Spectral micro-CT for quantitative analysis of calcification in fibrocartilage: Dataset
<p>This repository contains tomographic data associated with the article "Spectral micro-CT for quantitative analysis of calcification in fibrocartilage".</p>
<p>The dataset includes reconstructed and spectrally decomposed micro-CT images of fibrocartilage samples from human hip joints. Data are organized by sample and acquisition type, and include both raw reconstructions and material-specific decompositions.</p>
<p>The repository contains three zip archives corresponding to different sample types:</p>
<ul>

<p><strong><code>FAI.zip</code></strong>: Femoroacetabular impingement sample</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><code><strong>OA1.zip</strong></code>: Osteoarthritis sample 1</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><code><strong>OA2.zip</strong></code>: Osteoarthritis sample 2</p>
</li>
</ul>

</li>
<li>
<p><strong><code>rec_high/</code></strong>:<br>Reconstructed slices from acquisition above the energy threshold (≥ 37 keV).<br>Format: <code>.tif</code> image stack</p>
