Реальными ориентирами общего образования в традиционной школе до недавнего времени оставались конкретные знания и умения по отдельным учебным предметам. Для решения этих задач был создан Федеральный государственный образовательный стандарт второго поколения. В данной статье автор рассказывает о затруднениях, которые испытывают образовательные учреждения в связи с переходом на федеральный государственный общеобразовательный стандарт. Real benchmarks of general education in a traditional school, until recently, remained the specific knowledge and skills of individual school subjects. Beyond these substantive results is lost identity of the child, whose development should be meaning and purpose of education. The Federal state educational standard of the second generation was created to solve these problems. In this article the author talks about the difficulties faced by educational institutions in connection with the transition to the federal government general education standard. No full textThe purpose of the article is the analysis of main income of church prichts of Southern Ukraine on the basis of archive and published sources.Methods. General scientific methods of comparison, analysis, synthesis, generalization were used in the research.Results. The difference between church income and prichts income was examined in the article. The structure of prichts income was analyzed. Types of salary set up for the clergy were examined. On the examples it was confirmed that among the clergy property difference was existed. Categories of provision of the white clergy and factors which influenced on them were determined. The reasons of increasing of tension between the clergy and parishioners were cleared up.Conclusion. The author proved that despite of sources of income were the same, amount of this income differed and depended on many factors. В ходе исследования использовались общенаучные методы сравнения, анализа, синтеза, обобщения.Результаты. Показана разница между доходами церквей и доходами причтов. Проанализирована структура доходов причта. Рассмотрены виды жалования, которые устанавливались клиру. Примерами проиллюстрирована имущественная дифференциация клира. Определены категории обеспеченности белого духовенства и факторы, влияющие на них. Выяснены причины усиления напряженности между клиром и прихожанами.В заключение мы доказали, что несмотря на идентичность источников доходов клира и церквей, размер этих доходов отличался и зависел от многих факторов. EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMES OF BRITISH ORGANIZATIONS IN AZERBAIJAN AS AN ELEMENT OF THE UNITED KINGDOM FOREIGN LANGUAGE POLICY
No full textThe article considers the United Kingdom language policy on the territory of Azerbaijan after the Soviet Union collapse, which is a bright example of the world political map redrawing. Taking into account the fact that the language is an important tool of the extending one’s influence over the country, we can say with certainty that the success of the specific state laying a claim to play the leading role in on the global political arena strongly depends on its ability to promote its language abroad, to enhance its status and to create such conditions where in the foreign country its language conquers the status close to the status of the native language. In this regard, the United Kingdom activity can serve as an example of a successful foreign language state policy.The authors analyze the activity of such organizations as the British Council, the BBC and BP on spreading the English language. The aforesaid British organizations are the master plate of the efficient language state policy tools, as long as they not only actively develop the global picture of the world, but also promote the interests of the United Kingdom on the territory of the former Soviet Union.Azerbaijan encourages the United Kingdom intention to spread the English language on its territory and does its best in assisting in the implementation of the proposed initiatives, realizing that the spread of the English language being the language of a global communication in Azerbaijan would contribute to the raising of Azerbaijan status on the world arena

No full textThe article investigates the prosprcts of U.S. alternative energy industry through analysis of more recent electoral campaigns and electoral rhetoric of presidential nominees. This method seems to be no less effective for displaying possible scenarios of industry development in long-term perspective than that of economic projection, because they are political and ideological factors that primarily constitute a political course of today’s America. No full textThe interest in virtual education has recently increased in educational environment. Researchers in their scientific activity are focused on the benefits of the “virtual university” or “virtual college” models. But the range of a “virtuality” concept is too wide: some researchers recognize all information technologies in education as virtual means, while the others are looking for the ways to replace education in its general meaning with virtual educational space. The problem of virtual education is also relevant because the application area is boundless: school education, secondary professional education, higher education, training and retraining programs. Thus virtual education is able to become not only the innovative educational model, but also a possible solution to the problem of continuing education. One of the most successful examples in this field is the example of Syrian Virtual University, which has become the pioneer in virtual education in the Middle East region.В последнее время в мировом образовательном пространстве возрос интерес к виртуальному образованию. Исследователи в ходе деятельности акцентируют свое внимание на преимуществах модели «виртуального университета» или «виртуального колледжа». Но сам диапазон понятия «виртуальности» слишком широк: ряд исследователей признают виртуальными все существующие информационные технологии в образовании, тогда как некоторые из них стремятся заменить образование в общем понимании виртуальным образовательным пространством. Проблема виртуального образования является актуальной еще и потому, что спектр использования этой технологии поистине бескраен: школьное образование, среднее профессиональное образование, высшая школа и программы повышения квалификации и переквалификации. Таким образом, виртуальное образование может стать не только инновационной образовательной моделью, но и возможным решением проблем непрерывного образования. No full textThe theme of the article is to explore and analyze the sources of credit and banking system in the Russian Empire from 1865 to 1914. The aim of the research is to investigate the informational potential of the record keeping documents of Chancellery of Kiev, Podolsk and Volyn of Governor-General from 1865 to 1914, by studying of the history of banks, savings banks, savings and loan societies of mutual credit and pawnshops in the Russian Empire. As a result of source analysis were allocated five groups clerical documentation: administrative documentation, activity documents of the collegial bodies, internal correspondence, control documentation and reporting documentation. In this article were used the principles of historicism, objectivity and also problem-chronological, critically comparative and statistical methods. The study analyzed and put into scientific circulation the new historical sources.
