SISTEM PAKAR DIAGNOSA JENIS GANGGUAN JIWA SKIZOFRENIA MENGGUNAKAN KOMBINASI METODE FORWARD CHAINING DAN CERTAINTY FACTOR
Skizofrenia adalah gangguan kondisi medis atau disebut dengan gangguan kejiwaan yang mana mempengaruhi kemampuan otak pada manusia, mempengaruhi fungsi normal kognetif, emosional serta tingkah laku. Gangguan jiwa Skizorfenia terbagi menjadi lima jenis yaitu Skizofrenia Paranoid, Skizofrenia Simplek, Skizofrenia Katatonik, Skizofrenia Hebrefenik, dan Skizofrenia Residual. Salah satu cara untuk menentukan diagnosa jenis skizofrenia terhadap pasien adalah dengan cara konseling. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk membantu keputusan seorang ahli kejiwaan dalam menentukan diagnosa jenis skizofrenia terhadap pasien dengan menggunakan kombinasi metode forward chaining dan certainty factor. Forward chaining berfungsi sebagai mesin inferensi aturan di dalam sistem sedangkan certainty factor sebagai pemberi nilai kepercayaan pada sebuah aturan. Dalam membangun sistem ini dilakukan pengumpulan basis pengetahuan, resprentasi nilai certainty factor oleh pakar dan implementasi sistem berbasis website. Presentase dari hasil ujicoba sistem terhadap pakar adalah 93% sesuai

PREDIKSI KELULUSAN MAHASISWA DENGAN JARINGAN SYARAF TIRUAN
Graduation became a benchmark in the policy making college management. Can estimate the graduation students annually is needed to be known by the university. Moreover, this paper attempts to apply neural network algorithms in predicting graduation, the selected method to be used is the method of propagation. This method is widely used in the researchers predict a problem. The sample data in the application of this algorithm is data the students began class of 2010 up to 2013. With the third generation output is passed late, fast and timely. From the results of the learning algorithm used obtained good accuracy results with the architecture of the pattern formed is 12-9-3.
 
RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING TINGKAT KEHADIRAN PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK KOTA BANJARMASIN
Tingkat kehadiran pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting pada instansi pemerintahan maupun swasta. Pada instansi yang menerapkan aturan absensi dengan jam datang dan jam pulang, akan menjadi sangat penting untuk memonitor secara personal maupun berkala tingkat kehadiran dalam bentuk jam kedatangan serta jam kepulangan pegawai. Perkembangan teknologi informasi sendiri telah memberikan kemudahan dalam proses absensi pegawai yaitu dengan teknologi fingerprint. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu faktor ukuran kinerja pegawai yang bekerja pada instansi tersebut yang tentu saja pada akhirnya akan berpengaruh pada pemberian reward maupun punishment terhadap pegawai yang bersangkutan. Mesin absen sudah mengeluarkan output database Microsoft Access berupa jam datang dan jam pulang. Untuk dapat memonitor absensi pegawai, admin di BPS membuat program untuk mengkalkulasi jam datang, jam pulang, terlambat, dan pulang cepat. Namun pembuatan program tersebut masih belum selesai dan masih terdapatkekurangan. Maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu adanya tahap penyelesaian suatu program yang sudah ada, melengkapi kekurangan dan menambah fitur baru.
 
SISTEM INFORMASI PENOMORAN SURAT (STUDI KASUS FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS LAMBUNG MANGKURAT)
Letter is one of the communication media has an important role. Besides having the function of a messenger, the letter also become one of the important documents for an organization. Because all forms of official communication must be submitted by mail. Engineering Faculty of Lambung Mangkurat University is one of the leading universities in South Kalimantan. As a university, its driven by an organization to which the letter became one of the important means of communication. But along the way with the increasing number of letters and the development of the organization, it raises some issues that occur, like mail numbering dan searching. By taking advantage of information systems, author tries to do a study to resolve those problems. In this study the authors use an object-oriented approach a method of designing systems with tools such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. In addition, the authors use a prototyping approach to software development methods. To Support this research data is needed to determine the solution of the problem. SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN BERBASIS UML (STUDI KASUS PEMELIHARAAN TOILET PADA KAMPUS FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS LAMBUNG MANGKURAT)
This paper presents concept of a database system on a computer software systems. Requirements in analysis and design are a serious problem in developing a manual system into a computer software system that is fully automated. To link the two systems (manual and automatic), a modeling language Unified Modeling Language (UML) is now accepted as the de facto standard for the design and specification of object-oriented systems. In this study, ULM modeling language used to design a management information system (MIS) of Toilet Maintenance on the Faculty of Engineering, Lambung Mangkurat University using Access 2013. From this system, dean as admin of the system, can immediately know the damage or the need of maintenance in real time every day. Such information would greatly assist the management on making decision related to monitoring, maintenance and repair of toilet in the Faculty of Engineering, Lambung Mangkurat University. The final results is to keep the cleanliness and reliability of toilet in the Faculty of Engineering, Lambung Mangkurat University
SEBARAN JENIS TANAH DI SUB DAERAH ALIRAN SUNGAI KARANG MUMUS MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM INFORMASI GEOGRAFIS
The development of Geographic Information System (GIS) in the present can be used to provide information of a physical condition of the region. The information presented varies greatly depending on the purpose of making the GIS, although not 100% perfect, but has been widely used to replace information retrieval through field surveys that take longer and relatively more expensive, so that many people who seek information using Information Systems Geographically, one of them is to find information about the distribution of soil types. The research belongs to field research, and laboratory research and spatial analysis. Field research in question is the process of this research activity to observe the land physically, laboratory research is a research activity conducted by using the process of observation of soil samples taken from the field and then analyzed in the laboratory. Spatial analysis of data through Geographic Information System (GIS) method to give description of soil condition in study area. In terms of variables, the research can be classified type of descriptive research, where researchers take samples to create a picture of the situation or events with no previous treatment. The results of research based on spatial analysts in the study area are land type associations of Tropudults; Dystropepts of 28,673.81 Ha or about 89.5% of the Karang Mumus Watershed area. While the association Tropaquepts; Fluvaquents; Tropohemist is the smallest of 1,261.82 ha or about 3.9% of the Karang Mumus Watershed area, in addition to the Tropudults association; Tropaquepts has an area of 2,115.91 Ha or 6.6%
RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KEPEGAWAIAN DI FAKULTAS TEKNIK UNIVERSITAS LAMBUNG MANGKURAT
Implementation of management information sistems in state institutions or public organizations, will allow it to manage a variety of data needed to be valuable information for both internal organization and for those who are outside the organization. Faculty of Engineering, University Mangkurat in this case still has shortcomings in performing data collection associated with educators and education personnel, mainly deals with research and community service. The data collection process at the Faculty of Engineering, University Mangkurat still done manually and not computerized. The design and construction of a sistem of personnel information would be very helpful in speeding up the process of collection of data pertaining to educators and education personnel. Hopefully, by the information sistem, data educators and educational staff in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Mangkurat can be neatly arranged so as to facilitate the implementation of monitoring and evaluation in the field of personnel
PENERAPAN ALGORITMA EVOLVING NEURAL NETWORK UNTUK PREDIKSI CURAH HUJAN

This arises because the information the weather / climate has economic value in a variety of activities , ranging from agriculture to flood control . From the data obtained implied that the current rainfall prediction not so accurate . Forecasts are often given to the public on a regular basis is the weather forecast , not the amount of rainfall. This study uses an algorithm Evolving Neural Network (ENN) as an approach to predict the rainfall , the data processing and calculations will use MatLab 2009b . The parameters used in this study is time , rainfall , humidity and temperature. The results also compared with the test results and predictions BPNN BMKG. From the results of research conducted from early stage to test and measurement , the application of this ENN has a rainfall prediction with accuracy better than the BPNN and prediction algorithms BMKG.
 
MENGUKUR KEPUASAN COSTUMER TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN SISTEM INFORMASI PERPUSTAKAAN STMIK AKBA MENGGUNAKAN METODE KANO
Library is one of the critical success factors for students in conducting studies hence the demand for services for the library system are also higher, with the hope of any information or collections are sought can be accessed quickly, accurately, easily with high quality. Therefore, this study was conducted to measure how satisfied users for service quality library system that exists today in STMIK CMR, a measure of the library system is done by utilizing the method of the canoe. In this method the quality factor is divided into five categories, namely must be, one-dimensional, attractive, indifference and reverse that has characteristics and different levels of influence on consumers. This study used a questionnaire as a research instrument. From the results of taking the measurements filling the questionnaire of 3 respondents system was declared fit for use for measuring kualitan system service information library of seeing the results presentation on aspects of testing on the level of conformity of the respondents received good response with a value ≥ 75% and this system can also be known information about requirements desired by the user so that later can provide a service that corresponds to that desired by the user
