СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ИНКЛЮЗИВНОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ В США
The urgency of the research is stipulated by the leading role of the inclusive education in organizing the work with schoolchildren who have alternative physical or mental development.The subject of the research is the process of education of the alternative schoolchildren in modern American school.The purpose of the research is to study the leading technologies of inclusive education in modern American school.Methods of the research are theoretical analysis of the problem in pedagogy, psychology, sociology; comparative analysis and classification of the approaches of American and Russian scholars concerning the definitions, goals, tasks, concepts and subject matter of multicultural education and inclusive education.The results of the research showed that there is a variety of technologies, that is why it is rational to systematize them in the following groups: pedagogical managerial technologies consider the functions of every participant of the educational process, but the teacher remains the leading coordinator of the whole process; technologies of the democratization of the social support consider the creation of the democratic atmosphere at school and community as the most important condition for the inclusive environment; service technologies of the meeting of the special educational requirements denote the providing of the necessary educational services to a child, which facilitate his inclusion into the educational environment; tutoring technologies imply the help of the tutor, whose functions include adequation of the various children’s abilities and potential regardless of the degree of manifestation of various alternative forms.Practical implications of the results. The results of the research provide the basis for project development of the process of inclusive education in Russian educational institutions during working out of the new technologies, methods and means of education of alternative schoolchildren.Актуальность темы исследования обусловлена ведущей ролью инклюзивного обучения при организации работы с учащимися, которые имеют альтернативное физическое или умственное развитие.Предметом исследования выступает процесс обучения детей с альтернативным развитием в современной американской школе.Цель исследования заключается в изучении ведущих технологий инклюзивного обучения в современной американской школе.Методами исследования являются теоретический анализ проблемы в педагогике, психологии, социологии; сравнительно-сопоставительный анализ и классификация подходов американских и российских ученых к определениям, целям, задачам, принципам и содержанию поликультурного образования и инклюзивного обучения.Результаты исследования показали, что по причине многообразия технологий целесообразно систематизировать их в следующие группы: педагогические управленческие технологии позволяют учитывать функции всех участников процесса обучения, но учитель остается при этом главным координатором этого процесса; технологии демократизации социальной поддержки рассматривают создание демократической атмосферы в школе и общине как важное условие инклюзивной среды; сервисные технологии удовлетворения особых образовательных потребностей альтернативного ребенка, которые означают соответствующий механизм предоставления необходимых ребенку услуг, облегчающих его включение в общеобразовательную среду; технологии тьюторства, предполагающие помощь тьютора, функции которого заключаются в выравнивании разнообразных способностей и возможностей всех детей вне зависимости от выраженности у них различных форм альтернативности.Область применения результатов. Результаты исследования могут служить основой проектирования процесса инклюзивного обучения в отечественных учебных заведениях при разработке новых технологий, методов и приемов работы с альтернативными учащимися

REALIZATION OF THE ECONOMIC COMPETENCE PRINCIPLE DURING SPECIALIST TRAINING
Based on the known principles of continuous education, the author defines the economic competence principle based on requirements of market economy for competitive specialist training. The concepts "competence" and "professional competence" are the basis for determination of economic competence of the graduate of professional educational institution. While identifying the essence of economic competence the author proceeds from the categories "activity", "professional activity", "economic activity" and "work". In the given article realization of the reasonable economic competence principle establishes a ratio between knowledge as information and knowledge as activity while training of practice-focused specialists for market economy. The author suggests a theoretical approach for development of continuous economic education which can be extended to other kinds of activity of the specialist and is applied to different aspects and forms of continuous education; the arguments enriching modern didactics of continuous education regarding justification of the principle of economic competence, the contents establishing interrelation and technologies of continuous economic education both proving need and obligation for training of the practice-focused specialists for market economy are stated; prospects of application of theoretical development in the field of development of continuous economic education, in studying of methodology of adaptation and socialization of graduates in quickly changing social and economic conditions and modernization of system of an assessment of quality of economic education are defined
PECULIARITIES OF CREDITING IN A MARKET OF RETAIL BANKING SERVICES
A purpose of the article is to define a sense of a concept of “retail banking crediting” on the basis of determination of the peculiarities of crediting in the market of retail banking services. Methods. The methods of synthesis, induction, deduction, and analogy are used in the process of research. Results. Approaches of scholars regarding the peculiarities of provision of retail banking services are systematized. Types of consumers of the retail services are considered. The author determined that individuals and legal entities of the small and medium business are among such consumers. Together with other peculiarities of the retail banking crediting the author emphasized the peculiarities such as a mass character of provision, the standardization of a credit product, a monetary form, an inconsiderable amount of credit, the voluntary explanation of a purpose of crediting, and the development of distribution channels. Taking into account the mentioned above, the author proposed the own definition of the sense of the concept of “retail banking crediting”. An area of result application. MODEL FOR THE FORMATION OF ECOLOGICAL CULTURE OF THE MILITARY HIGH SCHOOL CADETS IN THE MUSEUM EDUCATIONAL CONTEXT IN THE PROCESS OF RESEARCH ACTIVITIES
The article covers the formation of ecological culture of military high school cadets in the process of the museum’s research activities. The author defines the main mechanism of ecological culture formation, being characteristic of military high school cadets, and believes that the development of the cadets’ ecological culture, while they are engaged in the research process, will be effective, provided an innovative research context has been set up within the educational activities scope of the high school’s museum. For this purpose, the author suggests both considering the formation of ecological culture of military high school cadets in the process of the museum’s research activities and revealing certain links between the following components: socio-cultural environment and the museum’s one, the cadets’ research activities and the setting up of the ecological display at the museum, which comprises the contents of the museum teaching science. The author considers this model to be efficient for the purposes of the formation of the cadets’ ecological culture within the museum educational environment, as it has been proved efficient at a civil high school
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN MODERN LANGUAGE EDUCATION
This article develops the sources of occurrence and the purposes of application of information technologies in teaching of foreign languages from the point of view of linguistics, methods of teaching foreign languages and psychology. The main features of them have been determined in works of native and foreign scientists from the point of view of the basic didactic principles and new standards of selection for working with computer programs are pointed out. In work the author focuses the main attention to modern technologies that in language education in teaching are especially important and demanded as answer the purpose and problems of teaching in foreign languages are equitable to interests of students but they should be safe.Purpose: to determine advantages of using interactive means in teaching foreign languages.Methodology: studying and analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature on the theme of investigation.Results: the analysis of the purpose and kinds of interactive means has shown importance of its application in practice.Practical implications: it is possible for us to use the results of this work in courses of theory of methodology of teaching foreign languages
КРЕАТИВНОЕ СОДЕРЖАНИЕ КАК СРЕДСТВО ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ КРЕАТИВНОЙ КОМПЕТЕНЦИИ СТУДЕНТОВ НА ЗАНЯТИЯХ ВЫСШЕЙ МАТЕМАТИКИ
Modern requirements to the quality of professional training of graduates is focused primarily on the achievement of the knowledge and skills to effectively solve arising problems. The article aims to evaluate mathematical education in the University from the point of view of formation of students ' creative competence. The author proposes to pay special attention to the selection of the mathematical content of the discipline, relying primarily on its creative possibilities. On the basis of the conducted research the author offers the formulation of the partition number series organically combine meaningful humanitarian and abstract-theoretical levels, which is the system-forming factor of creative oriented mathematical training.Современные требования к качеству профессиональной подготовки выпускников ВУЗов ориентированы, прежде всего, на достижение знаний и умений, позволяющих эффективно решать возникающие перед ними задачи. В статье ставится задача оценить математическое образование в Вузе с точки зрения формирования у студентов креативной компетенции. Автор предлагает обратить особое внимание на отбор математического содержания дисциплины, опираясь, прежде всего на его креативные возможности. На основе проведенного исследования автором предлагается в постановке раздела числовые ряды органически сочетать содержательно-гуманитарный и абстрактно-теоретический уровни, что является системо-образующим фактором создания креативно ориентированной математической подготовки.
ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ И ПСИХОФИЗИОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ДЕТЕЙ-СИРОТ И ДЕТЕЙ, ОСТАВШИХСЯ БЕЗ ПОПЕЧЕНИЯ РОДИТЕЛЕЙ
The article analyzes the psychological and psychophy-siological characteristics of children living in the Children’s Village-SOS and in the Children’s Home. Particular emotional and cognitive areas, self image, creativity, mental stress and neurotic tendencies in orphans and children without parental care are characterized in the article. Age and gender differences in the parameters studied are detected.Purpose. The purpose is to discoverage and gender aspects of the psychological and psychophysiological characteristics of children of orphans and children without parental care living in the Children’s Village-SOS and in the Children’s Home.Methodology. Empirical research of gender particular features of psychic state of alarmness of adopted children with the help of testing.Results. The significant gender differences in terms of phobias and fears were revealed; the significant gender differences on the scale of the emotional content of images were revealed; the study revealed the trends toward significant difference by gender in the manifestation of sleep disorders and autonomic dysfunction;the significant age-related differences in terms of increased anxiety, autonomic dysfunction, eating disorders were revealed.Practical implications. The results are of interest to the science workers of age psychology, gender psychology, social psychology, to the workers of the children’s institutions and to the organizations occupied with medical-social-psychological-pedagogycal maintenance of orphans and children without parental care.Purchase on Elibrary.ru > Buy nowВ статье приводится анализ психологических и психофизиологических особенностей детей, проживающих в условиях Детской деревни-SOS и Детского дома. Характеризуются особенности эмоциональной сферы, личностные особенности и невротические тенденции у детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения кровных родителей. Выявляются возрастные и гендерные различия исследуемых показателей.Цель. Целью исследования являлось изучение возрастных и гендерных аспектов психологических и психофизиологических особенностей детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения кровных родителей и проживающих в семьях Детской деревни-SOS и в Детском доме.Метод или методология проведения работы. эмпирическое исследование с помощью методов тестирования, наблюдения и опроса.Результаты. Выявлены значимые возрастные различия по показателям повышенной тревожности, вегетативных дисфункций, нарушений аппетита, расстройства сна; выявлены значимые гендерные различия по показателям фобий и страхов и по шкале эмоционального содержания детских рисунков; выявлены тенденции к значимому различию по гендерному признаку в проявлении расстройств сна и вегетативных дисфункций у детей-сирот и детей, оставшихся без попечения кровных родителей.Область применения результатов. Global tourism market exposed the internationalization is forced to produce modern strategies, offering consumers innovative forms of tourism. Issues of the business communications, requirement of the continuous of business participants’ interaction, formed a new ways of thinking in the tourism industry evolution: business tourism development. The article reveals the concept of international business tourism. Influence on the factors determining the international business travel market trends, is relevant for the modern segment of the global economy. One of these factors contemporary world tourism market is the internationalization of business structures activity.The purpose is to justify the strategic orientations and effective operation of institutional arrangements of MICE-industry due to the global transformational changes to enhance the internationalization of business activity business structures.Methodology of the research was to systematic analysis of national and regional components of the tourist services market in the course of which have been identified and described systematically factors as contributing and negative influence on the economic integration processes of business tourism.Comprehensive review of the totality of the processes associated with the regional market of business tourism, allowed to develop a number of actual recipes that make it possible to achieve significant practical results. One of these tools is a public-private partnership, that allows strengthen trust between the government and business representatives in the regional level.Formulated conclusions and practical recommendations for the business structures activity development can be applied in the regional, national and international business travel market.
