soft power in its geopolitical neighborhood are explored. The effectiveness of Russia’s soft power politics is evaluated.Practical implications: the results of this research can be taken into consideration by the Russian governmental agencies responsible for the soft power strategies (e.g. the Rossotrudnichestvo and ‘Russian world’)
