The result shows that rater’s interpretation is very good that it can provide stable and consistent evaluation. It also indicates the agreement for evaluation’s score given. Rater’s agreement also strengthen the evidence that constructed items are relevant with measuring attributes and represent overall measurable domains.Keyword : Inter Rater Reliability, Creativity, Architectur
THE INFLUENCE OF SELF-EFFICACY, OPTIMISM, HOPE, AND RESILIENCE ON WORK ENGAGEMENT WITH MEDIATOR VARIABLE OF PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT ON LECTURERS OF PUBLIC HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN SURAKARTA
One of human resources exerting an influence on the process of quality development in higher education institutions is lecturer. Lecturers play a role in realizing the purpose of national education (enhancing intellectual capacity of the life of nation, and developing quality of good and civilized Indonesian people). They can give contribution to higher education institutions if they make effective efforts and act in an appropriate manner (not only in terms of the quantity of efforts, but also the direction of the efforts), maintain good attitudes, attempt or intend to work, are supported by the institution for the sake of their success of performance. For that reason, it is important for lecturers to recognize their responsibility and performance, as well as to measure their efforts according to indicator of success. One way to improve organizational performance is by identifying the extent of lecturers’ work engagement. Several studies have examined such components of work engagement as self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience. The present research is intended to consider several psychological constructs related to self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience which influence work engagement by using mediator variable of perceived organizational support on lecturers of public higher education institutions in Surakarta. Samples include 393 lecturers of Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the application of Lisrel 8.70 program. The analysis results indicate that 1) the model is considered fit,2)  there is a significant influence of self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience on lecturers’ work engagement, and 3) perceived organization support presents as good mediator to connect the aforementioned variables
Relationship between Sports Motivation and Mindfulness among College Sports Players in Pakistan
The present study aims to determine the association between motivation &  mindfulness among college sports players by examining types of motivation from most self determined (intrinsic motivation) to lowest self determined (amotivation) & its relation to dispositional mindfulness. A total of 120 college sports players served as participants (90 boys & 30 girls). They filled Sports Motivation Scale & Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale with some demographic information. The demographic characteristics revealed that most of participants were in team sports (80%) & playing for last 1-5 years (86%). A significant relationship was found between Intrinsic motivation & mindfulness (r = .70**). Regression analysis showed that intrinsic &integrated regulations were significantly predicting mindfulness (63% variance). It is interesting to know that in Pakistani colleges more boys participate in sports even in absence of facilities (coach is available to 35% of participants only). Self regulation & intrinsic motivation can be utilized to promote the well-being of youth with limited resources available.Â
Effect of a serious game JeStiMulE in emotion recognition of Moroccan autistic children
Human beings can express their emotions in different ways such as facial expressions, bodily expressions, prosody, or language. However, ASDs are life-long neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by varying levels of social and communicative defcit. The influence of a "serious game" named "JeStimule" on improving the recognition of facial emotions in children with autism. We have 17 autistic children with different characteristics recruited for a cross-sectional study. The level of language comprehension and academic learning is slightly heterogeneous. We have more boys than girls with an average age of 11.23. It has been concluded that children have a gradual ease in recognizing the following emotions: Happiness, surprise, sadness, anger, pain, fear, but the result of the 3 emotions that is lacking (Neutral, funny face, Disgust) was unsatisfactory and very difficult for the child to understand. This type of educational game for children with autism is effective and important for this child profile, to improve these skills to recognize the emotions of others. However, there is a need to carry out more research to put in place specific educational games in the context of a Moroccan child. Autism recognition of emotions is a cognitive remediation area of great interest to this population.Â

Male Neighbors’ Behavior: Bystander Effect in Domestic Violence Cases
This research was twofold and aimed to explore male neighbors’ behavior as bystanders of domestic violence (DV) cases. Study 1 used survey on 94 male respondents to obtain description about bystander behavior and examine the relationship between situational barriers, neighborhood cohesion, and bystander’s intention to help victims. Study 2 used qualitative approach with instrumental case study, involving three male participants to understand the dynamic of bystander effect on male neighbors who had witnessed DV. Bystander effect (BS) is a phenomenon in which individual is less likely to intervene in an emergency if bystander present. BS was analyzed based on three root psychological processes, namely: diffusion of responsibility, audience inhibition, and pluralistic ignorance; the three appeared in the bystander intervention stages. An important finding was the role of neighborhood cohesion which interacted with DV-supporting norm; such that bystanders from highly cohesive neighborhood were resistant to help victims of real DV cases although social cohesion was a notable predictor of intention to help. The evidences in this research expanded Latané’s (1981) theory of social impact as well as supporting Levine (1999) and Banyard and colleagues’ (2004) notion of distorted thinking as a root of bystander inaction. Implication of the findings for community-based interventions is discussed
The Development and Validation: The Scale of Subjective Well-Being for Mother (SSWB-M)
Abstract The objectives of this study were to develop the Scale of Subjective Well-Being for Mother (SSWB-M), and to examine the psychometric properties of SSWB-M that have been developed. The results of this study show that The developed Scale of Subjective Well-Being for Mother (SSWB-M) consists of The Scale of Life Satisfaction in Family Domain (SLS-FD) and the Positive and Negative Affect Scale in Family Domain (PANAS-FD).The Scale of Life Satisfaction in Family Domain (SLS-FD) showing a match with chi-square = 147.190 (p = 0.118), GFI = 0.881, AGFI = 0.805, CFI = 0.984, TLI = 0.977, and RMSEA = 0.039 describes a good goodness of fit. Overall reliability has a high value of Alpha Cronbach coefficient, which is 0.892, and composite reliability of 0.984. Positive - Negative Affect Scale in Family Domain (PANAS-FD) shows the results of evaluation of fit model  with chi square = 46,450 (p = 0,332), GFI = 0,925, AGFI = 0,886, CFI = 0,995, TLI = 0,994, and RMSEA = 0,028 describes that the goodness of fit is good. Overall, on PANAS-FD have the composite reliability is 0.950, and the Alpha Cronbach is 0.763. The Scale of Subjective Well-Being for Mother (SSWB-M), the two sub-scales have high validity and reliability, therefore it can be used to measure subjective well-being in young mothers. Keywords: Development, validation, SSWB-
