Kebijakan Sistem Pemerintahan E-Government di Kabupaten Tulungagung: E-Government System Policy in Tulungagung Regency
This study aimed to identify and analyze the implementation of electronic government system (e-government) in Tulungagung Sub-district, to identify and analyze the attitudes and access Tulungagung bureaucrats towards information technology, to identify and analyze Tulungagung bureaucrats and Tulungagung towards e-government policy, and to identify and analyze models of electronic government system (e-government) in accordance with the community's social base in Tulungagung. The methods of this study used qualitative research. Based on the results of this study indicated that the attitudes and access bureaucrats may accept the use of telematics on e-government policy, but the development and use of telematics in Tulungagung is still far from ideal conditions to support e-government policies. This is because they did not had a mature level of readiness to accept the program of e-government policies and require the formulation of a model system should be built based on the clarity of the vision and mission of the Tulungagung Government
Keterwakilan Perempuan dalam Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah: Women's Representation in the Regional House of Representatives
Representation of women in the political sphere can be interpreted as a form of participation in opening that the resulting policy will include the interests of all parties, whether at the local, national, and international levels. In the process of democratic issues, larger women participation, representation, and accountability are absolute prerequisites for the realization of a meaningful democracy. But in fact, in the district of Sidoarjo there is still women's lack of access making it difficult for women to show that their interests are not accommodated in the political system. This was marked by the lack (not quotas) of women representation as members of parliament in Sidoarjo. This paper is also intended to study the participation, quality, and responsibility of women's representation in the political sphere
Peran Perangkat Desa dalam Sektor Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan di Kecamatan Tulangan Kabupaten Sidoarjo: The Role of Village Apparatus in the Land and Building Tax Sector in Tulangan District, Sidoarjo Regency
The purposes of this research were to explain the role and effort are done by officers in the Tulangan Sub-district in collecting land and building tax (PBB), to explain the factors which encourage and inhibit the performance of officers in sub-district tulangan in collecting PBB. This study used descriptive research with qualitative analysis as it describe how tax of land and building are collected by officers in Tulangan Sub-district as well as factors that drives and hinder the duty of tax collector. The result of this research showed that the role of officers in land and building tax sector was merely as tax collector without having the role of motivator toward citizens to pay the tax, so that public participation as land and building taxpayers is low. Many people were still not punctual in paying off their taxes
Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Miskin Berbasis UPKU Panca Usaha di Desa Mojoruntut Kecamatan Krembung: Economic Empowerment of the Poor Based on UPKU Panca Usaha in Mojoruntut Village, Krembung District
This study is aimed to determine the role of finance and business management unit (UPKu) Panca Usaha and inhibiting and supporting factors the unit in the economic empowerment of the poor in Mojoruntut Village, Krembung Sub-district, Sidoarjo. The method used a qualitative research and the technique of collecting data through observation, interview as well as documentation. The results showed that the role of UPKu in economic empowerment of the poor is seen through the realization of Productive Economic Business Savings and Loan (UEP-SP), which provides easy, inexpensive and quick capital services to pioneer or develop a business for poor households and create Business activities of Real Sector (USR). The supporting factors included the support of provincial and district government, community participation, and the guidelines of Standard Operating Program (SOP) and Standard Service Program (SPP). While inhibiting factor were the lack of knowledge and Human Resources (HR) owned by poor households in managing a business, a consumer culture, and the low level of public awareness
Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pasien: The Effect of Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality dimensions of service quality are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy toward patient satisfaction. The sample used in this study is 100 respondents. The sampling method used purposive sampling and accidental sampling. Data collection used questionnaires. Data analysis method used quantitative analysis using validity and reliability test, F test, the coefficient of determination, t test and linear regression analysis. Based on the results of this study showed that the quality of service that consists of tangibles (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) simultaneously significant effect on patient satisfaction. Partially, Tangibles variable (X1), Reliability (X2) and Empathy (X5) showed significant effect on satisfaction (Y). While, variable Responsiveness (X3), Assurance (X4) partially did not show significant effect on satisfaction (Y)
Pengaruh Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja dan Sistem Reward terhadap Total Quality Management dan Kinerja Managerial pada Mic Transformer Surabaya: Effect of Performance Measurement System and Reward System on Total Quality Management and Managerial Performance on Mic Transformer Surabaya
This causative research is aimed to present the influence of any system of performance measurement and rewards system towards the implementation of total quality measurement and managerial performance on the mics of transformers in Surabaya. The population of the research was all 56 employees of the MIC transformers, and the technique used total sampling. The technique of collecting data is done by the spread of questionairre. The technique of analysis was linear regression by using f test and t test to test the hypothesis. The results indicated that system of performance measurement and rewards system has an influence toward the implementation of TQM and managerial performance. It showed that the better system of measurement on the performance of employees and the rewards system applied by a company would increase TQM and managerial performance produced by the company. The greater attention to the needs of company employees, the more productivity the company will get

This step is taken to overcome the inertia of the manual system. Sisminbakum service users must pay a non-tax revenues (PNBP), also must pay of charge access fees. It is the origin of alleged corruption by all relevant parties. This article explores the validity of the contract includes an agreement (contract Sisminbakum), with the assumption that if the contract is proven valid, this is not worthy of the parties concerned in it jailed. Implementasi Kebijakan Parkir Berlangganan dalam Menunjang Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Sidoarjo: Implementation of Subscription Parking Policy in Supporting Regional Original Income (PAD) of Sidoarjo Regency
The purposes of this research were to know and describe subscription service in Sidoarjo Regency and implementation of the policy of the subscription in supporting local revenue. Today’s main issue which is appears on public service is the low quality of public services rendered by government officials. One interesting issue to study is the parking subscription service in Sidoarjo Regency. In this case, researcher studied about the parking subscription policy, as imposed by the government, whether it has already supported the local revenue or not. This was a descriptive qualitative research, which used approach in a qualitative manner. The research result indicated that the policy of the parking subscription has been able to support local revenue but the implementation needs to be improvinsied
Upaya Optimalisasi Kualitas Pelayanan Publik dalam Pelayanan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik di Kantor Kecamatan Gedangan: Efforts to Optimize the Quality of Public Services in Electronic Identity Card Services at the Gedangan District Office
This study aimed to identify and describe the effort of public service to optimize quality on electronic ID card in Gedangan sub-district office. Electronic ID CARD or e-ID CARD is a document demography who loads the security system/good control of the sides of the administration of or information technology based on database demography national. Inhabitant only allowed having 1 (one) KTP that is listed number the parent demography (NIK). NIK is identity any inhabitant of and force a lifetime. The method of this study used a qualitative approach. Based on the research results showed that the optimization of the ID card services in Sidoarjo has been done through the realization of the socialization of local government in the process of making the e-ID card was free charge. This suggests that socialization in Sidoarjo Regency significantly withcommunity goals in Gedangan Sub-district particularly to carry out their duty as Indonesia citizens
