    No full text
According to the Minister of Health Regulation Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records, all Health Care Facilities are required to adopt Electronic Medical Records in accordance with the provisions contained in the regulation, and at the latest implemented on December 31, 2023. This study aims to analyze the results of the implementation of the level of adoption of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) at level 1 facility clinics in Bantul Regency. Using a quantitative approach method with a questionnaire for clinic officials who have implemented the PEEMRNKES on EMR. Using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 22. Several factors influence the EMR Adoption Rate, namely Top Management Beliefs, Top Management Participant, Public Policy, Investment, and Organizational Performance. The results show that the variables of Top Management Beliefs, Public Policy, Investment and Organizational Performance have an influential relationship with the EMR Adoption Rate. Meanwhile, the Top Management Participant variable does not have an influential relationship with the EMR Adoption Level. These findings indicate that EMR adoption is driven mainly by policy support, investment, and organizational readiness. Policymakers should strengthen regulatory enforcement and provide clearer technical guidance and incentives. Health facilities should prioritize sustainable funding and continuous staff training. Future studies should assess implementation success using broader indicators beyond adoption rates, such as usability, workflow integration, and service quality

    No full text
Research aims: ISSB issued IFRS S1 and S2 reporting that influence entities to disclose information about risks and opportunities based on SASB standards. This study examine whether materiality disclosure reflects on value relevance information content. The materiality item relates to the general purpose of financial reporting, helping users make decisions.Design/Methodology/Approach: Using regression analysis, this study analyse 330 firm-year observations from 71 firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2022.Research findings: This study find positive relationship between materiality disclosure and value relevance information. In addition, firms with high materiality not accurately reflects on stock price related sustainability item.Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study provides novel evidence that materiality disclosure enhances value relevance by influencing stock prices. It extends the decision-usefulness perspective by showing that market responses to materiality vary across firms, highlighting the role of sustainability disclosure in shaping investors’ valuation.Practitioner/Policy implication: This study suggest that materiality disclosure serves as a strategic tool for firms to enhance market value, not just a compliance exercise. For regulators, the evidence supports ISSB’s mandate that materiality reporting is essential to provide decision-useful sustainability information for investors.Research limitation/Implication: First, this study is limited to the Indonesian context. Future research is encouraged to broaden the scope by including other countries, particularly those that are members of the IASB. Second, the study does not account for the issue of endogeneity within its methodological approach

Formulation Variations and Antioxidant Efficacy of Red Sesbania Flowers (Sesbania grandiflora L.) as Herbal Tea

Red sesbania flowers (Sesbania grandiflora L) are rich in bioactive compounds, particularly flavonoids, anthocyanins, and vitamin C, which play an important role as natural antioxidants. In the development of functional beverages, red sesbania flowers have significant potential for use in herbal tea processing. The combination of cinnamon (Cinnamomum burmanni), which contains cinnamaldehyde and phenolic compounds, enhances aroma and flavor while also strengthening both its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. This study aims to formulate a tea product made from red sesbania flowers with a combination of cinnamon and mint leaves in accordance with SNI quality standards and to evaluate its antioxidant activity. The research was conducted in several stages, including the preparation of herbal tea from red sesbania flowers, the addition of cinnamon and mint leaves, hedonic tests, SNI quality tests (organoleptic, water content, ash content, and total polyphenol content), and analysis of antioxidant activity. The results showed that the best formula for red sesbania flower tea was the one with the addition of 15% cinnamon and 20% mint leaves. The antioxidant activity of these teas was relatively weak, with IC50 values of 472.335 µg/mL for the original tea, 206.93 µg/mL for the cinnamon formula, and 525.825 µg/mL for the mint formula. Red sesbania flower herbal tea exhibited weaker antioxidant activity than vitamin C, with a significantly higher IC50 value (1.88 µg/mL) compared to vitamin C

HiveFusion: A Biologically Inspired Mid-Level Fusion of Hyperspectral and Environmental Data for Accurate Maize Seed Vigor Prediction

Accurate prediction of maize seed vigor is essential for achieving uniform germination, stable crop yields, and resilience in farming systems; however, traditional laboratory methods, such as germination assays and staining, are destructive, slow, and unsuitable for large-scale deployment. Hyperspectral imaging has shown promise as a noninvasive tool, but existing approaches often rely on spectral data alone and overlook the influence of environmental factors, limiting their usefulness in real agricultural settings. This study introduced HiveFusion, a biologically inspired framework designed to integrate hyperspectral reflectance data with environmental parameters, specifically temperature, humidity, and soil moisture, to improve the reliability of vigor prediction. The proposed system follows a structured process: denoising and correcting spectral signals, normalizing them using an environmentally aware scaling method, selecting informative spectral bands, compressing redundant features, and generating compact latent representations. These spectral features are then combined with environmental input through a mid-level attention-fusion mechanism that assigns importance to each modality, enabling the model to adapt dynamically to different conditions. A dual network, consisting of a lightweight convolutional branch for hyperspectral data and a multilayer perceptron for environmental data, performs final classification into three categories: high, moderate, and low. Experiments on a dataset of 17,724 seed images from three Ghanaian maize varieties demonstrated that HiveFusion achieved 91% accuracy, 0.90 F1-score, and 0.93 ROC-AUC, outperforming both unimodal and simple fusion baselines. Although environmental features were synthetically generated, the results highlight the value of incorporating contextual factors. Future work will validate the model with real sensor data to ensure broader applicability

Religious Coping and Mental Health among Patients with Chronic Illness: A Scoping Review in Asian Contexts

    No full text
Introduction: Religious coping is a crucial psychological mechanism for individuals managing chronic health conditions and fostering emotional resilience and adaptation. Nonetheless, this extant research has predominantly focused on Western contexts, thereby creating a lacuna in our comprehension of their significance within non-Western Asian societies. Objective: This scoping review investigated the measurement of religious coping and its impact on mental health outcomes among Asians with chronic illnesses. Method:  A scoping review based on the framework developed by Arksey and O’Malley was conducted. Literature was sourced from Scopus, Google Scholar, and PubMed using Boolean search terms related to religious coping, chronic illness, and mental health. The inclusion criteria were empirical studies on religious coping in Asian populations, published between 2015 and 2025. Thematic analysis was then performed.    Results: Nine studies were included in this review. The studies revealed various considerable scales to measure religious coping. The Religious Coping Scale (RCOPE), Brief-RCOPE, and the Spiritual Coping Questionnaire (SCQ) can be utilized. Positive religious coping (PRC), including prayer, meditation, and community support, was associated with reduced anxiety and depression and improved quality of life. Negative religious coping (NRC) includes perceptions of divine punishment, exacerbated psychological distress, and non-adherence to treatment. Cultural diversity has shaped coping styles: Islamic societies emphasize faith-based acceptance, Hindu traditions emphasize karma-based reasoning, and Buddhist communities emphasize mindfulness. Conclusion: Religious coping in the Asian context could be measured utilizing various valid and reliable scales. Moreover, religious coping significantly influences mental health outcomes among Asian patients with chronic illness. Future research needs to focus on culturally adapting religious coping scales in the Asian chronic illness context

    No full text
This study investigated the relationships among perceived organizational politics (POP), transformational leadership (TL), innovative work behavior (IWB), and job satisfaction (JS) in the public sector, with JS as a mediating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 657 civil servants of the Kupang City Government using a validated, closed-ended questionnaire on a five-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the proposed relationships. The results disclosed that perceived organizational politics had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction (β = −0.211, p < 0.001) and innovative work behavior (β = −0.247, p < 0.001). In contrast, transformational leadership demonstrated a strong positive influence on job satisfaction (β = 0.684, p < 0.001) and a positive direct effect on innovative work behavior (β = 0.222, p < 0.001). Job satisfaction also significantly enhanced innovative work behavior (β = 0.223, p < 0.001). Mediation analysis indicated that job satisfaction partially mediated the relationship between perceived organizational politics and innovative work behavior (indirect effect β = −0.047, p = 0.001) and between transformational leadership and innovative work behavior (indirect effect β = 0.153, p < 0.001). These findings suggest that job satisfaction plays a crucial role in buffering the negative consequences of organizational politics and strengthening the positive impact of transformational leadership on innovation. This study contributes to public sector innovation literature by empirically demonstrating how leadership and job attitudes shape innovative behavior within a politically nuanced bureaucratic context

P2P Lending's True Impact on the Money Supply: An ARDL Analysis of Inflation Volatility and Monetary Policy Response in Indonesia

    No full text
This study investigates the influence of peer-to-peer (P2P) lending, inflation, and the central bank interest rate (BI Rate) on Indonesia's broad money supply (M2) from 2019 to 2024. Utilizing the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model, the analysis confirms a stable, long-term cointegrating relationship among the variables. The significant and negative error correction term indicates a rapid adjustment process of the money supply back towards its long-run equilibrium following any short-term deviations. The findings reveal distinct temporal effects. In the short term, P2P lending has a significant positive impact on the money supply, highlighting its role as an immediate source of liquidity. Conversely, the BI Rate demonstrates a powerful and highly significant short-term influence. Inflation, meanwhile, shows a marginally negative effect in the short run. When examining the long-term dynamics, the positive effect of P2P lending becomes statistically insignificant, suggesting its influence may not permanently alter the equilibrium level of the money supply. These results strongly support the endogenous money theory, positing that financial innovations like P2P lending actively participate in the money creation process outside of traditional banking channels. The study concludes that to maintain financial system stability amid ongoing digital transformation, it is crucial for regulators to expand macroprudential supervision to encompass fintech activities. Furthermore, it recommends the integration of non-bank credit variables into the monetary policy framework to ensure a more comprehensive and effective approach

Dyspepsia is an abdominal discomfort that includes pain or discomfort in the upper region of the abdomen, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, bloating, a feeling of fullness, belching, and a sensation of heat in the chest. Dyspepsia ranked first in the top 10 outpatient diseases in 2021 at Anutapura Palu Hospital, with a total of 469 cases. The aim of this study was to determine the rationality of dyspepsia drug use at Anutapura Regional Hospital, Palu, based on the accuracy method, with the parameters of right indication, right drug, right dose, and right patient. The method used in this study is retrospective, utilizing patient medical record data from a specific period, namely August to December 2023. Then, rationality was assessed through accuracy parameters: the right indication, the right drug, the right dose, and the right patient. The rational use of drugs in inpatients with dyspepsia disease at Anutapura Palu Hospital in August-December 2023 with a total sample of 287 patients and 1,264 drug prescriptions based on four parameters—the right indication, the right drug, the right dose, and the right patient—obtained the results of the right indication 100%, the right drug 100%, the right patient 100%, and the right dose 99.53%, as well as inappropriate dose as many as 6 drugs (0.47%) of all prescribed drugs caused by overdose or underdose prescriptions. This indicates that overall, the use of drugs at Anutapura Palu Hospital is rational, with the majority of prescriptions meeting established standards

Effect of Food Plant Species on Feeding Intensity of Native and Invasive Apple Snails (Ampullariidae) in Indonesian Paddy Ecosystems

    No full text
The golden apple snail, Pomacea canaliculata, is known to be an injurious introduced species in the rice ecosystem of Southeast Asia, while the native apple snails, represented by Pila scutata, have shown declining populations over various parts of the region. Dietary differences may contribute to the contrasts in ecological damages, but information regarding comparison studies involving agricultural and aquatic plants is limited. This report considers the feeding rates of P. scutata and P. canaliculata on rice, Oryza sativa, and two other aquatic plants, Ludwigia adscendens and Pistia stratiotes, using a standardized laboratory bioassay. In this investigation, the feeding rates of individual snails of P. scutata and P. canaliculata were determined on pre-weighed plant material after starving them for 24 hours. In the bioassay, the amount of plant material eaten by the snails and the ratio of the reduced or remaining weight to the initial weight were used to determine the feeding rates. In general, the amount of plant material consumed by P. canaliculata is much higher than that eaten by P. scutata over all the plant species (Mann-Whitney U test, Holm-corrected P < 0.05). In particular, the consumption of rice seedlings by P. scutata is characteristically low
