STATUS UNSUR HARA Ca, Mg DAN S SEBAGAI DASAR PEMUPUKAN TANAMAN KEDELAI (Glycine max L. Merril) DI KECAMATAN PUNUNG KABUPATEN PACITAN
Title : The Status of Ca Mg and S Nutrient as Basic Fertilizing of Soybean (Glycine max L. Merril) in Punung, Pacitan. The purpose of this research was to recognize the availability of Calcium (Ca) Magnesium (Mg) and Sulphur (S) nutrient, to give fertilizing suggestion, to give common fertilizing and soil management strategy. This research was phenomenological Descriptive Qualitative research by means of field survey which supported with soil analysis in lab. The determining of Ca Mg and S nutrient status and its management strategies was checked on each land units. The land unit’s map in Punung was obtained by overlaid soil map, slope map and land use map. From the overlay was obtained 19 land units. At the time that, The soil sampling take out in each land unit was doing as randomize (purposive sampling), to calculated the necessity of fertilizer based on the difference number of nutrient available in the soil and total removal Glycine max L. merril nutrient with the number of nutrient that carry on (total removal) in the harvest time, at the time that to determine fertilizing suggestion based on the result of fertilizer necessity (surplus or deficit) each unit land (SPL). Punung fertility level in common based on the Ca nutrient status are medium (6.08-7.87 cmol/kg), Mg nutrient status are high (4.05-5.25 cmol/kg) and S nutrient status are very low ((0.0013-0.0001%). The fertility suggestion was directed to the needed of S nutrient by adding the inorganic fertilizer that is ZA and Phonska. The rights soil and plant management strategies in Punung are: (1) Fertilizing of organic fertilizer as big as 5 ton/ha. (2) In the slope area by making level to the land as an effort to reduce erosion level. (3) In the flat area by using and making the mulch and the drainage line. (4) The right management plants by rotation system and planting in the same direction of contour line. Keywords: Glycine max L. IMBANGAN PUPUK ORGANIK DAN ANORGANIK PADA PERTANAMAN WORTEL (Daucus carota L.) DI ANDISOLS TAWANGMANGU
Title : The Balance of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizer on the Carrot Field (Daucus carota L.) at Andisols Tawangmangu. This experiment research was conducted on September – December 2007 in Blumbang, Sub district Tawangmangu, Karanganyar. The aim of this research was to know the effect of balance organic fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer to the carrot quality in Andisols, Tawangmangu. This experiment used RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) with organic fertilizer factor (0%, 50% and 100% organic fertilizer) and inorganic fertilizer factor (0%, 50% and 100% inorganic fertilizer). Statistical analysis for the influence of the treatment was variant analysis with F-test and Kruskal-Wallis test. Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) was used to compare inter-treatment and for finding out of the relation inter-variable it was used correlation test. The result shows that the balance of organic and inorganic fertilizer have significant influence to the water content of carrot, the weight of carrot, the weight of dried carrot plant and the plant’s height, and have not significant influence to the carotene, carrot’s diameter, and carrot’s length. The lower water content of carrot was shown by the treatment of 100% organic fertilizer and 50% inorganic fertilizer. The treatment of 100% organic fertilizer and 100% inorganic fertilizer give the highest plant height and the weight of carrot per plant. To the soil, the balance of organic and inorganic fertilizer has significant influence to the total N of soil and to the available N of soil. It has not significant influence to the total P of soil and available P of soil, total K of soil and available K of soil. The result of correlation test showed there was positive correlation among carrot weight and water content of carrot. Inventarisasi dan Klasifikasi Bahaya Erosi dengan Sistem Informasi Geografi di Daerah Hulu Waduk Sempor – Gombong
Title : Inventorying and Erosion Hazard Clasification by Geographic Information System in Sempor- Gombong Reservoir Upstream Area. Sempor reservoir is located about 5 km northside of Gombong – Kebumen Regency, has decreased of water reservoir volume about 45% in 2002. The aim of this research has established erosion hazard classification in Sempor reservoir upstream area. This research conducted on April until October 2007. The method used explorative descriptive that was began with interpretating of Landsat 7 ETM+ image satellite and continue with field survey. The erosion prediction calculating used Universal Soil Loss Erosion Equation (USLE) based on land unit.The result shows erosion hazard level has dominated by very heavy level with 2,413.84 ha (55.70 %). The erosion hazard index has been dominated by very high class (2,129.45 ha or 49.14 %). High erosion is caused slope factor, especially on land whose very heavy Erosion Hazard Level and high until very high Erosion hazard index. This research give 8 recommendations about soil conservation technical based on soil deep, erosion prediction amount and erosion hazard level
Optimasi Bahan Organik untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Bawang Merah yang Dipupuk Biosulfo
Tittle : Optimization of Biosulfo Formula Fertilizer Dose and Organic Matter for P uptake, and S and Yield of Red Onion (Alium ascolonicum L.) at Acid Soil, Neutral and Alkalis. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect and optimum dosage biosulfo fertilizer and organic matter on the results of red onion on the acid soils, neutral and alkaline. This research was conducted at Field Experiment station of the Agriculture Faculty of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta at Jumantono, Karanganyar, on September until December 2009. This research Experiments arranged in factorial Completely Randomized Design Association (CRD) with three factors, icluded type of soil, Alfisol (T1), Entisol (T2), and Vertisol (T3), the dose biosulfo fertilizer of 0% dose of SP-36 (P0), 100% dose of SP-36 (P1) and 200% dose of SP-36 (P2 ), and dose of organic matter of 0 tons/ha (B0),5 tons/ha (B1) and 10 tons/ha (B2). Each treatment combination was replicated three times. This research was used polybags a size 40 x 50 cm. Each polybags were taken 10 me and planted with two seeds or red onion. The observed variables were available P and S, P and S uptake and onion yield. Data analysis used F test at 95% and to compare inter treatment average used DMRT test (normal data), Kruskal Wallis test (unnormal data) at 95% and Mood Median test, to determine fertilizer optimum dose used Surface Response test (Regression) and Correlation test to know closely correlation on inter variable. The result showed that the highest P uptake at Alfisol (0,009 gr P/plant) was taken at the application of biosulfo equivalent with 900 kg/ha SP36, at Entisol (0,074 gr P/plant) at the application of 10 ton/ha organic matter, and Vertisol (0,027 gr P/plant) was taken for the application of biosulfo equivalent with 760 kg/ha SP36, respectively. The highest S uptake at Alfisol (0,20 gr S/plant) was taken the application of 10 ton/ha organic matter, at Entisol (2,104 gr S/plant) at the application of biosulfo equivalent with 850 kg/ha SP36, and Vertisol (1,671 gr S/plant) at the application of 10 ton/ha organic matter, respectively. The highest of union yield at Alfisol (10,82 gr/plant) was taken at the application of biosulfo equivalent with 900 kg/ha SP36, at Entisol (83,7 gr/plant) at the application of 10 ton/ha organic matter, and Vertisol (78,8 gr/plant) was taken for the application of 10 ton/ha organic matter, respectively
Evaluasi Kesuburan Kimia Tanah di Lahan Kering Sub Daerah Aliran Sungai Samin Kabupaten Karanganyar
Tittle : The Evaluation of Soil Chemistry Fertility In Dry Land Of Samin Sub Water Shead Area Kabupaten Karanganyar. The purpose of this research is in order to learn the parameter of the soil chemistry fertility based on the plants need which is planted in a dry field of Samin Sub Water Sheet Area kabupaten Karanganyar and to learn the best of soil management alternative which is needed to keep the parameter of soil chemistry fertility in a good level. This research was done in September 2006 until April 2007. The design research of this research is qualitative descriptive phenomenology, by field survey and supported by quantitative laboratory analysis. The research variables are parameter of soil chemistry fertility (Organic C, total N, C/N ratio, available P, available K, available Na, available Mg, available Ca, CEC, base saturation, pH H2O) and the soil management which is usually done by farmers (practice in cultivating the field, fertilizing, kinds of plant which are planted, system of planting). The data analysis for parameter of soil chemistry fertility is matched with the need of plants grown and soil management which usually done by farmers used triangulasi. The result of this research is that the parameter of soil chemistry fertility which have fulfilled the plants need are Ca and Mg. They have fulfilled the plants need in all LMU (Land Map Unit). The parameter of soil chemistry fertility which have exceed fulfilled the plants need are fertilizing N and K. They are too much in all LMU. The parameter of soil chemistry fertility which has not fulfilled the characteristic of plants are the high P deficiency caused by P adsorption in all LMU ; the level of CEC is medium in all LMU except in LMU 1 and 3; the level of Organic C is medium in LMU 3, 4 and low in LMU 8, 9; the level of C/N ratio is high in LMU 1 and very high in LMU 5 (value >20); the level of soil pH is too acid for Mustard green, Green onion in LMU 6, 7, 8, 9 and too acid for Onion, Carrot in LMU SPL 8. Best alternative of soil management needed are fertilizing N and K.They must be matched with the need of plants in all LMU; giving silikat (Si) for decreasing P adsorption in all LMU; giving organic fertilizer (cow manure, dose 20 ton/Ha), that must be maintained or increased in all LMU; giving lime for increasing pH in LMU 6, 7, 8, 9
Pengaruh Jarak Tanam dan Dosis Pupuk ZA terhadap Ketersediaan dan Serapan N, S DENGAN Indikator Tanaman Kacang Tanah (Arachis hypogaea L.) di Alfisols Karanganyar
Title : The Effect of Plant Spacing and ZA Fertilizer to Availability and Uptake of N, S with Groundnut (Arachis Hypogaea L.) Indicator on Alfisols. The aim of this research is to know the effect of ZA fertilizer and plant spacing to the availability and uptake of Nitrogen and Sulfur. This research have been done at Jumantono field, Sukosari, Jumantono, Karanganyar, started from December 2006 until January 2007. This research used factorial experiment that arranged in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with two experimental factors. The first factor was 4 levels of ZA fertilizer dosage i.e : 0 kg/ha (Z0), 50 kg/ha (Z1), 100 kg/ha (Z2) and 150 kg/ha (Z3). And second factor was 3 levels of plant spacing i.e : 20 x 20 cm (J1), 30 x15 cm (J3) and 25 x 20 cm (J3). Observation variables include soil variable ( N of soil, available S and pH H2O) and plant variable (N uptake, S uptake, and weight of dry straw). Data analysis used F test, Kruskal-Wallis test, Duncan’s Multiple Range (DMR) test at 5% in level, Mood Median test and Correlation test.Result of this research shows that ZA fertilizer and plant spacing can increase the available sulfur on soil and uptake of N. The highest available S neach 100 kg ZA/ha and 30 x 15 cm plant spacing (0,0277me/100 g),.and the highest average of N uptake is on without ZA and 30 x 15 cm plant spacing (0,623g). ZA fertilizer added and plant spacing has no significantly effect to available N, S uptake, weight of dry straw and pH H2O
Uji Efektivitas Isolat Bakteri Indigenous Sampah Kota dan Dosis Aktivator terhadap Peningkatan Kualitas Kompos
Tittle : Effectiveness of Indigenus Bacteria in The Composting Process of Garbage and Rice Straw. The purpose of this research is to find out of the effectiveness of Indigenous bacterium on time of decomposition and quality of litter of peanuts and rice straw compost. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) from 2 factors. The First factor consist of 3 levels, litter of peanuts 75%+rice straw 25% (D1), litter of peanuts 50%+rice straw 50% (D2), litter of peanuts 25%+rice straw 75% (D3). Second factor consist of 3 levels, activator dose 0ml/kg (A0); 0,5 ml/kg (A1), and 1 ml/kg (A2). Data were analyzed with F Test or Kruskall-Wallis and continued with Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) level 5% and Regression Test to know correlation among various variables. The result of this research is hows that the application of compost material and activators dose can decrease time of decomposition, in treatment combination D3A1 is the best quality compost with C Organik, C/N, Total NPK, and pH almost same with SNI in 60 days incubation
Pengaruh Imbangan Pupuk Anorganik dan Pupuk Sipramin terhadap Ketersediaan P dan K serta Hasil Tanaman Padi (Oryza sativaL.) pada Vertisols (Musim Tanam II)
Title : The Effect of Equally Inorganic Fertilizers and Sipramin on Availability of P and K and the yield of paddy (Oryza sativa L.) at Vertisols (Plant Season II). This field research conducted from march-august 2005, in Tambakkromo Village, Kecamatan Geneng, Kabupaten Ngawi.The aim of this research was to know the effect of sipramin on availability of P and K and the yield of paddy at second plant season. This field experiment used Randomized Complete Block Design with one factor, consist of 20 treatment, that is: P1 (Sipramin Amina 2000 l.ha-1), P2 (Sipramin Amina 4000 l.ha-1), P3 (Sipramin Amina 2000 l.ha-1 and NPK fertilizer), P4 (Sipramin Amina 2000 l.ha-1 and PK fertilizer), P5 (Sipramin Amina 4000 l.ha-1 and PK fertilizer), P6 (Sipramin Bagitani 2000 l.ha-1), P7 (Sipramin Bagitani 4000 l.ha-1), P8 (Sipramin Bagitani 2000 l.ha-1 and NPK fertilizer), P9 (Sipramin Bagitani 2000 l.ha-1 and PK fertilizer), P10 (Sipramin Bagitani 4000 l.ha-1 and PK fertilizer), P11 (Sipramin Orgami 2000 l.ha-1), P12 (Sipramin Orgami 4000 l.ha-1), P13 (Sipramin Orgami 2000 l.ha-1 and NPK fertilizer), P14 (Sipramin Orgami 2000 l.ha-1 and PK fertilizer), P15 (Sipramin Orgami 4000 l.ha-1 and PK fertilizer), P16 (Sipramin Saritana 2000 l.ha-1), P17 (Sipramin Saritana 4000 l.ha-1), P18 (Sipramin Saritana 2000 l.ha-1 and NPK fertilizer), P19 (Sipramin Saritana 2000 l.ha-1 and PK fertilizer), P20 (Sipramin Saritana 4000 l.ha-1 and PK fertilizer). F-test or Kruskal-Wallis test 1% and 5% was used to know the effect of treatment on experimental result. Duncan multiple range test 5% is used for comparing inter-treatment. For finding out the relation between primary dependent variable and secondary dependent one it is used correlation test. The result of this research indicates that sipramin fertilizer within dose 2000-4000 l.ha-1, with or without N, P, and K fertilizer added, increasing the P and K availability on the soil at the same range with inorganic fertilizer’s used (control) and the apllication of sipramin has a significant effect on yield of paddy, that is, the rice weight per plot. The highest available-P on Bagitani apllication, dose 4000 l/ha with P and K fertilizer added (P10), that is, 0,045%; 0,024% higher than control. The highest available-K on Saritana apllication, dose 2000 l/ha with N, P and K fertilizer added (P10), that is, 0,030%; 0,018% higher than control. Sipramin Saritana 2000 l.ha-1 with N, P, and K fertilizer added (P18) give the highest on yield of paddy, that is, the average rice weight per plot is 4,88 kg, of 0,46 kg higher than control. Equals with 511 kg.ha-1
Kesesuaian Lahan Tanaman Kapuk Randu (Ceiba Petandra) di Kecamatan Tlogowungu, Kabupaten Pati
Tittle : Land Suitability for Capok Randu (Ceiba Petandra) in Tlogowungu Sub-District, Pati District. This research represent the descriptive research of exploratif which its variable approach conducted by survey about farm situation for the crop of Ceiba petandra, based on identified and observation variable in the field and supported by analysis result in the laboratory to know the land characteristic. The sample in this research is determined intentionally abaout the form of farm usage in Tlogowungu Sub-District, Pati District. The result of the research indicate that the land of this research was consist of 7 Soil Mapping Units (SPT) and could be grouped on 3 land suitability class, S2 (moderately suitable) 3120,653 ha or 36,95069 % with restriction factor were temperature, solum depth, cation exchange capacities of soil, basa saturation and C-Organic content; S3 (marginally suitable) 4021,799 ha or 47,62088 % with restriction factor were solum depth, surface rock and C-Organic content; and N (not suitable) 1303 ha or 15,42842 % with restriction factor were C-Organic content, relief and surface rock. Studi Kerentanan Gerakan Massa Batuan dan Daerah Rawan Longsor Lahan di Kabupaten Purworejo
Title : Study of Mass Movement And Critical Landslide On Purworejo District. The objective of the research is to study of mass movement and critical landslide area and also agricultural area degradation in Purworejo. Research method use in the cheking the real condition and also deviation occuring in the field. The research result was the critical area of mass movement and landslide concentrated hilly and mountainous area spreading the nortern and eastern area at 9 Sub District Bruno, Kaligesing, Bagelen and some part of Bener, loano, Pituruh, kemiri and somepart of Purworejo City Sub District. The cause of the mass movement and critical landslide area is the very steep topography used for mixed agriculture area and high intensity rain. The protection conducted is by guidance for society to implement concervation and replanting and also to relocated the resettlement to a safety area
