Analisis Efektivitas Dan Efisiensi Distribusi Beras Miskin (Raskin) Di Kecamatan Trienggadeng Kabupaten Pidie Jaya
Full text linkABSTRACT. Raskin Program is a national program that has direct contact with the public . Through this program, the government provides assistance to the community to gain the right to food. There are six problems in the distribution of Raskin , so it is very detrimental to society. First, the wrong target . Second , the amount of rice distributed is less with what has been programmed , Third , data on the number of poor families errors . Fourth , the price is not in accordance with the initial plan . Fifth, there was a delay in receiving Raskin rice . Sixth , poor quality rice. The analytical method used was based on the price at the retail level (households ), Furthermore, the level of effectiveness and efficiency Distribution (Ed). The effectiveness of the distribution of Raskin program is not effective where the level of effectiveness of the distribution of Raskin at 39.69 % . While the level of efficiency of the distribution of Raskin program efficiently in the category in which the value of the efficiency of the distribution equal to the lesser of 50 % with a value of 4.22%

Full text linkABSTRACT. Farming is a plot of land or a part of the earth's surface where the farmers and their families to grow crops or raise livestock. A farmer faced with the enigma to determining the competition of activity in optimizing farming activities. The research was done in Lam Seunong village, Kecamatan Kota Baro, Aceh Besar, the object of research is the farmers who worked in rice, mustard and lettuce land farm. The purpose of this research was to know optimal cropping pattern for mustard and lettuce farming in rice production areas in an effort to increase the optimize income of farmers. The research using purposive sampling techniques with particular sampling, analytical methods using linear programming optimization. The results showed the optimal cropping pattern in the local rice production area is rice and mustard greens in the first season and lettuce in the second season that will obtain maximum revenue of Rp. 76,568,940.00 per period of the rice planting season. With an area of arable land each season is 0.3 hectare for rice in the first season, 0.26 hectare for mustard in the first season, and 0.26 hectare for lettuce second season

Full text linkABSTRACT. The Province of Aceh has the large potential of palm plant development with high production value, when supported by an integrated coconut industry. Today with potential expansion of coconut in 8 point production centers has 210.400 ha, we needs the processing technology that can utilize a by product and product primer, such as coir and coconut shell. Research has been conducted in four districts of Aceh by using census method. The results showed the coefficient of technology produced from 12 unit integrated coconut processing industry is 0.6806. With an investment of between Rp 342 million to Rp 825 million to produce a value of Rp 1,543,707,300 to Rp 3,721,320,000 in industrial economic life of 10 years. Efficiency of integrated technology is still relatively low oil caused a number of factors and allocation of equipment investment. There are still residual value (salvage value) is still a waste in the benefits component of coconut that has not been exploited by employers

Economic globalization and free trade are signified by hard competition that pushing the industries to increase their productivity and product quality result, that is why we need to analyze business management especially marketing strategic. The research was done at Bergendaal Koffie, in Simpang Teritit, Bener Meriah District. The object of research is marketing strategic data that competitive at Bergandaal Koffie. The purpose of this research was to know marketing strategy at Bergendaal Koffie by using SWOT (Strenght, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis tool are consist of SAP (Strategy Advantage Profile) analisys and ETOP (Environmental Threat Opportunity Profile). SAP analysis to Bergendaal Koffie industry is placed in secure competition position (Favourable) and ETOP analysis show that Bergendaal Koffie industry including Speculative Business. Combination of those two matrixs in SWOT shows in the infestation position. It means that optional of good strategy that could be implemented by Bergendaal Koffie industry is doing invest to harvest, the meaning is to invest for the short term and then reaping the reward of this investment in the future

Full text linkThe Prospect of Tiger Prawn Mother in Aceh Besar Coastal AreaABSTRACT. District of Aceh Besar has a relatively promising prospect of tiger prawn. The district was known for its habitat of best quality species such as Black Tiger, Tiger shrimp or Tiger Prawn. However, the number of this species became rare and therefore import from other regions is needed. The aims of this research are: (1) to identify locations along the districts coasts as the most suitable habitat, (2) to measure the sizes and qualities of tiger prawn which compatible with the commercial standards, (3) to learn the best distribution and marketing methods which is able to keep benur dan induk udang alive.. This research was done in 3 Subdistrics (Peukan Bada, Lhoknga and Baitussalam) using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the location were suitable for hatcheries, the quality and size already match with the requirements shown by the weight, egg contains level is high, the body shapes are normal and clean from parasite, using local tiger prawn mother may minimize the cost. The effort such as injecting oxygen and assuring the quality of packages indicated as best distribution method

Full text linkThe Imbalance Level of Households Income Distribution in Sub district of Peukan Bada, Aceh BesarABSTRACT. The research aims to measure the imbalance level of households income distribution in the sub district of Peukan Bada, Aceh Besar. The method used is survey method. Sampling was conducted randomly and multi stage. The results were analyzed with gain ratio coefficient. It shows that the income distribution of households for those who work as farmer and local labor is categorized as moderate while that for those who work as civil employee and merchant is categorized as low. The calculation shows gain ratio index is 0.386 which lies on moderate category. Based on the World Bank criterion, it was found that 40% of the people with low income in this area have 11.4% of income per year. That means, the imbalance of income distribution in the sub district of Peukan Bada lies in a low level

Full text linkExport Prospects the Certified Organic Coffee Arabica at Central Aceh DistrictABSTRACT. This study was aimed to determine the export prospects of the certified organic coffee Arabica at Central Aceh district in the future. The object of study was secondary data related to export activity of the certified organic coffee Arabica in that district. The sampling method was a periodic data (time series), and trend analysis. The result showed that the export activity of the certified organic coffee Arabica has been started since August 2006 concurrently with receiving a certification from "Fair Trade" as an official International of Certificate Organization. By obtaining that certification, it contributes to establish and settle the position of produced coffee from plateau Gayo in coffee Arabica worldwide market. Result of trend analysis indicated that the volume and value of the export of the certified organic coffee will increase in the future, although in nominal value has fluctuations and varies, but it remained showing the positive improvement. Prospects of the coffee from Central Aceh depend on support of variables in exporting itself, such as market expansion to other countries (USA is the biggest coffee importer), the product efficiency, the suppression export costs, as well as improvement of the quality of this coffee

The study uses yearly data and simultan equation model is employed in this study. The result show that soybean price, corn price, fertilizer price and lag harvest area significant to soybean harvest area. Fertilizer price, technology lag productivity significant to soybean productivity. Production, impor, price impor, demand of soybean and lag soybean price significant to soybean price. Harvest area more response to corn price and fertilizer price than farmers soybean price and lag harvest area. Farmers soybean price more response to production, impor and demand of soybean. So impor may decrease soybean price in long run decrease national soybean production. Needed transfer teknologi, subsidi, distribution and good price to increase national soybean production

Full text linkSupply Network System and Economic Value Added of Organic Coffee (A Case study of KBQ Baburayyan, Aceh Tengah District)ABSTRACT. The aim of this study is to understand the supply chain and economic value added of supply of organic coffee involving various agencies. Research has been done with a combination of surveys and focus group discussions at two points of organic coffee production centers. Results showed that supply network of raw material in Cooperative Baitul Qiradh Baburrayyan (KBQ) came from collectors contracted by the principle of partnership. Those collectors received raw materials from farmers in each cluster and they were supervised by KBQ. The supply networks of coffee in KBQ consisted of two types of channels: (a) domestic channel and (b) export channels. In the domestic channels, coffees were auctioned by inviting local buyers. Economic value added obtained by KBQ was much larger than the collectors. This is due to the more complex of roles undertaken by KBQ. Hence to increase collector and farmers' incomes, the more complex roles should be applied
